The White Aisle created our stunning "Savannah" wedding invitations. Several people remarked that they were the most beautiful invitations they'd ever seen. Rebecca was a true joy to work with. She was deeply passionate about her work and committed to giving the customer exactly what they wanted. My only wish is that I could refer all of my friends to The White Aisle for their future weddings. Thank you for giving me the most beautiful invitations I could imagine, and all of my support and condolences to you, Dade.

I think my invitations were my favorite part of my wedding. I ordered the January invites printed on ash wood -- they were incredible! There is nothing like these invitations out there, and Rebecca is wonderful and so great at what she does! I got married in the mountains of North Carolina and wanted something that would reflect what was to come for my guests and I got something so unique and fabulous! Every RSVP came back with a post-it note attached with compliments! I even displayed them at my reception!!

We ordered the most beautiful invitations...printed on WOOD. They custom designed everything for us and our invitations turned out better than I could have ever imagined. They were so unique and our family and friends loved them so much a few of them are saving them.

When I was looking for invitations, I was having a hard time finding invitations that were unique. I spoke to my coordinator and she recommended that I check out White Aisle. They had so many beautiful invitations, but I did not find one that matched exactly what I was looking for. My coordinator then told me that she could custom make the invitations. Immediately, I thought expensive, but I was wrong! They came out beautiful! We received so many compliments on them.

Impressed with the look of the invitations, we decided to use the White Aisle for our escort and table cards. We would have used her for the programs, but I really wanted to have fans made and she did not make program fans. Nonetheless we were very happy with our final product. I think our invitation design is posted on their website under the name Pierre. Thanks White Aisle Team!!

I had stumbled upon White Aisle when looking for wedding jewelry and found their stationary. Our invitations were created incredibly quickly and Rebecca was fabulous to work with. She created beautiful thermography invitations for a very reasonable price. We got so many compliments on our invitations and we loved them! I would recommend White Aisle to any bride when considering unique and beautiful invitations.

If you have not checked out White Aisle website definitely do so immediately. Rebecca at White Aisle handled our programs for our ceremony and they were awesome. Not as fancy as what I had originally planned but they were so affordable and turned out elegant looking which was what I wanted. Rebecca was professional and easy to work with. I had one correction by e-mail and once approved I had them within 2 weeks of my initial order. Great Service and wonderful assortment to choose from.

I found White Aisle on the internet and fell in love with their invitations. They were so unique! They had a particular invitation that was exactly what I wanted. They are located in New Hampshire and I am located in Dallas, so I did all work with them over the internet. It went extremely smooth and I was completely satisfied with the end result. There were no problems! I loved the invitations, and so did everyone else. I would highly recommend this company.

I loved my invitations! Simple but elegant, original and good quality. The only complain I have is that they had a swavorsky crystal on the front and when i got my Save the dates in the mail (same design) the crystal had fallen off of a couple of them but when i contacted the owner she immediately gave me credit for them and also personally inspected the invitations before she sent them to me, to make sure they were in great condition.

I found exactly the invitations that I wanted on whiteaisle.com, and they ended up being absolutely beautiful. I received samples from them and really like the style and design - the paper was thick and elegant with the thermography. We got them about 3 weeks from the final proof. The only issue was that I had changed last minute the envelope ink to black from gold, but they arrived with gold ink. Honestly though, I asked her to do about 5 proofs and wasn't charged extra, so it wasn't a big deal. We also got place cards and programs through whiteaisle.com and everybody commented on how beautiful they were.

I ordered the Antoinette invitations in Pink and Grey. They were just beautiful. I did order samples, which I highly suggest because I thought I wanted white invitations, but the white seemed flat after the ivory colored ones. I did do white for my place cards, etc for the wedding day, which turned out nicely. The only complaint I had, was it's hard to tell what the font will look like for the whole invitation when there is only a small sample. You get an online sample after you place your order and can have two rounds of changes, but that's not enough to see what every font would look like. My invitations were stunning, but the process could have been more robust.

We were very happy to have found White Aisle. Their designs are lovely and very unique, while being relatively affordable. I was also happy that we could order invites in both English and Spanish without an additional charge, while many other invite vendors charge extra to print in another language. I've heard criticism about the quality of paper that they use, but I thought it was very good quality. It does look more rustic, so I would recommend ordering samples first in order to make sure that the paper is what you're looking for. I didn't find them very responsive, but they had moved not too long prior to my order date, so that may no longer be an issue.

I am so torn about my review for White Aisle. I'll start with the invitations themselves -- we ordered all of our stationery from White Aisle...save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs...the whole nine yards. Their designs are unique and beautiful but the problem came in the mail...their images faded in the mail including the addresses we had printed on the envelopes. Half of our invitations came back undeliverable. It was horrible. What was worse was how Rebecca handled it -- she avoided the issue and denied the problem. There is no way that so many envelopes had the same problem and there wasn't an issue with the paper itself. Our printer was a local professional printer...we sent other paper items through the mail using that printer and those addresses weren't erased. She avoided us, refused to offer any discount or conciliatory offer...overall it was horrible. I would not recommend White Aisle as a result and would recommend you pay more and get a better quality product and service.

A total SCAM. When I first made the sample purchase from Rebecca in early May this year (2011), she was very efficient and quick to respond to my purchases. After I have put down almost USD 1K for the wedding invitation cards and thank you cards, she basically just disappeared. I had to chase her up via e-mail every day to get one respond from her and all I got was she "delivered" the cards BUT she LOST the tracking number. How could that be possible? If its so, she could have checked with the delivery company again! But no, instead she did not reply my e-mails!

In the end, I had to get my fiancee to call her up. And as usual, just like the previous brides, she is in the hospital AGAIN. Yes, AGAIN. Am not sure whether this is pure coincidence, but I am seriously thinking that this could be a potential business fraud.

Fact is product is not delivered, cash is paid. How do people think they should run their business these days in US when they are in a recession? By creating fraud to trick your customers and think that they would come back to you again?

Let me be very honest here. If you dont provide service, customers will badmouth you. For more aggressive customers, they take you to court. Simple as that.

I made a call to contact Dads Sokoloff (Rebecca's husband) tonight and he said Rebecca was in the hospital and he did not know anything about the business. According to the company registration website in the states, Dads apparently is the vice president and partner of Whiteaisle. They are also husband and wife. Theres no way that he does not know whats going on with the business transaction.

I then told him its unacceptable for him to tell me he didnt know anything and couldnt provide me with a solution as I had paid for their products already and my wedding is in one month! He still couldnt be more helpful but said he couldnt do anything. I then finally lost my temper and said to him, in fact I had already contacted the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in the New Hampshire and The Better Business Bureau of the United States about this case and if he still cant be cooperative, I will take him to court because I got all the email exchange and phone call recordings with me. He answered 'great, thats terrific, do it.' then hung up on me.

I called back and he said theres no point to talk to me whilst I tried to threaten him. Honestly, I did not threaten him but to give him a headsup that the department of justice will contact him shortly on this potential fraudulent case. He then broke down and said 'the wife is in critical situation in the hospital and he cant believe people like me can have no compassion for them.' Then my question is 'Have they ever fulfilled their fiduciary duties to be an honest vendor to customers? If they have delivered their products, would customers chase them up on their orders every day?' The fault is on them but he turned around and accused me of being cold blooded? If I knew my USD 1,000 would include so much troubles for my wedding preparation, I wouldnt have gone for this company.

So I heard back from the Head of Justice department from New Hampshire tonight and they are currently reviewing my case.

I also received Dad's email a few minutes after the Head of Justice Department e-mailed me saying that the parcel had actually never been sent out as Rebbecca thought it had but he would arrange an express delivery for my case this time.

If the parcel had never sent out, why did Rebbecca confirm with me in black and white that the parcel had sent out and told me to wait for it? I checked with her twice on different dates and she still said she had sent it out but she lost the tracking number. Is this a lie or is this a misunderstanding?

I think I dont need to give you all more analysis of this real case study.

I have very little hope on this time's so called delivery. As usual, I have everything in black and white as a reference/proof for future lawsuit if necessary.
