best prom ever

We're thrilled with the experience we had with Brian Wirt at Wichita Wedding DJ. We wanted our prom to be cool, fun, and unique. It was incredibly important to us that the quality of the music, sound, and lights were central to the event. Brian also had great ideas about how to it exciting and he kept the dance floor happy all night, This was one of the most fun proms and it was everything we imagined, due in huge part to the awesome sound, lights, and Brian's flawless DJ skills. The Photo Booth was an added plus, everything worked out incredibly well.

Everything went smoothly, very professional

DJ Brian Wirt did an incredible job at our wedding. Our guests had a blast. He did a great job selecting music and keeping everyone entertained and dancing. He was easy to work with and very experienced. I would highly recommend him.

Affordable & So Much Fun!

Brian was incredible to work with. Due to Covid, we had to postpone our reception a few months, and Brian was still able to assist. He kept the dance floor hopping all night long! Highly recommend.

Thank You DJ Brian

The best part of the entire reception was having Brian Wirt as our DJ. We specifically booked Brian as soon as our wedding venue, and date were finalized because he is so popular in the wedding industry. We really appreciate all the efforts he put into making our wedding special, he definitely did not disappoint.

Absolutely perfect.

DJ Brian was basically our wedding coordinator, as he ensured that we stuck to our time schedule throughout the day, everything was absolutely perfect including the photo booth which became the focal point between dance breaks. He had great equipment, and cool dance lighting. He was reasonably priced, and very professional. We're extremely pleased with everything.

Hard-working, creative, and helpful

Loved working with Brian. He was professional, and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was willing to help out with lots of things beyond his job description to make the event a success. He also arrived early, set-up his equipment, and then helped us with decorations etc, very refreshing. He MC'd the event flawlessly, and his music-mixing talent kept the dance floor full throughout the night. It was an absolute blast.

The wedding was a blast.

The wedding was a blast. Brian was ready, professional and fun. All of the music and timing was perfect, and the lighting was nice. Our group was small and he played a perfect mix of our requests while adding some great choices. We booked him because we heard he'd be amazing and he definitely delivered. We also rented his portable dance floor it was perfect.

Absolutely recommend.

DJ Brian Wirt is the BEST DJ in the Kansas. He DJ'd our wedding and went above and beyond! I promise you, if you are looking for a great DJ that you can count on, DJ Brian Wirt is the way to go. One of our best memories from our big day is dancing on the dance floor, and the photo booth was a huge hit. DJ Brian is friendly, personable, reliable and just a down to earth great guy. He played a great variety of music that catered to everyone at our wedding. Ultimately, choosing DJ Brian as the DJ for our wedding was one of the best decisions that my husband and I could have ever made. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking for a great DJ! Thank you DJ Brian Wirt for everything!

Exceeded my expectations, provided exceptional service. Brian was available when we had questions, help make the planning easy by responding quickly to emails, and for being a genuinely good person that really cared about our wedding. All in all our experience with Wichita Wedding DJ was amazing.

Great DJ, very pleased.

Brian was prompt, ready to go. Everything went as planned and discussed. His music selection was on point, transitions were seamless, and he had a good pulse of the crowd. I can tell you we had people on the dance floor almost all night, even for the slow songs. We all had an incredible time. I was so grateful for his service and pleased to be able to get such a great DJ.

Incredible Job

We loved everything. Brian played all the right songs, and kept everything flowing perfectly. Everyone had a great time. The photobooth was a great addition, we almost didn't go with it, but so glad we did. Incredible job.

Best Decision

Close to 250 people from around the world attended our wedding, we had a beautiful outdoor wedding at my grandparents ranch in the Flint Hills located about 90 minutes north of Wichita. Brian drove out to DJ for us, he also drove out a few months earlier to meet with me, now that's commitment. He was professional and kept our huge crowd dancing. He was the perfect dj, and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for a better DJ experience. Perfect setup with the dance lighting, and sound system. We asked him if he could play some Mexican music at one point, and he knew all the right songs, and had easy access to requested ones which was amazing. My wife and I were truly impressed. Highly recommend.

Best Time and Affordable

We had the best time. A great affordable service. We were working with a small budget, and were looking for a "one stop shop" dj, photo shop, dance floor; Brian at Wichita Wedding DJ provided all of this, and it all work out perfectly. He was incredibly easy and fun to work with, and we got along. We would absolutely recommend.

Excellent DJ and Photo Booth

We hired Brian for our daughter's wedding in KC. The wedding day was a complete success. We received nothing but compliments on the music, and photo booth. We can't thank Brian, and his wife enough for their part in making the reception so much fun. We couldn't have asked for a better celebration. They were great to work with, and did an excellent job.

Without a doubt THE best dj service in Wichita / Kansas City area. We absolutely loved working with Brian. He was extremely flexible and accommodating. We used them for our company booth at KC's American Royal World Series of Barbecue, and DJ Brian did an excellent job of playing a variety of music, and kept everyone dancing through the day and night. The photo booth was a big hit. I highly recommend, and will use them again in the future.

We are very pleased with Wichita Wedding DJ service. We searched, looked at prices, and I've got to tell you something I don't what your budget is, but you need to book this guy: Our DJ Brian Wirt was extremely flexible, very easy to work with. We met him once, went over the planner, texted, emailed back and forth a few times, he showed up way early on wedding day, and the presentation was perfect! He also made sure to check with us before proceeding with announcements, and handled it smoothly, The music and dancing was spot on, we're incredibly happy it was a good time for all.

Brian was such an amazing dj to work with. He was very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Brian Wirt did a phenomenal job for my wedding, and reception. He really listened to our needs, he's very professional, organized, and made our guests feel so comfortable that they couldn't help but to dance. We also had the photo booth, everybody had a blast with the props and taking silly pictures: Brian sent us a disc with all of the pictures, and we loved being able to see all of our guests having so much fun. The dance floor was always full of people, and never a dull moment. Brian is great to work with and was extremely organized. He was quick to respond, and made it very easy for us throughout the process. We sent him a good list of music, while also adding his own touch for perfection. The sound was flawless. Brian Wirt was the best throughout our entire wedding planning process. He was extremely helpful and responsive through emails, meeting in person, and even on the day of. Brian took every single thing we discussed and stuck to it. Brian also provided the music for the ceremony, and was right on mark. He played such a fun dance mix it was hard to stop for breaks. Brian was truly very professional, fun to work with, and an amazing part of our wedding day. 100% Recommeded.

Awesome experience! The music was great! Brian really engaged the guests. He kept everyone entertained for the entire wedding, and just made the overall experience so fun. Highly recommend this company, they were fantastic to work with, photo booth included; best pricing no doubt. We will definitely use them again, and will refer them to friends and family.

DJ Brian was a blast!! He has a ton of great suggestions Don't worry about booking someone separate. He did an AWESOME job keeping everyone on the dance floor (which had been a worry of mine). During the day of the wedding he was open to suggestions, and last minute changes (We decided to change a few songs) He also did all of my ceremony music, and his transitioning from one part of the venue to the next was seamless. He is a very sweet person who clearly loves what he is doing! I would highly recommend Brian Wirt to any of my friends, and I thank him for making this day so perfect

Brian was a stellar DJ. The DJ service provided exactly everything that we needed for our special day He made me feel at ease, and had a great selection and of music. The reception was perfect. I provided him with a timeline, and he made announcements for us at the appropriate times during the reception. The sound was great. The photo booth worked out well, and the price was right. He was very easy to talk to and get things done. I would definitely use him again.

Brian did an awesome job playing great music, and kept our dance floor full throughout the night! Also provided beautiful uplighting, and a gorgeous DJ booth. He was the BEST choice for a DJ!
The bonus is that he mixes live, so the whole night was a continuous dance party. The company has awesome ratings and even better...their prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

If you want a dance party don't even bother going anywhere else, no one will do it better. We went to all the bridal shows, and met all the djs...feeling really disheartened afterwards by what we were seeing and hearing, finally a friend whose music taste is trustworthy recommended DJ Brian Wirt.

Brian did not disappoint. He was so on point that our venue approached him to be their resident DJ. People have asked me about how to get in contact with him for their upcoming weddings. He took all our ideas, respected them, added in his own touch, and ran with them. It was clear that our good time was his priority. Our wedding was a great experience, just above and beyond and spectacular!

Brian was very professional, courteous, and on point with the flow of the music throughout the night. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Wichita Wedding DJ provided an awesome service for our wedding on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Right from the beginning the communication from Brian Wirt was excellent. Our requests and ideas were really listened to. The fact we got to meet with DJ Brian beforehand for planning really made the whole process a lot easier too. DJ Brian couldn't have been more fantastic as both the DJ and the MC. He kept the dance floor going all night, and all our guests including us had the best time! Brian Wirt and his team saved my wedding. My original DJ whom I booked from Another D. canceled on me 4 days before the wedding. I contacted Wichita Wedding DJ, and within 20 minutes Brian had me set-up. My DJ's name was Kali and she was amazing. I am actually thankful now that the original DJ canceled, because I can't imagine them being any better than DJ Kali, we also added photo booth to package and for the price was incredible !!
I will never hire another DJ outside of this company. Excellent job !!!

Brian Wirt made my wedding and reception an absolute blast! He was super professional. He paid attention to little details, and was great at setting the atmosphere. During the dinner, the music had a good groove. Nothing too loud or too fast. And when it was time to start dancing, he brought the energy up quick. Brian really did awesome by playing the right music getting people to come out on the dance floor. He interacted with the guests and even taught folks how to do the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, and Cha Cha Slide. Everyone had so much fun!

DJ Brian Wirt made our wedding reception absolutely phenomenal! He timed all of the special requests perfectly (like me surprising my husband with a groom's cake). He read the group on the dance floor perfectly and because of that, we didn't stop dancing until our time ran out. Could not have imagined that night as perfectly as it turned out. Brian Wirt dj'ed our company banquet in Kansas City, Mo at the Raphael Hotel. He electrified the dance floor with the songs he played. His announcements were clear and crisp. Brian is the sort of person that you can trust to do the very best job. I will definitely hire him again when the occasion arises. I was a little bit skeptical about hiring someone who doesn't live in the city, but the music he played was well tailored to meet the tastes of the crowd, and quite frankly one of the best djs I've ever seen. I hired DJ Brian for our company Christmas Party at KC's Sheraton Crown Center last year, and WOW DJ Brian did a GREAT job!! He has great chemistry with the crowd, very attentive and very personable. Wichita Wedding DJ Professionals was an amazing DJ service for our wedding. Thanks to Brian's immediate attention to all of my emails I felt very well prepared going into the big day. We filled out the detailed questionnaire beforehand which provided our DJ with all of the plans. I hired Brian Wirt of Wichita Wedding DJ for my wedding reception. And I gotta say I was blown away by how awesome he was.

My wife and I were doing the reception on our own. And too be honest, hiring the DJ was making me the most nervous. I've never hired a DJ, And I have no idea what I'm even looking for in a DJ.

I looked on line found Brian, contacted him, after a quick chat we had a meeting to discuss options, and we booked.

I couldn't be happier with the choice. He was awesome at the wedding, play great music during the cocktail hour and dinner. He filled the dance floor and pretty much kept it filled the rest of the night. Took requests and perfectly blended them in with his set. Not to mention he was right on time, and incredibly nice and accommodating.

I've been to a few weddings in the last year, and I can easily say we had the best DJ out of the bunch, not biased at all. I swear.

Brian was the DJ for our wedding and he definitely exceeded our expectations. On wedding day, he went above and beyond his DJ duties to make sure we had the best day ever. Our venue had a few changes and strict rules, but Brian went out of his way to show up earlier than discussed to make sure everything was set up to run smoothly.

Everyone at my wedding has told me the DJ I had was amazing and did an excellent job of capturing the party and keeping the energy high. We've been to a few weddings in which the DJ was quite terrible, and it really puts a damper on how much fun you can have.
I cannot say enough about the phenomenal job, Brian was able to read the room seamlessly and played to all kinds of tastes.

Hands down, Brian Wirt made our Wedding as smooth as it possibly could be.

We hired him based on a referral, and he did not fail to impress. We were very at ease with his demeanor and professionalism.

During the our meeting he walked us through his whole setup, gave us many ideas. We left much of the music selections up to him

because of short planning time to our wedding date (2 weeks), and we provided him with a few genres that we liked. I trusted that

Brian would make the best decisions based on his experience, and he absolutely rocked our wedding.

He was able to get people onto the dance floor, and kept them moving the entire reception, the music flow was spot on.

I still can't believe how amazing a DJ company could make an event. The music was perfect, DJ Brian had a complete lineup prepared for requests, played all my wife's and my favorites, and, additionally, he mc'd the event. He kept the entire wedding flowing, and when the close of wedding came, and he finished packing up, he helped with the clean up. I got so many, "Best Wedding Ever" comments, and I know they were not raving about the flowers! Brian created such a fun wedding for us. I think if there is one thing to splurge on, it is the DJ. We stumbled upon Wichita Party Djs / Musicfit through a random internet search, and it was one of the best things that happened to us for our wedding night. The event was set at the The Gallery Event Space in Kansas City,and we needed the perfect touch of music to complement such an awesome venue. Equally split on whether to go DJ or live band, we are so glad we decided on DJ Brian Wirt.

Come the wedding night - we realized we made the perfect decision. They were actually the first vendor to arrive on site the night of the event. DJ Brian exceeded our expectations ten fold with his play list, mixing abilities, and emcee skills, the dance floor was jam packed all night, and all our guests have been talking about the music ever since.

Just like they say, there are lots of things about your wedding night that go unnoticed because so much is going on at the same time. For us, the music certainly wasn't one of them. Since then we've heard nothing but good praises from all of our guests. Great job guys!

I booked Wichita DJ's in early January 2014 for my August 2014 wedding. DJ Brian Wirt was the only one that we felt comfortable with after interviewing other companies. When our big day came Brian kept us on the dance floor all night. He played all my favorites and several times ALL seats were empty because everyone was dancing. DJ Brian was our DJ for our wedding in Kansas City this year. Prior to the wedding, DJ Brian put together a mash-up for the father/daughter dance. The result was incredible, and since we worked with him only over email we were super surprised that everything worked out so perfectly. He played a little somthing for everyone, and kept the dance floor jumpin' the whole night, he did an excellent job. Thank so much Brian Wirt for making our special day so memorable.

Brian Wirt was fantastic! He DJ'ed our wedding this past April. From the first meeting, you can tell he loves what he does, and he is very good at it. Brian had the place jumping and kept true to what we were looking for in a DJ. He even pronounced our names right during the grand entrance, and we had some tough names! He was very professional, and accommodated our every request perfectly. He provided music and lighting and really helped make the evening for us.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough, and can't wait for a reason to use them again.

I've been a wedding planner for over 10 years, and when my big day finally came, my first choice was DJ Brian Wirt. I just got married in June, and I'm still coming down from the high of how amazing the entire night was, and Brian absolutely rocked the house. I refer him to every one of my brides - his knowledge of music is beyond extensive, and his set-up can accommodate, and please any client - he's a gem!

Brian is nothing but AMAZING! He did such an incredible job. We had a wedding outside in a 7 acres yard on a rainy day. And it turned out perfect. He figured out all the gear he needed, and he just made it happen. I remember him setting up in the rain for the dinner with a great attitude. He was one of the best MCs and DJs I have ever seen. We had a blast. Everybody loved him. I can't wait to have another party and hire Brian. Seriously! Hire him without any hesitation!

Brian did an amazing job at our wedding. I interviewed more expensive DJs that said they offered all kinds of extra services, and I am so glad we chose Brian. The music was perfect and he worked with us every step of the way to help us plan the night and choose all the music. I was so appreciative of all his extra suggestions, and how thorough he was in learning about exactly what kind of atmosphere and 'DJ energy' we wanted for the wedding and reception. I've had so many compliments from family and guests about what a great job he did. Even the photographer was impressed! I wouldn't hesitate to give Brian my highest recommendation for any wedding or event. Thank you Brian !!!

Brian did an amazing job with playing the music we wanted and a variety so everyone at our reception would dance. Everyone loved the music he played. My husband's family is from Oklahoma and enjoy country music, Brian did the perfect job of mixing hip hop and country. We loved Brian! From our first meeting I knew he was going to be a great fit. The day of, he arrived hours before the ceremony to make sure everything was up and running. Brian was great at keeping the party going. Up until the last dance, everyone was out having a great time

I had a great experience. Brian recently DJed my wedding, he answered my questions right away, always professional and polite. Besides the music we requested, awesome lights to set the mood, and all the equipment we needed for our ceremony. We had a great time dancing to good tunes.

DJ Brian Wirt was one of the main reasons that our wedding day was the best day of our lives. My husband and I didn't have to stress about a thing. We had planned every detail with Brian before the big day and he took it from there. The ceremony music was perfect and the reception was an absolute blast! Everyone had so much fun! We received compliments all night on how fun the wedding was, and I know Brian had a huge role in that. He read the crowd so well and played music that everyone really enjoyed! He was also very professional and classy. I was so worried about having a cheesy DJ, but he was the farthest from that. He created an amazing night.

The D.J. was good. Everyone enjoyed themselves, but I think the biggest crowd pleaser was the photo booth. It stayed busy all night. Well worth adding it to the package.
