  Best Bridal Gown Experience!

  I loved my experience at White Wisteria Bridal! The staff was amazing and really helped me find my dream dress! I was able to shop an exclusive preview event for my favorite designer (Essense of Australia) and found my perfect dress from their newest collection! They made me and my whole family feel so welcomed and confident in my choice!

  Diane at Splendid Bridal in Florence is such a wonderful asset to the store. She is patient, has great suggestions, and really works with you to make everything turn out they way you envision it. I cannot say enough good about her and the deal I got on not only my dress, but veil, and suggestions for accessorizing.

  Splendid Bridal blows all of their competition out of the water!!! It was so great to actually work with the store owners. Donna and Mark are so friendly and supportive. Even when I came in completely stressed out (without an appointment) they put me as ease! I would give my HIGHEST recommendation to anyone in the area (or even a commute) to Splendid Bridal; you really get the personal service that I think makes ALL the difference when looking for "your" gown!

  The staff was very helpful. The dresses were gorgeous and very reasonably priced. The only issue I had was that one of their recommended seamstresses quit unexpectedly right before my first fitting was scheduled. However the staff came up with plan B and everything worked out perfectly. My dress, veil and shoes were everything I dreamed of.

  We had an appt and they were ready for us. Very attentive to help my daughter but not overly intrusive. Picked up on her wishes and asked her questions to determine what she was looking for. The private dressing room, large wooden platform, large mirror with seating for the family was perfect! We visited 2 other locations in Reading and at 4:30 called Splendid back to look again at The One. Marie was very helpful and didn't mind that we came back at almost closing time. She came out in the dress and we all knew. Great selection and staff! went back 2 days later and found the bridesmaid dresses and they were discounted b/c we bought the wedding dress. no need to go anywhere else!

  Fantastic experience

  I went to White Wisteria after being to a few other bridal shops. I liked the fact that I had my own private area and not around many other eyes that I didn’t know. My stylist was Beth and she did a phenomenal job. I’m a timid person that is uncomfortable with my body shape. She gave me a big boost in my confidence with her energy and helped me come out of my comfort zone. I was able to choose the perfect dress to marry my love in. After paying for my dress they gave me a timeline on when to expect my dress. It arrived sooner than expected so I had plenty of time for the few alterations I wanted. Thanks for the awesome experience.

  Everyone there was just amazing, helpful, and nice. They did not push me to pick a dress and they made me feel so special. I love my dress and even got my bridesmaids dresses from there too. They are just amazing people and it was an amazing experience.

  Safe and Positive Experience

  My consultant was Emily and she was lovely! She and the owner took extra care when I told them my family needed to be extra Covid-cautious due to health matters - they put us in a private area and made sure we felt safe.
  Emily tuned in quickly to my vision for style of dress and was very patient with me as I told her it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. She was very personable and wanted to work with me to help me find my perfect dress.

I worked with Genoa (SO Sweet!) and she told me to pick out what I liked and then we could try stuff on. I had the best time! I was able to pick out many different styles and shapes and didn't feel rushed at any point. I bought my dress that day and it was in the shop in just a few months. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here and they also came very quickly. I had my dress altered (with Soheyla) and she did a wonderful job. The entire process was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone!

  I went to try on dresses 3 times. First time was to try and find a general style that worked for me, the next time I picked my top 2, and 3rd time I picked my dress! I worked with Emily and Kaitlyn- both were super awesome and incredibly attentive. Emily helped me find my style, and Kaitlyn always had any specific dresses I wanted to try on pulled before I came in. 10/10 would recommend, service was absolutely incredible.

  I got my dress here and the lady who helped me listened to my vision, keeping in mind my desire to not be too revealing and still feel like a princess! The dress itself was a dream come true and a reasonable price for the amount of dress I got (it was definitely a princess dress). I left knowing I got the dress I desired in comparison to the other stores we tried, nothing felt quite right, either not conservative enough or the sales ladies weren't listening to my hopes but pushing the trends that they knew were popular.

  White Wisteria Bridal Boutique was the best experience shopping for my wedding dress that i could have imagined. I was working with Beth that day and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was joyful to work with and very knowledgeable about the dresses they had and really felt like she was invested in finding the perfect wedding dress for me!! She listened to what I said and wanted and made amazing suggestions and just made me feel so special like the bride I am going to be! I went to two other bridal shops before finding the perfect wedding dress!! I was so glad that I found them to work with!!!

  I was very happy with my dress from Splendid Bridal, but I really want to leave a review about their alterationist Soheyla. She was absolutely fanstatic! I was not happy with my dress when I first picked it up because it didn't fit right, but a few meetings with Soheyla and it looked just like it did in the on the model! I had complete confidence in her, which I didn't realize how important this was until she was cutting up large chunks of my dress! If I didn't have such a calm, confident, experienced alterationist, I would've been a nervous wreck watching that. She knew exactly what I needed to make the dress look well and worked with me to fix any issues I saw. Her pricing is also very fair.
  
  Pro tip, you can still use her for alterations even if you didn't get your dress at Splendid.

So I shopped around and came back with a lower price for the same dress from another store and they happily matched it! I really loved my experience from start to finish and couldn't imagine giving my business to a better shop. Thanks so much for making that very special part of my day beautiful!

  This was my very first store that I went dress shopping at, and I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on. I loved the atmosphere and the workers. It was such a fun experience and I highly recommend it to any bride!

  The ladies at Splendid Bridal made my wedding dress dream come true! They were so attentive to me and my shopping experience with them was amazing.   I was unsure about what dress I was going to buy and from where when I got a call from the sales lady I had been working with 1 month prior at Splendid. She called to tell me that the dress I loved from their store had gone on clearance. I went right in and bought it! I loved my dress more than any other part of my preparations.

  Great atmosphere and staff. It was exactly how I envisioned it. Coming out of the dressing room to get in front of the mirror with my entourage behind me on a stage. I didn't get that experience a lot of other places. I also loved the staff there the girl who helped me let me try on THE DRESS 3 times during the appointment as well as others. She also really encouraged me to pick what I loved and not worry what everyone else said and I think you need a person there to remind you of that.
