Arrived in perfect condition!
We needed a few different floral selections for our DIY wedding florals on the Big Island. Their customer service is great, and our order arrived in great condition. The pricing was more than fair, and in fact we plan on ordering for them for our bigger reception back home. Would definitely use again! -

We were very pleased with our experience with wholesale-tropical-flowers.com. They were fairly priced, they were easy to order, arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the communication was great. And the palms were gorgeous, our guests commented on how beautiful they were. We would definitely recommend them for your next special occasion. -

I contacted Wholesale Tropical Flowers, the customer service associate was very helpful assisting me order the number of White Classic Orchid Leis I needed to create long strands of Orchids hanging down for a flower back drop for the wedding ceremony. The wedding was an outdoor wedding inside a gazebo. The hanging orchid strands were beautiful. Wholesale Flowers recommend ordering the 42" leis as a draping or opened ended and added 5" of extra string on each end of the lei so we could tie the leis together and get the various lengths we wanted.
The quality of the orchids were fresh, crisp as though the were just picked and shipped over night. The strands of Orchids leis were beautiful with lots of orchids. The price of the leis could not have been beaten anywhere, this vendor exceeded my expectation 5+++ and I will buy from them again and recommend them to everyone for all of their tropical flowers and services. -

I wanted King Protea for my wedding (bouquets are ceremony decoration). I preordered my flowers in July for my September wedding.
I only needed 5 flowers so I ordered 8 in case some showed up looking a little sad. I got a call the Tuesday before my wedding. Unfortunately for me, I had crummy cell service near my wedding site and couldn't answer their call... I got an email shortly after saying that they were unable to ship my order unless I answered their questions that they left on voicemail (which I could not check). Eeeek! I called, emailed, left voicemails... no response. A few hours later, a woman calls me back and lets me know that I need to resend my credit card info so they can ship my flowers. Apparently, their system only holds cc numbers for a month, and since I preordered so early, my cc number was deleted from their system. Oooops.
After this, I get a shipment confirmation saying that they could only ship 6 flowers. I knew this was a possibility since September is early for the King Protea growing season... so I'm glad I ordered extra! They showed up in newspaper... one flower was a little sad looking (this one ended up as an arch decoration, not in my bouquet LOL), but 5 were beautiful :) They also sent along 6 pink mink protea for free, which I assume was because they couldn't fill my entire order. This was very nice of them! -

Ordered an assortment of dendrobium orchids, heliconia, foilage, fern curls, red ginger,and more for a wedding on Maui. The items were received intact and lasted many days past the wedding. I then ordered for a reception when we got back home and even with the 2 day shipping, the flowers arrived on schedule and fresh to use for tropical centerpieces. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future. -

I was nervous about having flowers shipped two day mail but they arrived in perfect condition. Wholesale Tropical Flowers was the only place I could find Uluhe Fern Shoots (monkey tails/fiddle head ferns). I also ordered white orchids and green ti leaves to line my vases. Everything looked great! -

I ordered some lei flowers and bulk flowers for our wedding reception held in one of restaurant in Hawaii. They didn't have good reviews and I was a little bit worried about but when I called to a customer service, they were very nice and answered all my questions. Quality of flowers were very fresh and gorgeous for the price. This place was actually cheaper than Costco or any local florists. Shipping was included if you ordered over $125 and I could save a lot of money not to order expensive flowers though a restaurant. I shipped to my hotel but it was on time with tracking information.
If you need bulk flowers for your Hawaiian wedding, this is the perfect site to order.
Highly recommended!!!

The shipping was good. it arrived on time, actually early. I like that they ship with Ice packs in the box. THe only thing that I was not satisfied with was one of the leis was not how it was shown in the website. -

We ordered flowers from this vendor about 5 weeks before our wedding due to the low cost of tropical flowers.
Three (!!) days before scheduled delivery, I received a voice mail stating that they did not have enough flowers for our wedding (!!!)
I ordered 75 stems, not a whole lot, and they only could deliver 50 of them. I immediately scrambled to find another (more expensive) vendor who could deliver, and fortunately we found someone. The next day I talked to two representatives who (a) gave me a list of excuses for not being able to deliver ("but last week we had enough", " we have trouble with volcanoes") and (b) refused to give me a full refund "because it is so close to the date of the wedding". In addition they blamed me for not reading their shipping policies, which included the cancellation policies (interestingly nobody referred to their satisfaction guarantee, which is also posted online). Now obviously I could not cancel earlier because nobody informed me of any issues in the first place. After very heated exchanges with two customer reps (and I do not get upset very easily, believe me) I threatened to call my CC company, the BBB and the state attorney general. Finally I received a call from a supervisor, apologizing and refunding me my money.
Bottom line - if you want peace of mind before your wedding and avoid any of the issues mentioned above, go with another online vendor who can deliver.

Placed an order for flowers Wholesale-Tropical-Flowers.com notified me that certain flowers were not in stock and I would get a refund. After contacting them numerous times over the phone and email they have still not provide any refund. Don't BUY from this place they WILL not deliver. -
