All of my bridal party - from bride, to flower girl, to moms, bridesmaids, and grandma - all looked AMAZING!! Katie is a gem to work with, truly the sweetest soul - and magic at what she does! Scheduling and communication were professional and easy - she treats you like a friend - not just a client. She scheduled everything, to fit my timeline - and told me 'we would be done early' - and we were!! which extra time the morning of a wedding is always a godsend. I added the flower girl and grandma the week of - she didn't have to change my timeline - and we were still done early. Just truly a magician. Her staff brought good energy to the day, they were fun and professional, and very good at what they do.
I changed my hair from my trial (last minute) and Katie just worked her magic - and ran with my punches, and everything turned out amazing. I trust her work 100%!!
I couldn't thank her and her team enough for her work the day of! -

Amazing wedding hair and makeup team
White lotus provided hair and makeup for my bridal party including the bride, 9 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, two aunts, and flower girl- over 25 services total and we finished ahead of schedule! I was recommended to use white lotus for a former bride, and I didn't look anywhere else! Booking was easy and communication was fast up until the wedding day, which was over two years from having to postpone! Anastasia did my hair and makeup, and I have been obsessed with the pictures ever since, it was absolutely flawless and perfect!! I received so many compliments, and so did the rest of the girls!! They made the morning of the wedding getting ready so fun, they were right on time, and didn't leave until we all had touch ups. I recommend white lotus to any bride!! -

Anna, Katie and Mara did hair and makeup for my wedding, and I was absolutely obsessed with how everyone's looked!! They were super accommodating, and came out 1 hour + away from their studio to our bridal suite in the hotel. Anna did my hair and make up, and as the bride, I had completely changed what I wanted from our original hair trial. However, Anna magically incorporated about 5 different picture inspiration ideas that I had, and I could not have loved it more!! All 3 made sure that everyone was completely satisfied with their hair and makeup and I don't have enough amazing thing to say about this team! -

The girls at white lotus weddings did a FANTATIC job. We hired them for makeup and hair for the wedding. They did a great job with both makeup and hair. They were very responsive and personable, and flexible to scheduling changes (as they could). They listened to all of the girls specific wants and needs. Everyone's hair and makeup stayed the whole night (and some even the next morning!). They were willing to travel some distance in the Chicago suburbs. They were so wonderful to work with. -

I cannot sing their praises enough! Katie was amazing. Not only was she fun to talk to her skills are top notch. I needed hair and make up last minute due to cancellation and her response was quick. The time frame estimate was over what they needed which worked since we added two flower girl hairs as well and we were still done well before the time frame estimate. Our trial was the day before and she was very receptive to what I wanted and the changes we talked about she nailed the next day. My hair and make up were exactly what I wanted and I have never felt so beautiful in my life! She also uses quality make up. My sister wore her make up for three days straight cause just cause it looked so good and still looked good three days later, and when she finally took it off she was expecting a break out but she didn’t! I’m very tempted to make an hour long trip to joliet if I ever need hair and make up done again! -

We were so fortunate to have stumbled upon White Lotus. Katie is so talented, positive, patient, professional, calm and just all around amazing. White lotus was extremely accommodating and understanding throughout all the date and locations changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They did a fantastic job. We all looked so beautiful and I cannot thank them enough. White lotus is the way to go. -

Amazing service and wedding hair and makeup!
White Lotus Weddings was amazing to work with as wedding hair and makeup stylists! At my trial ~1.5 months prior to my wedding, the hair and makeup artist that were scheduled to be my day-of artists took extra time getting to know me and perfecting their styles prior to the big day. On the day of, Michele, my hair stylist, did an amazing job incorporating feedback I had from my trial and working with my mid-length hair to make it look voluminous and much longer than it actually is! Jena, my makeup artist, also did an amazing job tweaking colors from the trial to beautifully compliment my dress. I got SO many compliments on mine, my bridesmaids', and the mothers of the bride and groom's hair and makeup from so many of our guests! The White Lotus staff was also incredibly professional, clean, and friendly. They were early in arriving to my house on the wedding day and were done much quicker than scheduled (which they anticipated beforehand)! Katie was also amazing to work with from a communication and planning standpoint, and Renee was also very responsive to emails. I had heard about White Lotus from women who had been bridesmaids in weddings who had hired White Lotus, and I am SO thankful I trusted word of mouth reviews and went with them, as well. Thank you Katie, Renee, and White Lotus Weddings for making my wedding party and I more beautiful than we could have imagined! -

Katie and White Lotus are AMAZING. They were very responsive through out the entire process, and very patient with my ever changing list of girls who wanted their hair and make up done. I changed it all the way up until the day of the wedding, and still they were able to accommodate my ladies!
My makeup was FLAWLESS. It lasted all day and made me look naturally beautiful. It even stayed on when I cried, which was something I was genuinely worried about.
Overall, myself and all the ladies, mothers, and grandmothers were absolutely satisfied and thrilled with out experience. Will be recommending them for any upcoming weddings or events where hair and makeup are needed. -

I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing White Lotus is. When I first met Katie to view the White Lotus space it completely blew my expectations, the space is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell a lot of thought and time was spent on making the space perfect for your special day. And Katie couldn’t have been more welcoming and so sweet. The hair/make up trial is a must, not only does it make it feel more real that your big day is almost here, but it allows you to plan out how you want your day to run. When Katie and I sat down at my trial, I felt like I was just talking to an old friend and basically spilling my dream ideas of how I pictured my fairytale Christmas wedding. And let me tell you, Katie was amazing filling in all the details to make my day perfect. On my wedding day, Katie and her girls were simply perfect, they were all so sweet and made everyone so comfortable to just enjoy the day and really soak in all the moments together. Looking back, no one would have ever known that weather conditions were definitely not in my favor that day the snow I had hopped for was instead heavy ran and strong wind. But that didn’t slow or hinder any of this fairytale plans that were set in place. Our hair and make up was completely flawless, even with rain/wind no one would ever know. And even after countless hours of endless dancing, my hair and make up were still flawless at the end of the night for final pictures. If I could relive my wedding I would pick White Lotus 1000x times over. You can truly tell that Katie and her team really love what they do and care so much for their brides !!! -

Rebecca Sent on 04/03/2018Katie and her team are amazing! I had my make-up done by them as a bridesmaid back in 2016, and I knew they had to do my make-up for my wedding too. Katie was very responsive and helpful as I worked on deciding how to do my hair for the day of. Both my mom and I came to get a trail done (Mom make-up, me hair) and it was such an enjoyable experience. The studio is so adorable, I wish it would have made sense for us to use it the day of my wedding! Instead, Katie met us at the venue (at 7:45 am!) and took such good care of us. I cannot say enough wonderful things!! -

Abbie Sent on 12/02/2017Katie was excellent to work with. She did the cut and color of my hair to match the style I was going for with my updo, which was executed perfectly. She spent a ton of extra time with me during my trial to make sure everything was perfect. She took pictures and everything to make sure she got it just right on my big day. And my MAKEUP. OMG. It was a dream. I hated washing it off because it was spectacular. I never felt more beautiful in my life than on my wedding day, and White Lotus made that possible.

For the bride to get hair and makeup done was $200, plus an additional $80 for the makeup trial. The makeup was beautifully done, thought they tend to be really heavy on the foundation, so had to ask for only a little to be put on.
