  I would highly recommend Whitehall Jewelers to anyone. They have such a wide selection and great service. They were very patient with me and my then fiance while we were looking for an engagement ring. My wedding band and engagement ring are so beautiful and unique. I am constantly receiving compliments.

  We had one issue with one of their sales reps. She was very rude to my husband when he was trying to purchase the engagement ring. She was not the consultant that he usually worked with. The lady that we worked with for purchasing wedding bands and was the primary assistant in choosing engagement ring was so fantastic!!

  Great sales people, poor jewelry quality. I've had my ring serviced more times that i can count. make sure to get the service plan but you're better off going to an independent jeweler to get twice the quality for the same price.
