We had a perfect wedding thanks to Eva and her team. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and positive energy was outstanding. Nothing is a problem, no request is too much, we had a lot of fun already during the planning. We would like to recommend the White agency to everyone, because they create wonders. Brilliant service!

I am so happy with the service I received from Petra and her team! I was so nervous arranging a wedding coordinator for my abroad wedding but it turns out had nothing to worry about at all! I felt White Agency truly cared about my wedding and were really able to envision what I wanted. I hope to reassure any nervous brides that you will truly be looked after with this agency. I even had follow up messages from both the coordinator and the organiser after the wedding to wish me and my new husband luck in the future. The service was both professional and personal. They were brilliant and were there when I needed them every step of the way.

Memorable experience

White - Prague Wedding Agency is the best in its field. We cannot expressed our gratitude enough for delivering us the most beautiful wedding!
Our main contact point was Eva who knows what she is doing :) At the beginning, we told her our vision - theme, decoration, flowers, colors etc. and she delivered beyond our expectations (the attached photos speak for itself). We were aiming for an elegant, "clean", simple yet luxurious design with romantic and warm ambient. The flowers and decoration as well as the overall set-up of different stations (beer bar, whiskey bar, lemonade bar, sweet bar) was just stunning! We also love the fact that everything was somehow personalized and it represented our personalities.
We chose two different locations for the wedding ceremony and wedding reception (both outside of Prague), which was no problem for the overall smooth organization. Our wedding accommodated around 140 people with most of the being from abroad so we wanted to ensure they would be entertained during the whole day. Eva recommended a few extra outdoor activities, which were also appreciated by our guests.
We highly recommend the White - Prague Wedding Agency as it delivers not only professionalism and quality but also personal approach and treatment. You can be sure that on your big day you do not have to worry about anything, just relax, and enjoy.
Therefore, we thank Eva and her team once again for making our day so magical and unforgettable!

I can not recommend this lovely agency enough! From day one of planning to after the event they have been there for us, answering every email quickly and organising every last detail of our perfect day. Our wedding day was the most magical and special day of our lives and we had no stress what so ever because the fabulous Petra and Veronika sorted everything (and more!) out to the highest standards! All our guests couldn’t believe the standard of our wedding, the planning and smooth running. We have been overwhelmed by the incredible guidance and friendship we have had through the White Agency. We have been given far more than a service. White Agency doing pretty well with the English which in the end was like a godsend for dealings with the authorities of which there can be many depends on how straightforward your lives have been.
We had all of the possible problems that you might anticipate from our complicated lives including name changes and the necessity to have all documents “legalised” and translated so that each could fully understand the authorities requirements. What had started out as a “quickie” could have been a nightmare if we had even attempted to have organised it ourselves and on reflection we would say “Impossible” without the White Agency. The attention to detail that the Agency has as a prime consideration and there location, if you intend marrying in the Czech Republic, is second to none.
Our wedding was small but almost like a fairy tale for us both as the setting could not have been more wonderful in the “Old Town Hall” and it was truly like marrying in a castle and our families attended and we were cheered outside by tourists visiting the Old Town square. It was a magical event all of the organisation having been done by you and your staff and nobody could have possibly done anything better. And it was worth every penny of the very small cost.
Our special thanks to the beautiful woman and the wonderful professional Veronika Vrastilova. She did everything possible and impossible that our wedding would take place.
Neither we will ever forget that day Veronika and we both thank you and the Agency from the bottom of our hearts.

Employed White Agency to look after all the event planning including after ceremony wedding lunch at a nearby restaurant and transport around Prague.
All documention and translation into Ukrainian and English and legaliasation of wedding certificates and numerous dealings and visits to the Registrar`s offices were undertaken by the Agency and that would have been impossible for ourselves to have done.

I had a destination wedding in Prague and after careful consideration I chose White agency to help me plan. What made me choose them was their first budget they made me which included extras that I never would’ve considered and truly made the day and days leading up more special for me and my guests who traveled quite far. Natalie was my wedding planner and was fantastic every step of the way! We stayed in constant communication via email and WhatsApp and she fulfilled any requests I had quite quickly. Signing contracts and making payments to them went seamlessly. I’m so very happy with how everything turned out all thanks to their hard work!

Choosing to get married in Prague was the simply the best decision we could have made for our wedding. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Natalie Dlouha through White Agency and we could not have been happier with her service. She is genuine, creative, highly-professional, attentive, friendly, and pays attention to every last detail. We had a smaller, intimate wedding with forty close family and friends from all across Europe and the US. While we did not have the available time to visit with our vendors and venues in Prague beforehand, Natalie made sure to share every detail with us through email and Skype so it seemed like we were there in person making the decisions. We trusted and thought highly of the recommendations Natalie made to us throughout the process, which in the end, we could not have been happier with. Everything from the church (Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul), reception venue (Letensky Zamecek), flowers, hair/makeup, photography (Martin Mantic), videography (Libor Svoboda), wedding cake (Punk Rock Cakes), reception DJ, church organist/opera singer/pianist, rehearsal river boat cruise, hotel accommodations (Hotel Golden Key), wedding day transportation, food/beverage selections, decorations, to making the legal documentation and church requirement process seamless all far exceeded our expectations. Through our vision and budget, Natalie tirelessly worked to create a fairy tale wedding for us that both we and those in attendance will never forget. It was by far the most memorable day of our lives and our guests were touched by the magnificence of the church and became emotional from our beautifully orchestrated wedding ceremony and reception. Those who have seen the video produced by Libor and the photographs shot by Martin expressed how elegant and unique our wedding was and some have even made comparisons to what they imagined a royal wedding would look like. Petra and her White - Prague Wedding Agency are absolutely fantastic! Where to begin?
From our initial meeting to our big day, Petra has been nothing short of professional, personable, highly organised and knowledgeable. My wife and I had very basic ideas of what we wanted for our wedding day but Petra was able to take this and create the wedding day of our dreams. Most importantly, as a young couple with limited funds, Petra always worked within our means.
Communication between us was outstanding and Petra always kept us informed of progress, whether via email or face to face.
As with any wedding preparations there is always anxiety but Petra made us feel that things were on track and that potential issues could be solved.

Petra our wedding planner has been in contact with us for over a year. We flew to Prague to meet her and use our one hour free consultation to decide if this is what we wanted. We have been able to email her the whole time and she has answered all our questions. Petra helped plan our day from start to finish and it was beautiful, magical and perfect day that we could have ever of wished for and more. Using the agency made sure we passed over the correct documents to make it legal and organised all the vendors this helped with the language barrier. I would recommend white wedding agency to anyone. Even with problems that occured along the way, we had one day before our wedding no fault of the wedding agency, Petra was able to sort this out to rectify this, still keeping to what we wanted. Even though this was emotional for us, it was more stressful for her sorting it out, it took the stress away from us. Even with the hiccup it was perfect and all our friends and family had the best day. We will be forever thankful

"My wife and I had the pleasure of retaining Natalie Dlouha and the White Agency for our Prague wedding. Quite honestly, it was the most perfect day of our lives and it went off without a hitch. Every detail was taken care of and Natalie and the team were there to guide us throughout the entire planning phase.

Natalie was so accommodating for our every need. As we live overseas, she understood the sensitivity and concerns around having a destination wedding, as we did not know the local market. We trusted her explicitly to advise and guide us and she was spot on with everything. She thought of every detail and took care of everything so we had as little to worry about as possible.

As mentioned, everything was included, right down to the photographer and wedding cake, both of which were absolutely amazing as well!

It was a great experience to work with Petra Gatek and her team throughout the wedding preparation: Petra is extremely professional in all aspects and is very skilled in understanding the expectation of her clients. All suppliers that were proposed by her (be it music, catering, location, flowers, etc.) turned out to be great choices. Even though wedding planning can be stressful, Petra always managed to keep us relaxed, assured, and enthusiastic. My wife and I used the White Agency to handle our logistics for our wedding in Prague in November 2015. We have nothing but warm words about our magical trip and the White agency helped our dream come true. From the moment we called the White Agency, their service was excellent. Petra Gatek, the head of the agency, handled all the process, providing us with all the information we needed very quickly, patiently and informatively. It was very impressive how fast she put everything together. We felt that we are dealing with a serious and experienced organization that we could trust. As foreigners, we thought that the process of getting all the documents we needed could be difficult, but the way Petra worked was extremely efficient and made everything go smoothly.

In Prague itself we received the same lovely welcome. We want to thank once again to a lovely person Merta (another worker of the White Agency), who accompanied us during our staying in Prague until the wedding day. You did a great job! There was not a moment for us where we had to worry about anything! Everything was organized, on time and handled with care. We didn’t feel like we were just another couple, we got all the attention and support we needed.

Besides we loved everything we were offered by the White agency, beginning with the incredibly romantic hotel through the lovely restaurant for celebration dinner.

We have to admit that our wedding was planned in less than month and a half, and that’s why we really didn’t expect much from it except the beauty of Prague, but in the end everything exceeded our expectations.

Me and my Husband had always dreamed of an abroad wedding and white wedding agency made our dreams come true. I honestly could not recommend them enough. We decided to use white wedding as it was the most reasonably priced and still had full flexibility to what we wanted on our wedding day. Our planner was Petra who was very involved from day one and kept us up to date with everything. She made it very easy to communicate and replied very quickly. As it was our first wedding me and my husband had no idea what we had to do but Petra took us through everything step by step making it nearly stress free.
Once the day arrived everything happened like clockwork and the vendors were amazing. My make up... flawless, my hair. .. perfect, the flowers... glorious, the photographer... talented, the videographer... perfect and the support from Petra and her colleague Natalia was smooth, helpful, and relaxing. Everything was perfect.
I would like to give a special mention to the videographer Jana. She was so amazing, as soon as she arrived it was like having my best friend in the room. She made the day very relaxed and spoke away to us all day. She helped the photographer get the shots he needed and held my dress and bouquet to prevent it from getting ruined.
Everything about white wedding agency was perfect. If you are a couple frightened of getting married abroad due to risks of the unknown then I assure you that there is nothing to fear. They are professional and perfectionists when planning your big day. If I could do it again there would only be one choice... white wedding agency!

We used White Wedding Agency to help up organise our wedding in Prague and they were wonderful right from the off. Petra and Natalie were always very professional, and kept us informed at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they were quick to deal with any last minute requests. The wedding day itself couldn't have run any smoother, this was down to how well they kept things moving. The whole day flowed really well and we didn't have to worry at all, which allowed to relax completely. Prague Wedding Agency created the most amazing wedding for us! Petra is a professional, helpful and service minded wedding planner! They know how things works, and have the best ideas for your special day. I had a great experience with White Weddings Prague! I had a small wedding package, just the two of us. My wedding planner always responded to me promptly during the planning stage, and was available to help me during my entire stay in Prague. The photographer that I worked with was excellent, he really made me look good in the photos. The stylest/ makeup artist that worked with me went above and beyond what was required of her by also helping me communicate with the hotel staff and taxi driver, since I did not speak Czech. My whole experience was great, I truely felt like a princess for a day! I would definitely recommend White Weddings to other brides looking for a destination wedding.

My wife and I would like to thank the white agency for all of their help making our wedding day a beautiful reality. Their kindness, professionalism and support made for a wonderful wedding and we could not be happier with the whole experience.

We chose Prague because of its beauty, history and ambience. We had contacted a few different wedding planners but Petra from the white agency was the fastest to respond as well was the most helpful. Even before paying the deposit and the bill, we were both amazed at how much she did for us in researching avenues, restaurants and schedules. We were. More amazed at how quickly she came through for us in all of these factors as well.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, we had various changes in attendees. Petra was more than helpful in making these changes and seemed to do it so quickly it seemed easy. We treated her like she was a trusted confidante, she treated us with honesty, generosity and so much kindness. We could not have pulled this wedding off without her help. We are eternally grateful for all her help.

We cannot rate White Agency high enough. They ensured we got the best of everything, were so professional and flexible and our day was perfect as a result. They communicate efficiently and on the day, make sure that it is seamless. All of this and for a fraction of what you would pay for services in the UK. We booked our wedding almost 10 months before the wedding and Eva our wedding planner and her colleague helped us through. She arranged everything from venues, transport logistics, flowers, violin player, DJ, restaurants, cake and her connection with hotels in Prague made our wedding a success. The wedding was at the vrbroska gardens and it was a perfect setting. Rooftop bar at Aria hotel with a stunning view of Prague. A marvel to talk about and yet romantic and well planned to detail. All our guests were amazed with the setting of our reception , food and drinks . Never a time did any of our guests ran an empty glass, the waiters at St Augustine were attentive and fast. This was the best wedding I have ever attended, not because it was for me and my wife but because there was quality and detail in planning from day 1 to the wedding day. Natalie, from White Wedding Agency was fantastic! I'm from the USA so I was a little intimidated to do a destination wedding so far away but Natalie calmed all my fears. The planning process was extremely easy. She thought of every detail and was very quick to respond to my questions, even with the 8 hour time difference. I left some of the details up to her and was so impressed when the wedding day arrived. Everything was perfect! We had a small group (17 people total) accompany us to Prague for our wedding and Natalie took care of everything! My guests were very impressed. I can't imagine having done this wedding without Natalie and would recommend her to anyone interested in the most amazing wedding of your dreams! It was truly a Fairy Tale Wedding that no one will every forget!!

From our first contact with the White-Prague wedding agency, we experienced a high degree of professionalism. We found the agency over the internet, and were of course critical to whether or not this was a legit agency. We were provided with a Norwegian reference (which recommended the agency) and a personal call with Petra, the founder of the company. From there on, we were sure to use this company, and we are still happy that we decided to do so. After we signed the papers, we were introduced to our wedding planner Natalie. She quickly understood how we wanted to have our wedding (even before we understood it our self), and provided us with every piece of information we needed to decide on the location and the decoration and all the small things which is necessary to plan a wedding. She also came up with a lot of ideas to make the wedding really special, and it was clear that she understood our taste when she represented the ideas. In other words, a highly skilled wedding planner and also such a lovely person! The wedding day was a dream – I (the bride) didn´t see the location before I arrived on the wedding day. I was quite nervous, but everything was just as we planned, and even better. The whole day was organized from start to finish, and I didn´t worry about anything the whole day! The only thing I needed to do was to enjoy the day and have fun. Also, all credit to the staff at Zofin garden- so professional and skilled. The food was also delicious.

We used this agency to arrange our wedding in Prague in December 2015 and would highly recommend it. Natalie was our point of contact and did everything that she could to ensure we had the day we wanted.

We love the city of Prague, it's so beautiful, which is why we wanted to get married there. We wanted a low key relaxed day; fun without fuss! Natalie took her time with us and provided several options for the venue, before we decided on one we liked. She booked the venue and then arranged the celebrant, DJ and photographer, and gave us gentle reminders eg when we needed to pick the food.

Natalie met with us before the wedding and on the day itself was there to make sure everything ran smoothly, which it did. She was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely patient with us when we weren't sure what we wanted, and also provided guidance on the timings of the day. We were pretty relaxed with things so it was very useful to have this direction!

I'd definitely recommend this agency!

Our dream destination wedding in Prague - aka Pinterest dream becoming reality

2018 was our luckiest year as we got to celebrate our dream wedding in Prague, the city where we met and fell in love. And I can't even put in words how happy & grateful we are for everything White Agency has done for us and supported us with. From day 1 when we started the planning they shared our vision of the wedding 1000%, were always super professional, helpful and have put their absolute dedication and love into our wedding day. Planning destination wedding is not easy, unless you have Natalie and her team helping you. Natalie is probably the nicest person you will ever meet. She was always positive and smiling! She went above and beyond to satisfy our high demands and last minute requests (including last minute restaurant reservation for 30 people) and to make sure our wedding was the best day of our lives. We had a great wedding day and Natalie at the White Prague Wedding Agency did a great job organising it.

As we live in England, we travelled twice to Prague to organise the wedding and were shown plenty of venue options. We choose to get married in a garden and have the reception in a restaurant on the river called Strelecky Ostrov. After this decision was made the wedding was predominately organised via email – Natalie and the team use some amazing suppliers and she also offered sound advice throughout this process.

On the day everything ran like clockwork, we were incredible impressed with all the suppliers Natalie recommended - the makeup artist was a sweetheart, the priest was charming and he had a great beard, both venues looked perfect, the flowers looked beautiful, the food was amazing and the restaurant service was fabulous, the band was great, the DJ was very accommodating, the photographer photos were spectacular and most importantly we had a great night and so did our guests.

Thank you so much to Natalie and the team – it was great working with you! We would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking to get married in Prague.
