Wild Acres Villa is one of the most unique, special places to get married in Central Florida. My now-husband and I searched for weeks trying to find a place that would work within our budget and still deliver the magical feel that we were looking for. We stumbled upon it on accident and I instantly fell in love. It was quite a drive for our guests but when they arrived, they knew why we'd picked it! Lad, Andrea, and the rest of the staff were godsends and worked with all of the requests I had. They were very helpful and responsive to all of my communication too. The venue itself is beautiful during the daytime but at nighttime it comes alive. The outdoor lighting is simply beautiful and creates an ambience that feels dream-like. The house itself is a feast for the eyes - it's incredibly interesting to look at and full of antiques and beautiful stained glass, all curated by the owners. It's also provides a respite for people to enjoy the air conditioning if it's a hot day. If you're looking for a venue that's off the beaten path, private, personal, and beautiful, this is your place!

Wild Acres Villa is a beautiful venue. As soon as I visited, I fell in love with the small house on the property - with exposed wood beams, stain glass windows, and design elements that blend periods of history from medieval to victorian, each room in the house is a treat to explore. We took a majority of our wedding pictures at various locations around the house, using everything from the beautiful stairs with lots of natural light to the stained glass windows as a background for our pictures. The grounds also offer amazing picture opportunities, from palm trees, to a small lake, to a bamboo tunnel that our photographer loved.

The staff was amazing. They were willing to accommodate just about any request! The tents they use for the reception are good quality and the lighting they set up adds great ambiance. Despite the fact that the sky exploded in a downpour halfway through our reception (unfortunately ruining our plans for a bonfire - which the owner, Lad, took pride in his ability to create), the guests were still able enjoy the reception between space in the tents and space in the small house. Two of the young men who work for the venue even ran guests back and forth between the tent and the house with umbrellas!

This is an exceptional venue well worth the cost for a beautiful and unique outdoor wedding. I highly recommend anyone who longs for an outdoor ceremony and reception, or anyone with a more offbeat or unique style, to look into Wild Acres!

Beautiful!!!! That was my wedding day, lad and team were amazing and down to earth! I had visited so many venues looking for the perfect outdoor venue! And when I say many I mean drove all over the state of central and south Florida, nothing compared to this hidden gem. Imagine middle of nowhere and pull up to this dirt road, you have no idea what you are getting to? What's at the end of this dirt path? You then come to this gate and after that green fields, tour path turns into a tunnel formed my trees and at the end you pull into vegetation. That's not the end, you walk out and soon you come across this woodsy European villa that came out of a fairy tail. Behind just green fields and a lake. It was magical and at once I knew this was my place !! My search was over. Lad was so understanding and patient with me, my budget was very big but his prices are reasonable! I have already recommended this venue to a stranger I met at a shop and would recommend this place to everyone that is getting married!! It is such a beautiful place and on the day of the wedding, words could not explain how magical it looked and how my vision came into play!!! Thanks lad!!!

This was the most beautiful location for my wedding ceremony and reception. The pictures online are lovely, but you have to set foot on this amazing estate to appreciate it even more.

Nestled in the Ocala National Forest, the setting could not be more gorgeous. It is a unique lakefront venue. They have an ornate white arbor under which the ceremony can take place. The surroundings are so breathtaking. The majestic trees and with hanging Spanish moss look lovely lit up at night. The aerial lighting over the reception tables was perfect!

The house itself has so many hidden gems and made for a lovely back drop to our getting ready photography. This place is definitely not "cookie cutter" wedding and I know there are many brides like I was that want something that is different. If the outdoors and aesthetics are important to you, than this is the place for you.

Lad is great wedding vendor with whom to work. I also recommend their wedding planner, Andrea, who helped in the home stretch. They are both amazing people and I cannot thank them enough. This is not only a beautiful wedding venue, but a place with soul and history. It was an honor to have wed here and to be able to share it with my family and friends. I will forever remember my beautiful wedding at Wild Acres Villa. Thank you!

What an Amazing place. The house is amazing alone, the old style home with the fireplace and brick just sets a very romantic setting. The grounds are beautiful, green grass, flowers; the lake as a back drop doesn’t hurt for pictures either! They allowed me to come in and pick out where I wanted everything to be, they had no problems accommodating my wedding. This location also has the abilities to offer other services, including a horse drawn carriage, which was the one and only thing I had wanted! This place is amazing and not very far from town. It is a MUST SEE

Wild Acres Villa is a beautiful setting and fit our wedding style perfectly. The owner, Lad, is very flexible and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and everyone was raving about the site! Very beautiful for an outdoor wedding!

We couldn't have picked a better wedding venue for the kind of celebration that my husband and I had in mind. Everything about this venue is just absolutely unique and special. It's not your typical, traditional wedding venue, but boy was it special! We totally made use of the beautiful property. We even had a bonfire when the sun went down and fireworks!! Best wedding that I've ever been to -- so glad that it was mine! :)

Oh my gosh!! What a great venue!!! We got sooo many compliments on the location of our wedding. It is absolutely charming and unique. There's no doubt it's secluded... but don't let that deter you. This is the PERFECT site to have an outdoor wedding in Florida. The villa itself is beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. You will be complimented again and again for finding such a fabulous place for your big day!!
