I had such an amazing experience at White Wisteria Bridal Boutique! From the moment we walked in, the shop felt clean, organized, and incredibly welcoming. There was plenty of space for my family to comfortably be part of the experience, which meant so much to me. They even offered drinks and refreshments, which was such a thoughtful touch.
My stylist, Elizabeth, was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to my likes and dislikes and was so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I never felt pressured, just genuinely supported in finding the perfect dress.
The entire staff made the experience feel special and stress-free. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in a dress that checked every one of my boxes. I highly recommend White Wisteria Bridal Boutique to any bride looking for a personalized and enjoyable dress shopping experience!

Fantastic experience
I went to White Wisteria after being to a few other bridal shops. I liked the fact that I had my own private area and not around many other eyes that I didn’t know. My stylist was Beth and she did a phenomenal job. I’m a timid person that is uncomfortable with my body shape. She gave me a big boost in my confidence with her energy and helped me come out of my comfort zone. I was able to choose the perfect dress to marry my love in. After paying for my dress they gave me a timeline on when to expect my dress. It arrived sooner than expected so I had plenty of time for the few alterations I wanted. Dream come true
I am a very practical person, I had 4 places for dresses, and maximized my time and tried on at least 7 dresses at each location. That is a very full day. I want to say White Wisteria was the second place on my list, but I wasn't going to say no to my next two appointments. However, the dress I found at White Wisteria was the one I found myself comparing all of the others to. At the end of the day - I rushed back 10 minutes before they closed to try on the dress again before I said yes, and I am so glad I did. Excellent service, great help, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all!

Perfect service and selection
I got my dress here and the lady who helped me listened to my vision, keeping in mind my desire to not be too revealing and still feel like a princess! The dress itself was a dream come true and a reasonable price for the amount of dress I got (it was definitely a princess dress). I left knowing I got the dress I desired in comparison to the other stores we tried, nothing felt quite right, either not conservative enough or the sales ladies weren't listening to my hopes but pushing the trends that they knew were popular.

BEST dress experience out there
THE place to go for a wedding dress. I cannot express how thankful I am to White Wisteria and the wonderful women there.
White Wisteria made me feel listened to, special, and cherished. Their experience was leaps and bounds ahead of any other store I stepped into.
I went to several stores during my wedding dress hunt (many well known stores in the Reading Bridal district and in Chicago) and nothing compares to the experience at White Wisteria. Other stores made us feel like just another number in their book and were just so so salesy (no one wants to be convinced to like their wedding dress!!!). Our advisor at White Wisteria was compassionate, personable, and receptive.
I arrived with my mother and aunt, and our advisor, Beth, allowed us all to pick out some dresses we liked before making some selections of her own (other stores did not allow my family to help pick dresses together). She asked the right questions, and took note of what I was and wasn't liking. Then she pulled some dresses for me and it was like she could read my mind, and BOOM the perfect dress was there.
I can't thank the White Wisteria team enough! I'll be sending anyone and everyone looking for a wedding dress here!!

I went to try on dresses 3 times. First time was to try and find a general style that worked for me, the next time I picked my top 2, and 3rd time I picked my dress! I worked with Emily and Kaitlyn- both were super awesome and incredibly attentive. Emily helped me find my style, and Kaitlyn always had any specific dresses I wanted to try on pulled before I came in. 10/10 would recommend, service was absolutely incredible.

I visited this shop in February 2020 and I have no regrets. After looking at other shops in the bridal district, my mom suggested looking at White Wisteria. I did not have an appointment but made one at the front desk. For my appointment, we met with Beth and she was just wonderful. She explained how to "put a ring on it" for the hangers to try on dresses. Once I picked a few, I started to try on some of the options and even Beth found some similar that I might like. I ended up finding my perfect fairytale dress! I cried when I looked in the mirror and just felt like a true princess!! Along with my mom and MOH crying, Beth did as well! Wedding dress shopping can be so intimating, stressful and scary but Beth and the White Wisteria staff made it exciting, fun and amazing. I felt so supported and cared for by the staff. Look for your dream dress with White Wisteria!

I came here because I had won a contest for a free allure gown. They were very helpful and I love their try on process. I liked just being able to walk around and use the rings to mark which dresses to try on. They also included nice little coupons for local things like wine or treats in the folder they gave me after i selected my dress.

My consultant was Emily and she was lovely! She and the owner took extra care when I told them my family needed to be extra Covid-cautious due to health matters - they put us in a private area and made sure we felt safe.

Best Bridal Boutique in the Cincinnati Area
I had a wonderful experience at White Wisteria! Emily helped me find the perfect wedding dress that I felt comfortable and confident in. The store had a great selection of all shapes, styles, and sizes. Covid precautions were followed super well and my visitors and myself felt very safe shopping here. The staff was lovely. All were so helpful and made my day everything I wanted it to be! The whole experience was stress-free, exciting, and successful. Just what every bride should want their experience to be! I traveled 3 hours to shop here and was not disappointed in the slightest. I would definitely recommend this bridal boutique to anyone looking in the Cincinnati area!

White Wisteria was the first and only place I went to find my dream dress. I am not really into dresses so I really didn't know what direction to go in. They did a great job of helping me decide on a fit and style. They were also extremely patient with me not being able to make up my mind. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy. They made it an overall great experience and were very respectful of my budget. I went with the seamstress that they recommend and it was such a great decision! Soheyla was extremely thorough and reliable! From the time that I bought my dress and my first fitting, I lost 30 pounds. She did a great job of taking my dress in and making it look like it was always made that way. I would highly recommend working with White Wisteria and Soheyla!

BEST customer experience I have ever had!
I cannot day enough about this store. I reached out to this store during the corona virus outbreak while all non essential business were closed. I was still frantically looking for a wedding dress as I was still planning to get married in a couple months and I knew I didn’t have time to order and wait for a dress to come in so my options were limited. Maria got back with me quickly even though the store itself is temporarily closed. The store was offering curbside pick up of 5 choice dresses. Maria was so personal with me, took the time to treat me with the same service she would as if I was in store. I got to take the survey to share what style, size and price range fit my needs. I was able to submit the link to my wedding dress Pinterest board and Maria was excited to share they had my DREAM DRESS in stock, in a size I could fit it. Even still, Maria took the time to put an entire selection of dresses on mannequin display for me to see and face time called me to show me each of them until I picked my 5 to try on. She walked me through every detail, I didn’t feel as if I was missing out on the store experience at all. The curbside pick up was easy but on top of that, I opened up a beautifully put together box of dresses with a gift bag filled with amazing gifts, a hand written card and an “I said yes!” sign. I cannot share how much it meant to me that this store not only offered this service in such a difficult time but that Maria went above and beyond to make this the best experience possible for me. I have never had such perfect service in my life and it made this experience so special. I was so sold on this store just by the customer care I was receiving before I even tried on any dresses. Of course I loved my dream dress just as much as I imagined I would; but Maria did such a good job personalizing the other 4 dress styles that I was in love with all 5 of them!! I actually considered all of them even though I already had my dream dress because the choices were so spot on with my style. Maria stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, I was given a generous amount of time with the dresses to make my decision and pick up and purchasing was just as simple as the rest. Even when Maria knew the job was done and I was purchasing a dress she still offered just as much attention and care. She sold me on this store without using any typical “sales tactics” and won me over with her genuine care and attentiveness. I will go out of my way to recommend this store to people and will forever be grateful for the experience I was given even in a very difficult & unique circumstance.

I scheduled appointments at seven different bridal shops, but only ended up going to two of them. White Wisteria was the second. Their selection is amazing - at the first shop I tried, I had trouble finding dresses that fit what I was looking for, but here they had so many I liked that I had to go back a second time (and still probably could have found more dresses on a third visit)! Even though I am normally super indecisive and want to see ALL the options before making a decision, the dress I ended up with was so gorgeous I couldn't imagine finding something better elsewhere. Abby pulled some great dresses for me and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She was really invested in making sure I ended up with a dress I loved (not just one I thought everyone else would like!) and didn't make me feel bad about trying on the same dress two or three different times to make sure it was the right one. I was really pleased with everything here, from booking to selection to service. If you're visiting the Reading Bridal District, look no further!

White Wisteria was the picturesque place to buy my wedding dress. The inside is so beautiful, which really added to the experience but more than that, my bridal consultant, Riley, was absolutely incredible. She picked out some of my favorite dresses. She was so patient and sweet while also offering an opinion when I needed it. I bought my dress here the second time I visited and she remembered every detail of my wedding when I returned. I just felt genuinely comfortable making such a big decision. I never felt pressured to buy my dress there or to hurry through the process — I truly believe if I had indicated that I loved a dress from a different store she would have encouraged me to go elsewhere rather than trying to talk me into something I didn’t want. I WANTED to buy my dress from here because I had SUCH a great, genuine time.

Overall great amazing experience! The ladies here are wonderful to work with! They are super friendly, flexible, and are 100% dedicated to helping you find your perfect dress! They have a massive selection to choose from that is well organized to help you find dresses you like faster! Seriously, I felt like the ladies here nearly bent over backwards to help me! I had a morning appointment, and fell in love with a dress, but still had 2 more stores to shop at that day, so they got me an appointment for after I'd finished all my shopping. During my final appointment, I found another dress I loved at another nearby boutique, and even though my afternoon appointment wasn't for another half hour, they let me run in and put on the dress I loved. I knew I loved the dress, something still wasn't right about it. But these ladies worked and worked trying different belts, veils, and possible straps until I finally had the dress of my dreams. I guarantee you the ladies here will work tirelessly until you are 110% sure you have the look of your dreams

I went to a handful of other shops in the Reading Bridal District before heading to Splendid Bridal. The gal that helped me try on the dresses was quick and gave great advice, when I was a bit overwhelmed because of the large amount of styles and fits they had in stock. She didn't let me sit in a dress that I didn't like for too long and sped along the process seamlessly. She was genuinely interested in helping me find my wedding dress, compared to the other stores that seemed like they just wanted a quick sale. After only trying on about 10 dresses, I found the perfect one for my wedding day! I can't say enough amazing things about Splendid Bridal!

I was looking for a specific Sophia Tolli dress to try on and couldn't find it anywhere. Splendid had it on order and called the manufacturer frequesntly to check status. Once it came in, they called me right away and told me I could come in and try it on. Very nicy people to work with.

Splendid Bridal in Florence, KY was a great way to check out sample dresses and not break the budget. I am pretty picky and don't need to sit around in a dress to decide if I like it or not so if I came out in something I didn't' care for, the staff wouldn't pressure me to add accessories and make me stare in the mirror (ha). I found a great Allure dress with an even more stellar price tag...done and done! Also, just a reminder, most if not all the dresses are in European sizes if I remember correctly which run smaller--just FYI!

I was very happy with my dress from Splendid Bridal, but I really want to leave a review about their alterationist Soheyla. She was absolutely fanstatic! I was not happy with my dress when I first picked it up because it didn't fit right, but a few meetings with Soheyla and it looked just like it did in the on the model! I had complete confidence in her, which I didn't realize how important this was until she was cutting up large chunks of my dress! If I didn't have such a calm, confident, experienced alterationist, I would've been a nervous wreck watching that. She knew exactly what I needed to make the dress look well and worked with me to fix any issues I saw. Her pricing is also very fair.
Pro tip, you can still use her for alterations even if you didn't get your dress at Splendid.

This was my second appointment to try on dresses (the first was at a store in Knoxville). I can say that I felt much more comfortable in this store. Abby was very calm and patient and didn't make me feel rushed. She was very attentive to what I was looking for but really let me take the lead. I tend to have anxiety in these situations but the environment made me feel like I was at home. The fitting area was very clean and beautiful. Just a great experience all around.

Great atmosphere and staff. It was exactly how I envisioned it. Coming out of the dressing room to get in front of the mirror with my entourage behind me on a stage. I didn't get that experience a lot of other places. I also loved the staff there the girl who helped me let me try on THE DRESS 3 times during the appointment as well as others. She also really encouraged me to pick what I loved and not worry what everyone else said and I think you need a person there to remind you of that.

Splendid Bridal is a bridal gown shop that sells overstock designer sample gowns. I visited Splendid Bridal's Florence, KY location with quite an entourage: my mother, future MIL, aunt, and eight bridesmaids! Any other bridal shop may have been annoyed, but Splendid Bridal was phenomenal. Everyone had a place to sit, and we all got five star treatment from my consultant. There was a beautifully lit stage where I could show off the gowns I was trying on. We had the place to ourselves (maybe because we took the first available appointment for the day), but I suspect we would have gotten just as much attention and kindness even if we weren't the only customers. My consultant paid close attention to my preferences for gowns, and pulled about ten dresses for me to try. She didn't attempt to sell us anything that was above my stated price range. It was clear to me that she wanted me to be happy with my gown in every way. She was even able to give her best guess about what additional costs might come from needed alterations. She had me try on each gown, pick out my favorites, and then try my favorites a second time. She was so attentive, and so patient. When I was 99% sure I'd chosen my dress, she gave my earrings, a bracelet, shoes, and of course, a veil, to try on with it. Within an hour (yep, the appointment also moved right along, without me feeling rushed one bit!), I was sold on a Stella York fit and flare gown, with a sweetheart neckline, cap sleeves, and beautiful pearl beading. It is more extravagant than I thought my budget would ever allow, but I got the dress for a fifth of its original price! I had plenty of room to complete the look with a cathedral length veil. My head is still spinning over how lucky I got. I encourage every bride in the area to look here first. Saving money on your on dress won't mean you'll be shorted on great service and gown quality. I truly couldn't be happier.

Splendid Bridal was amazing! I had been to another bridal shop before I came to Splendid and it was not a good experience. This other shop was pushy and made it more about them selling me a product instead of me finding the dress of my dreams. Splendid Bridal was the complete opposite! They truly made me feel like a bride and made me feel like I had time to try on dresses and find the one that gave me that feeling. Such a great atmosphere in there with their team. I would most definitely recommend this bridal shop to a bride looking for her dream dress.

I have so many positive things to say about Splendid Bridal. After quite a few bad experiences at bridal shops, Splendid Bridal made sure that it was all about me and what I wanted. They worked with me on price and made me feel so special. I loved the photo on Instagram and Facebook, too. They just made it so much fun, the way buying a wedding dress should feel!

I did not have any alterations done here, but did purchase my dress. They happened to have a trunk show of Sofia Tolli which meant that I got a great deal on the dress and got to see several other dresses of similar style. The assistant I worked with was great!

This store has amazing customer service, the most competitive prices (and if not, they will price match!), a cute old-charm location, and beautiful dresses of a wide variety and styles.
I visited this store first, then 7 more between Cincinnati and Atlanta, and came back to this store for all of the reasons mentioned above.
I highly recommend them, you will feel so great after buying from them and you will know you got the best deal, the most beautiful dress, expert advice, and excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at the Splendid Bridal location in Florence. I had an appointment and they were incredibly attentive the entire time I was there. I never felt as though my consultant was rushing me or trying to push me in any particular direction with regards to the dresses I tried on. I ended up purchasing a beautiful dress that was different from what I had originally set out to find, but that's certainly not a bad thing. I absolutely cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding. My dress was an excellent value and this budget conscious bride couldn't be more thrilled. I went to Splendid on the recommendation of several brides before and I cannot be happier with my experience.

I bought my wedding dress at Splendid Bridal and they were by far the most customer service oriented in the entire Bridal District. It was comfortable from the moment you walked in until the moment you left, unlike some of the other places. I never felt pressured to buy the dress, but I did fall in love with it and said "yes to the dress" at Splendid Bridal. They are a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it..I felt gorgeous on my wedding day! Thank you.

We had an appt and they were ready for us. Very attentive to help my daughter but not overly intrusive. Picked up on her wishes and asked her questions to determine what she was looking for. The private dressing room, large wooden platform, large mirror with seating for the family was perfect! We visited 2 other locations in Reading and at 4:30 called Splendid back to look again at The One. Marie was very helpful and didn't mind that we came back at almost closing time. She came out in the dress and we all knew. Great selection and staff! went back 2 days later and found the bridesmaid dresses and they were discounted b/c we bought the wedding dress. no need to go anywhere else!

I went to Splendid and had the most wonderful experience! When I came in on a Saturday I didn't have an appt but they did not make me feel like I was intruding at all. I worked with Genoa (SO Sweet!) and she told me to pick out what I liked and then we could try stuff on. I had the best time! I was able to pick out many different styles and shapes and didn't feel rushed at any point. I bought my dress that day and it was in the shop in just a few months. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here and they also came very quickly. I had my dress altered (with Soheyla) and she did a wonderful job. The entire process was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone!

Without writing a book, there were so many differences at Splendid Bridal than all the other stores. The biggest was customer service. The consultants at Splendid are very attentive and acknowledged me immediately even when they were very busy with other customers. Some stores I made appointments to I waited around for 25 minutes before someone even saw me! I never felt pressured to buy, and I was never asked the awkward question of what my budget was. While that certainly plays a role in the dress you purchase, I can look at the price tag myself and determine if I should try it on or not. The dress selection is more diverse. Other bridal stores claim to have the largest selection of bridal gowns, but they're all the same -- lace, strapless, or fussy ball gowns. I was looking for satin (not the cheap, lingerie kind), slim fit & flare with straps or cap sleeves with a very elegant, classic, & polished look, and I found there to be more of those at Splendid than anywhere else all while still having a large selection of the aforementioned. The dressing rooms are private and the reveal area is awesome. It's very large and roomy with individual mirrors with large wooden platforms that you can turn and see every angle of the dress without half of the train hanging off a small pedestal like other places. You're allowed to take pictures of the dresses you try on which not all places let you do. I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on, and it came in sooner than expected. And every time I look at it I love it even more! I HIGHLY recommend Splendid Bridal!!

Immediately after I got engaged, I went to a store to try on dresses. I found a beautiful Allure gown, but wasn’t ready to purchase a dress at that time. After we finally set our wedding date, I began looking for that dress at different bridal shops, but was unable to find anyone who had a sample in stock. I decided to just make an appointment at a shop and see if I could find something else. The more I thought about it though, I knew I had to see the dress and had started calling stores in other states to see if they had it. I remembered your store from a bridal show I attended and called to check the price, as it would be easier to order the dress from a store closer to home. I spoke to Holly who said they actually had just gotten it in stock! I was so surprised and excited! I had come in and tried on the dress and fell in love with it. I knew the family had to see it before I purchased it, though. When my large family came into the store, Holly was so welcoming and was happy to have everyone there. She also helped me choose other dresses to show the family and made it such a wonderful experience for everyone. After I put the Allure gown on, everyone knew it was the one, and Holly was so helpful showing me different veils and accessories to go with it. They have such a great selection, as no other store in the city had that dress in stock.

When I made my appointment with Splendid Bridal, I did not initially plan on getting a dress but they were having an Allure trunk show and I decided to check it out since I loved quite a few Allure gowns.
I'm so glad that I went! Splendid Bridal is an amazing boutique with amazing service. You truly feel like a bride. They pull your dresses for you and you have a consultant working with you the entire time. I did not feel rushed at all. I had to try on 3 dresses a few more times and my consultant was very patient. I had an amazing experience there and found the dress of my dreams. I would recommend Splendid Bridal to every bride.

Splendid Bridal is the place to go in the Reading Bridal District if you want that special treatment that all brides want when trying on wedding dresses. I went dress shopping with my mom and my matron of honor. I worked with Lalita and she is absolutely amazing! She will help you try on your dresses, find the perfect matching veil and make you feel like a queen! She also picked out my mom's dress and insisted my mom give it a try even though my mom was hesitant. As soon as my mom put on the dress, she loved it! I had an issue with the first dress that I ordered, but it was not Splendid's fault. There was a small hole in my lace train when it was ordered from Allure. Jenny called Allure right then and there and made sure that they shipped out a new dress right away! She assured me that it would be fine and it was perfect. My dress received so many compliments and I felt very beautiful on my wedding day. I would also recommend Soheyla, the seamstress that works with Splendid. She did an amazing job of shortening my hem and putting in my bustle. She also took the time to show my matron of honor how to bustle my dress. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!!

Splendid Bridal helped me find the perfect wedding dress! I was in town visitng from Chicago when I stopped in and decided to try on some dresses. I was the first one to try on the "Abryanna Dress" lol. The owners were so kind and helpful. They made me feel like family not a "sale". They were also very flexible about me making payments.I returned a few months later to tell them thank you and to give them a picture from my wedding.

Splendid staff was great to work with. They helped me find the perfect dress and were responsive when I had questions which was very helpful for me being 2 hours away. My farm wedding was perfect and I had the perfect allure gown to suit!

I had a fantastic experience! I loved how intimate the dress up experience was for me and my group of friends and family that accompanied me. I felt like I really was on "Say Yes To The Dress". The staff were very helpful and really listened to what I wanted. Granted the dress I found was a bit out of my price range but I was ecstatic to find out that they price matched! So I shopped around and came back with a lower price for the same dress from another store and they happily matched it! I really loved my experience from start to finish and couldn't imagine giving my business to a better shop. Thanks so much for making that very special part of my day beautiful!

Lalita was my consultant and at all 3 appointments she made it a point to be there, which made me feel very important. She was so sweet and made me feel beautiful and comfortable the entire time. Everyone at Splendid did a great job at making me feel comfortable. I didn't even have an appointment when I was "dress shopping" and they fit me in AND my 9 girls I brought with me.

Without having the perfect dress, it just wouldn't have been the same. Splendid Bridal had my perfect dress, with a perfect trunk show price, and got it back in so quickly! They made it hard to have my wedding dress in my house unworn for so long!

Diane at Splendid Bridal in Florence is such a wonderful asset to the store. She is patient, has great suggestions, and really works with you to make everything turn out they way you envision it. I cannot say enough good about her and the deal I got on not only my dress, but veil, and suggestions for accessorizing.

I really enjoyed my experience at Splendid Bridal (I went to the one in Reading). The staff was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me choose the right dress. They were very knowledgeable about different styles. The store had a great area for trying on dresses. I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses there too.

The staff was very helpful. The dresses were gorgeous and very reasonably priced. The only issue I had was that one of their recommended seamstresses quit unexpectedly right before my first fitting was scheduled. However the staff came up with plan B and everything worked out perfectly. My dress, veil and shoes were everything I dreamed of.

Splendid Bridal blows all of their competition out of the water!!! It was so great to actually work with the store owners. Donna and Mark are so friendly and supportive. Even when I came in completely stressed out (without an appointment) they put me as ease! I would give my HIGHEST recommendation to anyone in the area (or even a commute) to Splendid Bridal; you really get the personal service that I think makes ALL the difference when looking for "your" gown!

My experience at Splendid Bridal was fantastic! I got my dress for 70% off and the sales consultants were wonderful to me and my family. I would recommend this shop to anyone and it is a great place to get unique, designer gowns!

Splendid Bridal went above and beyond! My little sister was married on August 23, 2014 and we had purchased 7 bridesmaid dresses. We originally went in 10 minutes before closing and they took their time and helped us look at a few dresses (none of the other bridal shops would help us and we only wanted to see high/low dresses in purple). When we walked through the door it was an instant warm environment. All the girls worked as a team for us. They showed us the dresses and colors. They went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable and also time to show that they cared about the importance of us getting the right dress in the right color. I will definitely go back when it is time for another formal event! We also went to the store in Kentucky. I was not surprised to feel at home in that store as well. Mr. and Mrs. Nime has a WONDERFUL "mom and pop shop". I would recommend that you go and take a look for yourself. They also have a FABULOUS alterations woman! They will go above and beyond for their customers to make sure ALL satisfaction is met or exceeded. THANK YOU SPLENDID BRIDAL!!!! You made my little sisters wedding absolutely beautiful.

I wanted to mention also that there was an individual in our group that was VERY rude and did unnecessary things to the employees (at Reading location). The employees handled themselves in a professional manner that day and I truly appreciate that. I am sorry that had happened but, I wanted to acknowledge that the manager at the Reading, Ohio store was wonderful and kept working with our bridal party even after the altercation had taken place.

Splendid bridal was an excellent selection for my dress shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful but not at all pushy, even when I said I had to get my dress that day since I was traveling from Chicago. They have an excellent selection of dresses and were able to help me accessorize easily. It was a pleasant experience with a personal shopper, individual dressing room and own seating area for my family. They allowed me to take pictures of the dresses and have even held my dress for two months since it came in in FIVE DAYS and I haven't been home to get it.

Everything was great! They made it such a great experience for me! I even got my bridesmaids dresses there! Only issue I ran into was they ordered my dress a size small, but they are taking care of the problem so I don't even have to worry about it!

Can I say we just had the dream wedding dress
shopping experience at White Wisteria! As the Mother
of the Bride, I made the appointment for my daughter
with a certain dress in mind. They did not have the
size in store but Anne the store manager went above
and beyond to locate it. Her communication during
the process was amazing. We arrived at White
Wisteria and we were truly treated like royalty. Colleen
was our consultant and could not have been any
better. She made my daughter feel the whole bride
feel! We were not rushed, Colleen even gave up her
next appt. to stay longer. They accommodated our
ever need and then some. had 3 Stops scheduled.
But only needed the one, it was perfect. Anne even
graciously cancelled my 2 other apps for me. We left
with a dress and the bridal experience you dream of. Thank you!

What an amazing experience. Truly. I was very nervous at the beginning of the day, having three appointments and never having dealt with wedding stuff before, I didn't know what to expect. Beth was my consultant and what a lady!! She made me and my whole group feel so welcome and at home, we talked as if we were old friends and she helped me find THE one! Even the other consultants that would come over to see how we were doing were all so friendly and knowledgeable. White Wisteria was the second of my three appointments and there was no pushing for a sale, which I really appreciated, because Beth was more worried about me finding my perfect gown no matter where it was. She even called the third store to see if they would take me in early! Overall extremely positive and I've already recommended it to all my friends. Thank you Beth!!!!!

I live in Michigan but was in the area for a weekend with family. We decided on a whim to go dress shopping and we were able to make an appointment the night before we went in. When we showed up, the consultant was friendly, but not the most helpful. She showed us the different price ranges of dresses and told me to pull out ones that I liked. I was hoping for someone to be more involved. I searched through the dresses and found several that I liked. I tried on a total of 8 dresses but the 2nd one was the one I fell in love with and purchased. The consultant was flexible and didn't seem frustrated when I asked to put on the 2nd dress 3 separate times. The shop was also able to give me an extra discount on the dress. I had some issues with paying as the daily limit on my cards was less than the total of the dress but the employees were helpful and were able to split the charge between 2 cards so the transaction would go through. Overall, I was pleased with my experience at this bridal shop but I went in hoping for a more personalized experience where they focus on doing everything to make sure I find a dress there.

The environment is very comfortable, and the consultant was very helpful. She actually suggested that I try on a dress that ended up being my dress! Pricing is also reasonable, and they do not pressure you to make a decision right away.

I loved going to Splendid for dress shopping. It was super nice and clean (unlike B&F) and the staff made you feel like you were special and they really worked with you to find your dress. I bought my dress on a trunk show and was the first one to buy it and I couldn't have been more in love with it. Thanks Splendid!

I absolutely loved my experience with Splendid Bridal. You can go anywhere to get a wedding gown, but to have such a beautiful experience is something else. They definitely make sure that you feel special as the bride. They took their time with me, trying on at least 7 dresses as well as veils and accessories. And when I found "the one" they celebrated with a photo booth and lots of swag to take home! Make sure that you check it out!

Splendid Bridal was a great find! The employees don't work on commission so the prices are very reasonable and they don't pressure you to buy a dress you aren't sure about or is out of your price range. However, as the dresses are already marked with reasonable prices, there is no wiggle room there. They will give you a small discount on bridesmaids and other dresses there if you buy your bridal gown from them. I'm so glad I found the perfect dress as Splendid Bridal!

I initially went to Splendid (in Reading) to view a specific gown I saw online. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not planning to feature the dress in stores until months later. The manager was great about finding out answers to questions I had related to the dress by calling the manufacturer to get all of my questions answered, but Maria, the saleswoman, was amazing! Because my dress was not available to view, she literally recreated my dress by taking bits and pieces from other dresses until it resembled the online dress. She really did go above and beyond and delivered superior service. If you go to Splendid in Reading, definitely ask for Maria if you want a personalized experience. I’m very delighted with my purchase and I am so thankful for Maria’s assistance.
