I love the frame White Poppy put together for me!! It’s absolutely gorgeous and I also love the necklace they made me included with the frame(: I adore the necklace and they did a wonderful job. I love that they update you about their progress on your order and send you pictures so that you can see the creation before it is permanently finished. This allows you to make changes to your design. They are also exceptional at communicating, I sent them a text and they responded in like 5 minutes! They helped me determine if my flowers were in good enough condition to send out before I spent the money! Highly recommend them(: -

Wedding Flowers
White Poppy Preservation did beautiful work with my flowers. They always communicated very well and the process to order and deliver flowers was easy. They also communicated the stage of which my flowers were at before they shipped out, which was super nice! Compared to other florists I looked at, their prices were pretty good! -

White Poppy Preservation has been such an amazing company to work with. The biggest thing that stands out to us about White Poppy is their customer service. Any need or ask we had, White Poppy always responded in minutes. This was so important to us, especially when it comes to something as precious as wedding flowers. We received our preserved florals very quickly, about 3-4 months after our wedding. Everything turned out SO beautiful. We got my bouquet pressed, my husband's boutonniere pressed, as well as a jewelry dish, ornament, and necklace. Everything is absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than I ever could've imagined. I am so glad I chose White Poppy to preserve such an important piece of our wedding day. -

I could not have hoped for a better experience! I had my parents prepare the florals (with the help of a friend) and send them out while I was on my honeymoon, so I was anxious that it got packed correctly and would get there in time. Every one of my messages to the White Poppy team were met with understanding and the replies were so fast! Even though my florals were in a bit of rough shape getting to them, as I forgot to have them sent for a couple days after the wedding, the end results in the items I ordered are stunning! The pinks and whites are still so beautiful and I am absolutely obsessed with the quality. I imagine peonies are not the easiest to work with but they are perfect in my frame!! Zero bubbles or blemishes and beautifully packed! I am so glad I added an ornament after the fact, and they had no issue adding in that to my order and using the florals they had to do it. Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces I will cherish forever! I can't recommend White Poppy enough! -

Favorite Wedding Keepsake
I absolutely love my pressed bouquet. I loved my flowers and the thought of throwing away my wedding bouquet made me so sad. Now I get to look at it everyday. Not only is it sentimental but it’s a beautiful piece of art. White Poppy Preservation was so nice to work with. I was debating between two different types of flowers. They were responsive and even sent pictures so I could see the difference of what they would look like pressed. Also, I ended having to change my drop off date and they were so kind about it. Hopefully I won’t be getting married again but I will be recommending them to all my friends and use them for any other floral preservation. 10/10 experience!! -

AMAZING quality work and FAST shipping
I did a lot of research into flower preservation companies leading up to my wedding. I knew I wanted a frame and wanted to get the most bang for my buck. White Poppy was SO easy to work with and kept me involved from the moment I placed the order. I was able to approve my design before they set it and they communicated so clearly and frequently with me all along the way. They are a DREAM vendor. Do yourself a favor and place the order. A perfect preservation
White poppy was very attentive and professional during the whole process. They were very timely with the product and were very clear in instructions on the whole process. The time frame they estimated was correct and I could not wait to receive my frame of my wedding bouquet! When I received the product, the packaging is so pretty and the frame itself was perfect. They put both landscape and portrait hook on the gram which gave me options on how to hang my piece. I get to look at it everyday as a sweet reminder of my big day. All thanks to white poppy! -

Beautiful Preservation Service with Email Updates Along the Way
I got my wedding bouquet preserved by White Poppy Preservation. The flowers turned out wonderful. I decided to get them in the pressed frame. I like that they have different frame options and sizes at various price rages. The process with White Poppy Preservation was awesome. They do a really wonderful job of communicating with you along the way. They send detailed instructions of how to ship your bouquet and they send you an email update on each stage of the process, and they have you approve the final design of the flower arrangement. I am glad I got my bouquet preserved by White Poppy Preservation, and have this special memento from my wedding day! -

I ordered a necklace and a frame to preserve my wedding bouquet. There was a lot of rush and pressure on my end to get the flowers to the company in time and in good shape. I was really nervous.
Every dollar I spent on overnight delivery was worth it because it turned out absolutely beautiful. They reached out to ask which options I liked better and what I would like changed. Love my flower preservation frame! Super intimidating when I first ordered since I was scared I would mess up how to send the flowers in. The process and instructions on how to send the flowers in was seamless and so helpful.
It took a couple of weeks for the frame to be complete but the frame came out amazing and now I have a beautiful frame to remind me of my flowers from my special day. Such a beautiful job and the frame is super nice! -

Shadow Box Wedding
I ordered a shadow box preservation for my wedding flowers. White poppy preservation provided detailed instructions for sending over the bouquet and communicated with me every step. They sent me the design and allowed me to make changes or approve it. I love my box! I think it’s unique in that the flowers are not in a bouquet arrangement. -

Beautiful Preservation of my wedding memories
White Poppy was easy to order from and highly responsive to any questions or concerns I reached out to them with. I had a lot of anxiety about shipping my wedding flowers across multiple states and worried they wouldn't survive the trip. White Poppy sent me pictures of my wedding bouquet on arrival from multiple angles and explained to me how they looked and what they would do moving forward. I was able to follow along on the whole process and make changes that I wanted. Truly they pay attention to detail so I didn't need to make a bunch of changes. The results were perfect. -

The designer was very receptive to my requests and did a beautiful job. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this company.
I sent in two separate bouquets from my wedding—one from our tablescape and my bridal bouquet and even ordered two separate shipping boxes to clearly distinguish between the two designs I had requested (a pressed frame and a 3D shadow box). Despite giving clear instructions, they immediately seemed confused and even questioned why I sent two boxes.
Things only got worse from there. During the design process, they mixed flowers from both bouquets together, which was explicitly not what I asked for. Because of this mistake, they had to reorder flowers for my shadow box since they had already pressed flowers that were supposed to be preserved in 3D form. This completely defeats the purpose of preserving *my actual wedding bouquet*.
The process dragged on for over 7 months of back-and-forth, and in the end, they didn’t even use the real flowers from my bouquet for the shadow box.
When I finally received my pressed frame, although it is visually pretty at first glance, it arrived in poor condition. There were large white specks and bits of dried flowers scattered inside the frame, making it look dirty and poorly assembled as if it wasn’t properly cleaned before shipping.
To make matters worse, there was no meaningful apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered for the multiple errors and delays. Communication throughout the process felt dismissive and lacked any compassion for what should have been a very sentimental and important keepsake.
