We held my daughter's wedding at Whitford Country Club 10/14/23 and could not have been happier with the event. Our wedding coordinator Dawn was amazing. Throughout the planning process she was accommodating and flexible with meetings and tastings, working around our schedule as my daughter was living out of town. Her attention to detail was meticulous, incorporating our input at every step along the way. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, which was plentiful and delicious. In addition, we had to switch from the planned outdoor ceremony to indoors on 2 days notice based on a rainy forecast, and the transition was seamless with a beautiful set up for the ceremony, thanks to Dawn and her staff's very hard work being the scenes. The evening was everything we all had hoped for and I would highly recommend this venue.

We just had our wedding reception at Whitford and it was amazing. Dawn, Jackie, and the rest of the team did a fabulous job. The venue looked beautiful and they even included some additional touches that weren't asked for but were greatly appreciated. It was also affordable. We couldn't be happier with how the night went!!

Wow! From the planning, to the set up, to the service, and to the food, I am still receiving compliments from my bridal shower. Dawn and the Whitford Staff were beyond amazing and ensured all of our guests and family had unbelievable time.

This was my second event here and I continue to be blown away. They have mastered professionalism and execution while remaining flexible and accommodating.

My husband and I got married here in September 2020. Our original date was supposed to be in May 2020 but due to COVID we had to reschedule. They were so accommodating to rescheduling and made an unfortunate situation turn into the best possible of outcomes. From the beginning we worked with Dawn on all the planning and she was so amazing to work with. She stayed on top of everything and was always staying in communication. When PA’s guidelines changed to only allowing 25 guests indoors for an event I got a call from Dawn within 30 minutes reassuring me that if we couldn’t do the wedding indoors we could make it work outdoors. On the day of Jimmy was in charged of the whole set up. He was just as great to work with. He personally went out and got my husband a scotch that he had asked Jimmy about the day before at our rehearsal. I had one happy groom. The grounds are beautiful and our pictures turned out wonderful. The food was delicious and I have since heard from all of our guests they had an amazing time. I would recommend adding the flaming donuts. I was constantly checked on to make sure I didn’t need anything from the staff and they made my wedding into the perfect night. I could not stop saying enough good things about Whitford CC. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here.

From the planning, to our arrival, tothe ceremony on the driving range, and the reception all of the Whitford staff were professional and attentive. They worked very hard to make sure that our guests and family had a first class experience on this really important day. Thanks to all of the Whitford staff for such a great day.

This venue is very open to allowing the bride and groom any accommodations they want so long as it does not damage the building (so no screws, obviously). They are very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. We never had a worry leading up to and during our wedding.

Whitford Country Club can accommodate both small and large weddings/receptions. Our wishes for the wedding was intimate and very specific. We wanted our close family and friends to be in attendance for a Christmas season wedding. The vision for our wedding was to be married in front of the beautifully decorated fire place. The club staff managed to seat all 52 guests at the fireplace so that no one"s view was obstructed. After the service, our guests were provided with delicious hot and cold hors d'oeuvres in the bar and "ballroom" area. From there we moved into the member dining area. This arrangement was the first time that Whitford had a wedding in front of their fireplace. The staff made sure that our dreams were realized and flowed without a hitch. Our food was delicious and we were served by the staff with utmost care.

With weddings, one thinks of bridal and baby showers. Whitford can execute those as well. Less than a year after our wedding, I worked with Dawn Gannon to have a beautiful baby shower for my daughter in the member dining room. Guests had many compliments for not only the room and the view of the beautiful golf course, but the display of food belonged in a gourmet magazine. Guests could not say enough about the delicious, healthy food. I initially presented my wishes and Dawn worked closely with me and provided some great suggestions to add to the success of the day.

The staff who are in attendance on the days of the event were polite, attentive to all needs, and had a smile on their face the entire time.

Both my husband and I cannot say enough good things about Whitford. They have pre-planned menus but are quite willing to work with their customers on room layouts, menus, staging for gifts, etc. to make the event unique and special!

Please consider hosting your wedding, shower, or any event at Whitford Country Club. We do not think you will be disappointed.

My husband Ty and I got married on May 13th 2022. I couldn’t imagine a better place to get married then the venue we chose. We wanted a day that was very intimate and personal to us and chose to keep the guest count low. Whitford Country Club was the perfect place and went above and beyond to make it the day of our dreams. Our 60 guest were feed well, had full glasses throughout the night and were provided with a beautiful venue to witness our outdoor ceremony and dance into the night in there stunning ballroom. And don't get me started on there wedding package. There wedding package is not even competitive to other venues. The Whitford package is the most inclusive of any we looked at with the most delicious food options and choices. Any soon-to-be bride or bride can tell you that the wedding and vendors can be SO Expensive. As a couple who paid for our wedding, we were so happy to find an option that was affordable but our guest would not be able to tell. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! Working with Dawn (wedding coordinator) was wonderful and have expressed to her that if she would like to provide my number to future brides/families I would be happy to discuss my experience.
