Great Job done

Working with Shelley was the best decision we ever made. We currently live in NY and we could have never created our dream wedding in Dennis MA. without her. She went over and beyond in so many ways. she nailed our ideas to the tee and it truly was a dream come true. We are so thankful we found Shelley.

We had a completely DIY wedding and everything was planned out with spreadsheets and detailed set up instructions for our friends. We had a tight budget and are very self sufficient. Then we worried - what if there was a snafu, who would keep track of timing, what about making sure loose ends were tied up at the end of the night? We didn't want to worry about these things - we wanted to have fun. And, at the last minute, we booked Shelley whose rate was exceptionally reasonable. She showed up smiling, ready to be put to work, and made our day SO PERFECT. We were able to soak up our family and friends and had zero worries. She is worth every cent and then much more. If you're thinking about a totally DIY wedding, book Shelley so you can actually enjoy the night.

Shelley has remarkable talent and amazing energy. She took my color choices and turned the ceremony and reception space in a wedding masterpiece. Amazing is not wonderful enough to describe Shelley and her team at Where The Magic Begins. As a bride I could tell the she loves what she does, which made me love our day even more.

If you want a flawless wedding, with a professional fun loving person, you should go to Shelley at Where The Magic begins. The best money we spent on our wedding was having Shelley as our Day of Planner. She wasn't just our day of planner she helped me when I was stressed, she came to our rehearsal dinner and went out of her way to work really hard the day of the wedding. Our wedding was perfect Thanks to Shelley. You will come to realize that all your hard work will be actualized by your vendors, so picking the right ones is very important. Shelley is the best of the BEST!

Shelley was absolutely amazing and the money we spent using her for our planner was the best money we spent on the whole wedding.. We instantly loved her when we did a phone interview-she totally understood our vision and carried it through perfectly. She was an amazing resource. We had a destination wedding and let Shelley to all the work-we had not been and did not go to Cape Cod until the wedding, so we trusted Shelley for everthing. From venue to catering to getting flowers from the farmers market. She was super organized and always on top of things. At our wedding weekend, she was amazing, unobstrusive and perfect. All our guest kept commenting on how unstressed we were-our response was- shelley is taking care of everything. We had her as the entire event planner/coordinator and she was worth every cent!!! We could not have been happier with her and recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and coordination that Shelly was able to provide for us on our wedding day. She put together so many details and made sure that the day and evening containued on in an effortless manner. Our day was amazing in everyway and know that without Where the Magic begins it would not have functioned the way it did. I cannot list the number of guest that were impressed by our planners ability to orchestrate the day and evening, and all comments on her personality reflect the truly amazing person she it.

The thought of having to plan and organize every detail of my wedding reception was intimidating. Then I discovered Where The Magic Begins. I knew after the first consultation that Shelley would help my fiance' and me coordinate the perfect reception, one that we could enjoy with peace of mind knowing that everything was under control. Shelley was extremely helpful and accessible throughout the planning process. She provided a detailed checklist personalized to our wedding needs. Her ideas made the reception site more beautiful and managed all of our vendors. The reception was perfect. Our guest had fun and most importantly, we were able to enjoy every minute of it without worrying about a thing.

I had a destination wedding in June and I am so thankful to have met Shelley. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and was easy to work with. Shelley has exceptional creativity and is very organized and timely. Despite living in Virginia, it was very easy to keep in touch with her via email or phone. Shelley and her girls turned my wedding visions into a reality. Everthing to the smallest detail was perfect. I loves the vendors they recommended. They were phenomenal and provided outstanding service, Everything on my wedding day turned out so beautiful and perfect.

We could not have done it without Shelley and her staff. We gave her our specific ideas, and she made them all happen and more. She is super organized, has great taste, and makes the whole process of planning simple and fun.
She's sweet and caring,and made my wife feel very special and stress free on the big day. She also gave us a lot of great sugggestions. She exceeded our expectations in every way, and went out of her way to make our day the best it could be. We feel lucky to have found her.

Shelley was invaluable in helping us plan our wedding. Not only did she make sure that she understood exactly what we wanted, but she established a good working relationship with all the vendors & kept our parents happy too.
She looked after 175 guest effortlessly on the day and made sure that everthing went according to plan, which meant that my husband, the family and I were able to just enjoy the day. I can not recommend Shelley enought, she's the person you want on board when planning the day life!

We were planning our wedding from a far and could not have done it with the help of Shelley and her staff at Where The Magic Begins. They not only did an amazing job planning, but also executing/coordinating all the details. The girls are creative, responsive and extremely knowledgeable of the wedding industry. Destination wedding can usually be big undertakings,but with SShelley on board, I knew had nothing to worry about. I had every confidence in the world that she was going to make it a spectacular day and she did. She just took our idea and ran, therefore giving us the best day ever.

The moment I met Shelley I knew my wedding would be wonderful. She made me feel as if she would take care of all the details no matter what came up,. I loved Shelley's sunshiney disposition and can do attitude.
On the day of our wedding, not only did Shelley take care of all the details but she also doted on me, which was a refreshing and wonderful feeling on such a stressful day. To sum it up, Shelley and her team is the best. She handled every little detail of my daughter's wedding with professionalism and ease. In wanting to have a large part in Sarah's wedding I decided to do most of the decorations myself, and Shelley saved the day by helping me to put it all together. She offers her services for everything you need help with and actually helped me make swarovski crystal bouquets for the bridemaids. She is creative, self assured and her talents are extremely diversified and endless. from the moment you first meet her, every detail of your day will be scheduled, coordinated and confirmed. Shelley is so organized and trully cares about her clinits. It shows in everything she does. I could not have had such a flawless day if not for Shelley and her staff. When I look back at the planning process/enagement period it was just as it should be, stree free,filled with bliss. Shelley was worth every penny and more in our opinions. I knew everything would be taken care of. The staff of Where the Magic Begins goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are committed to the couple having the wedding they dreamed of. Working with Shelley was the single best wedding related decision we ever made, no regrets. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend her services to every bride to be I know.

Shelley was very good about communication and always responded to my emails quicky. I felt that when Italked to her she was able to differentiate between my wedding and the others she was working on. She difinitely made me feel like I had her undivided attention and was always willing to accommodate my request and suggest changes. Her staff was beyond professional and very helpful. They were able to troubleshoot any problems that arose and only informed us afterwards of any changes once solutions had been made. They were great at blending in behind the scenes but were there whenever they were needed. You did an AMAZING job at my wedding. Can not say enought good thing about Where The Magic Begins

Shelley was awesome, I found her absolutely helpful on everything. I felt stree free and enjoyed every minute of my day with the husband, family and friends. the wedding party said is was so stree free because Shelley helped out so much. i like how her staff was so punctual with everything.. Shelly went above and beyond for us for our wedding, the price was we paid for her services were well worth it and it was not expensive at all for all the things she did for us. my husband and i live in Worcester MA and wanted a wedding in Plymouth we had no idea about the area so Shelly found our function site and our cake vendor, she knew exactly what we wanted and we got it. I always had contact with her through email or phone call and she always answered any question little or big. she did a great job setting up the facility for the wedding it was perfect and best of all i didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding she made it so much easier for us she packed up everything that needed to come home with us so we wouldn't forget anything at the site. Shelly treated us like family every step of the way.

When Shelley and her team took over planning our wedding the worries were gone. The ceremony and reception were beautiful thanks to Shelleys' tasteful and classy decorating ideas. Everything went off with out a hitch. Our family and friends are stilling talking about the event. We could have never done it with out the team of Where The Magic Begins.

The girls at Where the Magic Begins are the best. I had a somewhat out of the box wedding and they made it classey and beautiful. They were able to accent both of our personalities in all of the touches. All of my attendants loved they. Shelley and Lexie were so pleasant. They managed all of the details while keeping me calm and stree free. I can not say enought good things about these sweet, stylish and fun girls.

If you are planning a south shore wedding and need a planner, look no further, Shelley and Where The Magic Begins is the best of the best. I was lucky enought to find her through my own internet research.Initially I though I could plan the entire wedding on my own. WOW was I wrong!! Thankfully I came to my senses and hired Shelley and her Magic team to coordinate our fairytale wedding. Not only does she know the best venues in the surrounding areas, but she knows all the best wedding vendors. And it gets better, she provides checklist, recommendations, countless emails and phone calls and most of all great support during the planning process. Shelley knows how to keep focused, organized and on track

I hired Shelley as the day-of coordinator for my daughters recent wedding based on many of the reviews on this site and our own interview process. Unfortunately, our personal experience did not go as well. She almost was not able to come to the set up of the reception ( ours was a diy ceremony and reception and there were many details she needed to be aware of ), once there she was fine, but didn't go to the rehearsal to help with the line up and hear how things will be going on the wedding day. On the day of, she was not there when venders arrived, my friends had to set up for cocktail hour, etc. In general, we were just very disappointed and not sure about what we paid for. I would greatly hesitate before hiring this company for your wedding.

My experience with Shelley was below average, I had to basically be my own wedding Cordinator the day of my wedding. My vendors were not impressed with Shelley and neither was my wedding party. She was very nice when we first met her and seemed to know what she was talking about, but as my wedding got closer she seemed to drop the ball and on my wedding day and my rehearsal ceremony that was beyond obvious. I hope she lives up to her expectations if you hire her.
