Perfect wedding dress

White Traditions was so helpful in finding me a wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses. They were so welcoming, kind and helpful. I felt at home and they had a wide range of options to choose from. They were willing to have dresses from the designer I liked shipped in if I didn’t like any in store as well. It was a perfect wedding dress experience where they were not too pushy, accommodating, and gave a wide variety. They allowed my parents & grandparents to come back when I found the right dress to show them. They hosted all my bridesmaids on the same day and allowed everyone to try on a bunch of different options. They overall did wonderful job!

Finding my dream dress!

Anne was so wonderful and made the dress shopping experience fun and stress free for myself and crew. She reached out it advance to get my preferences and really tailored the whole experience for me. I loved pretty much every dress she picked so the hardest part was picking the one we loved the most. I felt so supported and would highly recommend White Traditions Bridal if you're in search of your dream dress and best ladies to support you finding it!!

Such a helpful shop!

I loved going here for my wedding dress! Not only is the aesthetic what I was looking for, but the staff is so kind and helpful. We first had a virtual appointment (during COVID lockdown), so I got to see a lot of dresses I thought I was interested in. Then at the in-person appointment, I tried on the ones I liked during the virtual meeting and more the staff pulled that matched my style. They got a lot of dresses I really loved, so it was a hard decision. The whole process was easy and fun, and they recommended the perfect size to choose as well as alterations options. Go here for beautiful dresses and great customer service!

Amazing energy and customer service

We worked with Kellen and she was SO fun. She had amazing energy and did an amazing job at helping me narrow down my dress options to the one I ended up choosing. She knew my dream dress was just over my budget so she got an exception made to allow me to finance it. Compared to the other two dress stores we went to, we were wowed with the experience here!

The perfect dress at the perfect price

I had such a fun time shopping for dresses at WTB. Their showroom has a really nice ambiance, and lovely little sitting areas for your family/friends to sit while you try on. They had a wide selection of styles, including many I hadn't seen at other local stores. I ended up buying a dress off the rack for a great price, and it turned out to be really stunning. Overall, an amazing dress and a lovely shopping experience.

Beautiful dresses!

I got my wedding dress from White traditions last year and I loved them they have beautiful dresses and the staff is so helpful the only note I would make is they told me to size up when buying my dress, I have a larger chest, and my alterations person said my dress was so big around the waist that she almost couldn’t take it in. Luckily she ended up being able to! The dress came in sooner than expected and the price was reasonable!

This was the 3rd shop that I went to. Alli did a wonderful job helping me find my dress. I knew it was "the one" as soon as I put it on. The shop is beautiful, the dresses are beautiful, & I really enjoyed my experience. It was exactly what dress shopping should be.

White Traditions was not the only the best bridal shop I went into but it was the most beautiful set up, friendly girls and all sorts of gorgeous styles of dresses.. I thought I found my dress down the street at another shop the day before I came in to White traditions. And my aunt Peggy and I really were just coming into try some out of my comfort zone dresses and take pictures.. But then I found my perfect dress.. And my husband now Danny said I couldn't have picked a more perfect dress.. Thank you so much.. And ill be bringing in my good friend and maid of honor in soon cause she is now engaged.. Yay.. See you all soon.

I went to a few bridal shops prior to visiting White Traditions and I wish I went here first! The combination of professionalism and comfort they displayed was really wonderful. I never felt rushed, uncomfortable, forced into gowns or they didn't give opinions unless you asked, which I appreciated because I was looking to my family for opinions since they know me best. Also the store itself is beautiful, which just adds to the excitement and lovely experience of shopping for 'the one'. I had a great experience shopping here and we even got our bridesmaids dresses through them.

I absolutely loved my experience with White Traditions. It was the first salon I went to and there's definitely a reason I came back and purchased from them. They were not pushy in the slightest, encouraging me to take my time and go to other stores to make sure I had the dress I wanted. The store itself is quaint and charming and their selection was fantastic. When I came back the second time, they encouraged me to look around again because they had gotten in some new dresses and it was then that I found the perfect dress. It came in a timely manner and fit like a glove! I had to have very little alterations. I got so many compliments on my dress and I'm so grateful to the ladies and White Traditions for all their help and wonderful service. I've already recommended them to several people and will without a doubt continue to do so!

This bridal shop is awesome! My appointment was during an Allure trunk show and during the Festival of the Little Hills last summer (August 2015) so a pretty busy day, and I never felt rushed at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure we were there past their closing time putting the order in for my dress and the 2 ladies helping me were as sweet as could be. They even checked if the dress I ended up ordering could be special ordered in pink! I emailed them the week before my appointment with styles that I liked and wanted to try on and they had them all pulled when I arrived. It's fairly small but they have a ton of dresses! And I had my mom, my husband's grandma, and 2 of my bridesmaids with me and it didn't feel too crowded at all in the area I was trying on dresses. Overall it was an awesome experience, and their selection is one of the best in the area!

White Traditions offers a really wide variety of dresses that will fit into any budget! I had so much fun trying on dresses with my family and their super helpful and friendly staff that I didn't want to stop. They never pressured me into buying a dress and in fact encouraged me to wait and sleep on it to decide. This was a huge difference from other shops that had made me feel like I needed to make a decision right away. Their shop is small, but friendly, and it's nice to be able to look at and pick out the dresses yourself.

So for a little background, I had originally resigned myself to not being able to try any of my favorite designer's dresses. The only store that carried them in our area not only had a bad reputation, but their customer service was terrible and booking an appointment seemed next to impossible since you couldn't get a real person on the phone. This said, imagine how excited I was to find that not only was White Traditions now carrying the designer I loved, they were having a trunk show the weekend I wanted to start looking! Making an appointment was simple, and I got an appointment on a Sunday when they don't typically open on Sundays. On the day of the appointment, we got hit with a pretty good snow storm so we were afraid we'd get there and they'd be closed. I know it's a small thing, but they returned our message and let us know they were still open.

When we actually got there, we were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and selection. I'd been to 1 other store the day before, but while the other place definitely had more dresses, their dresses all looked the same...deep sweetheart necklines everywhere! The quality and variety with White Traditions was perfect and no pushy salesperson pulling dresses you'd normally wouldn't have glanced twice at. I did end up finding my dress here, and it's perfect. I've been very type A with this planning and viewed dress shopping from a very practical standpoint, but it reduced both me and my MOH to tears...which they were prepared to help us dry up :) I can't recommend them enough!

I LOVED my experience at Bridal Traditions! Everything was perfect. They let us choose a few gowns at the beginning of the appt to see what style I was interested in, and only smiled when my mother in law chose approx 15 other dresses for me to try on :) The attendant was so helpful and friendly the entire time and made us all feel at ease. She even let my sister be the one in the room with me putting on the dresses, for a first timer this was nice, I wasn't quite ready to bare it all for the saleswoman! When I commented on some of the gowns, how I liked the top or didn't like this detail she knew the inventory enough to recommend similar dresses that might fit the bill! She didn't pressure us into anything, and honestly that makes me want to buy my dress from them. That was my first time trying on dresses and I wanted to sleep on it when I was torn between two completely different options. I would highly recommend this place to any bride, regardless of style, budget, or wedding. I'm not a fan of clothes shopping, in fact I purchase almost all of my clothes online so I don't have to try them on in stores, and White Traditions made me feel like a super model!

I live in a seperate state than the rest of my family, so I was extremely anxious and nervous when I had one weekend to find my dress when my mom, dad, and sister were in town. White Traditions was the last shop we had an appointment with and all I can say is the phrase "save the best for last" definitely applied that day! As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The ladies helping us out were extremely warm and friendly. They never pressured us to buy and were just as excited for me as my own family and friends are! I am beyond thrilled that I found the dress of my dreams with such amazing people and with the help of the White Traditions family! They even had the dress my sister has been looking at for her wedding so they went out of their way to let her try on her dream dress so I could see it in person before she purchased it where she lives! Thanks for being great!

I had went to about 5 bridal stores before White Traditions Bridal House, but it was by far the best place I went. I loved the atmosphere, the selections were amazing, and the wonderful employees were a huge help and had a lot of patience with me. White Traditions Bridal House was beautiful and I was very happy with my decision I would recommend them to anyone with any type of budget.

I visited this shop after looking at three other locations, and had an incredible experience. There is an expansive selection of dresses, high quality, and felt one of a kind. The staff are friendly, and I never once felt pressured or rushed into making a "sale". I not only found THE dress, that blew away all my expectations, but I also utilized the alterations team who visit the shop on Thursdays. These ladies made my dress even more spectacular, and were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish this was the most stress free, FUN, and exciting experience. I highly recommend!

White Traditions Bridal House made buying the most important dress of my life a fun and exciting experience! Having moved to St. Louis only recently, all of my bridesmaids and family are back at home in Florida. This meant that I had to begin the dress shopping experience on my own! At other bridal shops, this was hard because I had nobody to give me opinions but not at White Traditions! The amazing bridal consultant (how I wish I wasn't terrible with names) helped me by giving me HONEST opinions on the dresses I tried on, helped me pick dresses out that fit my vision, and gave me options on how I could alter some of the dresses to make them fit my vision better. White Traditions had a HUGE selection of dresses, and even better a huge selection of dresses in my budget ($800-$1000)! The bridal consultant never once brought me a dress outside of my budget. Once I had narrowed down my selection to about 5 dresses, I scheduled a time for my parents to come to STL and help me narrow it down to THE dress. The same great consultant and one of her partners helped us out, letting me parade around in the dress and letting my parents take a million pictures (she didn't even mind when my parents asked her to put on and take off the same belt a dozen times!). When we finally had it narrowed down to the final 2 dresses, she went out of her way to take down some flowers from their window display and make a makeshift flower crown (I'll be wearing one on my wedding day) so that I could get a full vision of what I'd look like in the two dresses. That one simple act actually helped me choose my dress because it looked so good with the flowers while the runner up didn't! I am so excited to begin the alterations (FYI: The don't have a hired seamstress but they do have a seamstress that travels to the store on certain dates so you can still get your alterations in store!) I highly, highly, highly recommend you go to White Traditions FIRST in your dress search! :)

My sister found this wonderful shop for us and our experience couldn't have been better. Jessica and her staff are friendly and accommodating and have great taste in the gowns and designers they carry. You will not be pushed to make a decision or limited in the style or silhouette of dresses you can try on. You'll have fun! White Traditions really is a no-pressure bridal salon, and it's extremely likely you'll find "the one" and never have a moment's regret.

I absolutely adore this bridal shop! It is a smaller shop, but the variety of dresses they have was better than any other shop I visited. They have such a beautiful and unique selection of gowns. The staff was always very friendly and patient, and I never felt pressured to make a decision even though I made several trips to try on the same few dresses. I am so happy with my wedding dress purchase and so glad that I found White Traditions. I would definitely recommend this shop to other brides, especially brides who are looking for something unique.

This was the FIRST and ONLY place I tried on dresses. Not only is the service amazing but the shop is quaint and cute! They were very accommodating for the 5 family members I brought to view my wedding dress experience. The sales girl was very patient with me because I came in and had NO idea what type of a dress I wanted. I ended up walking out of there with a beautiful gown and a smile. I cancelled all my other appointments I had schedule for later that day at other boutiques. I was able to do my alterations in the shop as well which made it even better. The lighting isn't the best so I would recommend going there during the day to try on gowns. I recommend White Traditions to every new bride!

I can't express how much I loved my wedding dress and I found it at White Traditions Bridal House. They were incredibly sweet helping me try on gowns and even put in a special order for my dress to get it in as quickly as possible. My wedding was April 18th 2015 but I didn't go dress shopping until November 1st 2014 because my Fiance spent a good portion of October in the hospital. They were the only dress shop who didn't make me feel like I could never have the dress I wanted because I waited too long. Instead, they were compassionate about my situation and helped make sure that my dress was in in time for my big day! I got so many compliments on the dress and I felt so beautiful in it. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at White Traditions! First off, the boutique itself is gorgeous. They have a great selection of dresses as well - so many different styles! All of the workers were so kind and encouraging during my visit. And, when my family and friends that came along made the experience stressful, they helped to keep me calm, collected, and kept everything fun! My dress is to die for! I found a dress I loved and purchased on my first visit. I was able to buy a dress off the rack, which was incredibly convenient for me as I live out of the country and only had a week to find a dress for my wedding while I was visiting. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. The shop itself is lovely and it felt very special and exciting to try on dresses there. I definitely recommend this shop!

Jessica and her staff were very helpful from the first trying on of dresses, to purchasing the dress, and picking out accessories to finish my look. They all make you feel special and individual, even when there are 3 other brides in the shop on the same day. They know your name when you walk in the door, quickly figure out your style/personality during the consultation, and continue to make you feel like a family member or friend throughout the process. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and they give valuable feedback about fit and style. I would definitely send my friends/family to White Traditions in the future.

The dress was WONDERFUL! I had looked at all of the big company places like David's Bridal and MANY other places for months and hated everything. I randomly saw White Traditions from a google search and decided that I would run in there before classes. Needless to say, 20 minutes later I had tried on 2 dresses that I LOVED! Jessica and her staff were wonderful. My daughter had looked at over 100 dresses, we had dropped in on her shop on a Sunday with no appointment just to look around and she was great about it. Needless to say we found a dress that day! We also had found a short dress online to have at the reception. Jessica, looked everywhere for it (it was discontinued) and got it! The service and consideration for each fitting and during the whole process, she was great!

I purchased my wedding dress from White Traditions bridal, and I am very glad I did! I purchased a dress that was 10 sizes too big, due to it being an off the rack dress, and I fell in love with it! They gave me the name of an alterations person who they were confident could alter my dress and you would never know it started out so large! And they were very right! I found my dream dress at White Traditions about 9 months before my big day. They informed me of an upcoming trunk sale for the designer I chose ( Just Alexander) and I was able to save even more on my dress by waiting just 3 weeks to order! I had alterations done through their recommendations, and all 7 of my bridesmaids purchased their dresses there with no issues. After I got engaged my bridesmaids and I planned a day to try on wedding dresses, and made the mistake of going to a chain bridal store. The girl helping me was also helping three other people and I only tried on 5 dresses be jade it was so crazy in there. I was so disappointed. One of my bridesmaids called our friend and asked where she got her dress, and of course she said White Traditions. We called up there and asked if we could swing by and we were told to come on over. My bridesmaids and I had the BEST experience at White Traditions. Jess and her girls were very friendly and were always sweet and helpful. I always recommend my friends and clients to get there dress there and they are never disappointed!

Jess and her staff were so sweet and accommodating. I was able to get an appt. as soon as I called and they had more designers than I even imagined. The shop was extremely clean, well organized and had a wide variety of styles. I was amazed by the high quality designers, yet affordable pricing. I loved my entire experience with White Traditions! They are very professional but also SO friendly and really make you feel comfortable throughout the entire wedding dress shopping experience. I had a blast trying on so many of their beautiful dresses (and they have quite a few) and wish that I could do it all again! They have a great range of pricing on their dresses so I felt very comfortable working within the budget I had. I would DEFINITELY recommend White Traditions!

I love White Traditions! I was in search of my bridal gown for at least 4 months before stopping in White Traditions. It was a completely different experience than the 6 or 7+ bridal shops I had been prior. Very laid back, relaxed and welcoming. Jessica and her staff really know their stuff. I ended up purchasing my dress there and it was exactly what I was looking for. The dress came in before they estimated. I even purchased my vail and hair jewelry clip there. Wonderful place. I would recommend White Traditions to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience. It is a nice change of pace compared to the other crazy stress of planning a wedding.

So, I will admit that I am the bride with a Type A personality. I went to at least 7 bridal salons before I went to White Traditions Bridal House. I'd had a bad time searching for a dress because of salespersons who 1) would bring me dresses outside of my price range, 2) would not help me into a dress, or 3) were so overbooked that I didn't feel like I got any type of personal attention. I LOVE White Traditions! Their staff is personable, patient, knowledgeable and just overall wonderful. At first I was leery because it seemed like they didn't have as large of a selection of dresses, but they QUALITY of their dresses is amazing. I, the picky, Type A, bride, found my dress there. Not only that--when I went in for a fitting, to pick up my dress, and to pick up my accessories, the staff remembered my name and face every time. That is great customer service. I would recommend that every bride go to White Traditions first. Of course, the weekends are a lot busier than during the week, so I would recommend going during the week. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

I purchased my dress and all of my bridesmaids' dresses from White Traditions Bridal House and I was so pleased with how everything turned out. The service we received every time we went in was perfect; Jessica was so great to work with. White Traditions is a wonderful boutique, and they offer some really beautiful dresses. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of my dress! My Mother and I went to multiple wedding dress shops that were bad experiences. Horrible run of the mill dresses with nothing unique about them, shops that offered nothing but strapless dresses, to a shop where the attendant (male) wanted to help me in the dressing room and see EVERY dress I tried on and explain what worked and what didn't. That's when we found White Traditions! It was like a breath of fresh air; a clean, bright, beautiful shop with wonderfully nice employees. All the dresses were beautiful and I tried lots on, until I got to a dress I saw in the magazine. I knew right away that it was the right dress. I'll even admit there were a few tears involved. White Traditions was a perfect fit for me, as was the dress. Thank you for making my dress finding day memorable.

This store is absolutely amazing. I had just come from a previous appointment where I thought I found my dress. I came here and upon entering knew I would find it here. The price range here was perfect for me. It wasn't one of those stores who ranged from 200- 100000 so really appreciated that. Jess is amazing and her sense of style is apparent in the clothing she wears and the dresses she chooses to sell. I have 8 weddings to attend this year and I knew I could find my "one of a kind dress"- that no other bride was going to wear. I could not have been happier.

The ladies at White Traditions were amazing! I second I walked into their shop I knew that was where I would find my dress. The atmosphere is intimate and we felt very comfortable. The dress selection is superb, the girls were so very helpful and we didn't feel rushed or the pressure to buy at all! This shop was absolutely amazing with customer service, quality, variety and everything a bride could want. I came in already having a dress in mind, but not having been given the opportunity to try dresses outside my initial idea to help me decide. I explained this to the absolutely adorable owner, she let me walk through the entire store grabbing any and every dress I wanted to try and we went one by one. I ended up buying a dress completely different than what I had expected that day, and was SO shocked at the low prices.

I absolutely love White Traditions! I actually found the store completely by accident. I walked in without an appointment and I was welcomed anyways. I found so many gorgeous dresses and they even had most of them in sizes larger enough to fit me (size 16-20). I was quite impressed with the selection since it was a small shop. I'd been to a much larger store but it seemed all they had was polyester dresses. After that first store, I thought I'd have to raise my budget to get what I wanted, but White Traditions had quality dresses at wonderful prices.

Trying on dresses was a great process. The assistant definitely knew what she was doing and was able to quickly (but correctly) lace me into my corset gowns. The first dress I tried on was an absolute winner. Even with this, I wasn't pressured to buy. I tried on the rest of the dresses, coming back to the first one a couple times. In the end, I decided to buy the first dress (still without any pressure!). I was very happy since it actually came in under my initial budget (which wasn't terribly high).

When my dress came in, they discovered that it had a snag. They called me to let me know that they were immediately sending it back to the manufacturer and a new one would be sent within a week (this was no problem because I live out of town and wasn't visiting until a month later). Once the replacement was in, I came in, along with my sister-in-law and flower girls, to try it on and pick it up. It was just as great as I remembered. I also found a veil that day. Additionally, my flower girls also tried on several flower girl dresses but just didn't find the one. The staff was very patient and didn't pressure us to buy anything.

A couple days after ordering my veil, a family member offered to make my veil for me (I completely forgot she made veils!). I called up White Traditions and they were able to cancel the order for me - no guilt or pressure.

I highly recommend White Traditions!

White Traditions is the PERFECT place to find your dream wedding gown. Jessica has fantastic taste in dresses and has a ton of them to choose from in her little store as well as very reasonable prices. I had an idea of what my maximum budget was on the day I went and ended up buying a dress for a couple hundred dollars less than what I was expecting. I have already recommended this place to my friends who are getting married, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Jessica is so great. I looked for the wedding dress I wanted everywhere. I started thinking I wasn’t going to find it. When I walked into the store, Jessica found it right away. I tried it on and never had a doubt. She is so friendly and very reliable. Most stores are so pushy and so sure you are going to like something they picked for you, but she didn’t push me to buy anything. I purchased a custom made veil from here as well. It was a little more expensive then I thought and when Jessica called me to tell me, she said she’d try other custom stores just to lower the price for me. I was so shocked, I just bought it. I don’t expect that kind of service from wedding dress stores. She went above and beyond for me and when my sister and my friends get married this is where we are going! Also, I have to mention the alterations lady that Jessica recommends. My dress was zip up and the ONLY thing I didn’t like about my dress is that it wasn’t corset. I told Peggy (the alterations lady) and she changed it! Oh my gosh, talk about the wedding dress of my dreams! She is amazing and when I have other events I need to go to, I am definitely going to her to have her size it for me!

Jessica saved my wedding! After having gone through a very high pressured sales team at another location (Wedding Gallery) I had regretfully purchased a dress that I hated. Jessica was able to show me dresses in a beautiful store with a nice atmosphere with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. In fact, the dress I bought from her I did not even pull off the rack myself! After I had tried on a few dresses she told me she had one she thought I would look good in and she was right. I didn't want to buy a dress quickly again so I went to other places to keep trying on dresses. But sure enough the one Jessica thought of was the one! I am still in love with my dress. Jessica has a great eye for style and can match your perfectly with the dress that was made for you. I highly recommend shopping at her store.

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this shop was different than others I have been to. It has a very modern elegant feel, and the shop owner (Jessica) was younger than most and very kind spirited. Although other stores may have a larger collection of dresses, they cannot beat the quality of selection at White Traditions Bridal House. It had a lot of the newest dresses that I had seen in the bridal magazines that other places did not have in stock. I called to try on a particular dress shortly before closing and Jessica kept the shop open for me. She kept in contact throughout the ordering process, and she ordered my dress in the correct size. It came in early, fit perfectly, and the whole experience was refreshing compared to others I have had.

I purchased my wedding dress from White Traditions Bridal House. This is the first place that I went to look at dresses. I walked in with one of my sisters & my mom. We all agreed that we wont not buy a dress ... just there to look. Of course, we bought a dress! Hahaha. I couldn't pass it up. Jessica (the shop owner) was having a bridal sale of sample dresses. My wedding (by this point) was five months out so I was concerned if I would find a dress in time. Well, I ended up finding the most beautiful wedding dress (actually the first one that I tried one). I ended up buying the sample and walking out with my wedding dress in less than an hour and a half. I LOVED IT! The whole process was very easy and she has a lot of beautiful dresses to choose from. The shop is so well organized and she makes it very easy to try on dresses. All of the dresses were hanging up - out of bags, so you can actually see what the dress looks like! I couldn't imagine a more wonderful wedding dress for me, my fiance just loved it once he saw me on the wedding day. If you're looking for a place to find a gorgeous, yet reasonably priced dress -- this is the place to visit!!

After visiting two other shops, I came to white traditions looking for a fun, modern wedding dress. What I found at WT was racks and racks of fun dresses and all were in my tight budget too! I tried on 8 dresses total and Lori was very helpful and patient through the process. She and Jessica also provided many tailoring suggestions to make each dress match my vision. I ended up finding my dress after another patron tried it on and didn't like it. It's just what I wanted and in my budget! Lori even found a gorgeous matching headpiece to complement the dress. Everyone in the shop is super friendly, helpful, and not pushy for the sake of the sale. I will be ordering my dress and accessories there and will be bringing the bridal party in to get their dresses at WT too!

I found the PERFECT dress from White Traditions... It was definitely my dream dress that was for sure... It was the perfect price and I couldn't say no.... The consultant that was working was named Jessica and she was amazing. She was honest and very helpful. I came in on a Tuesday and they were some what busy but she took the time to squeeze me in. Since she did that I scheduled another appointment to go in with my family on a Saturday and found the dress of my dream! I can't wait for everyone to see it. I recommend this store to every bride looking for a dress. They are designer dresses for a good price. They pretty much have any style of dress you are looking for whether you want simple/elegant to a lot of bead work to even lace.

Every bride should at least go this store and check it out. I went to several bridal stores and found some dresses that I liked but nothing that CAUGHT my eye. I wish I would have went to White Traditions first.

I ended up with a dress that looks like I spent and arm and a leg for but little did they know it was my little secret.

I went allllll over St. Louis trying to find the perfect wedding dress. I went to several different bridal shops and was never very impressed- the workers were rude or pushy, the dress selection wasn't very good, or the prices were outrageous. So, when my mom suggested White Traditions, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was BLOWN AWAY by this store...it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than any of the other places we went. I purchased my gown for my November 2010 wedding from White Traditions, and am so happy I did. I tried on over 30 gowns, and Jessica pulled one that I thought would be too plain. She told me just to give it a try, and once I saw myself in the mirror in the gown I knew it was "the one". I was so happy that I had an experience with white traditions bridal house.The boutique was specious and carry all kinds of gorgeous pieces. And I loved atmosphere in it - very relaxing and stuff is very helpful.

I bought my wedding dress and veil from White Traditions.

When you first walk in you can tell this sotre is different from most others, they have so many unique designs!! Also, I was very interested in having a cage veil but wanted to try one on before I bought one. Valerie ordered one for the store so I could try it out and even let me take 3 different veils from the store to my mock hair appointment to see which one I liked best with my hairdo.

My dress did take a couple months longer than projected to get in, but that is nothing the store can help. To compensate for this Valerie gave me my veil half off.

They are a great store to work with!

I loved the personal feel of the store. Every time I called or went in the store, they remembered me not only by name but by dress as well. I thought they had a pretty wide variety of styles and price points in their dresses. I also got my veil and headpiece there. Both turned out very pretty.

I would recommend White Traditions to any bride that is looking for a wedding dress that no one else will have. I had looked at the typical bridal places like David's Bridal but found that the service was not good and about 20,000 other girls would have my dress. I found my beautiful gown at White Traditions and only paid $650.00 for it! I had decided to go to David's Bridal for my bridesmaid's shoes because they were $10.00 less but after the FIFTH time of them trying to dye the shoes and totally messing them up, I went to White Traditions a couple of weeks before the wedding and they got them for me in only a week!!!! I was so thankful and the quality of the shoes were 100% better! Every female member of my family that went in there, for example, the mother of my flower girl and ring bearer, were extremely pleased with the service and the quality of what they purchased! I am so grateful to White Traditions for making my wedding experience more than I could have expected!

White Traditions was a great vendor to work with. Valerie recognized me whenever I came in, I ended up getting the bridesmaids gowns as well from this vendor who gave me a 10% discount on all the girls dresses. They also pressed my dress the same day I brought it in, so it would be wrinkle free for the day of the wedding.

These ladies are so friendly and helpful when looking for your dress for the big day. They have a wide variety and will help guide you no matter what your style is. They also have beautiful accessories to finish off your look. Their shop in general is cozy and elegant. They also offer a discount on bridesmaid dresses when you buy your dress there. I always felt very welcomed and not rushed into a decision. They also do trunk shows for different designers from time to time. They do not have an in house alterations person, but the company that works with them, Custom Alterations, is so wonderful!

I would recommend EVERY bride shop here! The environment is modern, clean and FULL of a wide variety of dresses. The employees are extremely helpful and made my experience relaxing and fun. We decided to have a short emgagement and they were willing to pull as many string as possible in order to get my dress in on time. I was so happy with this company; It is honestly a great place to shop!

White traditions didn't have as much of a selection as the other bridal shops I visited, but they did have beautiful dresses! It was the first place I went to and where I ended up getting my dress. It was perfect because I had an appointment which gave me one on one time with a sales representative and I wasn't overwhelmed with choices. I was able to try on as many as I wanted and the dress that the rep suggested for me is the one I eneded up buying! Great expertise and services at fairly reasonable prices.

This was my second stop on the "finding the dress" adventure and it. was. awesome!

Not only does this boutique have all the quaint charm one would expect, the staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. And, BONUS, unlike some other boutiques my entourage visited you (the bride) gets to look at and pick through the dresses so you can touch and see the dresses that you've been pining over (on Pinterest...) in real life. (And, as a plus-sized bride that's an amazing advantage.) The boutique carries brands that many others in the area don't, like WToo, Watters, Allure, Allure Modest and all of these sizes go from 0 - 32 (again, another advantage for plus-sized brides.) Just make sure you specify that you'd like the "plus-size" version of a dress, as they don't always have that in stock.

I found my dress at White Traditions, which is one of the most beautiful wedding gown shops I've ever seen and probably the prettiest shop in St. Charles (it's okay-I'm from there). I found a dress that fit my budget, style, and personality and fell in love. The owner (beautiful blonde lady) is great every time you need help. My ONLY issue occurred when the owner was out when I was misquoted the cost of my groomsmen's formalwear, but I think the girl was new. They were helpful with my groomsmen and let my sister try on bridesmaid dresses even though we ultimately ordered them online for cheaper. Overall, they were excellent and I would tell all my friends to go to White Traditions to find the dress of their dreams and to order their groomsmen tuxes through Jim's Formal Wear (found a NAVY tux for my husband).

White Traditions Bridal House was my first and last stop when I went to find my wedding gown. I had such a wonderful experience there, and Jessica was so wonderful to work with! I was working with a limited budget, and she was able to help me find a dress that matched my vision and was within my price range. She was very good about watching the price of the dresses she showed me, so that I wouldn't find a dress that was out of my range, which I really appreciated.

After trying on several beautiful dresses, I found one that I liked a lot. I knew it wasn't quite the one, but Jessica listened closely to what I liked and what I didn't like. Using this information, she helped me create a one-of-a-kind dress by using a plain dress combined with a beautiful jacket and sash. I loved having such a unique creation that was exactly what I wanted and was so gorgeous! I got so many complements on it when I got married, and the seamstress adored it as well!

I did visit on a Thursday morning. A local seamstress is there on Thursdays, which was great, considering the custom nature of my dress. I would recommend going early in the day or during their off-peak times. I felt like I had the entire shop to myself, which just added that much more to the experience. (I did come back for alterations during evening hours, which was a little more hectic!)

I never felt pressured during my visit and really felt valued during my entire experience. Their samples are around size 12, start around $800 from what I could tell, and are offered in many wonderful styles. Do yourself a favor and start your dress search here! You won't be sorry!

I purchased by bridal gown from White Traditions after having 2 appointments to look through the dress selection. They had so many beautiful lace dresses, which was exactly what I was looking for. My first appointment I had a huge group of very opinionated women with me. The consultant was amazing with them and really focused on helping me find what I wanted. I ended up finding my dress that day, but wanted to look around more, so I ended up coming back with just my mom and my sister to try it on again and ordered it! The staff was so wonderful and the actual store is very picturesque with brick walls and cute furniture. It made for some beautiful pictures of me when I first tried on my gown!

My expirence at White Traditions was far superior to other bridal shops. You were allowed to take pictures and dress yourself. I went back three times before deciding on my dress and Jessica remember my dress choices each time.

The store has a great selection of dresses and regularly gets in new inventory.

I had such an amazing experience at White Traditions. I initially went in looking for a dress for my mother, as I already had my wedding gown. I went in and saw some of the most unique dresses. I ended up trying on at least fifteen dresses in four visits over the next week. I cannot tell anyone how many times I was zipped and unzipped, laced up and unlaced into dresses, some of them more than once. I ended up finding a great designer dress, on clearance, that was absolutely amazing, compared to my simple dress that I originally chose. The girls working were so understanding and devoted time to me each time I came in. My mother ended up getting her dress there as well. I have already recommended several of my friends to look at this vendor as a result of my positive experience, and recommend to anyone considering to go there as well.

I just bought my wedding dress from White Traditions! The ladies working there were so welcoming and helped me find "the one". They were eager to get me what I needed and helped me with any little thing I asked, such as trying on different veils and throwing my bridesmaids into random dresses to see what would look good next to my gown! The gowns are very luxurious and was affordable for the type of dresses they sold. I was shocked at how many were in my budget! This may sound strange, but I was also worried about sizes since I'm not exactly plus size but I'm also no 5/6. They had quite a few that fit me just right so I could actually see what I would look like in the dress! The store is very clean with a modern yet classic look to it. A little tight, so prepare if you bring a big entourage! Overall I had a wonderful experience finding my gorgeous gown and the perfect veil to match. :) I can't wait to try it on once it's in!!!!

So the first time I went here, I had an amazing experience. There were a lot of dresses that were out of my price range, and there wasn't really any incentives they were offering. The second time I went there to show my top three to my mom, the woman that assisted me, took a phone call during me trying on the dresses. Finally someone else came over to corset the back of the dress for me. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. She should have at least found someone to help me prior to answering the phone. They do have an amazing selection of everything that isnt white which is what i really liked.

Ehh, well, I tried.

I tried on some dresses here, and while the consultant I worked with was nice, I felt like she was REALLY trying to sell me on a dress that I liked for more than it was worth. It was an off-the-rack, and it desperately needed some love before it could be deemed "wearable". I didn't have a very large budget--I will admit that caused an issue with being able to find a dress--but that aside, I just don't think they had fair prices. I hope others can have a better experience here, and possibly find a dress--I'm hoping that my situation was just one where it wasn't meant to be.

Do NOT choose your dress here

Do NOT choose this bridal shop. They promised my dress would arrive in April and it’s mid May with no dress in sight. I traveled from the east coast to try on dresses with family and friends since I’d moved away. I’m deeply regretting choosing my dress here as I have NO dress and my wedding is so near. Sad.

Dream dashing

I would rate negative if possible. I really cannot believe I have to write this, but especially about a bridal boutique. This place should be working overtime to make a bride feel and know they are beautiful and have only delightful memories about choosing attire for their most important day, YOU DID NOT! In fact you tore a heart and esteem apart with no thought! Not accommodating out of travel schedules to get dress, Rudely Commenting, not assisting and reminding a young bride she is ALONE to pick up her dress. It is stressful enough to be far away from family at such an important time and YOUR employees did nothing to assist with trying the dress on until the bride walked out of dressing room to search for assistance -then was inundated with hurtful, unkind, disrespectful comments. Please do not put your daughter, sister or yourself through treatment from these greedy judgmental ignorant people. They should be out of business for even hurting one brides dream!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! ONCE YOU PAY THEM THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. Shame on you for striking down dreams!!!

Horrible service, people, place

White Traditions Bridal House is full of immature young girls who do not know how to handle business. I bought my wedding dress from White Traditions Bridal House in St. Charles, MO. Had a TON of issues with that as well. They sell Bill Levkoff Bridesmaid dresses there in the store. When my MOH and I went into the store to pick one out we were told the price of dress style #7059 was between $150-$170. When one of my bridesmaids went to order, she had to put $134 down and was told that was HALF of the price! Because of this pandemic, my bridesmaids have not been able to work. I received a voicemail stating that my bridesmaids needed to call in their measurements and that the dresses could not be ordered until they were all called in, that is also stated in their policy on the receipt. We are baffled that the price of the dress is almost $300!!! So my bridesmaids that did order have called to try to cancel the order and we will take our business elsewhere, however the store has LIED to myself and them saying that the dresses were being ordered as they were being called with measurements. They did admit that they did not have the dress in the store nor had it arrived yet, however because the measurements were sent to the designer, that we were not allowed a refund. During this time of uncertainty in our lives I wish my TWO bridesmaids could cancel their orders with full refunds. All of my bridesmaids are parents who are out of work for an undetermined amount of time. As an essential employee, I am utterly DISGUSTED that this is how people are being treated during this time in our lives. We do not appreciate being lied to, told false pricing, and lied to about policies. The dresses have not been shipped yet and we need the orders cancelled. But they will not do that for some unknown reason. They are only after the money. When I was trying on wedding dresses there, no one even helped me straighten, see the back of the dress or get the dress on, my family had to do it. They are completely incompetent and do not deserve your business. I will never recommend them.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. I told them I wanted a size 12 dress. They took no measurements. They insisted I ordered a size 18. I told them no, the 12 fits perfectly, order a 12. The dress came in a week after my husband unexpectedly passed away. I picked up the dress (didn't care to try it on, obviously my mind was preoccupied). When I did try on the dress I noticed it was a size 16 and the wrong color. I called white traditions to let them know about the mistakes and they insisted the dress only came in one color. Upon investigation I found the dress came in 3 colors. I let them know what i saw online and they said I could not return the dress because it was specifically tailored for me. How could it be made for me if they took NO MEASUREMENTS!? If white traditions wants to stay in business they either need to train their employees to measure their clients or they need to correct their mistakes. I even offered to give them back the dress to keep in their inventory and I could find a dress of equal or lesser value. They repeatedly said no because the dress was created for me. Again, no measurements were ever taken and they ordered a completely different size then I asked for. Will never recommend them. They should not be in business. Horrible company.

Traumatic and horrible

I was going to purchase a dress from white traditions. Upon arrival they claim they create a dress specifically fitted to you. They took no measurements, guessed the size based off of a different dress and stated they do not make returns if the dress does not fit but instead will recommend tailors for you to hire to fix the dress. Their customer service is horrific. Will never use them. My sister unfortunately ordered her dress from their and it came in 2 sizes too big. The dress would cost more to tailor then it was worth.
