This was a great experience. It took away so much of the stress and excessive spending of the wedding planning process. I found no other venue at all in a similar price range. WIldhorse offers the whole package. Decor, food, photography, alcohol, cake, DJ, Officiant, etc. I'd really recommend planning a wedding with them! -

We could not be happier that we chose Wildhorse as our wedding venue. Everything was just right, and Cynthia and the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The entire process was very enjoyable and from the start the process was easy and straight forward. We were only having our reception at Wildhorse after a church ceremony at Our Lady of Las Vegas. Wildhorse deducted $1000 since we were not using their facilities for the ceremony, they also deducted $500 from the total since we had our own photographers. This in combination with very reasonable pricing, really left us with a good feeling, making it one of the few wedding expenses that didn’t feel like a rip off. On the day of the wedding, the food was great, Cynthia and her staff were there at every turn to make everything go smoothly, they even helped us with some last-minute cake decorations. Once again, we highly recommend Wildhorse, the prices were reasonable, the service was phenomenal, and the experience was fantastic. Our wedding day was a really joyful day for us and Wildhorse was the right place to celebrate! -

Cynthia did an amazing job on our wedding day! The food tasted amazing, the vendors she hired were very professional, and we overall had a stress-free experience. The only small slip up was with the boutonnieres, but that was partly my fault for not labeling them accordingly. For the package pricing, the value just can't be beat! -

From the planning, to the wedding day it was as I always dream. Cynthia made my day go smooth, me and my guest had a great time. The food was good, the place is beautiful and the venue was spacious. If you planning to get married in Vegas and you are from out of state, please do yourself a favor and get married here, you won’t have anything to get worried about it besides arrive to your big day. Me are from Utah and we drove here to have my big dream day and it was worth it. All do it again all over. Thanks to the Wildhorse Golf club and their team. -

Excellent venue, food and service!
We used Wildhorse for our Volunteer Appreciation luncheon, which we hold annually. This was our first time at Wildhorse and we will definitely be returning next year. Our volunteers (who tend to skew towards the 60+ age range) loved the views at the venue and really loved the food as well. One common comment from the volunteers was how much they liked not having to walk through a casino and all its smoke! Staff really appreciated the great team at Wildhorse--all of their staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding our requests and responded quickly to any last minute needs on our part. Highly recommended! -

Cynthia & wildhorse went above and beyond to make our day extra special! The venue exceeded our expectations! There was no stress of set-up/ break-down and any “extra” stuff we brought they were more than willing to make it the way we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone 100/10! -

Wildhorse Golf Club was an amazing venue. I can not say enough good things. Cynthia was able to work with my wedding coordinator and made my day special. Cynthia was also able to carry out the visual vision I had for my wedding day. At the end of the reception, everything was cleaned up and I was given all my personal items. I will forever recommend Wildhorse Golf Club. -

We had the best time at our venue and the best experience with our coordinator. She answered all our questions and made sure everything was in place for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Since we were planning and arriving from out of state, everything was just perfect. We had so much fun and also had amazing DJ and photographer! -

Cynthia was amazing!! I am such a control freak, I was worried that it would not be perfect since I live in Texas and was so far away. Cynthia made the celebration absolutely perfect and I am so grateful to her. I wanted my brother to have the best event in his honor, and it was. Wildhorse Country Club - Professional Experts
I am a wedding planner in Las Vegas. It has been a pleasure to work with this facility and I highly recommend it. My clients have raved about their experience there. I have helped my clients plan elopements as well as ceremony and reception experiences. Cynthia Steger, the even manager, did a thorough job of overseeing these events and knew exactly what to do to keep everyone happy and prepare for the event. She has the day of coordination down to a fine science. The facility is clean and well kept. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and offer lush mountain views for wedding photos with fountains and wild life. The staff for the reception were very professional, helpful and courteous. It has been a wonderful experience. You will be pleased with your decision if you choose this facility for your wedding. -

End result? An awesome wedding. I will highly recommend Wildhorse Golfcourse for you event.

This venue accommodated food allergies amazingly by having special dishes for each guest. They had their own AV system and helped me set that up. The food was amazing and the staff was excellent. This venue also has a beautiful view that everyone loved. -

Above and beyond
Cynthia and her team went above and beyond for us! They were flexible, accommodating, and very professional. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the value of the package was excellent. Catalina Sent on 11/21/2013We could not have asked for anything better than the service we received at Wildhorse. Elena was absolutely amazing and accommodated us with everything we needed. Budget was our number one priority because we paid for the wedding ourselves, and Elena gave us more than we imagined for the limited amount of money we were willing to spend. She never made us feel as though we weren't important considering many other clients probably pay double, triple, or even more than what we did. Many other venues I contacted seemed to think it was ridiculous to even consider hosting a wedding for such a small amount of money, but Elena treated us with respect from the very first e-mail. Everything was well organized, beautiful, and stress free. Truly, I couldn't have asked for a better venue/wedding planner. I was very overwhelmed by the wedding process but Elena had no problem envisioning what I was thinking, putting it all down on paper, giving me suggestions, and staying well below my budget. The day of the wedding everything was well coordinated and I never had to stress over what things were getting done or if they were being done correctly. From start to finish, our experience at Wildhorse was beyond comparison. Thank you Elena for helping to make our day so special! -

Rebecca Sent on 09/07/2009Elana was absoultly amazing! She made our wedding a day to remember. If we needed anything she was there no matter how big or small the problem was. I would recommend this place to have your wedding. The reception hall was decorated in exactly what I wanted thanks to her. I didnt have to worry about anything because she took care of everything for me. Thanks Elana for all your help you are truly one of a kind. Elana was at the top of her game from begining to end, she took care of all little details that my husband and I didn't think of. She was attentive to all my request and our time line, there was no pressure and easy going, really I had nothing to worry about she was there to follow up with all our needs. She had the crowd all round up and dancing all night long. Everyone loved his charisma.
I recommend the Wild Horse for any wedding or parties, her professionalism her up to the highest of standards all combine.

Graduation party was perfect
Great venue! The graduation party was on point. The banquet hall was beautiful overlooking the golf course , the buffet was affordable and Cynthia and her staff were incredibly attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Truly a memorable celebration! -

The package does not include videographer or any printed photos. The wedding coordinator was responsive (answered all of my emails promptly) and she did a great job decorating after my florist dumped the flowers with her. However, the videographer and printed photo issue was entirely unclear until about a week before my event. The color options for the napkins and linens were a bit limited also. The coordinator disappeared during the reception at times when she was needed and committed to assisting (bouquet toss and garter toss - she was supposed to retrieve the toss bouquet and toss garter for me but was not around, causing me to have to conspicuously leave the reception after the DJ announced these events). Also, the women's dressing room had an unbearable smell that she promised would be fixed before the wedding. Unfortunately, it worsened significantly and we had to just deal with it. Finally, the steak that was served to me at the reception was completely raw and full of fat, making it inedible.
