Amazing caterer!!!
We were just thrilled with Wildberry catering for our daughter’s wedding. From the first taste at a vendor open house, I knew we were hiring them! Brandi is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and will accommodate any dietary needs! They set up a beautiful display and everyone was so nice. The food was delicious and our guests were raving about it! We are so glad we booked Wildberry to cater our wedding last week! They were incredibly responsive through the whole process and very accommodating. They have an expansive menu that makes it easy to work within your budget and the food is great! We are still getting compliments from our guests. Along with catering, they also provided the bartender service. The lead bartender was so helpful with helping us nail down how much to stock the bar for our guest count. They also had a menu of pre batches cocktails that we chose for signature drinks. These were a complete hit and got people moving through the line quickly! We couldn’t recommend Wildberry enough!!

the best catering and bartenders
Wildberry went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From answering any and all questions regarding the food and logistics. On the day of the wedding the wildberry staff was so kind and attentive. We got so many compliments on the bar staff how wonderful the cocktail was. Even though we ran out of one ingredient they didn’t miss a beat and got some more. The buffet was amazing. Everyone loved everything we had. Some even saying it’s the best wedding food they ever had and just best food in general! The staff consistently checked on me and my husband to be sure we had everything we needed. They also made some desserts for our dessert table. The banana pudding may be my favorite thing of the night! I would use Wildberry for any event. The entire process and food was more than we could have imagined. We are so appreciative for Wildberry catering and bartending.

Incredible beyond words
Wildberry catered my daughter's wedding in October 2025. The praise given by our guests about the food, desserts and bartending were all praise. Grandmother of the groom said that the food was the best she ever had at any wedding. I would have to agree.
Bartenders were quick and friendly. No one waited for drinks in long lines.
Food was delicious.

We used Wildberry Catering for our wedding and bartending services – they were a preferred vendor for our venue. They were an absolute pleasure to work for from Day 1 through our wedding day.
The owner’s communication was timely and thorough. They were extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring we got a menu that worked for us. They provided honest feedback on where we might be doing too much or too little based on our timeline and headcount. On top of all of that, their prices were extremely reasonable, and their food was delicious.
We had a winter wedding and wanted to have food that was warm and cozy but not just heavy southern food. Everyone at the wedding raved about the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had.
Their bartenders (a mother daughter team) were fantastic and helped us come up with custom cocktails and quantities of products we needed.
Their tastings are out in Lebanon, which is a bit of a hike, but it was worth the trip for the quality and service that you get.
While they were a preferred vendor for our venue I would 100% recommend them for any event you have in the future.

We wanted something different for our reception in terms of wedding food, so when breakfast food is your favorite food, you ask if that can be done for your reception.
Wilberry has high quality, amazing food. We still have wedding guests come up to us and tell us how amazing the food was at our wedding. Let us just say, don’t sleep on the waffles. Absolutely the most amazing waffles you will have!!

Amazing food made by the best people!
Starting at the tasting, the team was so nice. I was the only one who could not eat gluten and they offered to make a full side of Mac and cheese just for me, AND it was delicious. Choose Wildberry
If you are searching for a caterer then you should just stop searching now and book Wildberry. They catered my daughter’s wedding with 220 guests and everything was absolutely amazing. We even had some last minute changes because of rain and they rolled with it nicely and plated the salads in record time. Brandi was professional, responsive and just a really nice person to work with.
The only thing I would change is if I was doing a tasting again, I would ask for the food to go. It was a little awkward tasting the food while they sat at the table with us and watched us eat.

The staff at Wildberry were amazing to work with for my daughter's wedding!
Just four months before the wedding we decided to change the whole menu, and the staff worked with us to help us select the best meal for our guests that fit within our budget. ALL of our guests complimented the food served during cocktail hour and the food served for dinner. So delicious!!!
I was also impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff through the entire process. From email correspondences with Brandi, to our food tasting at their cafe, and with all of the staff who prepared and served our meal at the reception - TOP NOTCH service!
I also secured the bartending staff through Wildberry Catering, and they too were professional and courteous to all of our guests.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wildberry Catering for your upcoming event! If I had to do it all over again, I would go right back to Wildberry Catering!

Having Wildberry cater my daughter's wedding reception was the best decision we made. They were so easy to work with and accomodating on every level. My daughter wanted a taco bar, and the food was absolutely amazing! People commented all night long how good the food was! Brandi and her team were so easy to work with. I can’t recommend Wildberry enough! Had horrible experience with the caterer from our middle daughter’s wedding so I was nervous to trust another one! After our tasting, Kelly and Brandi put my mind at ease! Not only was the food unbelievably good and tasty, but the communication and kindness given to us amazing! Our venue, The Venue at Birchwood said they were their favorite catering service to work with so I knew I didn’t have to worry! Kelly and her staff far exceeded my expectations! The presentation was so pretty and we received too many compliments to count on how good the food was! Kelly even took my wheelchair bound mom through the buffet line without being asked so that my stepdad could get his own plate! I mean really?!?!! AMAZING! I can't describe how grateful I am for Wildberry Catering!!! Brandi and her team are incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and the food was DELICIOUS! Everything went SO smoothly for our wedding of 150 people - from the passed appetizers, the buffet dinner, to the late night pretzel bar (yum). They saved us each extra plates which we ate for dinner the next night and it was just as good as the first time!! We also used their bartending service which worked out wonderfully. We chose Wildberry Catering for my daughter's wedding and I am so glad we did! Brandi and her team went above and beyond the night of the wedding and the food was incredible. Many guests commented on how delicious everything was. The buffet line was beautiful with elegant silver chafing dishes. Not only that but this was a very affordable option for us. Brandi was incredibly responsive as well with any questions we had prior to the wedding.
The night of the wedding the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to anticipate our every need even going back to the shop to get extra plates as we had not purchased enough.

The Best Ever!

We chose Wildberry Catering for the rehearsal dinner and reception. Best decision ever! Their food was so good and served with thoughtfulness and care by the sweetest staff! Excellent catering service
Wildberry Catering did an excellent job with our wedding rehearsal dinner. Brandi worked with us remotely to customize the menu and also coordinated with the rental company to provide seamless service at the venue. The service included set-up, clean-up, and buffet service. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The Wildberry team was great to work with, and the value was excellent.

Wedding catered event
Brandi and her team were phenomenal. Very professional and excellent service.. Their food was amazing from the appetizers to the dinner served for our daughter's wedding on 9/26/21. People are still talking about how delicious the food was. We will definitely be using Wildberry Café again. We highly recommend Wildberry for your next catering event you have!

They were great!
Wildberry Cafe was amazing. I'm so glad that we picked them for our wedding day. We are from Nashville, and we were not familiar with places in Lebanon. We found them based on reviews. They were professional and everyone was friendly and nice. At one point they were even helping my mom with my bustle. They went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Literally the best food I've ever had at a wedding. The cocktail table and buffet were decorated beautifully. They had styled it to match with my wedding colors. Everything was even better than I had expected. They did a fantastic job.

Five stars is not enough
If I could give Wildberry more than 5 stars, I would... that is how incredible they are!! My husband & I agreed that we didn’t want to do BBQ- a common wedding reception menu here in Nashville. We heard about Wildberry from some friends & decided to check out their café over the summer for some lunch. We thought it was really good, so we moved forward in planning our wedding with them. I’ve heard from lots of guests that they really enjoyed the food! They were reasonable, accommodating, & helpful in all they did for the event. And the food is just... outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your party needs & would personally love to have a reason to use them again!

Amazing Food!
Wildberry was amazing to work with! Everything was perfect, from the appetizers, the main meal, to the staff. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We got the best feedback from our guests about the food - many saying it was the best wedding food they have every had! Highly recommended for all events - definitely get the meatballs!!

Wildberry Catering had the most amazing southern comfort food for our wedding plus they were personal and intentional from start to finish. They supplied amazing bar tenders and everything they did was professional and joyful. Amazing food quality and service!
Wildberry catered my my sons rehearsal dinner for 45 people last weekend, after a reschedule, a venue and menu change, they couldn't have been more accommodating. Mexican buffet was best I have ever had, so fresh, and staff were so friendly. Beautiful table setting, etc. Everyone wanted to know who the caterer was. Use them, you'll be glad you did!!!

Everything was perfect, start to finish
We used Wildberry for my daughter's wedding. Brandi and Josh were so awesome. The menu options are fabulous, and the pricing is great! Due to Covid-19 we had to postpone the wedding twice and they were extremely accommodating with the date changes. Everything, from the appetizers for cocktail hour and the bar to the beautiful buffet tables, was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Brandi made everything in the planning process so easy. They handled everything on the day of the wedding without even a question to us. I would use them again and you will not be disappointed if you use them too!

Amazing & delicious!
We used Wildberry for our wedding! The food was delicious and it was served hot! Sometimes I feel like food gets cold and this was not the case at our wedding. At our wedding they did their own menu and decor for the food table which relieved a lot of stress from me. It was one less thing to worry about. Best wedding food ever!
I stressed over finding a caterer for our wedding. Every vendor I looked at was expensive and SO. Much. Food! I saw Wildberry at a bridal expo, and then I remembered hearing about them at career day at school over a year before. I remembered they were a husband and wife team with a small cafe and catering business. At the time listening to them speak I thought "I need to remember their name for the future". So, I reached out and I am so glad I did! Brandi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond, she was friendly at our initial meeting (and all the ones to follow), and she was flexible. She worked with us to create the perfect menu for our wedding and ensured our guests with dietary restrictions had something delicious to eat.
Day of the food was displayed beautifully and ready on schedule. Brandi communicated with my DOC to make sure everything was squared away. The staff was professional and got everything cleaned on quickly. Best of all the food was great! It was exactly what we wanted, and from the moment they were done eating our guests raved about how good it was. The leftovers were even boxed up for us to take home. The fact they Wildberry is reasonable priced makes it even better and no hidden fees! They were upfront with all their pricing and fees, so no surprises come wedding day. This is easily one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning. If you are searching for a caterer for your wedding or event, look no further because you just found it.

The food provided by Wildberry was excellent! I had numerous people tell me that their food was the best, they had never had such good food at a wedding! That speaks volumes. Brandi is a dream to work with, she's kind, patient and made several suggestions for the dinner and social hour. She is worth every penny you spend with her. Not only does she provide excellent, tasty food, she also decorates the food tables in keeping with the theme of the wedding decor. A $$ saver, every penny counts! Daughter's wedding
We used One Wildberry catering for my daughter's wedding and I would definitely use them again. They worked with our budget and when we thought that more people were coming, they reworked our menu to stay with in our budget. The food was incredible. The vegetables were wonderful and the chicken Oscar was the most moist chicken I have ever had. The brisket was tender and moist as well, You won't go wrong hiring them to cater any event. I just can't say enough how wonderful this family owned catering company is. You will get very personal attention and I felt like we were their most important client they were catering for.

I cannot say enough great things about Wildberry Catering! The food is amazing and the options are endless. We had to change a few things last minute due to our growing number of wedding guests, and Brandi made it so easy for us! She helped us to stay on budget and kept the stress low! I am so thrilled my coordinator recommended Wildberry Catering for our August wedding at The Clementine. My husband and I are vegetarians and something we felt passionate about was serving vegetarian food (apps, buffet, late night snack) during the cocktail hour and reception. While WE know how good vegetarian food can be, we were really really nervous about what our guests would think about serving a meatless wedding meal (so many opinions, you know!). Well, it was everything we could have asked for and more! Not only were WE blown away by the food, we received so many positive remarks from our guests saying how incredible it was and by the end of the night, we didn’t go home with ANY food because people kept going back for more!! Working with Brandi and her team during this process was such a dream and stress-free. I cannot recommend Brandi and her team highly enough! I am so happy our planner recommended them to us. Not only were they able to work with our budget, but we did not have to give up anything we wanted to get there (appetizers, salad, two entrees, side dishes and dessert).. and their food was still the best out of everywhere we tried! So many guests gave me unsolicited raving reviews about the food. Not only was the food incredible on the day of, Brandi was so easy to communicate with leading up to the big day and it took so much stress off my plate to know the food was in good hands. Brandi and Josh (along with their entire crew) were absolutely amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food! A favorite of our guests was the mini BLTs during cocktail hour, as well as the beef dish we had during dinner. From the time we contacted Wildberry, we knew they would be a perfect fit for us. They worked with us on dietary restrictions (my mom is a vegan and Brandi made some amazing vegan crab cakes that my mom just adored). We also had our rehearsal dinner at Wildberry Café and were a little nervous about choosing the pasta buffet as my now husband's family are from New York and yes... are Italian! But they all raved about the pasta too!! Now that is something to brag about; Brooklyn Italians loved your pasta! I cannot say enough about this group, and whole-heartedly recommend them for any of your catering needs. Brandi is great at setting up a perfect menu for what you are looking for, and even helped us with our rentals. Thank you again to the Wildberry team!

We received tons of compliments and had many saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Wildberry is a steal compared to other companies around town. We went to a few other caterers before Wildberry and they were all 3x as expensive! I feel like we got a steal when it comes to the quality of food and service compared to what we paid. We also hired bartenders through Wildberry and they were great! They were super friendly and I feel like they really added to the fun atmosphere our our reception. We were truly fortunate to find Wildberry Catering. Brandi catered a buffet dinner party for family and some close friends (about 30).
I am from Philadelphia and was concerned about hiring a caterer I had not met or whose food I hadn't had the chance to taste. After one conversation with Brandi, I knew I had chosen wisely.
She offered a wide variety of options, listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions and then tailored the menu to suit us perfectly. Our guests were delighted with her creative and delicious offerings. The appetizers and buffet were beautifully presented. Clean up was quickly and quietly completed, and leftovers packaged for us to enjoy the next day. Even though we were a small party, Brandi gave us exceptional service from beginning to end.She was amazing to work with.
My only regret is that we live so far away that I am unable to use Brandi and Wildberry for all my catering needs.

Their team is EXTREMELY helpful, understanding and willing to work with your requests and budget. We truly could have never found a better team to work with on a big and stressful day. They time and time again adjusted little things that we asked and always made sure that it was exactly as we requested. They had a beautiful set up and it was delicious, reasonably priced and Brandi is one of the sweetest/calmest people you could ever meet- which is extremely during wedding planning. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Not only is Brandi the SWEETEST, her food is UNREAL. Not like your typical "wedding food" - it is homemade and delicious and full of flavor. Our wedding guests could not stop talking (still talking about it) about how amazing the food was. Seriously, not one person we have talked to about the wedding has neglected to comment on the delicious food. Superb service and affordability for beyond superb food! Thanks, Wildberry! Next time we are in TN, we will be making a trip to your cafe!

Brandi and Josh of Wildberry are incredible! So friendly, so professional, and so helpful. We went with a "southern comfort" menu and they knocked it out of the park. Pulled pork, herb stuffed chicken, meatballs, deviled eggs, twice baked mashed potatoes...everything was wonderful. Our guests were blown away by their dinner and more than once I was told "we've never had such amazing food at a wedding!" And that they would be visiting their cafe from here on out. You don't need to look any further than Wildberry Catering!

Brandi and the staff at Wildberry were a joy to work with. We did simple hor d'oeuvres at our afternoon wedding and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious and unique the food was. If 6 stars was an option, Wildberry would get that. We got married on a campsite and had a very casual, laidback, simple wedding. Wildberry's style was just what we were looking for. Brandi and her husband are so kind and accommodating from the very start of the planning process. They gave us plenty of samples to try (which were delicious) and adjusted numbers promptly whenever I asked. On our wedding day, their staff was incredibly helpful and warm. We had over 200 guests and they gave us an incredible price. ALL the guests raved about the food, especially the baked chicken and mashed potatoes. Very highly recommended - great food, great staff, and all around great people!

Brandi and Josh are kind, service oriented, fabulous cooks, and deliver with beautiful presentation and friendly professionalism. Her price points were generous to us and would have been no matter what we choose to serve. Brandi thinks of all the needs and details that may be particular to that venue. While they are located in Lebanon, the wedding was in Galatin, TN. You can have confidence that you will be able to enjoy your event. For many at our 175 guests they said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. (Chicken in white wine and lemon sauce, beef tenderloin with twice baked mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and an amazing strawberry mixed green salad) Great food memories! It can't get better than Wildberry Catering.

I can NOT say enough good things about Wildberry Catering and Brandi. She was awesome to work with and the food was out of this world! I have had so many compliments on the food on our wedding day. She is super easy to work with, flexible, and she will work within your budget to be sure you are happy and have amazing food. We really appreciated that a to go box was packed with food for us to enjoy after our wedding. Brandi took my vision and made sure everything including the decorations were perfect for our special day! She had control of every single detail. My daughter told me that her wedding was a Southern girl's dream come true. Wildberry Catering played a big part. The presentation was wonderful and the food delicious! We had guest from Calif., Arizona, Minn., N. Dakota, Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Tenn. Everyone was so complimentary of the whole catering service. Some just couldn't get enough of the delicious food. I like to "be in control" and ask lots of questions. I soon realized I couldn't do that and enjoy the wedding, so I just left it up to Josh and Brandy. Trust me! You can relax and let them "do their thing". It will be special.

Brandi and Josh went above and beyond with their food and decor display at my wedding. When we originally did a tasting we were already asking for a second helping to take home that night! I couldn't wait for the wedding and for all of my guests to enjoy their cooking. They served the herb cheese baked chicken, pork tenderloin with a raspberry glaze, green beans, herb roasted potatoes, and rolls. We also had a fruit and cheese display for a cocktail hour before the meal. I don't think anybody left our wedding hungry!! I have received so many compliments. Brandi was so helpful throughout the entire process no matter how many times we decided to add things. She will even take care of your dinnerware rentals which is such a help! Wildberry and their staff are such a wonderful catering choice I would choose a thousand times over.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Wildberry Catering was! I first had the recommendation through a planner who was with my venue. When I contacted Brandi, she was always quick to respond and SO helpful! I had a brunch wedding, so she worked closely with me to help figure out the best options. She has several options to choose from no matter the meal (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner). Between my fiancé (now husband) and I's schedule, we could not find a day together to do a tasting at Wildberry Cafe. Brandi stayed after-hours so I could come taste the foods (which were all SO INCREDIBLE). From there, she had everything else under control. I told her my color scheme and from there she created the most beautiful food display! Working with her was hassle free! All of the food is made from scratch and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend Wildberry and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brandi for a wedding reception she catered for my son and bride just a few weeks ago. I was three hours away from where the wedding took place and did not know any caterers in the area. I found Brandi on the Wedding Wire website and how blessed I was to have contacted her. She was so sweet and patient with me through the entire planning process and extremely professional. To begin with, she had an amazing menu of food options to choose from for our event. The food was delicious, her set up decor was beautiful and the servers were all so friendly and helpful. I received compliments all evening on how delicious the food was. The wedding had 155 guests and Brandi and her staff handled this size with such ease. She worked within my budget and provided a beautiful memory for the Bride and Groom. I am so thankful that I found her and would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Without a doubt, the best decision made when planning my daughter's wedding was choosing Wildberry Catering in Lebanon, TN! I received a prompt reply when I e-mailed asking for a menu. Brandi and Josh, owners of Wildberry, prepared a delicious generous sampling of the menu we chose for take home meals. {Oh, did I mention that they also operate a darling cafe housed in a vintage doll house in the middle of town}. One taste of the melt in your mouth herbed chicken, twice baked cheesy potatoes, perfectly seasoned green beans, berry salad with strawberry vinagarette dressing and yeast rolls with honey butter, and our decision was made! Oh my gosh!!! The wedding was 8/21/15 and people are still talking about the wonderful food! The food was displayed in a manner that perfectly complemented the vintage chic theme of our reception held in a beautiful barn in Nashville. Wildberry's staff was warm and efficient making us feel as if we were being served by family. At the end of the evening, our china was carefully crated with nothing left for us to worry about. Baker, Ashlee, created a beautiful wedding cake that was soooo delicious! I highly recommend that you consider Wildberry when looking for a caterer! They'll treat you like family and you won't be disappointed!

We got compliments all night at our wedding about how good the food was. We picked a country style meal with chicken, pork, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, and had cheese cake for dessert. Everything was delicious and everything went very smoothly.

Brandi with Wildberry Catering was absolutely amazing! My fiance (at the time) and I went to Brandi's home for the tasting appointment. We picked the italian trio of meat lasagna, chicken alfredo, and pesto with vegetables and we loved all three! I'm usually not a fan of lasagna, so I was extremely surprised that I liked it!
Our guests were also pleased with the food and professionalism of Wildberry Catering. I will reccomend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their event.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Brandi and her team at Wildberry Catering. She is so sweet and personable from the moment you meet her. I met her at the Pink Bridal show in Nashville. Brandi came up and spoke to my Mother, Sister-in-law, and I for a few minutes and by the time we left she was giving my Mom cooking/baking tips. She was such a pleasant person to work with at a stressful time. Brandi takes all of your worries and puts them at ease. I was not able to taste test our actual menu, but she went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't tell you how many people commented on our food! There were endless compliments. Not only did Brandi and her team do a wonderful job with the catering, her team members even helped move tables and chairs in between the ceremony and reception. Wildberry Catering is a must for any wedding.

Josh and Brandi are awesome! They catered our son's wedding at Tulip Grove Mansion. The reception was outdoors and was absolutely amazing. We had so many compliments on the food. Brandi and staff are simply the best. I have worked with Brandi on several events ranging from formal black tie (300+ people) to smaller intimate luncheons. The food and service has never been anything but STELLAR! For my sister's wedding, she made the perfect suggestions for menu items, the food was beyond delicious, and the presentation was breathtaking! I wanted to cry when I saw it all put together so lovely! Brandi and her staff are super easy to work with and her calm and lovely demeanor are a blessing to all around her. When we think back on the wedding day, one of our favorite memories is of the beautiful luncheon provided by Wildberry. I cannot say enough great things about them as a business and also as wonderful people of great character! I would highly recommend them for ANY event. I honestly cannot say enough about Brandi - she is the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process! She was so sweet and personable from the start, wanting to make all of my requests and wishes come true. We chose the Mexican Cuisine menu for our rehearsal dinner and the Southern Comfort menu for our reception. All of the guests are still raving about how unbelievably delicious the food was! It is truly the best catered food I have ever had. Also, Brandi loves rustic chic decor just as I do and brought all of her own gorgeous decorations for the buffet tables. They were storybook beautiful! Brandi provided 4 servers and 2 bartenders for us who were all very kind and professional. Not to mention, Wildberry was the best value I could find! She was recently voted the best caterer in Wilson County and absolutely deserves it. She also services the Nashville area as that was where our wedding took place. I will always recommend Brandi to all of my friends and family. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

They even gave us a to-go box with a sweet card for later! So thoughtful, efficient, thorough, kind, great communicators, excellent excellent excellent! Their café is even cuter--try it sometime.
