We cannot recommend Diane enough for her hard work and diligence to make our ceremony absolutely perfect! From the beginning, she listened to our story and what spoke to us the most as a couple, even sending a list of religious and non-religious readings for us to choose from. Using this information, Diane wrote the most touching ceremony that we were able to preview (vows redacted). Her kindness and warmth told us from day one that Diane was the right person to marry us.
During the ceremony, her attention to details in-the-moments were flawless, including pausing to let one of us gather ourselves or smooth out any runaway veils! We love her so much, and appreciate her commitment through everything. We love you Diane! -

Diane did an amazing job officiating our ceremony. Although we didn't have a rehearsal, everything went smoothly! Everything Diane wrote for us for the ceremony was fantastic. And after the wedding, Diane was very prompt with filing the marriage license paperwork. All communications were prompt and professional. Thank you for everything! -

Diane wrote us a beautiful ceremony script. She was very helpful and on top of things. Our wedding venue was booked the night before our wedding day so we had our rehearsal at our house and that was not a problem for her. She made it work and that was lovely. She had us prepared then so that the day of ran so smoothly. Diane contributed greatly to our perfect day. -

We can’t thank White Swan Wedding Services and Diane enough for the incredible way she supported us through our wedding ceremony. From my very first communication with her, I could tell that she was different. When she was unavailable to support us with our original wedding date, she kindly guided me to resources to locate another officiant. So when we decided to move the wedding date, I knew she was the person I wanted. She was so kind, thoughtful and caring. She truly wanted to get to know us and our story and used that to create a beautiful ceremony for us. When she then broke her foot 2 days before our wedding, she didn’t cancel on us, she simply asked for us to ensure that we could find a way to accommodate so that she could still support us. And she thought of every detail, helping us to select the ideal scripture reading for the ceremony, guiding us as we wrote our personalized vows to even stepping out of the way for our first kiss so she wouldn’t be in the photograph. Our ceremony was heartfelt and personalized like it was officiated by someone who knew us for years. Diane was everything we hoped for and so much more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Swan Wedding Services and Diane to anyone and everyone getting married in the Wisconsin area. -

100% heartfelt recommendation
Diane transformed our very small ceremony far from home into a very emotional memorable wedding day at our dream venue. Thank you so much and a 100% heartfelt recommendation.
She took our unusual request from distant Germany seriously and rose to the challenge.
In addition, there was a very tight time window, which you mastered perfectly and was very well prepared.
Communication was by email due to time difference and our language skills, nevertheless we had a very familiar feeling at our first meeting just before the ceremony.
Diane responded very flexibly to minor difficulties, was very helpful in supporting us and patiently answered our many questions very quickly and took away any uncertainties we had, of course, because of a wedding in another country.
Your ceremony and speech was very sensitive and personal to us, as if from a friend who knows us very well.
Thank you so much for the great feeling and that we were able to meet you/you (husband David). Thank you for making the proposed ceremony location a solemn special place for us.

I 100% recommend WSW Services for your wedding officiant needs. Diane was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We were impressed with the dialogue she chose for our ceremony. She curated a very thoughtful and sweet ceremony and the length was exactly what we wanted. From start to finish, Diane was amazing! Our intro over Zoom was great. She handled all the details and made our small but meaningful ceremony a perfect day for us! She took all of our direction well and arrived at the event place early and calm and collected. Above all, the service was beautiful and she hardly knew us. She really knows how to develop trust. I cannot say enough nice things about Diane and White Swan Wedding Services! Diane is amazing! We were stuck on what we wanted to do for our small family wedding. We knew we wanted an official ceremony, but didn't know where to start or what to do. Thankfully I found White Swan Wedding Services online and she was available for the wedding day. Diane listened to what we wanted and created the perfect script for us. The vows were perfect! Diane is so sweet and professional (her outfit was also super cute!). After the ceremony, she took care of the marriage license so it was one less thing to worry about. I'm so glad I found White Swan Wedding Services, it took a lot of stress out of the day! -

Professional and Personal
Diane did such a great job as our officiant. She was very responsive. We contacted her less than two weeks out from our wedding but was able to get everything done. We met via Zoom where she asked us questions to get to know us and what we wanted for the ceremony. She made sure we knew what we needed to do for our marriage license.
She provided us with some suggested readings she thought might fit what we wanted, and they did.
She showed up early to the ceremony and looked very professional. The script she personalized for us was beautiful. We wrote our own vows, but we had her read them after which we would repeat. The pauses during this part were perfect.
After the ceremony, she hand delivered the marriage license where it needed to go, and emailed us instructions.
Overall, we’re so happy that she was there for our wedding day to help guide us along and deliver a great experience! -

Diane was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding. She was more prepared than I could have imagined and flexible when we had to move our ceremony to a different spot on the beach. An intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan was loud with the breeze and the waves but she had a microphone so everyone heard her well. Her communication skills are top notch and she wrote up a beautiful story for my husband and I on how we met. Watching back on our video she also had great eye contact with the groom and bride. You could tell she was more than happy to be there with us. Overall a great experience with a kind soul. -
