Amazing florist!!

Wicks did a fabulous job with our bouquets, and centerpieces for the wedding. They were very easy to work with and understood what we wanted from the beginning. I had my first meeting with Stefani and she made me a mini trial bouquet after I booked which I thought was so cute! Stefani ended up leaving before I had my reception and I worked with Rose who was very easy to work with. They were on time and set everything up at the venue perfectly.

Winter wedding flower perfection!

I cannot recommend Wick’s enough! Our wedding flowers were amazing! They were so easy and accommodating to work with. My bouquets and centerpieces were even better than I imagined. They had the best pricing too!

Stefanie and the Wick's team did an incredible job on my flowers! From my first encounter, they were amazing! Stefanie is incredible and replicated my vision perfectly! The centerpieces looked amazing and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful bouquet! THANK YOU!!

TOP NOTCH. I had the Best experiences because they are so reliable, creative, responsive and reasonable. All my center pieces for my wedding, rehearsal and bridal shower were huge and full and lasted for days and days after. My chuppah was flawless and my bouquets were so full and gorgeous. All my events were so perfectly beautiful because of Wicks. Wicks is the florist that cares and I will Be using them forall future events!!!

Thank you to Ann for such beautiful arrangements for my wedding day!!! The bouquets were so beautiful and the center pieces blew me away. I did not have many requests or demands for my wedding flowers so I was hoping that they would be okay. Once I saw how outstanding the flowers were, I almost cried! Looking into the ballroom prior to the party I was floored by how gorgeous the room looked. Thank you for the beautiful flowers- they made my day even more special!!

Perfect wedding flowers!!! Stephanie was very helpful! She understood what I wanted and helped me make changes until it was just right. I was able to have the tall centerpieces of my dreams, which I thought I'd never be able to afford after meeting with other florists. The package they created for me with a sweet-heart table arrangement, the bathroom arrangement, cake flowers, and toss boutique can't be beat.

My family loves Wicks. They did the flowers for my sisters wedding and for our wedding. They were willing to transport the flowers into the city. And were willing to work within our budget. The flowers were beautiful and reasonable price. The Wicks team provided great suggestions on what would work well with my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. They were also flexible when I called week of because I needed to add a flower topper to our cake they worked with me. When the number of our tables decreased I was able to change the number of arrangements needed on Thursday and received a credit. Overall we could not have been happier. Thanks!

We used Wicks Florist for our July 2015 wedding and could not have been happier with the outcome. From our first meeting, Stefanie understood the exact look we wanted and easily threw together the perfect bouquet of "sunset-inspired" roses. We met with two other florists, but came straight back: Stefanie was so much more in-tune to our style and offered a much better price. We trusted her to create bold centerpieces to match the bouquets, and she delivered! We couldn't believe how beautiful our venue looked when we stepped inside. Thank you, Stefanie and the entire Wicks team!

They were by far the best price I had received and everything was executed wonderfully on the day of. No issues at all with them and Stephanie was very patient with several changes I had as the date was approaching. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Wick's from start to finish. My fiance and I did not really know what we wanted in regards to our centerpiece or bouquets! Our first visit with Stefanie went really well and she helped us decide on what kind of floral arrangements we wanted. After I told her what I was thinking she made up a quick arrangement of the kinds of flowers I wanted. It was absolutely perfect. The flowers were vibrant and full. We left the meeting really happy! Fast forward a few months and we went back to figure out what kind of centerpieces we wanted (high or low) and Stefanie was kind enough to make up both for us to see and compare. They were both beautiful! The prices were reasonable and the communication with Stefanie was really great! She made this process very easy for us. I was floored when I saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets and was thrilled when I walked into the reception room!! It was exactly what we wanted! Everything was absolutely beautiful!

My wedding was a bit bohemian and small. I was prepared to just buy a bunch of flowers from a deli but my mom and my mother-in-law insisted on getting me and my bridesmaids some bouquets and the groom a boutonniere even though the wedding was a mere three days away. Not only did they take the order but the flowers were beyond gorgeous and for a much more affordable price than some of the local flower shops in Brooklyn. Even though the flower shop was on Long Island, they delivered the flowers to our hotel and they were simply stunning. Two thumbs up!

The one thing that I didn't want to do for my wedding was my centerpieces. I always find that its a pain in the ass and I hate making decisions. Going to Wick's was the greatest idea. I use them for all my regular bouquets on mother's day and birthdays so I know their quality is great. They worked with my mom to choose an arrangement and then I went in after and tweaked it a little. They set up a drop off time with both the hall and I. They arrived exactly on time and sent an extra just in case the groom messed his up. The centerpieces lasted two weeks after the wedding. They did a wonderful job!

My bouquet was absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I wanted. They kept in contact with me and the service was quick, easy and professional. They are everything that you want from a florist when planning a wedding. LOVE them!!!

Wicks Florist, in particular Stephanie, was referred to me by a friend for my wedding. The initial meeting was fantastic! Stephanie was so comfortable to work with! You put faith in a florist's creative talent and we put our faith in the right person! Everything was perfect and our guests fought for the centerpieces!

Wick's was one of the best vendors I used for my wedding day. They were so reasonably priced and had the most beautiful flowers. All of the flowers and center pieces looked absolutely amazing. Stefanie was great to work with! She was able able to provide us with the exact vision we had in our minds. The reception looked like a romantic fairytale with candles and flowers everywhere (just as I had pictured it!) Stefanie even let us bring in our own votive candles we purchased online to use at the reception. Her team set them up for us the day of the wedding when they set out the center pieces. Once less thing for us to do! The bouquets were beautiful and smelled wonderful! All of my bridesmaids loved them and took them home! My bouquet was especially wonderful. Stefanie even worked secretly with my fiance to have the most beautiful bouquet of followers delivered to me right before the wedding with such a sweet message. Everyone arrived on time and made everything go smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Wick's exceeded all expectations and really made us feel special on our wedding day. I would highly recommend Wick's.

I used Wick's after a horrible experience elsewhere. Thank GOD I decided to go with Wicks!!! Everything was amazing! Stephenie was fantastic and professional. I told her exactly what I was looking for and within ten minutes she threw together a sample of perfection! It was everything I expected and more!!! Sometimes good things come out of the bad and I'm so grateful to have used Wicks!!

Folks at Wicks were outstanding throughout entire process. Very professional outfit! Flowers were delivered on time and were exactly as agreed. We visited quite a few florists before we chose Wicks and it was the right choice!!

I was sooooooo pleased with Wicks Florist in Baldwin. They provided all of the flowers for my wedding on 8/10/2013. I had gone to a couple of other local florists and their prices were crazy!!!! I mean really crazy!! One florist was trying to charge me more than my photographer and I got a high end photographer!! Wicks was very, very, very affordable. I ended up getting all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, pew bows with flowers, floor pieces for the church and centerpieces for the reception! Stephanie, the Wedding Coordinator at Wicks, was very helpful and had tons of pictures to show so you can get an idea of what you could get. She contacted me about 2 weeks prior to the wedding to finalize everything. The flowers were delivered at the exact time we agreed. There were even a couple extra boutonnieres! Everything was absolutely beautiful!! I would DEFINITELY recommend for everyone to go there for all your floral needs! They are the best!!

I was so happy with Wicks and the amazing job they did for our wedding. The flowers were so beauitful and the colors were perfect and Stephanie was so informative and helpful! Last minute changes or additions were never a problem, they had the flowers delevered on time to all locations, and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Wicks to everyone and anyone who needs flowers for their special event.

Wicks is the house florist from my reception hall (The Coral House). I was so happy that I decided to use them, I wish I could post pictures in this review to show how beautiful the flowers were. And they stayed beautiful until at least 4 days later when I went on my honeymoon.

Wick?s Florist is actually the house florist for my reception hall and I had free centerpieces included in my wedding package. However, the free centerpieces were basic & not what I wanted.
I first met with the florist and went over what I was looking for. They showed me someone?s actual centerpiece & I was in love with it! They quoted me a terrific price for a lot of flowers.
When I went to actually book the florist, they had a sample centerpiece waiting for me?and I loved it more than the example I saw when I first met with them. They even put together a sample bouquet for me.

On the day of the wedding, the flowers looked beyond amazing! I?ve received so many compliments on the centerpieces and the choice of colors. I cant get over how beautiful my bouquet and dais flowers were. Stephanie does fantastic work!

Wick's Florist did a stand up job on the flowers for my wedding. They are the house vendor for the Coral House so the centerpieces would have been done by them anyway. Needless to say at the end of the reception everyone wanted to take the centerpieces home! They were a beautiful combination of fall colors and beautiful flowers. I absolutely loved my bouquet, it was full and heavy but well worth it. I showed them a picture of what I envisioned from a magazine and I must say the resemblance to the photo was uncanny. It was full of bright beautiful calla lillies and berries. The bridesmaid's bouquet were very nice replica's of my bouquet as well as the junior bridesmaid and flower girl basket. The boutinnere's lasted throughout the ceremony and reception and they even gave us two extra. My mom's corsage died a little early but it was still beautiful. The flowers lasted at least a week and a half after the wedding too. The prices were reasonable too.

All my flowers were perfect! I described what I wanted and they presented the centerpieces and my bouquet perfectly. I didn't have to change a thing!

They were helpful with ideas and were so friendly!

We received compliments all night! My husband's boutineere stayed perfect the entire day and night! My flowers were beautiful and the girls too!

Flowers were not a priority to me. Yet, Stefanie and the Wick's team came up with amazing flowers for my event and were so flexible to my needs and wants. I love my flowers so much, I'm having them preserved. They give you the most for your money with throw in's like petals, cake flowers, sweetheart centerpiece and more. Will always recommend them. Loved working together.

I'm originally from Long Island, and have been going to Wicks for years. When they told me they delivered to Manhattan, I was so happy to have them provide the flowers for our wedding. They exceeded my expectations. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The women in the department were very accomidating and helpful, and the delivery was perfect on the day of the wedding.

Stephanie at Wicks did a great job of fulfilling my vision while respecting my budget - I had my heart set on cherry blossoms and forsythia, but the timing of our wedding made that an unreasonable expectation both in terms of cost and availability. But, she was able to suggest alternative flowers that would give me a similar look, and the finished centerpieces were absolutely breathtaking. My bouquet was stunning and absolutely packed with flowers, my sister’s maid-of-honor bouquet and the wrist corsages for the moms were a perfect match and sized just right for everyone’s comfort, the guys’ bouttonieres were fresh and beautiful, and everything lasted right up until the end of the evening and beyond. What really knocked me out were all the extras - the HUGE arrangement for our head table, the flowers for our cake, the arrangement for the ladies room, petals for all our tables, AND an entire extra toss bouquet that I didn’t even need but was thrilled to keep were all included! I was not even that interested in the flowers when I first started planning my wedding but by the end I was just so incredibly thrilled with them. Compliments from all around!

My flowers were beautiful. Everything was delivered early and bouquet was exactly how I pictured it. The only problem was the forgot one boutonniere for my FIL. We subbed out an extra groomsmen boutonnière and it worked out fine. My center pieces were perfect and worked well in the room. There prices and service was fantastic!

I used wicks Florist for my wedding and they were great to work with. I spoke to Stephanie and she was so patient. She listened to what I wanted and my budget and then tried he hardest to give me everything I wanted. Seeing the mock centerpieces didn't so justice to what we received on the day of the wedding. the bouquets were absolutely beautiful and the centerpieces where the talk of the party especially the piece done for the head table. I would recommend wicks florist to anyone and i would use them again.

Wicks was amazing, we worked with Stephanie who did my centerpiece samples over more than once until it was just what I wanted. She was able to work within our budget which for flowers wasn't much and created a vision that matched our theme. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful and we were very pleased with the quality of work.

The flowers turned out beautiful. My bouquet was amazing! It was so full my arms were actually sore from it! I lost some flowers throughout the night, but there were so many to begin with, that I didn’t really notice. My wedding was Sunday night and the flowers in my bouquet were still in great condition on Tuesday afternoon!
The centerpieces surprised me. Stefani described them as being in a 6 x 6 in. square glass vase and they were so full they looked much larger than they really were. My guests complimented them and also loved the fact that were weren't so high that they prevented them from talking to other people at the table.
We ordered pumpkins for our ceremony/cocktail hour- they came much smaller than I had wanted and we ordered preserved fall leaves to line the aisle and I heard from my husband that they were a little scarce. I personally did not get the chance to notice!
It was a little bit hard to keep in contact with Stefani, she worked certain days and I live across the country with a 3 hr time diff., so it would take days for some questions to be answered. Stressful, but nobody's fault.
Overall, I was impressed with Wick's. I would definitely recommend them to another bride. I was also happy that they recently updated their website...it really displays the good work they can do!

I've been buying flowers from Wick's Florist for many years so it was a no brainer as to who we wanted to do our flowers. They were easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions about our centerpieces and bouquets. Then Superstorm Sandy hit Long Island 5 days prior to our wedding and we had no idea if our wedding was going to take place. The Riviera was our venue, which is located on the bay in Massapequa. We weren't sure if they sustained damage from the storm but later found out that our wedding was proceeding accordingly.

Two days after the storm, I received a call from Stephanie letting me know that Wick's lost power and they weren't sure if I would have flowers. She left it off as she would call me the next day to let me know. To be honest, I felt that she was a little indifferent and flippant and maybe could have said something more to ease the uncertainty or suggested another florist if they were unable to provide the flowers. Needless to say, it freaked me out so I started to devise a back up plan. Anxiously, I called Wick's the next day to check the status and spoke to Stephanie again. She said they got power back and were going to put together beautiful flowers for my wedding. I was totally relieved! They were expecting a delivery from their wholesaler which never came but were going to make do with what they had available. That was fine by me since having flowers was way better than not having flowers. And I must say, they did a beautiful job!! Our bouquets were gorgeous (very similar to what I originally selected) and the centerpieces were stunning even though some of the flowers I wanted were omitted (due to non-delivery by their wholesaler). It didn't bother me in the least bit because they were still so beautiful and I received many compliments from our guests.

Wick's was great to work with through the planning process but we were disappointed that a lot of work seemed to get lost the day of the wedding. My bouquet had to be fixed because they forgot an important element they had suggested. The girl came right away but her attitude was clear she wasn't happy about it. The throw away bouquet was different from what was implied to me so I wish that had been more clearly stated during planning. The arbor we paid to have specially decorated was not decorated to the extent we discussed and was also slightly damaged when they put it together for us. Otherwise they did great centerpieces except our sweetheart table did not compliment the rest of our decor at all. I have no doubt they could have gotten the job done better if they had been clearer about each element was going to be like.

Wicks had a great price and the centerpieces did come out beautiful, however I would be careful using wicks. Stephine was difficult to work with an always had an attitude as if she was the bride. I repeatedly told her not to use certain flowers and the day before the wedding I stopped by to see the centerpieces and she did not listen. The bouquets were dissapointing. My bridesmaids had to pick off the dead flowers in all of the bouquets. The mothers flowers were horrible. They were so small and pathetic. I was so embarrassed my mother in law had to walk down the aslie with a bouquet smaller than her hand. I not going I even go into the flowers on the cake. If you are looking for a florist keep trying local vendors don't be fools by wicks reasonable prices
