Wonderful visit with Charlene

I had the most incredible experience! Charlene made my dreams come true and helped me select the most stunning gown for my 2024 wedding! She helped me not only select something that was flattering to my figure and made me feel confident, but helped me navigate the waters of customization and select something that would make my dress unique but not break the bank! I couldn’t recommend White of Dublin more if I tried !

So helpful - got my dress here!

I got my dress here last week and had the best experience. Kelli helped me find my dress and was so encouraging the whole day. All of the girls at the store helped to find dresses that I described. They were the best to work with and were honestly just so helpful. They allowed me to explore the ideas I had going in and help try new things! Definitely recommend this shop!

Almost too easy

My sister said yes to the dress here with the wonderful help of Derek. He knew what she wanted immediately. The hardest part was choosing from the many options. Would highly recommend.

Derek and Sharlene are the BEST!

Derek is absolutely fabulous. We went to two other shops in the area and did not have a great experience. Derek listened to us, let us actually walk around and pick dresses, and treated us all to a mimosa. He fit right in with our group and had the best personality. Sharlene also helped pull a dress that ended up being the one! An absolutely wonderful team here. This is the place to shop in Columbus!

Amazing experience

Said YES to the dress here and Karisma and the whole staff was amazing! They had such a large selection of dresses and the hospitality is amazing! 10/10 recommend going here. Been to multiple dress stores in Ohio and this is by far the best experience.

Best place to find your wedding dress in Columbus!

Very professional, personable, and helpful staff! They made me feel comfortable shopping there and didn't force me into anything. Bridal appointments were private and they let you walk through and look at the dresses yourself which I appreciated. Of all the places I searched for a wedding dress this was by far my favorite store. Once my dress I purchased arrived, they were able to fit me in for multiple dress fittings and did a perfect job fitting the dress to me and making me feel special for my wedding day. Highly recommend their services!!

Incredible experience! Quality Couture Dresses! Amazing!

So happy we found White of Dublin! Our daughter wanted a Rosa Clara gown which isn't easy to find in Ohio! All of the gowns she tried on were beautiful, but this one had her name written all over it! She fell in love with it, and it was the last dress she tried on! Didn't even realize it was a Rosa Clara until she said yes to the dress which was even more special. The dress came in plenty of time, and didn't even need altered! Fit her perfectly! Thank you for such a joyful, pleasant, upscale experience! Highly recommend!

The Dreamiest Experience

White of Dublin made my wedding dress shopping a dream come true. Coming from a fashion & retail background, I had high expectations for this day and my wedding dress meant A LOT to me. Kelsey made us feel so comfortable and welcoming from the second we walked in the store. We had the whole place to ourselves which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. Kelsey asked me some questions on what I was thinking as far as my dress & I showed her some inspiration photos but told her I wanted to try on all types of dresses to make sure I knew what I liked. Me and my family & friends sat and enjoyed some champagne while Kelsey went and pulled about 10 dresses from the aisles. I was SO happy she did this because it can get overwhelming looking at all of the dresses. She knew everything about all of the designers I tried on and what would look good on me - even though I wouldn't have pulled them myself! I ended up buying a Martina Liana gown that was so stunning & I probably would have never picked up without Kelsey's help and expertise. I have never received so many compliments in my life and I felt amazing in the dress. Dress shopping was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process and I could never have found my DREAM dress without Kelsey & White of Dublin!!

Love White of Dublin

I didn't plan on purchasing my dress on my first time out looking, however that is exactly what happened. I loved the feel of white dublin and was treated so well, no pressure to buy and I even went well over my 1 1/2 hour appointment. They were so patient with me. So happy with my dress!

Dream Come True

THE BEST experience of my life!!! Roth made my wedding dress shopping day one I’ll never forget! Everything I thought my day would be like happened at White of Dublin. The shop is gorgeous and I can’t say enough thanks to Roth. He listened, took interest in finding me the perfect dress and perfect fit. From the welcoming, interview and shopping experience I wish I could live it over again. I can’t wait to come back for the fittings there because “I said yes to the dress”!"

My consultant, Kelsey, was amazing! I was nervous as it was my first appt. and wasn't sure I would find something I loved in my budget ($2k-$3k). Turns out, I had nothing to worry about!! Everyone was super down to earth, not at all pushy and I had plenty of options in my budget. My appointment ended up running a little bit over because I'm seriously indecisive, but they never once mentioned the time to me. I didn't even realize until my mom said something! They made me feel like I was the only bride in the store even though I wasn't. After taking a week to process, I went back and tried on more dresses...yes more!! Kelsey and the owner, Heather, were both amazing yet again and this time, I got my dress and veil! I can't wait for it to come in just so I can put it on again!!! Thank you so so much Kelsey and Heather for all your kindness and patience!

White of Dublin was literally the best I could ask for. As a curvy/plus sized bride I was worried about the traditional gowns I see in magazines fitting me. I loved this store though. The custom appointments, quiet space kept me from feeling overwhelmed. Tori helped find a gown that flattered my figure, and even when I had my doubts, I trusted her and it looked amazing in my photos. Not to mention I felt like a rockstar! I really really loved having her opinion and one on one attention. I would definitely recommend White of Dublin to all my girlfriends for their weddings.

I went to three bridal shops in search for THE dress and White of Dublin was by far my best experience. The consultants were warm and welcoming upon our arrival--we were each handed a glass of champagne almost immediately :-). I was worried that I would not be able to find anything in my price range here but Heather were very respectful of my budget. Heather listened to my idea of my dream wedding dress and was then able to pick out some amazing dresses for me. The consultants here were extremely helpful and made me feel like a princess. I would definitely recommend White of Dublin to any bride-to-be. Also, check out their sister store, "Off White" for bridesmaid dresses and mother-of-the-bride (or groom) dresses. My mom found her dress there and she loved it!

This was the best bridal gown shopping I have ever experienced. I wish someone would have suggested for me to come here first because I wouldn't have struggled or had doubt that I was going to settle for a dress that wasnt something I loved. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Heather and Tori and let me tell you those two ladies made me feel hopeful that I would be walking out with the wedding dress that I was looking for. Every other place I went too, I told them I was looking for a black wedding dress and the consultants just shoved me away and didnt give me a great experience. They treated me as a lost sale. I even said to each place I know black gowns are hard to come by and I know I have to keep and open mind and I do see white wedding dresses that I would love to try on so I hope that doesnt discourage this apt.. As soon as I told Tori and Heather I wanted a black wedding dress, they just lit up and were so excited to help me. Heather and Tori went above and beyond to help me get my dream wedding dress and I will forever suggest brides to come to White of Dublin first because they will not walk out disappointed and will walk out with their dream dress. I was the only person there trying on dresses and I would never suggest a bride go to a place where they will be sharing a consultant or see a bunch of other brides trying on gowns. It makes the experience so much better and you dont feel rushed or waiting for a bride to get out of gown that you want to try on. I will forever be grateful for these two ladies and there will never be enough words or actions to show how much I appreciated everything they did for me. I am still in shock. I will always say great things about White of Dublin. Words will never be enough. Im truely so happy!

Finding my wedding dress at the White of Dublin was a magical experience. From the moment we walked in we were doted on like royalty. We were offered mimosa's and encouraged to look at dresses while my stylist, Tori, found the perfect ones for me to try on. All of the staff were very professional and made me feel like a queen while I was there. Tori went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and listened to what I did or didn't like about each dress. Thank you for making finding the perfect dress so easy and comfortable!

Beautiful shop with excellent bridal consultants! I love that I had a personalized private appointment. They listened to what I envisioned while still offering their expertise with what would look good on my body type. I said Yes to the Dress and can't imagine my big day without my dress! I am so excited for my wedding and to be able to wear my dress. Thank you for all your help in finding my dream dress to go with the man of my dreams!!

Today was my first day trying on dresses. I had an idea in mind and White of Dublin was wonderful. I was told they are somewhat conservative in the dresses they carry so I was worried about what I'd find. They listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out how to modify a dress that would work for my body and style and budget. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable and listened to. Such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going here to find your dress.

The White completely set the bar. Every other store I went to was a disappointment compared to this. Our budget was $2500 so they showed us the racks that were under our budget and there was only one rack we couldn't look at. They were so sweet and welcomed me with a mimosa, and it was nice having the whole store to myself. I told the representative I wasn't totally sure what I'm looking for but she helped me pick out dresses to try on. She managed the line of dresses I would try on and helped me get in and out of dresses. Though I tried on other dresses after, the first dress I tried on was my absolute favorite and I ended up getting it. She was the one who picked it out and wanted me to try it on first. The entire 10 months of my engagement I never once experienced "dress envy" because it was just so beautiful. Also, now The White is right next to Off White, which I'm told is also great. I had a horrible experience at David's Bridal so this was a no brainer!

This was my first time shopping for wedding dresses and White set the bar. I was greeted upon walking in and was served a mimosa which made it all the more fun. I worked with Haley to find my dress and she was wonderful. She eased my nerves and was considerate of my budget. Going into the appointment, I thought I wanted a particular style of dress but by the end of the appointment, I had changed my mind. Haley really listened to me and pulled different dresses that matched what I wanted.This place is a class act and I will be recommending White to other brides.

My mom, brother and I had such a great experience at White of Dublin! It's a cozy boutique so it's just you and your guests browsing - they schedule it that way so you get their full attention. Their dress selection was the best of any bridal shop I had gone! Martha and Haley are so personable and I truly enjoyed "shopping" with them. They get my highest recommendation!!

I went into White of Dublin because I saw their display in the windows every time I drove through Dublin. I went into the boutique with no expectation of finding my wedding dress. The very first fitting appointment and the very last dress I tried on, when that veil was placed on my head I knew that was MY wedding dress. The ladies were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire fitting appointment. They made me feel so special and comfortable trying on dresses. I would highly recommend White of Dublin to any new bride!

White of Dublin is a beautiful bridal boutique and the consultants are honest, helpful, and make you feel comfortable. Specifically, Diane and Haley were at my appointment, and they never showed me a dress outside of the established price range without my approval, and had beautiful dresses pulled for me when I arrived for my appointment based on my bridal questionnaire. I tried on about 10-12 dresses before narrowing my decision to two dresses, one by Angel Rivera and the other by Sassi Holford. I never felt pressured one way or the other, and I really trusted my consultant's opinions. Ultimately, I chose the Sassi Holford dress (btw, White of Dublin is very unique in carrying Sassi Holford in the US--all the dresses are handmade in London)--and I never looked back! I received countless compliments on this timeless and elegant gown. I definitely recommend this boutique to any bride!

The level of personal service at White of Dublin was phenomenal! It was my first bridal appointment and I ended up falling in love with the second dress I tried on- and it wasn't even one I had picked out. Heather was our associate that day and had chosen it for me based on what I had described to her! It was PERFECT. Cannot recommend these ladies enough. They have a wide variety of styles and ranges and Heather was more than accommodating to a picky brides like myself!

White of Dublin was my first stop when I went dress shopping with my mom, sister, and mother-in-law. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Because they book by appointment, I was the only girl in there trying on dresses so I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me. Heather was so friendly and inviting. We talked about my vision and the budget and she pulled out some dresses that she thought I would like while also letting my family and I pull out dresses. She was very professional and helped me get into and out of each dress while giving her honest opinions. There were actually several dresses that could have been "the one" but ultimately, I fell in love with a Sassi Holford dress and it was absolutely perfect at the wedding!

The dress ended up coming in a few months earlier than I expected and they had no problem holding it for me until closer to the wedding date so that I could try it on and be comfortable knowing it would still fit the day of the wedding. Every time I went in, I was made to feel special and beautiful! They really do a wonderful job!

White of Dublin is the most elegant and sophisticated bridal boutique you will ever visit!! From the moment you walk in, you will be made to feel right at home.

The overall shop is warm and inviting and you couldn't ask for a more pleasant staff who truly cares about everyone. They carry among the most sought after and high-end designers and were carefully selected with their brides in mind.

White of Dublin provides a wonderful array of dress styles to choose from. If the bride wants to be elegant, classy, timeless, sophisticated, fun, sexy, flirty, regal, bohemian chic, whimsical, etc on their wedding day, you name it, they have it!!

I am absolutely in love with my wedding dress and I could not have found it without their help! It was the best bridal experience I could have ever asked for!

I highly recommend all brides looking for their perfect dress to visit White of Dublin. You will undoubtedly have an incredible experience that will be all about you and the loved ones you share it with!

My experience at White of Dublin can't be topped! I live locally and have always dreamed of dress shopping at the beautiful boutique located in the heart of Downtown Old Dublin. With it being my first ever bridal appt. I went to the shop with my mom and sister not knowing exactly what a "dress shopping" experience would be like. From the moment we walked in the door, Heather was ready to meet my needs. She listened attentively to my vision and pulled out dresses that she believed would match the picture I have in my mind for my wedding day. When trying on the dresses she not only listened to my thoughts, insecurities, and ideas but offered her own opinions and expertise. She never overstepped and knew exactly when to step in to offer thoughts or ideas. I trusted every word she said because it seemed so genuine--and it was! I am so grateful to Heather for making my experience comfortable, fun, and memorable for my mom, sister and I. I can't wait to wear my Ian Stuart wedding dress in November! I absolutely loved my experience at White of Dublin! It was actually the owner herself that I had my appointment with and she was patient and kind. I gave her a description of what I like (which was some what vague and broad) and she walked around the boutique with me and selected dresses she thought I would like. We ended up with about 10 dresses and she was very selective about the order in which she had me try them on. I wasn't expecting to find a dress the first place I looked and thought I would have a very hard time finding exactly what I wanted but I found my dress and it was the very first one she had me try on! Everything else went very smoothly and when I picked up my dress it was a newer girl that started and she was really sweet as well! They gave me a very cute bottle of wine when I left and I thought that was really thoughtful.

White of Dublin was the most pleasant shopping experience of any bridal shop I visited. They provide one on one attention in their boutique, with no one else shopping at the same time! My mom, sister and one of my bridesmaids was with me and they all loved hanging out on a comfortable couch while I tried on dressed. I found the most gorgeous dress with the help of the ladies here. They were the nicest! When I picked up the dress and tried it on, I also tried on the most beautiful earrings and ordered those as well. They recommended a great seamstress and all went smoothly there as well. I felt like the most special and beautiful bride because of White of Dublin. Thank you!

Our experience with Heather and Diane at White of Dublin was perfect from start to finish. My mom and I traveled from Cincinnati to Columbus to try on a designer that was only carried at their shop. We were greeted with mimosas and a dream selection of gowns. My mom and I were the only ones there and felt so taken care of in such an intimate setting. The ladies quickly gauged what we liked and didn't like and were able to convince me to try on a dress that I never would have considered. They are total pros because my mom and I fell in love with the dress and I said yes to the dress that day! The fittings and pickup were equally wonderful and I even found a beautiful pair of earrings and a bracelet to wear for the wedding. Heather and Diane made me feel so special and I would encourage all brides-to-be to experience such a beautiful place.

Absolutely a great experience all around!! The dress collection is beautiful, with tons of options for any type of bride; however, what really makes White of Dublin great is Diane! She made the whole experience very relaxed, fun and enjoyable. Diane really listed to my wants and needs, and helped pick a number of amazing dress options to suit my own style. At White of Dublin, you never feel pressured to try on dresses outside your comfort area and they really stick to your budget, unlike a few other boutiques I visited. From the very first step into the store, I knew I was going to find my wedding dress here. I highly recommend White of Dublin to any future bride!!!

I went to White of Dublin to dress shop. I actually didn't purchase there but the experience I had was incredible. The woman I worked with was so knowledgable, friendly and you could tell truly loves what she does. It's unfortinatly that I didn't find "The" dress there because I woukd have loved to continue my experience with them. They even sent me a thank you note just for coming in.

Heather and Diane made my dress buying experience a personal one with the upmost attention and care. They made sure I left with the dress of my dreams, and made me feel 100% comfortable from day one. The price point starts a little high, but the quality and unique styles of the dresses at White are worth every penny.

I found White of Dublin to be a one-of-a-kind boutique. Diane and Heather not only provided me the best service I experienced in my multi-city search for my wedding dress, but they also clearly love what they do and inject that into every relationship with every customer. Before going gown shopping, I truly had no idea what I wanted – type, fit, color, no clue! And wandering around looking only made it worse! White of Dublin was my first appointment. Heather sat and talked with me before she pulled some ideas, asking me where we were getting married, how I pictured my ceremony, what kind of style I typically like, and a host of other questions. Then, the several options she ended up bringing out for me ended up being exact embodiments of those components, without having any idea beforehand. She truly helped me crystallize my wedding-day style. Due to some outstanding circumstances I actually didn’t end up purchasing my gown at White of Dublin (though I am buying my veil there), but I would recommend that every bride goes here. You will more than likely find the dress you’re looking for because while being a boutique, they have incredible versatility of selection and exquisite dresses. BUT, if you don’t, you will benefit from the lovely and comfortable experience that these two women provide.

I recently purchased my dress from White of Dublin and was given a truly incredible experience. I found the wedding dress of my dreams and had the experience of a life time. My appointment was on a Saturday afternoon and I was the only bride there trying on dresses! The experience was intimate and not overwhelming in the slightest bit. They offered me and my family champagne, a gorgeous dress selection, their knowledge and expertise, and most importantly their kindness. They truly made me feel like finding the perfect dress for me was the most important thing for them, and for that I can never thank them enough!

Diane and Heather have the most wonderful boutique in Columbus! I could not have imagined a better experience! Treat yourself...to an absolutely fabulous day of dress shopping! Shopping for 'the dress' should be an experience that is cherished and remembered. Heather did just that for me. From the moment the elevator door opens, you are transported to another place. They have sophisticated dresses that no one else has which truly makes them unique.

It was extrememly important to me to find a dress that fit my style, personality and body shape. I couldn't be happier with my experience and wedding dress purchase. I went to other shops, but I came back for 'the dress'. Nothing else compared or even came close. Heather and the team at White of Dublin helped guide me toward my dream Rosa Clara gown and I couldn't be more excited to see it when it comes in for my April 2014 wedding.

I highly recommend all brides experience White of Dublin. They are a class act.

WOW! Great service, beautiful dresses, and beautiful store! Jackie was so wonderful in helping me find my dream dress! She has such great taste and it really shows in the best selection of dresses I have seen in any store. All of her dresses are beautiful and unique and are from some of the best bridal designers! The store is absolutely beautiful and you get one on one attention during your appointment that makes you feel really special! Five Star Bridal Experience!!!!!!
I visited several high end bridal boutiques in town and none compared to White of Dublin! I am a fuller figured gal and didn't have many options at the other boutiques, but White of Dublin definitely had the most unique and beautiful gowns. I did not want to look like every other bride, I wanted something ethereal and romantic and they had the perfect gown. Heather and Diane make you feel at home in their luxurious boutique. If you desire a five star bridal experience than White of Dublin is it!

Diane and Heather at WHITE of Dublin are amazing! I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at their gorgeous little shop back in March. After recently moving to Ohio to join my fiance, I was thrilled to have the chance to book an appointment with them. I just happened to discover WHITE on a warm night last fall after getting ice cream with some friends. We had just gotten engaged a couple of weeks before that, and I knew this is where I would come to get my dress once I moved here, even if it meant waiting a few months. It was well worth the wait! This is the first and last place I looked. My mom was able to make a trip on short notice to come visit me and help with wedding planning. Heather and Diane were so nice to squeeze me in as their last appointment of the evening for that Saturday night. Angel Rivera was there for his trunk show, so he helped us pick dresses for me to try. I truly felt like a princess with all of the attention on me. I found my perfect Angel Rivera gown, and I can't wait for it to get here! Some people might say not to purchase a gown at the first place you look, but I say to go with your instinct. I knew I wouldn't find a more perfect dress in a more lovely shop. I just felt right. It was truly a fairytale moment that I will never forget :)

Amazing! That is how I would sum up my experience with owner Jackie Trucco at The White Dress Co. She has such a beautiful collection of dresses it was hard to choose just one!! Jackie helped me decide on a dress I am obsessed with. Since she is by appointment only, I received her undivided attention the entire time. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I ended up buying my dress and all of my accessories from her. I highly recommend The White Dress Co, you will not be disappointed!!

White of Dublin was recommended to me by a friend of the family. Once engaged, I could not wait to begin trying on wedding dresses. With so many places available in Columbus, it was overwhelming to decide where to book my first appointments. Thanks to the advice of a friend, I booked an appointment at White of Dublin with Diane and Heather (the owners). The experience was one of a kind! My mom and I were the only people in the store, as they do operate by appointment only (champagne included!). This gave us a chance to browse the store, learn about the many different styles and designers, and I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted. Heather and Diane were awesome...they never tried to talk me into anything and I never felt rushed to make a decision through the process. After trying on about six dresses in the store, I fell in LOVE with an Ian Stuart gown. There were so many gorgeous dresses in the store that it was difficult to pick "the one" but I found my dress at White of Dublin and could not have been more pleased with everything. I ended up canceling the appointments I had at other stores and went with my instinct on the Ian Stuart dress. Diane and Heather recommended an awesome alterations person and by the time my wedding day rolled around, I had the most gorgeous gown with a perfect fit. My entire experience from start to finish at White of Dublin was amazing and I would recommend the store to any bride. They also have a great jewelry selection and I did end up buying my wedding day earrings and bracelet there as well. If you are looking for a wedding dress, you will not be disappointed by the selection and overall experience at White of Dublin!

Before entering the Boutique, I did honestly not think I would purchase my dress from White of Dublin, because I thought I would buy a different couture dress from another place. My mother saw an article about this place, and WOW… we were blown away! Nothing compares to the classy, welcoming, and elegant setting that White of Dublin offers as the canvas complimenting the exquisite couture dresses offered. The gown selection should materialize the vision, and exceed all fantasies of any bride. I cannot imagine any other dress than the one I picked out. It is as though the owners, Diane and Heather, knew exactly what I was destined to wear at my 6/8/2013 wedding. Diane and Heather are beyond incredible. When you put so much effort into your day, it is such a relief to work with two individuals who care as much about this decision as you do.

I looked high and low to find the veil I had been picturing with my dress. After many months of looking, I finally found the one at White of Dublin. It was a tulle birdcage veil. Even though the veil turned out to be perfect, it was not a quick process. I ordered it in February and did not receive it for over 6 months. That would be the only complaint I have with this company. Very professional and very kind.

I have loved working with Jackie at The White Dress Co. She is by appointment only so you get personalized treatment. Jackie has great taste (which I think is so important) and really helped in guiding me to my perfect dress! Jackie's shop is so modern and inviting and you know you're getting a quality product and service. The dresses are not run of the mill which is great for someone like me who didn't want to wear something boring. She has something for everyone though and can suggest ways to jazz it up and to make it your own. I suggest any bride-to-be to check out The White Dress Co.!

Overall the experience was good. My only wish is that the designers had more leeway than 24 hours to make changes to the order.

I LOVED my dress from White. I received countless compliments on my wedding day, and I felt beautiful and comfortable in my Pronovias gown. My only critique would be that one of the women in the store was extremely rude to my niece while we were shopping.

I found the perfect wedding dress here! Martha was really sweet to work with. It's a very pretty bridal suite and they have a nice selection of gowns. I only wish they had had an onsite seamstress, but they do give you a list of seamstresses who can alter your gown. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.
