Kassie provided excellent customer service as I debated purchasing a sample bridal skirt. She was through and direct with her responses to my (many) questions and she was always very quick to respond as well. I am throughly satisfied with my experience and with the product I purchased.

At first I was definitely skeptical buying a dress online! I just have to say, Kassie was amazing. She was quick to respond, sent additional pictures and truly helped me purchase my dream dress! Highly recommend!!!

I was very worried to buy my wedding gown from a website, and i emailed when i saw it was located in north carolina. It was only 2 hours away from where i loved and she said i could come in and see the dress in person and try it on. I was so excited this made me feel a lot more confidant from the buyer. I fell in love with the dress as soon as i put it on there. She was incredible and sweet and friendly! I am so happy to have found her online shop and got the dress of my dreams for almost 50% off from retail price.

I purchased a Monique Lhuillier sample dress from White-Organza.com. I have my dream dress for 70% less than I would have paid in our local bridal boutique. Kassie was extremely responsive to my questions and kept me informed regarding shipping of my dress. To purchase a dress unseen is a little scary, but I could not have asked for a better experience. Like all online transactions, I was very anxious about getting my wedding dress but Kassie made this process very easy for me. I was terrified of buying a dress online. I thought I would get stuck with a dress in terrible shape -- or even worse, get scammed! Luckily, I ran across White Organza when doing a Google search for my dream dress. Not only was the dress listed for nearly half the price, but it was the exact size I wanted! I e-mailed Kassie, and she was very responsive. She even sent me a few additional pictures of the dress after I asked about it. She was also reassuring and accommodating.

When I received my dress, it was actually a tad bit too tight cross the rib area. I e-mailed Kassie and asked if she could be flexible if I wanted to return the dress, since I needed to take it to a seamstress to see if it was possible to get the dress let out. Kassie responded that she was more than willing to work with me, which greatly helped with my overall anxiety! As luck would have it, I got in touch with a seamstress within a day and she told me it would be no problem to get it altered. So I got back in touch with Kassie and told her that I wouldn't need to return the dress after all. But, I truly appreciated her flexibility!

The dress was also shipped out quickly and came in nearly perfect condition. I placed my order with White Organza and had the dress in hand within a week and a half!

I had the most pleasant experience purchasing my dress with Kassie. She answered all my questions almost immediately. She shipped my dress as soon as she received payment and was very flexible in making sure it would reach the shipping destination as soon as possible as I was having someone bring it over from the states to me. The dress came exactly as described and I couldn't be happier!

I found myself in every bride's worst nightmare, a month until the wedding and no dress! For a solid 3 weeks I had been searching for the right dress through a multitude of online resellers - but was hesitant to commit to any as it was a big financial commitment and you just never know with online shopping. Luckily, I found White Organza and a dress I thought would be perfect. All the measurements were exact - I thought it would be a perfect fit.

From the first contact, Kassie was extremely helpful and accommodating to my rush delivery needs. She answered every question I had quickly and directly. I greatly appreciated her responsiveness, as I had attempted to make contact with other online resellers before and had to wait days, even weeks, before hearing back.

The dress arrived, unfortunately the bust was a bit small for me. Otherwise the dress was in impeccable condition - absolutely perfect. I was quite disappointed about the fit issues and concerned about how the return would be handled. Kassie was excellent - as soon as I let her know the dress had not fit and that I'd be returning it, she helpfully tried to find alternative solutions for me and was extremely professional handling the return. I HIGHLY recommend White Organza for any bride, like myself, that is a bit hesitant to shop online and would like a hassle-free return if it is needed.

Truly top service from Kassie's end. I cannot say enough good things about how this whole process went!

White Organza was a pleasure to work with, fast shipping, great communication, and quality product!!
Most of the dresses I fell in love with were easily $3000-$5000 so shopping online seemed to be the best choice since I have no consignment or sample dress stores nearby, also since online dress sellers don't have as much overhead they can often offer a cheaper price. Since you can't try the dress on without the cost of shipping it to and fro, you should have a good idea of what you're looking for, shape, fabric, color, texture, etc. I suggest buying the dress bigger rather than your size or smaller, I went through shipping two dresses to and fro from another seller that were just too small (they were great about it, but it cost about $100 worth of shipping, wedding dresses come in big boxes). Kassie assured me that if it didn't work I could return the dress to her, so I went ahead and ordered it! She boxed it up that same day, and for a very reasonable shipping charge sent it off to me in California. It arrived as promised, and was the exact dress pictured in her photo. I took it to my tailor, who said it could be altered no problem. So, just like that, I was finally done with the anxiety inducing process of selecting ONE dress for so many emotions, desires, and ideals. Kassie at White Organza was a pleasure, and I highly recommend working with her to find a beautiful, high quality, designer dress for much less money that you would pay at a boutique.

Today I received my dream wedding dress and it was all thanks to Kassie at White Organza.
I found my ideal dress at a local bridal shop and fell in love with it-at £2000 it wasn't exactly in my price range.
After various enquiries to different online vendors I stumbled across White Organza where Kassie had THE dress for a quarter of the price!

When I told my fiance and parents I was looking to have my dress shipped from the US they thought I was bonkers!!!!
But I emailed Kassie on various occasions, with many queries. She responded to all of them promptly, honestly & certainly wasn't hunting for a 'sale'! (which I'd found with some other places I enquired).
Kassie was up front about the shipping costs, and waited the best part of a week whilst I pulled the payment together.

When the parcel had been shipped, and I couldn't find it (thanks to the UK company) Kassie did the best she could to help me trace it!

All in all despite my reservations I had a brilliant experience with White Organza. Weddings are so special and naturally I had my doubts with such an important purchase but Kassie was amazing! I'll definitely recommend to anyone I know

After purchasing a dress quickly after I got engaged I started to fall out of love with it after months passed. I fell in love with a wedding dress (ML skirt and corset) that was completely out of my budget so I took to the internet to see if I could find a good deal. I was so apprehensive and suspicious of every posting (because you never know!!), and then I emailed Kassie... she responded immediately in such a professional manner and was so thorough and honest about every aspect of the product. She sent me additional pictures and answered all my questions about the condition and history. She totally eased my fears. She is incredibly responsive, professional and best of all, honest, and helped me through the payment process. She even tracked the shipment and kept me posted on timing. The product arrived in a protected plastic garment bag in perfect condition, cleaned and pressed, just as promised... absolutely beautiful!! If you're anything like me, you're hesitant to buy something so special online - but if you have the opportunity to go through Kassie, I highly HIGHLY recommend her and her business.

Great work! She was very responsive. She found what I was looking for in a VERY reasonable budget. I was really impressed. I bought a short dress from Monique Lhullier through her that was literally like 1/8 of the price. It fit perfectly, and I had tried it on at a local store before going through her. My only regret is that I wish had bought my wedding dress from her too.

I absolutely recommend Kassie's shop if you are interested in buying a used dress. I had mixed feelings when I first thought about purchasing a used dress online. I live in DC and arranged a time one weekend to drive down to her home in North Carolina to view the dress I was interested in purchasing.

All the gowns she has in her inventory are stored safely in her beautiful home. I got the sense that she carefully selects the dresses she buys to resell- mine was in perfect condition. Kassie waited patiently while I tried on the dress, took photos, and she allowed me to inspect it for as long as it took for me to feel comfortable making a decision. I should mention that I did not buy the dress outright the day I tried it on, instead I opted to "sleep on it" and made the decision to buy the following weekend via Paypal. Three days later the dress arrived via FedEx, insured. I had no problems with the payment or delivery or packaging of the gown. She provided me a separate receipt of payment at my request as well.

My best advice when buying a used dress is to make sure you are ordering the correct size or a larger size that can be altered easily. You cannot beat the value, quality, or customer service if you work with Kassie.

I am very pleased with my purchase through Kassie at White Organza. I received a 100% authentic Monique Lhuillier dress for 70% less than what I had tried on at a local retail store. The dress is beautiful and in perfect condition.

Kassie was a life saver! I had found THE dress at a local bridal salon but it was way over my budget and there was no way I could have afforded it. After weeks of visiting other stores and trying on many other dresses, I knew there was no way I could wear any other dress by THE dress on my wedding day. So I decided to take a risk and try and find it online and sure enough Kassie was selling THE dress in just one size larger than the size I needed it in. She was extremely responsive to all my 101 questions, we even set up a Skype call so that I can see the dress and speak to her face-to-face. It was incredibly easy and I got the dress just days after I purchased it via paypal. I realized then that I had nothing to worry about. Kassie was reliable and trustworthy and I couldn't have any happier with THE dress right before my eyes in mint condition for more than HALF of what I would have bought it for in the store. This is the most beautiful wedding dress! In perfect condition just as described. White Organza was awesome to deal with. Great communication, honesty and going the extra mile. Postage was extra quick too and I live in Australia! Was packed immaculately. I ended up with the exact dress I wanted and would certainly recommend this site for your future wedding dress hunt.

Very professional and responded to all emails quickly. Dress arrived 3 days after purchase. I loved it it was exactly how I thought it would be. My dress was a sample dress that had been tried on in a boutique.. She was upfront with me that there was a stain on the inside under the skirt from people trying it on. That was fine with me because you absolutely can not see it unless you go up underneath the dress. I would buy from them again

I was super worried about buying a wedding dress online that I had never seen or tried on. It was a BIG gamble, but I could have never been able to afford the gown I wanted in a fancy bridal salon. Plus, it was a 2012 style so I would have had to pay an extra 20% design fee to get the gown out of the archive.

I searched tons of sites and I felt most comfortable with Kassie at White Organza. Her pictures were accurate and helped show the quality of the dress I was buying from all different angles. She didn't hide anything like other websites. She was very helpful and responsive with my many questions and offered information on measurements to make sure it was the right fit. When the dress arrived, it was better than I could have imagined! I feel so lucky to be able to wear such an amazing gown on my wedding day. I purchased my never worn dress from white organza. I really appreciated the prompt responses and quality of service received from Kassie. Even when I had some trouble finding an appropriate shipping option, she offered advice and was always willing to communicate. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.

My advice to all brides out there, is to never compromise on asking questions and seeking clarification. Kassie will be willing to help you through it all.

This is my first time providing any kind of review for anyone. I was very worried about ordering a wedding dress online. I was worried it wouldn't be what I imagined, but the dress that I got was everything I could have wanted and more. Kassie was able to respond to emails quickly and answer all of the questions I had. She was also able to ship my dress on time even when there was questions about the address. Knowing that she is a reseller and that the dress was a sample I had reservations, because samples often have imperfections. However, before ordering the dress Kassie informed me that there were no missing beads or loose strings. When I opened the box there were no imperfections to be found. I was able to get an amazing dress by my favorite designer for an amazing price. I have already recommended her to another bride. If you are scared or concerned about ordering a wedding dress online you shouldn't be if you work with Kassie. She will help you every step of the way and you will get an amazing price for great dresses.

I found the wedding dress I wanted half price and that made me very happy. Totally recomend white organza. First I hesitaded ordering mi wedding dress online, but since I found it in a store and was able to try it on. I just went on and made the online order. Kassie was wonderfull and very helpfull.

I purchased a Lazaro 3010 gown from Kassie, the owner of a website called 'white-organza.com.' She described it as very clean, excellent condition, with two very small holes in the tulle. It is not an exaggeration to say that I was shocked when I received the gown; the amount of damage on this dress is truly incredible. I have found 14 holes in the tulle, at least 20% of the flowers on the gown need repair (some cannot be repaired at all, they are missing petals, or beads, or both. Some have over half the petals missing). The gown is dirty at the top, and dirty at the hem. There is a gaping hole in the gown under the zipper where you can see right through all the layers of the gown (about 2″ in length). I had to go through Paypal to get my refund, and am out $51 to ship the gown back. When I reviewed white-organza.com on another site - http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/white-organzacom-bad-experience/ - Kassie wrote disparaging remarks about me (since removed by admin) in an attempt to discredit the review. White-Organza has photos of the gowns for sale on their site but the photos show little, if any, of the damage.

Please note that every review here (43 so far) all have exactly 5/5 stars and are written in the same style. There is a total lack of integrity at White-organza.com - Buyer beware.
