Wild West Weddings was recommended to us by the venue we booked at and we are so happy we found them. Caitlin took our engagement photos and of course our wedding day photos. All of which are AMAZING! Her editing style is beautiful and she provided us with way more photos than what other companies were quoting us. She also provided black and white edits. Caitlin is easy to work with and be comfortable around which makes getting good photos that much easier! She will give you her honest opinion and work through the awkward moments with you while turning them into fun times. She is very responsive and super flexible. At our wedding, Caitlin kept all the photos running seamlessly and efficiently which was a feat because we got married on the day it ended up being crazy windy outside. Even with the wind we got great outdoor photos thanks to Caitlin. She is also very knowledgeable about weddings and gave us so much advice and information that made such a big difference when we were deciding how to maneuver our big day! My wife and I never felt like we were a bother to her when we reached out with questions which says a lot about her personality and character in my opinion! We would 11/10 recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a photographer whether it be for a wedding, birthday, family, or anything in between! Best of the best
Words do not do justice to how fantastic Caitlin is as a photographer. We had the pleasure of using her for our engagement party as well which further aided our decision in asking her to shoot our "big day". From the initial meeting she honed in on what package would best suit or needs/desires. Leading up to the day she sent emails/texts with more details to aide in making the day run smoothly when it came to capturing the moments we wanted, and then some. She then SAVED our wedding when our wedding coordinator informed us the week of the wedding that she couldn't make it due to an emergency. Caitlin and her husband took control and created a wedding timeline for all of our vendors to follow and the day of, they both acted as not only our wedding photo team but as our coordinator. And i must say I think they did a better job keeping everything organized than what our original day of coordinator would have lol! Our families and guests were amazed how they worked the room and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfect. It was a marathon of a day too with over 10 hours of shooting. Caitlin was a champ! From the staged photos, to the candid shots every picture was fantastic and her energy was impressive and commendable. We were truly blessed to find Wild West Weddings. Seriously the best!
We booked a bundle with a photographer, videographer and dj. The week before the wedding the dj had an issue and couldn’t make it. Caitlin gave me other djs that I could book or gave me the option of having her and Andrew do it all and give a partial refund. They showed up early to cover extra time and you seriously wouldn’t have noticed they were missing a person because they did an amazing job. They helped so much with the flow of the day and the pictures are perfect. My husband and I had never had professional pictures done before so I was worried we would look awkward but Caitlin knew exactly how to get the pictures to look natural. They got along so well with the wedding party that our families kept asking how long we had known them- even though we had just met the day of the wedding. I can’t say enough great things about them.. they truly played a big part of our day being great!We booked a bundle with a photographer, videographer and dj. Best Day Ever!
Caitlin and Wild West Weddings was absolutely AMAZING for my husband and I's engagement and wedding photos. She was so friendly and made us at ease through the entire process. Caitlin effortlessly taught us how to pose naturally and be comfortable in-front of the camera which we really appreciate. It was like having another friend at our wedding guiding us through the day. She made everything run smoothly, brought incredible expertise to her sessions, and captured every photo we requested and way way more . When my makeup and hair artist didn't show up for my wedding, Caitlin was even so sweet as to call on her friends to save the day and do my hair and makeup. She truly wants your wedding day to be absolutely perfect. I 110% recommend you hire Caitlin for your special day; you won't regret it. You will have incredible photos to love and cherish forever.
We also booked our videographer through Wild West Weddings had the best experience with Andrew as our videographer. Throughout the wedding day, he captured the touching moments wonderfully and took some creative shots. After the wedding, he took initiative to update me in the progress of the video through emails (even though I couldn't receive the emails while I was off the grid on my honeymoon!). In the end, he pieced together the masterpiece that is my wedding video. I'm pleased with his work, and I'm proud to show my wedding video to my friends and family. Even, they said Andrew did a great job with filming and editing. He really captured the vision that I had in mind, and told him about. Overall, Andrew delivered great quality, value, and professionalism in his work, and I would highly recommend his services. Caitlin of Royal Foxx photography (and her crew) were absolutely incredible!!! I enjoyed working with Caitlin personally who was very professional and extremely helpful! The photos taken were gorgeous and very artistic (which is what I asked for!) She got them to me in record time! I really enjoyed working with this individual! So sweet and personable! Thank you Next Level!
Our friends recommended Next Level DJs for our wedding. We never regretted our choice. We decided not to have a wedding planner but Drew made up for that. He not only served as the DJ, but he also made many thoughtful suggestions and spoke to the venue on some matters on our behalf. Drew asked us questions we never thought about ourselves. His attention to detail included a phone call the week of the wedding to review the pronunciation of the names of our bridal party «some of them were pretty difficult». The music was good, the lighting was beautiful and overall atmosphere was great. We were very confident with him and his staff. Our guests had a great time! When we decided to extend the event for an hour it was not an issue. Thank you Drew and the whole team of Next Level DJs. Dream come true
Our experience with Drew was amazing. From start to finish, he made the whole process of planning the reception incredibly easy. He listened to our suggestions, helped to guide us when we veered off course, and he was on top of all the details. All of our guests could not stop talking about how great Drew was and how much they loved the music -- from the song selections to the order in which they were played. Music really does make all the difference.

It is hard to find the right words to describe just how amazing Caitlin and Andrew are. They are hands down the most amazing photographer team out there and by far the best vendors we booked for our wedding day. Caitlin and Andrew exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them over and over again. They were incredibly organized and professional yet fun and easygoing. They definitely know how to make you feel at ease in front of the camera. Caitlin also did our engagement photos and made the experience a blast with her amazing personality. From the very first email Caitlin ever sent to us, it was apparent that she takes serious pride in her work and getting to know her clients each individually to make sure their photos are the greatest reflection of them as a couple as possible. Even at our first coffee date, we instantly felt like we connected with Caitlin and knew she was the right choice for us.

Future brides, one of the most important pieces of advice I can offer you as you plan your dream day is make sure that you love your photographer as much as you love your dress! I promise you're on track to do just that after you finish reading all of these FIVE STAR reviews and book Royal Foxx. From our first email exchange to the big day itself, Caitlin was responsive, friendly, helpful, organized, attentive, and kind. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows -- I mean, she knew all of our parents by name! But her work truly speaks for itself. We could not be happier with our wedding photos. From the portraits to the candid moments, Caitlin captured every moment with both detail and whimsy. Thank you, Caitlin! We also booked the open air photo booth and it was the best photo booth I have ever used. The rustic setup looked amazing inside our barn venue. The photo quality was amazing, the backdrop looked great and the props were SO creative and fun. Our attendant was super accommodating and made sure everyone was having fun. Even when guests had a little too much to drink, the attendant kept their cool and didn't miss a step. I was able to instantly email my photos which was a huge plus since the digital copies were awesome. Put the photo strips on my fridge and they look great! I'm so happy we decided to add the photo booth! Photos took our breath away.
Grateful that we found such an incredible photographer. Not only was she so attentive and detail oriented but her photos took our breath away. She captured all of our memories so perfectly and as you can imagine the stress leading up to our wedding due to the pandemic. Party Starters
Drew and Kaitlyn were perfect for our wedding day. They had great song suggestions for introductions/ceremony/mom son dance/ etc. They kept people dancing ALL night long. They had great song suggestions for introductions/ceremony/mom son dance/ etc. They kept people dancing ALL night long. The photobooth combo was a great add on, our guests loved it. Definitely recommend this team! -

Exceeded Expectations
We had DJ Drew for our wedding and he was amazing! We went through countless DJs because music was super important to us (and we are tough critics) and Drew exceeded all our expectations. His music choices were exactly what we were looking for, he kept our party dancing all night, he was attentive and took the time to talk with us before the wedding and check in during the wedding, and was flexible about our vision. Best choice for wedding entertainment
Next Level was the best choice for entertainment for our wedding! We cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, kind, flexible, and easy to work with. Our wedding was amazing from start to finish and the party did not stop. Dj Drew was very accommodating and made sure every request we submitted was played at our wedding and made the whole evening so special. He played a variety of music to suit all of our guests and the dance floor was packed the whole time as a result. We also had an amazing percussionist (different company), who complimented the dj and added a nice element of live music to our reception. Aside from amazing music Next Level also provided screens to display live photos from the night, awesome lighting, special effects (custom monogram lighting and dancing on clouds), and a great photo booth. They also created a beautiful photo montage of my fiance and me, which was played for all our guests during dinnertime at our reception. Our guests have been raving about our wedding and how much fun they and and it could not have been possible without Next Level Djs We cannot thank you guys enough!Next Level was the best choice for entertainment for our wedding! We had always wanted an intimate and elegant wedding, and when we met Drew we knew he was the one to do it. He was very organized and prepared in every meeting, had the timeline prepared from the very beginning, responded super fast to our text messages, and understood our vision perfectly. He had every music we wanted (we had a very specific list of classical music to be played at the ceremony that was not super easy to find) and provided a wonderful selection of songs to play during the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Do not hire!
The biggest mistake we could’ve made when booking vendors for our wedding was hiring this company. We booked DJ, video, and photobooth through Wild West Weddings.
Upon booking, we were told by Caitlin that she would be available to us for ANYTHING we could need throughout the planning process. She explained how “knowledgeable” she was of the wedding planning industry and even went as far as to say “not only am I your vendor, I’m now your friend”.
I reached out on 9/16 as I needed a headcount for the catering company for how many staff would be coming to the wedding. No response.
Fast forward to less than 2 weeks prior to our 10/15/22 wedding date. In the contract signed by myself, my fiancé, and Caitlin, we were asked to complete questionnaires for the video and DJ services. They were completed a month out. Also in the contract, it was stated that we would have a consultation with them 2 weeks out to go over final video and music details. I reached out to Caitlin to get this consultation on the calendar. Her response was “we typically schedule this 1 week out from the wedding day”…FALSE. But fine. We scheduled this consultation for Tuesday 10/11/22.
I was contacted by text message the Monday prior to our wedding and one day before our scheduled “DJ and video consultation”…BY TEXT MESSAGE…telling me they would not be able to provide video services for my wedding and would book a “back up” DJ for us and the photo booth package would remain as booked.
I made several attempts to call Caitlin after this text and tried to obtain contact information for this alternate DJ she was scheduling and was unsuccessful. My friend is also in the wedding business and attempted to reach out to Caitlin as well…I needed all the help I could get…I was in panic mode—DAYS away from my wedding.
She eventually told me that this alternate DJ would be contacting me to set up a consultation. While he was nice enough and apologetic for the lack of professionalism we were forced to deal with, he was not the right fit for our wedding. He did not play most of the songs that were on our reception play list. When cancelling the original DJ, Caitlin actually said “Oh I think this other DJ will be a better fit for your vibe anyway .” (If he was such a better fit—why not book us with him in the first place?) I will say, the ceremony music was done well and cocktail hour music was okay too.
On to the Photo Booth! The package we booked was for 4 hours and included an album of the prints. When booking with Wild West Weddings…during the booking phone call…I specifically asked Caitlin about the photo album that was included in this package. I asked if it was similar to a guest book where guests glue their photo strip in the book during the reception and she told me unequivocally…yes. I then began crossing off “guest book alternatives” from my to do lists. I had signs printed directing guests to glue their pictures in the book. Day of the wedding comes and of course, because of my sign, everyone is asking the attendant for the book. There was no book.
All I was offered for this was a refund for the video services. Thankfully I was able to find one last minute through no effort by Caitlin whatsoever. The bare minimum was done by giving us a refund for the videography—nothing else was offered by this “company” for the stress and headaches and just utter lack of professionalism.

For anyone reading this please keep scrolling to read our many 5 star reviews from our other wedding couples and take the time to check out our social media to see how happy/satisfied our wedding clients were with our services for their day. Unfortunately with this couple they were unsatisfied any way we tried to make their day perfect. If anyone wants to know what happened with this couple I would be glad to share their client experience with you including photos, text messages, and emails from communications and our services on their wedding day which we did provide besides video (which the couple was fully refunded for). 1.) All final wedding consultations with our clients take place 1-2 weeks prior to their wedding day which is solely based on when our couples and their vendors (based on services) can match all schedules. It doesn’t matter how much in advance a planner form is submitted. It is stated clearly on our forms to not submit them before the two week timeline for that reason. 2.) We responded to all text messages and communications through email with this couple. 3.) Yes we contacted the couple stating that we personally were not able to provide their wedding services due to having a death in the family, but we provided DJ, Photo Booth & “fully refunded” video. Family means the world to us just as anyone else so we did not have any other choice, but in the midst of dealing with a death figured out their wedding day as well as others we had that weekend to. Both of our other couples that weekend have nothing, but positive remarks! 4.)I had one of the highest recommended wedding DJ’s in the area “that knew their style of music” step into Andrew’s place to take care of their wedding day music services. He reached out to them right away (within 24 hours) and set up a final consult with them. He touched base with us to let us know that everything was great and they were all on the same page (he never apologized for anything?) 5.) Their photo booth services still ran as planned and I have photo and video coverage from their night with their guests as well as themselves having a great time with the rental. The photo album book was not discussed in terms of signage and after asking my photo booth attendant about signage around the area of the photo booth, I was told there wasn’t anything around. I still provided the couple with a complimentary album including all of their photo booth prints and extra copies which was delivered this week to their P.O Box. So we went above and beyond for them plus more. 6.) The Bride's friend owns a hair styling business in her area and decided to call me and leave a threatening message and harassing me with phone calls all while I was traveling home for a funeral service –keep that in mind. After bringing the truth to her friend's attention I received a text message which I have saved saying, “Hi-I want to apologize to you. I am sorry for leaving you the voicemail….” 7.) Their videography services were fully refunded (in full) and I did find two companies that were available to the couple, but one did not want to speak with me after being in contact with the bride so there was only so much I could do at that point. The bride actually asked me to refund her more than what she paid for out of my own personal money so that she could book a better videography company compared to what we were originally going to provide —The bride and her wedding friend took it into their own hands to find a videographer and never responded to my last text messages when trying to help them secure one. 8.) Unfortunately there are instances where you can’t please someone no matter what you do and this was one of them. We wish the best for this couple and hope that this can get past them. 9.) Took the deposit and ran
Late last year I had booked Next Level DJ for my wedding this June. They cashed my deposit which I paid in December. This February I asked them to send their insurance form to the venue. They did not respond. Since then they have not responded to any of my contact attempts. I have sent numerous emails, left numerous voicemails. Nothing. Yet I see them post often on Facebook. I have since left them multiple messages stating that I've fired them. I have not received back my deposit. Beware, do not book this DJ, they will take your deposit money and run.Late last year I had booked Next Level DJ for my wedding this June. They cashed my deposit which I paid in December.
