  Attention to detail

  I showed a ring that I found on Pinterest to my husband one time and he proposed with a ring that was identical. It helps that my step-mom and one of the owners are friends and had a hand in it, but that shows how much attention they spend trying to make the best ring possible. They even used the European shank to prevent the ring from spinning. I am so thrilled and definitely recommend using them. Truly, if you dream it, they can make it.

  Wickersham's has been our family's jeweler for many years, but since I now live in Milwaukee I thought it would be too far to travel to get our wedding bands. After failed attempts in the Milwaukee area we decided to check out Wickersham's on one of our trips up north. I have to say they were absolutely amazing in so many ways. First, they were very fair in their pricing as anywhere else we went would not adjust the price of my husbands band for his small ring size. Second, my engagement ring was my husband's great grandmother's ring and although we had found bands that would look nice Wickersham's designed a set of custom bands for my ring that are amazing! Shannon was great to work with and very easy to work with us even with the long travel time in between.

  I live in Nashville, TN, but knew that I wanted to get my ring from Wickersham Jewelry in Marshfield. They have always been an excellent jeweler and taken excellent care of my family. When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they had a ring made for me that I absolutely ADORE. It was worth a trip to Wisconsin to get the perfect wedding ring!!

  My ring was custom made to match my engagement ring and everything fit perfectly and it was exactly what I wanted.

  I would highly NOT recommend Wickersham Jewelry. I have had a very unpleasant very disappointing experience and want to let all know what they should expect from this jeweler.
  There product is of high quality but their flexibility or should I say willingness is much to be desired.
  My finance purchased an engagement through the dealer in Marshfield with the understanding that if this ring wasn't the one I truly desired that there would be absolutely no problem exchanging for another. The ring was beautiful however I would prefer white gold rather than the yellow gold. I brought this ring still brand new never worn or resized in any way to the dealer in Rhinelander. The gentlemen informed me that he would check to see if I could get this ring in white gold. Keep in mind that on their website I would have been able to order this ring in white gold. Two days later I received a call from this fellow stating that it was no longer available in white gold. A little confused knowing that I could still order this online I called the Wausau branch and spoke to the store manager, she told that it was in fact available in white gold but I would not be able to exchange the ring. She did tell me though that I could purchase a whole new set because they were not able to exchange or put my ring towards this new one?? For a small fee I could just have my ring plated to resemble white gold??? Really ...... I would expected more from a jeweler of this standing being in business as long as they have been, do they not need our business any longer?? Better training for their sales staff?? Something has truly fallen short here. Please do your research prior to purchase.
