Icing on the Cake of the Day
I typically never leave reviews, but I had to for WildHearts! This team is incredible - they were prompt, paid close attention to detail, and not to mention fun to be around! The photo booth was a total hit with our wedding guests and now we have a gorgeous book to look back on and reminisce. The photo strip design was perfect and we loved the fun props. Also, big shoutout to the air conditioning in the bus - 10/10 for cooling me down in my dress! I'm so happy we went with WildHearts. So so so worth it! -

We used WildHearts Photo Booth Bus for our wedding, and it was an absolute hit! Our guests had so much fun with the photo booth—it added such great energy to the evening. One of our favorite parts was the guestbook filled with photo strips and sweet notes. It's such a unique and memorable keepsake!
The communication leading up to the event was smooth and professional, which made the whole process stress-free. Plus, their pricing was better than other photo booth options we looked at, without sacrificing quality.

We rented the photo booth bus for our wedding, and it was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The bus itself was a unique and fun addition to our celebration, and it was a hit with our guests of all ages.

Large event friendly!
We had an anniversary/open house event with close to 200 people, Wildhearts kept up, the bus was so popular and slammed all night!! It was a huge success and the ladies were great to work with!! Absolutely recommend! -

Our wedding reception was elevated to the next level thanks to the incredible team from WildHearts. From the moment they set up, they brought energy, creativity, and fun to the event. We rented Sunshine and it was SUCH a hit - our guests loved it! Markee is a gem and customized the photo strip logo beautifully, she also offered us a guestbook to put the strip doubles in - what a fun keepsake :) I have never been more excited than seeing sunshine pull into our venue. I want to first say thank you to Merki Farrant. Merki was always available whenever I had a question. The photo booth bus was so cute! Merki and her team did a wonderful job on our wedding day. Our guests could not stop talking about how adorable and amazing the photo booth was! I would highly recommend for brides to add this photo booth to their wedding. 10/10! -

One of my favorite vendors!
I cannot say enough good things about wild hearts photo booth bus!! Leading up to our wedding, they were so kind, professional, and responsive. Our custom photo strips matched our wedding aesthetic perfectly and the tricycle looked perfect in our venue. All of our guests loved the photo booth as well as the option of getting the photos printed or sent electronically. They truly were one of my favorite vendors from our wedding!! -

If you're looking for a fun photo booth experience for your wedding guests but also hoping to work with an understanding, thoughtful company, this is your best pick! Markee is so kind and great to work with, dedicated to making your event special. Included in all packages is the option to customize your photostrip as a memorable souvenir from your wedding or event. We had to change from what we thought was an open air venue and the photobooth bus to their new bike option in a smaller venue, and they were so kind and understanding about it! The bike is a great option for all venues & is so cute and vintage. One of the best companies to work with. -

Joey and Markee are a husband and wife duo who are so kind and put a great deal of effort and attention into their super cool company. Cira Sent on 07/07/2018This photo bus was THE BEST decision I made for my wedding! My guests loved it and loved having a keepsake that reminded them of the night they shared with us. My venue was an indoor space with a small patio for people to wander out to which is where the bus was setup. People loved it so much that they didn’t hesitate to go out to the booth even when it rained! Luckily they had a tent for the bus which helped keep people dry while trying on costumes before taking pictures. I also really enjoyed looking through all of the goofy pictures after my wedding! I highly recommend this experience to others!

I appreciate how the photos turned out besides the ones the caterers took.
I appreciate your apology and your handling of the feedback.
I don’t want the next bride to feel the way I did as I waited for the caterer to leave The Photo Booth, using up valuable time.
At the end of the day, I paid for the Photo Booth for myself and my guests to use from 5:30-8:30 pm and I was waiting at 8:20 knowing I only had 10 minutes remaining. The caterers took multiple pictures and I only had a few minutes remaining by the time I was in there. I thought I would potentially be kicked out by your staff or charged an overtime price if I stayed longer.
In addition, It was not contracted or in my invoice for other vendors to use the Photo Booth services.
Please take my feedback into consideration as you work on your policy not to screen everyone and allow everyone entrance. There should be quick verification the people getting in the van are guests of the wedding and not vendors (in my situation dressed in all black attire) or strangers. Those who are vendors or strangers should not be allowed into the paid for photobooth during contracted hours.
If your business wants to allow the vendors in or to stay later, please do it after contracted hours and discussed with the bride and groom/ paying customer. -

My review is based solely on customer service since I was unable to hire them.
At first, they were very responsive and helpful, I would receive replies within a few hours. They told me my date was available and provided pricing.
When decided to book a while later, my mother and my planner both reached out to see if my date was still available, and let Markee know that I would like to go ahead and book Bleu. They responded to both my mom and planner on the same day and said my date is available. They told my mom this at 6 pm.
I contacted them a couple of days later because I was expecting to receive info about the deposit since they knew I wanted to book with them. At this point, they waited several days (which is unusual of them) to respond to tell me that they already booked my date. I asked them how that's possible since I said I want to book if the date is available and they confirmed it was. Markee said another couple contacted them after my mom and planner both asked, and booked it that night. So they told my mom at 6 pm it was available, ignored her saying that I wanted to go ahead and book it, and let another couple book it that night.
I was truly devastated l had my heart set on Bleu for my wedding. I had to wait to finalize my budget to make sure I could afford it, because the Photo Booth was a luxury for us. I was so exited when she said our date was available and then it was just taken away.
I am shocked that they would ignore us asking to book it, and let someone else book just hours later. Markee could've immediately let us know, instead of making me wait days for her response.
She could've written back my mom or planner and said “I know I just told you an hour ago that your day is available, but it is now booked." Or she could've asked me if I would like to go ahead and make a deposit before she let the other couple book it. Or at the very least, she could've responded to me sooner, knowing I was waiting to submit a deposit. She could've done so many things to make this situation better and she chose this. I cannot believe a small company would treat me this way. I'm sure she will comment on this and give some kind of excuse and twist the story. But this is exactly what happened.
Thankfully I found a much better, family owned company. If you are looking for Photo Booth busses in Tampa, Wild Hearts unfortunately advertises so much that it took me days of researching and scrolling on google to find other companies like this. Please consider HELLO RED BIRD Photo Booth Rental. They have amazing customer service, unlike Wild Hearts.
