My husband purchased my wedding set from White & Ivory and we were both very impressed with their friendliness, level of service, and speed. They worked closely with him to find a ring that I absolutely love, and were very patient and helpful as he was deciding which set to go with. Each time we have been to the store they have been extremely friendly, whether it was to pick out the wedding band or just to get the ring cleaned. They remember our names and treat us like regular customers despite the fact that we have only been in a couple of times (so far). They were able to not only get my wedding ring in quickly but were able to size both rings with surprising speed! We would both highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service jeweler who truly understands customer service in a time where it seems to be a lost art.

I had a wonderful experience collaborating with Alina on my fiance's engagement ring. She had a number of gemstones brought in for me to compare, and helped me find the perfect match for a gorgeous setting. A few weeks ago, I returned with my fiance to pick out a band, and Alina took the time to show my fiance dozens until we found the perfect compliment to the engagement ring. I did a lot of window shopping before choosing White & Ivory, and was surprised by how impersonal some stores were. Alina and the White & Ivory staff made me feel like finding the right ring was just as important to her as it was to me. Service like that is hard to find these days.

Trust plays a primary role when buying precious jewelry. I can easily vouch for this store. It's family owned and very highly recommended because of the quality of the people running it. Me and my wife bought two beautiful wedding anniversary rings from here. Before that I had bought earrings as a birthday gift for her. Another time I had a watch band ordered and also fitted. Alina and Lillian will go above and beyond in order to help you find what you need and personalize it according to your taste and needs. Very customer oriented service, great selection and affordable prices. Even if you do not find what you're looking for in the store the ladies will spend the time necessary in order to locate the item and order it for you. Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I had looked at engagement rings at many of the chain jewelry stores that you typically find in the mall but felt the sales people were too high pressure and that they were just trying to make a sale, rather than advise us as to the best options for what we wanted. He decided to look at local, independent jewelry stores and found White and Ivory. He was very impressed with their honesty, quality, customer service, and prices. The ring that he ended up getting was exactly what I had envisioned and more. It was unique, the stone is excellent quality, and they even added some custom scrolling to the side afterwards to make it even more beautiful. We were so impressed that we have also purchased our wedding rings from them. If you are looking for a jeweler that has a great selection of quality pieces, wonderful customer service, who is trustworthy and has great prices then I would recommend you go to White and Ivory. You will be very satisfied, just as we were.

Jewelry store review

I don’t write many reviews. I appreciate that others do, and I use them to inform my shopping decisions. So I guess it’s time to give a little back.

Short version: go to White and Ivory. Get your engagement ring and wedding bands from Alina and Lillian. Their service is top notch, the quality is fabulous, and the pricing was great. Everything you could want in an experience purchasing something that means so much, and yes, costs so much, too. And then there’s Popcorn, the fluffy white dog. He’s cute, and just adds to the overall pleasurable experience. Just go - you won’t be disappointed. And I confess, the many great reviews online for them was a factor, which is why I feel so good writing this review…and posting it multiple places to make sure folks can share in what we learned. You won’t find a better local jewelry store in the areas and you won’t have a better buying experience.

My experience at White & Ivory was nothing but awesome! Lillian, Alina, and Karis were super helpful, especially to a guy who knew nothing of rings. They provided honest, transparent, and comprehensible advice to getting the perfect diamond for my wife. My wife had envisioned a specific design for the setting -- something simple/classic from the top but unique from the sides -- but left it up to me to execute it. Again, as a guy with no background in jewelry, that was difficult but Lillian, Alina, and Karis told me to trust them as they understood the idea. I gave them requests (classic Tiffany style, 6 prongs, lower setting, etc.). Some of the jewelry stores we visited before White & Ivory actually told us that request was not possible. But for Liliian, Alina, and Karis, their creativity and imagination let to suggesting diamond studs on the prongs to give that special uniqueness. When I initially saw the end product, I was nervous because it was so different but they assured me that it was beautiful. When I proposed, not only did my then-fiance love it, but so did everyone else as she is still constantly complimented on it.

Lillian, Alina, and Karis were very respectful of my budget and did not try to upsell me in any way. They provided multiple diamond options, identifying aspects of the "4 C's" that are most important. We also got our wedding bands here and again, my wife was able to customize her band without any problems! Their jeweler is very flexible with what you're looking for and your timeline. They were also super patient as I'm sure I sent them hundreds of emails just to make sure everything was perfect! It was great working with everyone at White & Ivory as they truly cared about the details and it was like working with family.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from White & Ivory, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market. Alina was extremely helpful, and assisted me throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and very eager to find the perfect ring in your budget and style. After a few visits, I walked out knowing I made the perfect choice for my soon-to-be fiancé. Alina kept me well informed on the ring’s status, while White & Ivory provided a very quick turnaround time. Unsurprised, my fiancé absolutely adores her ring! The ring was just a bit tight on her finger; however, White & Ivory was able to suggest the proper sizing increase, and have it resized and returned in less than 48 hours! I couldn’t be more pleased with their friendly service, and I will definitely shop there again.

My wife and I ordered our wedding rings from White & Ivory and had a great experience. The staff was very professional and courteous. We custom ordered my wife's ring and they kept us up to date on when it would be done and would arrive. I had a really great experience buying my engagement ring and my husband's and my wedding bands from W&I (we were referred to W&I by my husband's cousin). Andrea helped me out with my engagement ring, teaching me the basics about diamonds and rings and directing me to what I would like. Since she's moved, Alina and Lillian helped with our wedding bands, pairing my engagement ring with the perfect band. All our interactions with W&I have been pleasant, friendly, and fun; everyone is responsive to emails and phone calls, and are also helpful and kind in person. Alina was especially accommodating and patient with me as I was indecisive about resizing my wedding band. W&I relocated to Leesburg, and Popcorn the dog adds a cheerful happiness to the classy space. There is a pretty selection of quality diamonds and rings in addition to the great staff!

White and Ivory is the only jeweler I would recommend to family and friends. The staff is friendly, the store is beautiful, and the environment is peaceful. I could spend hours looking at the amazing selection of jewelry available. My husband, then fiance, and I came to White and Ivory after my diamond fell out of my setting we purchased from another jeweler. My fiancé and I were referred to White & Ivory by a couple of close friends who live in Northern VA and got their engagement rings and wedding bands there. Although we live in Richmond, we thought we would give them a shot, and we were so glad we did. We had priced out diamonds and settings all over Richmond, the Internet and New York City and had the best price and experience with White & Ivory. Before even going into the store, we contacted them on their web site and received a response within 24 hours by Andrea - the diamond specialist at the store. She provided us with a list of diamonds within our specifications and followed up promptly with our questions and requests. Once we saw their prices were so reasonable, we thought it was worthy of a trip to see the diamonds in person. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and offered water right away. We were so pleased with the diamond selection they had to offer and they all came with the GIA certifications. We met the owner, Lillian, who was so personable and helpful. She gave us so much guidance on helping pick out the center stone since I was getting a cushion cut and they come in different shapes. We ended up buying the center stone and setting from them that day, but they didn't pressure us at all knowing we weren't wanting to have to drive up again and even offered to meet us at a location closer to Richmond. Lillian and Andrea were so pleasant to work with and they offered the best prices out there, I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I have utilized White and Ivory Jewelers to have my wedding band and engagement ring sized, as well as sizing for other rings. They were always so professional and courteous. I trusted them completely with my jewelry, even my grandmother's ring which is a family heirloom. Every time I am in the store, they offer me water, and are quick to help me and always call or email when they say they will regarding any repairs, estimates, or questions I had. If you are searching for an engagement ring, start at White & Ivory. This should be a fun time for you and they will make sure it is without pushing anything on you. It was an all-around positive experience for me. White & Ivory was the only store that had the inventory and a knowledgeable and friendly staff that helped make the purchasing process smooth and easy. They will work for you. I stumbled upon White and Ivory while attending a bridal show with a friend. Immediately, I fell in love with a few of the rings they were displaying and when I arrived at home that night I told my boyfriend that I had found the perfect jewelry store! White & Ivory was by far the best jeweler I visited when looking for an engagement ring. The selection of quality brands and diamonds were outstanding. Lillian and Andrea were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer focused. They spent a lot of time answering my questions and showing me all the great options for settings and diamonds. We are planning to buy our wedding rings from White & Ivory and I will definitely go back to them for gifts in the future.

The only downside for me was their location in Leesburg. Living in Arlington, it can be difficult to get to Leesburg for a meeting. Easy to find a weekend to make the trip but not as convenient as I would like.

Other than that, I would highly recommend White & Ivory.

Wow! What an awesome experience. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and our bands from White & Ivory. I had purchased other jewelry from them over the years and knew they would be able help my find the perfect ring. The perfect ring is what we found! After exchanging emails and a picture of what I was looking to get, they worked with me every step of the way and came up with something very close to my budget while still getting top quality gems. White and Ivory is the only store I will go to for all my jewelry needs. First, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Your not going to be pressured into any sale here. Unlike other jewelry stores when you go to White and Ivory you get true personalized service. They make you feel comfortable and the staff expertly guides you from picking a setting and diamond that fits your budget. Out of the many jewelry store options available W&I stands out by developing lasting relationships. I just went back to buy my wife a Christmas gift and the owner even remembered my wife's and brother-in-law's names.

Lillian (the owner) is a great person to work with. She is very knowledgable about her product; which she has a great selection of (and can bring in new pieces to accomodate you). Her shop is clean and bright, and her jewelry is very well displayed. A friend introduced me to Lillian and my Hubby bought my engagement ring there. The ring was/is perfect. I always get compliments. I think that my Hubby made a great selection but that had to do with the help/support/expertise he received at White & Ivory! I can honestly say that they are very patient and they want their customers to be happy; which we are VERY happy. They also help you to make sure your valued pieces get insured properly. A friend of mine recently got engaged and I did advise that her fiance see Lillian; which he did. I promptly received a gift card from them as a thank you for the referral. I wasn't expecting a thing, but it was an extremely nice touch. I was merely trying to share a good thing with a friend! Looking forward to continuing my relationship with White & Ivory!

Finally, it is a botique jeweler with a great selection. She has great relationships with her designers ensuring the best product around! I find that a botique means that you will get the attention that you deserve!

They were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided the personal attention needed to get the perfect fit and design. They only deal with high quality jewelery designers and companies - but are still very affordable. You get wonderful quality at a reasonable price. We went there to get the companion wedding ring and I purchased my fiance's wedding ring there as well. I am planning to get my attendant gifts there and will be using them as my favorite jeweler in the area from now on!

As an anniversary present, my husband just purchased a new setting for my engagement ring. He knew just where to go. White & Ivory has a large selection of beautiful rings from top designers. The designs and details on the rings are exquisite! My ring only took a week to reset and resize. They also hand engraved my wedding band to match the details of the new setting.
Everyone in the store is so friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to find exactly what you're looking for. I was able to email them with what I wanted and they were very responsive. They had rings ready for me to look at when I went into the store.
White & Ivory has something for everyone. Great gifts for that special someone, parents, and even children.

I went to White & Ivory after hearing reviews from friends who had great experiences there. Lillian and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my search for the "perfect" ring. They had a large selection of designers and products to choose from and they were able to help narrow down my options based on what I was looking for.

They make you feel important and are extrememly accommodating to your needs. They worked around my schedule to schedule a time for me to come in and talk to Lillian about what exactly I was looking for, which made my experience even more personal.

I would definitely go back in the future and would recommend White & Ivory for anyone looking for high quality jewerly and a pleasant experience.

From the first time we stepped into the store we have had nothing but great experiences. They worked with my fiancé to get an idea of what he wanted to spend on my ring and gave him a variety of options to meet his budget - never pressuring him to purchase something out of his budget. The owner and her family were very warm and inviting which made my shopping experience a delight. The staff took a genuine interest in helping me learn about the process involved in purchasing a diamond and having a ring made. They were extremely patient with all of my questions and worked with me to help find the best product within my budget. From beginning to end White & Ivory was extremely responsive to inquiries, both through telephone and email, and kept me informed of the progress of my order. I was so happy with my first experience that I went back again for the purchase of wedding bands for my fiance and I.

I first encountered with White & Ivory looking for my, then girl friend's 1 yr anniversary gift. White & Ivory has been my go-to jewelry store since then. I worked with Andrea at White & Ivory and have only positive things to say! I am not a new blushing bride but rather have been married going on 9 years in February. What can I say, they are the BEST!!! I met Lillian, the owner, about 5 yrs ago and purchase my first piece which was a Simon G right hand ring. Ever since that she has been our jeweler. I have bought watches, our wedding bands and several other pieces. My husband, also bought my engagement ring from her. She took her time and explained to him all the 4C's and helped him pick out a beautiful Kirk Kara setting. She continued updating him about the ring via email when he was deployed to Iraq. I have gotten so many complements about my jewelry. The staff at White and Ivory are very helpful, organized, knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. They also always give you the best deal!! They are prompt at responding to emails and also send reminders on upcoming sales or trunk shows. The quality of the diamonds and the fine selection of designers has made me come back to White and Ivory for the past 5 years and will continue to do so for the future.

I recently purchased my fiance's engagement ring at White & Ivory. The experience was excellent from first contact to finish. I was looking for a specific Simon G setting and while W&I did not have it in their inventory, they very quickly obtained it so I could look at it and make a decision. They were equally accommodating with the stone, getting in six different stones that met the specifications that I had given them. From those six, I found two that I really liked--so the decision wasn't easy. The finished ring arrived exactly when they said it would and most important of all, my fiance absolutely loves the ring. Andrea was wonderful to work with, giving her opinion when asked and never rushing me to make a decision. I truly feel like I got the best value for my money and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring. I'm sure that I will be returning there for future jewelry purchases.

As a guy getting ready to propose, I did a ton of research online learning the 5 C's but there is nothing like stepping into a jewerly store for the first time and trying to decipher which diamond is better than the other. Lillian was awesome. She was patient and didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing, even though I didn't. LOL. No high pressure sales tactics and very willing to work with you to find exactly what you're looking for without trying to sway you towards one thing or another. I purchased for my wife's Kirk Kara engagement ring a couple years ago and the experience couldn't have been easier. I'd gone to a few other chain stores prior to White and Ivory and felt pressured and unsatisfied after all of them. I met Lillian at my first visit and she was very accomodating, informative and most importantly, trustworthy. She went out of her way to bring in diamonds for me to look at on several occassions before choosing the one I wanted. My wife and I have been back to White and Ivory a few times, including to purchase her wedding band and each time we go back we're treated like family. They always remember us by name and my wife's jewelry, as if we're there all the time. It's really quite impressive. We were even invited to the store to meet Kirk Kara ourselves, which of course we did. From the sales to the service experience, White and Ivory is top notch. A sincere review of white and ivory especially since the people in there have been so dearly helpful to me :)

Let's get the easy stuff out of the way - superb service, always professional, never felt pressured to buy, and they really work hard to give you the style you imagined but also introduce styles that you could never have imagined.

But for me - after visiting several shops in the area, what makes them truly stand out is the unique range of selections and the value you get for your money. Their selection do not overwhelm me like other places that is stocked full of redundant styles, but they are not too small in their selection so that you are only exposed to few styles. On top of that, they are not overpriced. Perhaps the fact that they are located in Sterling rather than in expensive areas in DC gives them competitive advantage... I don't know... but I always felt like I got alot out of my money.

Gosh, as I write this, I can't help but reflect on how great their selection was and the nice shopping experience I had there. There were some nice extra touches too like... advising me extensively on jewelry insurance and care, a complimentary jewelry kit, and they even automatically registered my wedding band for lifetime warranty (this was useful because I had to register my ring by a certain time after my purchase to be eligible... knowing well that I was busy with my wedding, the white and ivory staff did this for me. Many months after I saw the warranty application and panicked since I was past my deadline.. but was relieved when I remembered that Lillian said they already did this for me...I don't think there are many jewelers that are this thoughtful..)
All these little touches of customer care (and there are more that they did for me btw) remind me how great personalized service could be.

So in summary: for awesome range of selection, fantastic service, and superb value... I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend White and Ivory!!!

White and Ivory is the place to buy all your wedding jewelry and more! My husband bought my gorgeous diamond engagement ring here and it was just sparkling and perfect! I met Lillian (the owner) while taking my friend to see some rings at her store for her engagement. At the same time, Lillian was looking to see what I liked as well since she knew ahead of time that my future husband would be looking for a ring as well for me. Very sneaky but so clever! She was friendly, supportive, and encouraging and allowed us to try on all the rings we wanted and she really helped to make the shopping so much fun! She has a great selection of wedding rings from a lot of designers, necklaces, and earrings as well. Lillian and the great staff (Young, Madison, Melanie) she has worked with my husband to buy the ring that matched exactly what I wanted. He was able to order and pick up the ring without any problems and with constant updating from the staff about the diamond he ordered. They go above and beyond to make their clients happy and satisfied about your purchase.

When I bought my husbands wedding band, Young was very helpful and patient as I emailed her numerous times about the band I wanted to get. We even got it engraved with our names and wedding date that really made it extra special! Young was helping us every step of the way in getting the perfect bands.

We also bought our watches here. Madison was helping us and ensured that we got the watches we wanted for a great price. Since it was hard to visit the store living farther away, she emailed us constantly about what we were buying and how long it would take. We got two great watches that we just love! When we picked them up, Melanie and Madison complimented our choices and helped us make sure that the watches fit and were to our liking.

The staff is trustworthy, caring, and extremely helpful. We will definitely be going back for our other jewelry needs!

Buying our wedding jewelry was one the easiest and most comfortable purchases during the stresses of planning and getting married! Thanks White and Ivory!

Lillian Kim and her staff really made the jewelry portion of the wedding planning completely stress-free and a lovely experience. From the very beginning when my husband went to White and Ivory on his own to purchase the engagement ring, Lillian and her staff helped him feel comfortable in this new territory and patiently and so kindly worked with him to teach him all he needed to know about diamonds. My wedding is coming up at the end of June, so there I was searching for different jewelers across the Metro DC area -- seriously, I looked everywhere. Learning of my inquiry, a friend (who has been ecstatic about the services he received from W&I in picking an engagement ring for his bride) referred me to the store.

As someone has already mentioned, White and Ivory can be a little hard to find, and its location in an office complex seems (at first) a little weird. But don't be fooled by its exterior; White and Ivory is one of the most well rounded, well-networked jewelry businesses in not just Northern Virginia, but in the greater metropolitan region as well.

Though I was only a walk-in, all employees (really) dropped all they were doing once I entered the store. I was, initially, helped by an employee named Lori, who walked me around the store and showed me the various pieces. She, then, walked me through catalogs and brought over Lillian (the owner?) who really demonstrated an expertise in not just jewelry, but the greater mechanics of business. Ultimately, I ended up spending close to three hours in the store, and not for one second did I feel like a burden on the store employees. Overall, White & Ivory's customer service is unmatched and, even as a Marylander (like myself!), I would make the drive to Leesburg.

Shopping for my engagement ring at White & Ivory was a great experience! White & Ivory has a huge selection of beautiful engagement rings that almost all fit in the �White Room.� This room is specifically for engagement rings and makes the decision process less stressful because with an appointment you are usually the only costumer in there. The small staff was also great! They were all informed and eager to help in the search and recognized me whenever I returned to the store. Which made me feel confident that any of the employees could assist me until Lillian (the owner) was available. They showed a great sense of excitement and teamwork in assisting me and never kept me waiting. Which leads me to their great communication skills�the staff kept me updated every step of the way via e-mail, which was great! They even sent me pictures of the settings that I was interested in, which was very helpful. Furthermore, their prices were great and competitive! Lillian likes to ensure that you get what you want and competes with Blue Nile to ensure that you can get what you want and see it before you buy it�rather than buying a diamond online without actually holding it first.

The overall service and level of concern of the staff was outstanding and the end result was absolutely beautiful!!

(Quality of Service):
W&I is hidden in a office building complex which we found unusual and a little off-setting at first. But once we began talking to the staff, it became apparent that the lack of walk-ins gave the staff more time to work personally with us. We are always greeted with water bottles (if you've been there, you know). You develop relationships with people who are truly interested in you and what YOU want.

We couldn't decide what we wanted but we knew what we did NOT want. W&I staff truly listened and never once did I feel pushed to make a decision which wasn't my own. I never felt cornered to purchase the more expensive options and with staff help, we decided to purchase a beautiful piece with a little custom work -- the way I wanted it.

(Responsiveness):
I originally met with Lorrie, the store manager but during times she wasn't available, I had Lillian (store owner) and other staff members take over. They work together as a team and having a team led to quicker efficiency (so I didn't have to wait for one person to free up and help).

Bonus: Instant and constant communication through email.

(Professionalism):
I have yet to see any cellphones anywhere (big plus). Lillian and Lorrie are extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry industry and all details are covered to tee. Even their gift-wrapping is perfect. They always kept us updated and we were notified instantly regarding changes and delays in our order (which were resolved with minimal stress --> BIG HELP).

(Value for Cost):
The best. They even beat out bluenile diamond prices. The amount of personal attention AND the prices we were quoted surpassed other places we initially looked. I live in DC (1hr drive away), my husband was then in CT and we STILL picked them over other vendors.

(Flexibility):
Again, the online communication is a huge factor. But something worthwhile mentioning is the children's room. I left my niece to watch videos & she received some babysitting from a younger staff member as well as snacks.

Also, they can ship to any location you'd like by any day you'd like (after you confirm the date). Walk-ins work on weekdays but if you're planning to get a wedding ring, I'd definitely advise an appointment at least 2hrs before closing time.

Last, if store hours don't work for you, the owner will work with you. Several times (due to work), Lillian was gracious enough to stay after and meet with me.

If that doesn't warrant 5stars, I don't know what does. Definitely recommended.

White & Ivory was the best experience I had when looking for our engagement ring. I had asked a couple people at my church where they got theirs and I tried a couple other places first b/c of distance, but White & Ivory was definitely worth the drive!! First, the service was excellent. This other store told me if I did not put a deposit down that day that my stones would be gone the next day. I was mainly there to browse and comparison shop and she kept me there for almost 2 hrs! The manager at W & I kept my stones even though I had only been corresponding by email with her for 2 weeks. Secondly, I did not feel pressured at all. In fact, the manager even told me to go w/ the smaller stone b/c it was not worth $800 to pay for 0.1 carats when it was slightly worse in color and clarity. Third, the prices are very comparable to the other stores I went to, if not even better! Let's just say I went to one store and just a platinum tiffany setting alone cost 4x more than it did at W & I. When I went to look at engagement rings, I got there about 45 minutes before they were going to close and I did not feel rushed at all to get out of the store. She took time to answer all of my questions and was very thorough. I have been there three times now and each time has been very pleasant. We even went there to get our wedding bands last time. As for the complaints about distance, that's not really something we can control, but if you live in Montgomery County it's a nice, peaceful drive if you take White's Ferry and go the back way to Leesburg.

Our experience at White and Ivory was phenomenal. I could not be any more thrilled with my gorgeous ring, and not a day has gone by that I haven't received multiple compliments - everyone says it is the most stunning ring they have ever seen. Lillian, the store owner, inspired the design for my ring, and it is such an incredible piece of art. But more importantly, the entire White and Ivory staff provided wonderful care and assistance to my husband every step of the (long) way from our initial browsing, to the day he picked up the ring. We also purchased my wedding band from White and Ivory, and that experience was equally exceptional. I highly recommend!

My fiancé and I wandered into White and Ivory as our last stop to find a wedding band. We searched about 6 other stores before coming here and I am so happy we did! They are very friendly, accommodating, and have great jewelry. I was looking for a rose gold band that was a bit different and I found exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this company. The little pup in the store is a huge plus as well! :)

Lillian was so great to work with when we purchased our wedding and engagement rings from White and Ivory. She showed us so many sets, but we kept coming back to the beautiful Simon G. Set, and decided it was the one we had to have. Beautiful quality jewelry, and we are so glad we picked the one we got. We will go back every time we are ready for another purchase. Highly recommend them!

Great place to purchase your engagement ring!

Caitlin helped me through the process and gave me all the facts and figures needed when making a big investment purchase such as this. They did not push products or steered us toward more expensive stones.

My fiancé bought my beautiful Simon G. engagement ring at White & Ivory and had a fantastic experience. He had checked out several other stores in Leesburg but had the best customer service here. He felt very confident buying the setting and choosing the stone with Lillian's guidance, and I love it! We went back recently to order our wedding bands and loved the high level of customer service and ability to quickly answer our questions about custom designs.

White and Ivory was recommended to me by some family and friends. I am so glad that I took their advise and gave them a visit. The staff and owner were very helpful and helped me pick out a very impressive diamond. I felt the price to be fair and was very happy with my purchase. My fiancee and I shopped around the BIG name jewelers to see what was out there for our wedding bands. We thought that W&I may have been a little expensive given their small high end atmosphere, but we were wrong. W&I had such a better selection than the others and they worked with me on the price as well. We ended up purchasing both of our wedding bands from them as well. My fiancée is so pleased with her rings! Definitely worth the drive if you live in the DC Metro area.

The owner, Lillian, is wonderful and so helpful. We went here to pick out my engagement and wedding band, which were priced more reasonably than where we initially went in DC. Lorrie(?) was extremely helpful and very patient with us throughout the entire process of picking the diamond and the bands. We highly recommend White and Ivory.

I am one of those brides that had to visit every jewelry store in northern VA before deciding on a ring. White and Ivory stood out to me because they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although their hours make it hard to visit their store (not open Sunday or after 6 p.m. week days), they are technically advanced and respond to email very quickly. I really liked being able to do a lot of my shopping via email, it saved me a lot of trips to the store. In the end, White and Ivory were the only store that was able to get the ring I wanted in the store so I could try it on my hand. They had some great advise about diamond shape and sizes, etc. I've been engaged now for almost a year and I still love my unique equisite ring from White and Ivory. Thank you so much!

Lillian et al was very helpful throughout the process. We had many requests which also included the engagement ring- wedding bands, wedding jewelry, watch and they were able to attend to all. If you want quality service, work w/ Lillian.

Buying an engagement ring is a very overwelming experience. The staff at White & Ivory are extremely helpful and friendly, and made the experience much smoother.
