We could not have been happier with White Vine Weddings and Kate Clayton! Kate was so responsive to our every need. She kept us well informed regarding everything pre- wedding. But where she really shined was the weekend of wedding. She was EVERYWHERE at all times. It was amazing! Anytime there was any question, she was right on cue. It was well worth every cent to have her there and fully available. She and her team were very professional throughout and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Amazing wedding coordinator/planner
Zachary and I got married at The Greystone Estate on August 8, 2020. Our venue provided us with THE BEST coordinator, Kate Clayton. She helped ease the stress of planning our wedding, but especially during the pandemic. She kept me on track, up to date and involved in anything regarding the venue. She was extremely sweet and timely with her responses and made wedding planning easy! On the day of, she made everything perfect. She managed my gigantic family and bridal party to ensure everything went smoothly and more importantly, how I envisioned. She was my go-to girl and I would recommend her to ANYBODY who is considering a wedding planner/coordinator. Thank you Kate for helping us with create and execute our perfect wedding. -

Kate was so amazing to work with. She was so organized and always responded quickly to text messages and emails. She worked effortlessly with all the vendors to make sure the day went perfect. The venue was decorated beautifully!! I definitely recommend white vine weddings!! -

Beyond outstanding
White Vine Wedding made every single detail of my wedding vision come to life. Their organization & attention to detail was extremely impressive, & it made my wedding day so stress free & enjoyable. I worked with Kate for my wedding, & she was outstanding. She was always more than willing to help out with anything we needed & really went above & beyond what she was required to do. From the planning, to the set up/decorating, to the coordinating & even the clean up... White Vine Weddings never disappointed. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is in search of a wedding planner. Kate and White Vine Weddings did a great job with our wedding. We opted for the partial planning and coordination package and they were always quick to answer questions and provided clear guidance and information to help us through the process. The day of, I didn't think about the details even once, knowing that Kate and her team could handle it all and executed everything perfectly! -

Katy Sent on 04/25/2018Kate and Jennifer made our wedding incredible! Planning was seamless, decor was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Flowers/greenery were perfect. We had to move the ceremony location at the last minute and they handled it beautifully, making sure every detail was taken care of. Definitely the best one stop shop for planning, decor, and flowers!!

She was extremely responsive and flexible and she managed to keep me calm since she had everything under control the whole time! I used a lot of White Wine's decorations and Kate's recommendations for flowers and we were extremely satisfied with how everything turned out!

The woman assigned to our wedding seemed on top of things at first upon meeting and providing documents to fill out with all the info we had for what we wanted for the wedding. I provided in-depth information about exactly how we wanted things done and set up, even giving her most of the decorations well before the wedding so that we would have ample time. My family and my husbands had to decorate almost everything themselves. We were all ready to head down to the ceremony site and she said she would come to get us, but came so late that our entire wedding was behind schedule. My mother in-law didn't get her corsage even though it was ready for her. My flower girl didnt get her flowers until I reminded the planner and she scrambled to get them to her before she had to walk down the aisle. None of our party knew exactly when to start walking and our timing was off for the music I had planned with the DJ. It was still a beautiful wedding in spite of all this, but this led me to be stressed throughout the day and we were behind and unsure of what to do. I didn't have a plate or knife for the cake cutting and we had to ask guests nearby for something to cut with. It was frustrating becuase we hired this company so that we would have no stress and not have to worry about these things the day of, but I was quite worried and it didn't seem we got what we paid for. She was not even around most of the time from what I could see after the ceremony. Not satisfied with this experience at all.
