  So extraordinary they should charge more!

  I can not begin to how extraordinary Safiya and Stacy are as a wedding coordination team. I hired them for the entire weekend to coordinate my welcome brunch the day before, wedding day and after brunch the following day. They were amazing. I felt relaxed and calm know that everything was taken care of. Even when and issue arose which happened with the catering. My order arrived wrong they came to me with a swift solution and which made is seem flawless. When I have my 10 year anniversary vow renewal I will definitely hire them again.

  Absolutely Incredible Wedding Coordinator!

  Safiya is amazing & hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning. She was so on top of everything, a pleasure to work with, and really went above and beyond. Everyone in our wedding party raved about her and I can't thank her enough!

  Amazing Experience

  Safiya started working with us after we already had a few things in motion and was immediately a great fit for our plans and developed a structure around them . She made sure to establish communication through all the vendors so that the day off everything will run smoothly. The day of the wedding she ensured we both could enjoy our day and went above and beyond during both ceremony and reception, helped rehearse, set up decirations, made sure we were having a good time at all times and was able to ensure everything went on time on the tight schedule we had. She is amazing and i recommend her to full extent.

  Caring Coordination!

  Safiya was incredible from start to finish! She understood all of our concerns and needs and handled so much more than we realized behind the scenes. The day was spectacular due to to her organization and coordination. Safiya continued to help us with our contracts after the day. We are beyond grateful we found her🤍

  The most incredible service for any wedding

  Wow, I am so blown away by the service we received from Safiya/White Glove Picnics! I'm a very organized and particular person and knew I needed a day-of-coordinator for my wedding this past weekend. I interviewed a few candidates and knew right away that Safiya would be a perfect fit...and she exceeded all my expectations!
  
  Safiya helped me find our hairstylist and gave us great options for transportation so close to the wedding date. She was so patient, organized and responsive every step of the way with everything.
  
  I can't imagine how my wedding day would've gone without Safiya. She went above and beyond with EVERYTHING. Our timeline didn't go according to plan because of bridal party delays and Safiya did not flinch, she was so calm which put me at ease. One of my favorite parts of the night was being able to do a photo bomb which I totally forgot about since it was planned for cocktail hour and Safiya made it happen.
  
  I am so grateful and beyond pleased with White Glove Picnics. My guests and family all commented about what a wonderful person she is and how she fit right in. If I could give Safiya 1,000 stars I would. Truly amazing service. Thank you so much!

  Reliable, Professional, intuitive, Safiya was all that and more! She thought of answers to questions we didn’t even know we should ask when it came to our reception! We had a lot of moving parts- literally and figuratively- she knew just how to handle it all. Our guest took notice!!
