  Sadi is so amazing!!!

  I’ve known Sadie for years and she always does all our family photography... her and her husband worked their butts off for us and even though we’ve only seen a few sneak peaks everything is so beautiful.

  Incredible! Above and beyond!

  Sadi and her husband Kyle are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond for us and were incredibly easy to work with. Sadi put me completely at ease!! She’s an incredible photographer and has a beautiful eye for capturing magical moments! We really could not have picked a better team for our wedding! Dave and I were so impressed with them and we are so excited for them to do our redo wedding at the big ceremony at Pine Rose!

  One of a kind!!

  We used Whimsie Photography to shoot our October wedding at Pine Rose Cabins in Twin Peaks. This, by far, was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I got to know Sadi a little by email and Instagram prior to meeting her on vendor day 7 months before our wedding. I was so excited to meet her in person because she was so sweet and we got along so well. Between the day we met and the day of our wedding, Sadi was there for me with anything I needed. She helped me make wedding decisions by giving me her expert opinion on all the things! Even things not pertaining to our photos! She has such a talented eye for details and it really was a blessing when trying to make decisions. My husband and I did an engagement shoot with her a few months before the wedding out in Joshua Tree and it was so fun! Sadi is hilarious and really puts you in a good mood and makes you feel so good about yourself! When I would look at Sadi’s pictures of other clients I would think of how beautiful and dreamy they looked and when we got back our engagement pictures, I thought the same thing about us! I was blown away by how much I loved our pictures because I don’t usually like photos of myself. I loved every single one and it made me all the more excited for our wedding photos! By the time our wedding came around, I had very often thought and shared with Sadi how lucky I felt that we had met her through our venue because I couldn’t picture anyone else as our photographer. Wedding photos are such an important part of your wedding because you will need them to look back on your special day forever and you want your photos to not only be beautiful but capture the emotions felt that day. I truly think it is the most important part of planning a wedding and a choice that should be taken very seriously. Said’s dedication to her work and passion for loving her clients is unmatched. On our wedding day, even though Sadi was there to do a job, I felt as though she was also there as one of my friends and that was so special to me. Had she not been there as our photographer, she would have been there as our guest and having that kind of person be the one to capture your day is really such a special thing. Besides the friendship that Sadi and I formed, she absolutely blew us away when we saw our sneak peaks and got our wedding photos back. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone through our gallery and the joy and love that was shared that day shines so bright through our photos, not to mention how beautiful and stunning they are! My husband and I had full trust in her to capture our most important day and she fulfilled that expectation in the highest regard. We are forever grateful to have crossed paths with Sadi and have had the opportunity to have her be a part of our wedding day. I promise that if you choose Sadi to be apart of yours, you will feel just as I do!

  Great videography

  The bits that I’ve seen so far were great! The experience we had was wonderful, we brought in an outside photographer and the videographers were sooo nice helping our photographer with the best areas for photos because they had been to our venue multiple times. I am sooo excited to see our video and will cherish it forever !

  Not only did our engagement photos come out absolutely amazing she made us feel so comfortable the entire time.

  When my husband and I booked out Pine Rose wedding, we knew right away that we wanted Sadi and her husband Kyle to do our Photos. I cannot tell you how we drooled over her work while researching Pine Rose Cabins. No only was she was the most delightful person to work with, she is funny, kind and extremely accommodating. She wasn't able to make it to our Scheduled Vendor day due to prior scheduling so she met us half way for our meeting at a Starbucks and dredged through the pouring rain to do it! Sadi has a magical way of catching the most candid photos but also staging you to look natural and magical in your surroundings. I am a huge fan girl and I truly adore her work. I plan on doing a boudoir shot with her in the near future. Thank you Sadi (and Kyle) for all that you do. <3 You will NOT Regret booking with Whimsie.

  I can't possible put into words how fabulous Sadi's work is!!! My husband and I chose to get married in California and after a lot of research we chose Sadi and Pinerose cabins as our vendors. She made us feel completely at ease and very special on our wedding day, even though it was the first time we met. She made sure that we communicated regularly and asked any questions that I had in a timely matter. We also decided to have photos the day after our wedding to capture the true beauty of California as we both live in the UK.The photos are better than I imagined! I cant thank Sadi enough!!

  Sadie was extremely helpful in both shooting our weeding and filling in as a pseudo coordinator. The price was amazing and she gave us a good deal on a second shooter as well as extra time. She was very flexible, essay to talk to, and organized. She gave good suggestions regarding our timeline and even helped fix a broken bridal veil. She truly stands out as not just a photographer but someone who is committed to doing all she can to see your special day be everything you dreamed of.

  Whimsie Photographie was the first photography consult I had when I got engaged. I wanted to look around so I had about 6 others, but after each one I felt more and more strongly about choosing Whimsie. Once I did I was so excited. She was flexible to negotiate the things that were important to me the the packaging so that I had a custom package that gave me what I was looking for in a photographer. Our engagement photos were stunning and they turned into a gorgeous guest book. One thing that was very important to my groom and I was getting photos done quickly after our ceremony and getting to the reception ASAP. Sadi did an amazing job rallying us all together and getting them done lightening speed while her second shooter, Carrie, was getting photos of our decor at the reception. (GET A SECOND SHOOTER, IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!) we recently got our wedding photos back and they are even more beautiful than I could have imagined.   I searched high and low for the best photographer I could find for our wedding day. I knew the moment I saw Whimsie Photographie by Sadi Lane, that she was the one for us! Her pictures blew me away with how exceptionally beautiful they are! Meeting with her was so fun, she was so easy to talk to and so confident and worked around our needs. She made us feel so comfortable, we knew we picked the right person for our special day. On our wedding day, when I arrived, she was already there taking pictures of the details, my dress, the girls, etc. It was so reassuring to know she had it under control and all I had to do was enjoy my beautiful day. She definitely knew what she was doing, by the way she directed people where to stand and how thorough she was with every picture! It was so fun to work with her and her assistant.   I went with Sadi because I saw in her gallery that she has a good eye for the details. Oh man was I right. She was prompt and continually worked to get the best picture possible. She tried different things until she got exactly what she thought I would love. I thought I would hate taking pictures because it would take too long but Sadi make it go quickly and smoothly and before I knew it I was back in my cocktail hour mingling with my guests. Her assistant also knew her stuff. They easily wove in and out of the crowd taking pictures of all the guests. they never looked flustered even when all of my guests were demanding pictures with me and the groom. I honestly can't wait to see my pictures. I'm sure they are going to be amazing.

  Sadi from canary lane just did my wedding photos on June 24th. The pictures were amazing and I cannot stop looking at all of them over and over.. I am extremely happy with them and will use sadi for all my future most memorable moments. She captured all the beauty of the wedding even when there were times of stress .

  It has been 6 months since my wedding and shame on me for not giving Sadie a review closer to my wedding date. I am really happy and pleased with the way the pictures turned out. We went through a long process choosing a photographer we wanted to connect with the person. Sadie has a very welcoming, professional and sincere way about her. She worked hard at our wedding and came prepared. Sadie and her assistant did a great job capturing the moments throughout the day. Although I do have a huge library of photos there are shots and moments that I wish there were more of. I hear this happens to most brides.
