WOW! I don’t know where to start but let’s just say 10/10 would recommend. In every lifetime, we would choose Lonnie to marry us over and over again. He exceeded our expectations. When we were looking for someone to marry us our requirements included someone who was experienced, someone who allowed us to have input on our wedding script for the ceremony, and most importantly someone who has “THE VOICE”. What we mean by “the voice” is someone who can speak confidently, speak well, and sound professional while sounding like they have known us for years and years like a family member. We had so many compliments on our wedding ceremony, our hearts felt so full. Lonnie is so kind and was so fun to work with. At the end of the wedding ceremony, Lonnie made sure our witnesses signed the marriage license paperwork and he took the initiative on sending our marriage certificate and license to our county. Lonnie gave us a tracking number to ensure we were able to know when the paperwork was recorded. Lastly, Lonnie gave us a beautiful box with our ceremony script, certificate of marriage, and thank you card. Our hearts are so full. We are literally shedding tears reminiscing about our ceremony and writing this review. All in all, if you are looking for an officiant, look no further. If you are reading this, this is a sign to book with Lonnie. -

If we could give above 5 stars we would in a heartbeat. Lonnie has been nothing short of a privilege to work with. My now husband and I are both extremely introverted. So needless to say standing in front of a crowd of people and opening our hearts by sharing our story of love and growth was a nightmarish thought to say the least. However, Lonnie set a clear boundary: we are the captain of the ship, he is a navigator. He was able to use our input to formulate a tremendous narrative that embodies our relationship. He took his time over months and multiple meetings to ensure it was perfect for us. He got us to open up and relax on the big day. In the end it was nothing short of perfect and after the ceremony his storytelling helped bring together both sides of the family (many of whom strangers) to talk about where they fit in in our story. It brought everyone together and was the catalyst for a wonderful night. I can say for certain that it wouldn’t have been the same without Lonnie’s hard work, passion, professionalism, and experience. Look no further when researching for an officiant. Lonnie is the best one out there for you. -

Hard working
He worked with us when we didn’t really have any ideas on what to do he gave suggestions and advice which was amazing. He is very passionate about his work wrote an amazing speech that made everyone laugh and enjoy. He really makes it feel like it’s your day by not rushing and only scheduling your wedding or event as the only one for the day so you don’t feel rushed one bit -

From our very first interaction, we knew Lonnie was the one for us. His passion for love was apparent and poured through as he spoke. He was flexible in every aspect. Lonnie took the time to get to know us on a personal level and adjusted every little detail to fit. Lonnie invited an open dialog via email and text, including multiple Zoom Meetings. We always felt heard and respected. Lonnie and his husband Danilo have become family to us. We really couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! We are forever grateful and cannot sing Lonnie’s praises enough. -

We found Lonnie while searching for an officient for our Lake Tahoe small wedding. Instantly, when we met Lonnie, we knew he was a great fit. He is not just doing this as a hustle for money, he is genuinely invested in creating a beautiful and meaningful ceremony. Lonnie was very responsive and worked with my husband and I to create our program/vows and even suggested a few ideas to make our moment even more magical. Ours was a faith-based ceremony for a large blended family...our second marriage. Lonnie mixed the perfect amount of tradition/faith based script with modern day humor and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend! -

The best decision we made was hiring Lonnie!
Lonnie was a blessing in so many ways! We can not say enough great things about him and all that he did for us. We had multiple zoom meetings to finalize every part of the ceremony, we were given complete control over changes and tweaks and we were also able to add in special touches that made it personal. Lonnie got to know us. He created a story of our love timeline and made it into quite the celebration. Lonnie was not only on time but early to help with final touches. We did not have an elaborate ceremony but Lonnie truly took charge. Not only did he submit our license for us, we left that day with a complete care package including our script. Did we mention he was affordable? Nothing about Lonnie was cheap, but his prices were perfect for our low budget that's for sure! Very highly recommended. I honestly can't recommend him enough. There is so much you don't think about. Luckily he has you covered! -

Lonnie was the perfect choice.
He personalizes his service directly to you as a couple, he could be the most formal host or the least. He makes it easy for you to engage with the planning and stays organized so there's never miscommunication. He's incredibly easy to work with, and he executes the ceremony reliably, especially by offering rehearsal.
More importantly to us, he was one of the warmest people at our ceremony. He was easy for everyone to talk to and get along with, from my far left LGBT friends to my conservative father. He's a reverend that performed a great secular ceremony for us. He even had us review every word of the ceremony beforehand to make sure it fit our needs.
If you're on his page to begin with, I genuinely can't think of a scenario he wouldn't fit perfectly. I'm sure another officiant would have done fine, but no other officiant would have felt this special for us. -

We had the most fantastic experience with Lonnie! We wanted someone who has a true passion for love and weddings to officiate our special moment, and he delivered in every way. From our first meeting with Lonnie, we knew he was the one! He made our ceremony so special and memorable, all of our guests adored him. His attention, knowledge, and passion for everything wedding is so evident, both when we met with him and at our wedding. He was the perfect fit for our intimate ceremony. When our original plan for a family member to officiate our wedding fell through a month before the wedding, we were scrambling to find someone to marry us. So we were very lucky to have found Lonnie, who brought so much joy to our wedding day. He made the process of planning the ceremony easy, helping us keep organized and on-track with writing our vows, planning out the ceremony run-of-show, and more. His love of weddings and expertise shone through during our ceremony - he curated a lovely script that managed to reflect the love my bride and I share. He's great on the mic too - our guests loved him. Finally, we truly appreciate how we were able to just hand him our marriage license and he just took care of the rest. Highly recommend Lonnie - you'll be glad you had him too! -

Lonnie is so amazing. He brings out an uplifting energetic energy. He really gets to know you to be able to write an incredible script for your ceremony. We received nothing but compliments on how beautifully and detail-oriented his ceremony was. We also took advantage of his premarital counseling sessions. They were great openers for my newlywed husband and me to challenge and dig deeper. His organization for the ceremony helps tremendously, taking much of the planning work off your shoulders. He listened attentively to our wants and needs. You are a blessing Lonnie Thank you! -

This was mine and my husband's first time getting married or even planning a wedding. We were completely lost; but my husband found Lonnie online and he was everything we could ask for and more! He responded to our online request within 20 minutes, and met with us the next day with tons of information and tools to help guide us with our wedding ceremony. Lonnie did more than just officiate. He took the time to explain the traditions and norms with us, he coordinated with our photographer to make sure they captured all of the important moments with us, and ensured we got our marriage license signed while we were swept off to take photos. With Lonnie we were able to meet online and develop a script which made it so much more convenient. He also gifted us beautiful candles for our unity candle ceremony... you can just tell Lonnie LOVES what he does. I'm sure I must be missing some details about all of the things he did to make our experience so simple and wonderful. Lonnie is so much more than an officiant; he treated us like family and really made us feel special. Will recommend to EVERYONE! LOL. Thank you, Lonnie!!! -

Selecting an officiant for our vow renewal was nerve racking at first. However; the minute we met Lonnie, he made us feel at ease. After our first meeting, it was clear to us how much he truly loves and cares what he does. Throughout the entire process, Lonnie was extremely attentive, caring, professional, & patient. Reverend Wheeler is the best
Reverend Wheeler was absolutely the best, we had a zoom meeting, gave him our story and he wrote our vows to fit our life story and added a couple prayers that fit us perfectly. His personality and alway smiling made our wedding one of a kind. If you are in need of an officiant Wheeler is the best👍 everyone at our wedding loved him, even the photographer commented on how professional he was.

Lonnie is awesome!
Lonnie was great as our officiant. He made sure we were comfortable and at ease the day of the wedding. Before, he made sure to have a couple zoom meetings so we could all virtually meet before the big day! He came up with so many wonderful things to say - it was so heartfelt. Everyone kept complementing the ceremony afterwards! I would definitely recommend Lonnie over and over again to anyone looking for an officiant! You will be happy you chose him :) -
