Best videographer
We hired Whitesfilm for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and am so happy we did. They were punctual, professional, and caught so many special moments. We haven’t gotten our videos yet so I will edit this post then, but if you’re wondering whether to hire a videographer at all and who to hire, this is your sign to absolutely hire a videographer and to definitely hire Whitesfilm!We hired Whitesfilm for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and am so happy we did. Amazing!!!
We were looking for discreet professionals with empathy to capture the right emotions and the best moments of our Wedding Day.
...And we found in them the professionalism and the curiosity to film us and what surrounded us.
The video is amazing, we never get tired of watching and re-watching it! Comments from relatives and friends were enthusiastic and more than someone hadn't even noticed their presence!
Relying on their experience, we left them to choose the songs for the video and when we saw the 15-minutes-movie it was as if they knew perfectly our tastes.

I cannot express in words my appreciation and love for Claudio and his videography/ cinematography talent. His work has left everyone speechless that we have shown our video to. His work is incredibly unique and full of emotion. Planning a destination wedding can be hard, but if you use Whitesfilm videography, Claudio will surpass your expectations. I have never seen an artist capture such emotion and define beauty the way Claudio does. His passion for his work is clearly shown in his videos. Amazing work
Claudio and Monica’s work on our wedding video brought us to tears!!! They managed to capture our day beautifully including both the emotions of ourselves as well as our guests. Claudio, I cant say enough great things about not only his professionalism but also his talents as a videographer. We hired him to capture our elopement in Venice, and we are so thrilled we chose him to be the one to do it. He had great recommendations on areas to film, always encouraging while he filmed, and had this talent for knowing where and how to get just the right shots of us on our big day. The professionalism and genuine personality he had made it so comfortable to be in front of his camera casually - which is really important for obvious reasons you can see it in our photos just how relaxed and at ease we are thanks to him. The final products, how magical the videos are. Our family members and friends were amazed by the quality and elegance the productions are. A "fairytale video" is a phrase we heard quite often. Claudio of Whitesfilm was such a pleasure to work with for our big day! We planned our destination wedding in Venice from the US and I luckily found his portfolio online. He was very quick to respond to all of our emails and questions leading up to our wedding, and when we finally met him in person he immediately put us at ease. Claudio is very professional and friendly, and we are so impressed with the quality of the videos he created. His style is absolutely gorgeous and I really don’t think we could have chosen a better videographer! We got in touch with Claudio quite late in the planning process as at first we weren't sure we wanted to video our wedding. We are so glad after looking at a couple of suppliers we picked Whitesfilm! The videos Claudio put together capture the essence and fun of our Big Day in a very artistic way and every time we watch it we travel back in time and experience all those emotions again! Claudio's videos are like no other wedding video I'd seen and he is an absolute pleasure to work with, reliable and a great addition to your special day! Not worth it
I had very high expectations with this supplier but the results were unfortunately not great and I feel it's my responsibility to share this as wedding planning is already costly and time-consuming as it is.
Please note, I have vast experience working with videographers as I own an event company so my views might be a little picky.
I understand that it is expected for suppliers in Italy to take months to give you photos/footage but this was just not worth the wait. And despite my detailed feedback to review it, the expectations were not met and the video was so cringy, me and my husband struggled to watch it. When I asked to please review for a second time, they simply said no and couldn't care less about pleasing a client. What a shame really.
Ridiculously, I ended up re-making it by myself on iMovie and that's what I sent to my family and friends, which they loved as the footage was great! Just the editing was absolutely amateur and there was no curation of the audio. I wish I could post the video for people to see but I'm frankly embarrassed.

We are sorry for the discontent of this bride, but we cannot accept the unjustified devaluation of ours work and the accusation of not being available to make the required changes. This customer are not telling the true because the changes requested and foreseen by the contract have been made in full. Her review sounds like an attempt to defame our great and renowned reputation, and this is very very sed from her.
Please notice that we have more than 8 years experience in the wedding industry working with many top international wedding planners contrariwise the experience that this bride shows off does not correspond to reality. She made a terrible planning of her wedding and work for her wasn’t easy at all. Despite all difficulties due to that bad and amateur planning ( for example just 15 minutes before the ceremony she still doesnt have an idea where to position the aisle and the chairs, and we had to do this!!) our service and videos delivered respects the quality standard of our portfolio, style and professionalism. To demonstrate the unreliable of this review, we are available to show our art-work just to verify that the quality of our video respects the high standard of our usual works. -
