As a bride, I had a very vague idea of what I wanted our Save the Dates and invitations to look like. I'd been to so many weddings where the invitations were never memorable. As part of the process I was asked to pull together inspiration, mood / tone, and then Amanda and team came back with truly one of a kind art ! -

The work is impeccable and we are so excited to mail these invitations to all our loved ones. But beyond that, their customer service is terrific. There was a shipping delay and they jumped in to help us solve it asap. Lots of love and gratitude for this company and can't wait to hang on to this memento of our marriage forever. Tip: Buy an extra copy of the watercolor and frame it! -

We had Wide Eyes design our save the date and our 5 panel quad-fold wedding invitations and we absolutely love them. The experience is completely customizable and allowed us to add lots of fun details so people could see who we are as a couple. I cannot wait to mail them out and see how everyone reacts. The process was easy and they were very communicative every step of the way. Amanda made sure all the details were perfect! -

I worked with Wide Eyes Paper Co. to design my elopement announcements. The process was very easy, and the final results were so special and creative. Now my partner and I, and my family have a beautiful and custom watercolor to cherish forever of our elopement setting. The owner, Amanda really took the time to get to understand the details that really showcased through the final art. I'm so glad that I got a custom card created and highly suggest Wide Eyes to anyone looking for a truly special wedding invitation or elopement announcement. -

Like many other brides, I was looking for unique invitations that would really encompass the style and vibe of my wedding. I fell in love with their watercolor abilities and was instantly sold! My experience with the WEP Co team has been excellent. I received my estimate for a semi-custom suite on 05/01/2020 and received the last items of my order on 07/24/2020.
I changed my mind last minute about what type of suite i was looking for and they were quick to change my estimate for me. I submitted several revisions to my watercolor scene, my map card, and my envelope address printing and received the final proof for everything within about a month. I approved for printing and after their timeline of 3 weeks I sent a follow up email on the status asking about any unexpected delays. They sent out my order about 3 days later! Once I received my whole order, I was missing 3 blank envelopes and still hadn't received the digital file of my watercolor and map. The WEP team immediately got back to me and sent me my digital file and sent me my additional envelopes (more than I even asked for).
I'm already receiving so many compliments on my invitation suite! They're beautiful and the customer service that I received was spectacular! Among all of the other stressors of trying to continue on with my wedding planning during COVID, working with them has not been one of them.❤️ -

I loved working with Wide Eyes! They truly customized every detail for us and worked within our time frame easily. Other vendors told us we would have to rush everything, and wide eyes never made us feel rushed or that time wasn’t on our side. They know how stressful wedding planning can be and did an excellent job of helping keep us calm and giving us exactly what we wanted! I will certainly be using them again in the future. -

The folks at Wide Eyes have been so incredibly amazing through this process! They are attentive, responsive and very easy to work through edits with. The design they created of our venue is breathtaking and I’m so excited for our guests to receive the save the dates! -

Beautifully Creative
I have had such a great experience working with Wide Eyes. The price was a bit steep but worth every penny. I had lots of questions regarding their customer service at 1st (before I booked) and they answered honestly and candidly and that spoke volumes to me. There’s no limits on creativity and their work is beautiful, it’s almost overwhelming bc I got to decide everything. It definitely made me use those creative juices that I had stored for years. Would totally work with them again! -

I had them create all of my stationary for my wedding and I was obsessed with each piece – it was all so unique. Though they aren’t the quickest at responding, their work is so beautiful. I did all custom stationary and I got so many compliments from family and friends throughout the weeks leading to the wedding and on the day of stuff. Definitely make sure to check them out! -

Their products are really cute and we are really liking the save the dates and invitations we are getting from them but their response time is really bad. It regularly takes them a week or more to reply to an email which is really frustrating and can also really mess up wedding planning due dates and timelines :( -

I had a similar experience to Casey and felt the need to leave a review as well. I couldn't believe after our experience that Wide Eyes had so many 5 star reviews on their Etsy page.
I was so excited when I saw these invitations and ended up going over our budget for them because I liked them so much. The invitations were one of the first things we ordered after securing the venue and definitely the most stressful situation we dealt with during our wedding planning. I learned a lesson and began to entirely regret paying in full upfront, which was a requirement for orders under $4k.
I had to follow up on emails repeatedly to get answers, and the lack of attention to detail was incredibly frustrating. I had to send things multiple times; we were sent proofs for the wrong order, still with placeholders, and with my name spelled wrong. To provide more context, the timeline of how long everything took is below.
Aug 8 - Order completed and we paid in full.
Nov 28 - Save the date design selected. This was not a custom design, so I'm not sure why it took over a month to receive the proof for it. The ordering process states 7 days for first proof.
Jan 9 - Proofs sent for wrong save the date design. I responded the following morning to ask for the correct design.
Jan 25 + 31 - follow-up emails sent to ask about the new proofs.
Feb 1 - Proofs sent for correct save the date.
Early April - We began receiving custom map proofs.
late April - We received proofs for the entire set; no custom portrait; name spelled wrong three different ways
late May - final proofs sent
June - final proofs after correcting errors
June 7 - told would be shipped by the end of week
June 21 - received invites
Overall, it took about 10 months to receive the final product, and we sent both the save the dates and our invites out later than we wanted to even though I gave the dates we were aiming for repeatedly. I'm not sure if Wide Eyes is taking on more work than they can handle, but I want to make sure others don't deal with what we went through. I really did love the invites, and we got so many compliments on them, but the experience was really not worth it. -

Poor custom service
I enjoyed my invitation design but the customer service is extremely rude. I paid around $1,700 for only 75 invitations. I received beautiful invitations but the envelopes were cheap brown paper bag material. It was really disappointing so I contacted them politely asking if it’s possible to change the envelopes and I received attitude and a bill. I didn’t mind paying for new envelopes but was it necessary to say things like “We have not had any complaints” after I already paid a lot of money. I wasn’t rude. It was pretty much we don’t wanna hear it attitude. -

STAY AWAY !!!!!!
I chose Wide Eyes Paper Co. for their stunning artwork and unique stationary options.
However, THEY DIDN'T COME IN TIME FOR MY WEDDING!!!!!.
The company BRIBED me with $200 to write a good review. Once I wrote the review the disaster started. (I never received the $200 credit).
By far, using Wide Eyes Paper co. was the biggest STRESS and HEADACHE.
They are impossible to get a hold of, I literally couldn't get them to take a phone call. They did not return the $525.00 I paid them for programs that WERE NEVER SENT.
The people who work at Wide Eyes are careless - my envelopes were a disaster, whoever was designing them made mistake after mistake, proof after proof spelling mistake after spelling mistake and then held my prints hostage because I wouldn't sign off on MISSPELLED WORDS.
This company stole $525.00. They did not produce what was contracted upon and I was missing menus for my wedding.
