  Greta was so fun to work with! Her shoe designs are absolutely beautiful and very easily customized according to what you need and/or are looking for. I am quite tall and fell in love with one of her taller styled shoes. She was able to adjust and shorten the height of the heel and shoe for me to make it perfect! They were a fair price for custom shoes too. Again, I absolutely love them.

  Greta is AMAZING!! She understood everything that I wanted in my dream wedding dress and made it absolutely perfect! I highly suggest that every bride goes to her! She is so easy and flexible to work with!

  We worked with Greta, the owner, on the bridesmaids dresses and suits for the groomsmen. We had several bridesmaids that lived quite a distance from us and one was in Spain. She did the fittings by Facetime! The girl in Spain had to have last minute alterations done and Greta came to the venue to do them on site! Then came back to do an emergency fix for a tux. She was great to work with! Super flexible and very responsive.

  Greta did a Wonderful! Wonderful job for us!!! ! My Granddaughters dress fit her perfectly and was gorgeous on her! She is a plus size and it was stunning!! Thumbs Up to White Dress by Greta Kay and I would highly recommend her and her services!

  Greta was wonderful to work with! After trying on many dresses around the area and only liking parts of each, she was able to put each piece into one beautiful dress! Although the original timeline for my dress changed because of the busy wedding season, everything was complete and fitted by my wedding day! She was very respectful to my feelings and concerns about my dress and worked with my price range! She also worked with my mother to surprise me with a rehearsal dress that I absolutely loved! White Dress by Greta Kay is the place to go for a custom dress!

  Greta made my dreams come true! I didn't have much luck finding a dress the traditional way. Nothing fit my body. I was told I wasn't proportioned correctly so dresses would have to be altered to fit correctly. I had a dream dress in mind on pinterest and within 30 minutes Greta had my dress sketched out and was making my dream come alive. It is extremely nerve wracking waiting to see the dress for the first time, but so worth it! Above all that, she wants you to be happy and make your dreams come true. She is willing to change details of the dress to make sure your absolutely satisfied when you leave. Thanks Greta!

She had said it would take about 2 weeks, which was very reasonable . I was very excited and confident in her abilities. However, since that day my experience has been very disappointing. Greta has not since initiated any contact. I have contacted Greta several times, and have had to send several messages in order to receive a response. She has continually been difficult to get ahold of and has given be roundabout answers and information. I was told in early November that the swatches had arrived to her. I still had not received them, so I messaged her 2 weeks later to inquire. Currently, I have not heard back from her, and have still not received any swatches. I have decided to move on and will not be having Greta make my bridesmaid dresses; I cannot trust in her ability to complete a task or communicate effectively. I am extremely disappointed, but found another retailer (who’s swatches arrived in less than one week) who will make my dresses!

Extremely nice person, not trying to attack her personally, but the stress of her lack of communication is not worth it at all. A month has gone by since my first fitting was scheduled and she has yet to respond with a date to reschedule. I am now 7 weeks from my wedding and without a dress or a clue if I will even have my dress since she refuses to answer me. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
