Couldn’t have been happier
We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding reception. Everyone was so responsive and professional, and the food and service was excellent. Our guests had a wonderful experience as well!

Best venue!
Wetherington went above and beyond for what we could have imagine for our wedding! Both Jessica and Ashley are attentive, caring, and very professional. The venue is beyond beautiful. Loved that we could have our ceremony and reception there with (200 people invited) 150 that attended. The price point is great for what you get. The food was excellent and the servers were very sweet. Love that you can also get ready for your big day at the venue starting at 9am- made our lives easy. If you are thinking of getting married here, this is your sign!

Amazing place for a wedding!
Ashley, Jessica and the entire staff at Wetherington did an AMAZING job with my son's wedding! Their attention to every little detail made the wedding and reception flawless! They were easy to work with and very accommodating of all of our special requests. The food and service was spectacular!! The bride and bridesmaids (and groom and groomsmen) LOVED getting ready and spending the day in the ladies'/men's lounges. Wetherington was the PERFECT place for their wedding and I would highly recommend!!

Most beautiful wedding venue!
Ashley and Jessica are the absolute best! They were so easy to work with and really nailed down any details or special requests we had. They always responded to any random questions we had almost immediately, and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire wedding day. We had both our ceremony and reception at Wetherington, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments on the venue itself, the food, and the service! It was super easy to stay on site all day too, from having separate getting ready rooms for both the ladies & guys, to the amount of photo locations, and the ceremony & reception spaces themselves. Not to mention, it was super easy to book a room block & shuttle service through their hotel partner - which was only a 5 minute drive away! There's also so many things to do nearby for guests coming in from out of town! We could go on & on about how much we loved Wetherington, but we would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue!

Get married at the Wetherington, it's amazing!
Our experience at the Wetherington was phenomenal. Ashley and Jessica were incredible to work with from the start of wedding planning through the day of our wedding. Their communication was great, and on the day of the wedding the entire Wetherington staff was right there with us every step of the way. They checked on us while we were getting ready, were there to answer any and all set up questions we had, fixed my veil and dress as I walked down the aisle, and they were incredibly attentive to us and our guests throughout the entire ceremony and reception. I think everyone should get married at the Wetherington! We had an amazing experience!

Wonderful experience
My daughter and son-in- law chose Wetherington Golf and Country Club for their wedding reception. I cannot say enough positive things about their beautiful wedding venue and well trained staff. From start to finish the reception went off without a hitch. Plus they were very accommodating and flexible with the date change due to COVID. Ashley was excellent to work with - from the communication, planning, and execution, she was always on top of things and made their dreams become a reality. I highly recommend Wetherington Golf and Country Club!

Beautiful venue and delicious food!! So many compliments from our guests! The pre-planning went off without a hitch on the day of the wedding and we got to enjoy every minute of this special day. Wetherington handled everything with class and worked well with all of our other vendors.

Highly recommend Wetherington! It’s a beautiful place to hold a reception, very spacious without feeling like there is a lot of unused space, large dance floor, beautiful outside deck area, it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Ashley and all the staff at Wetherington go above and beyond to be helpful! The food is amazing, I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from our guest saying it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend Wetherington for your wedding

Beautiful and organized venue
Would recommend to all! The venue is beautiful inside and out, the food is great, and the communication and organization from day one are top notch! Ashley and staff had the event running smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better service. So nice to know we could enjoy the day without worrying about anything!

It was easy for us to choose to host our wedding reception at the Wetherington. I've always loved the grand, classic architecture of the building. My sister had her wedding reception at the Wethering 2 years ago, and we were so pleased my husband and I chose to have our wedding reception there as well! Ashley is wonderful to work with—professional, helpful, accommodating, responsive, and personable. From our first tour to the tasting and then the actual event, everything went smoothly and perfectly! We love the space. We were able to use the beautiful locker rooms for getting ready, we had lunch served for the bridal party, and then we took pictures on the beautiful golf course. Everyone on the course was so kind and accommodating of our taking pictures at some of the most picturesque spots. The food was delicious (their house salad dressing, the chicken marsala, and the pork were divine), and the wine and beer options at the bar offered a greater variety than your standard bar package! Our guests had a fantastic time and kept complimenting the food and how great the serving staff were. The food was served hot and the staff kept water glasses filled. The space is so beautiful and was perfect for our wedding of 200 people. We couldn't have been happier with the Wetherington!

We had our wedding reception at Wetherington in May and it was the best day or our lives! Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. Wetherington was beautiful, affordable, and willing to cater to our every need. They went out of their way for me to play a round of golf before the wedding, let us customize a menu to serve breakfast for dinner, and so many other things I can't even name them all. My wife and I would recommend Wetherington to any couple looking for the perfect, elegant reception hall for a price they can afford. We can't thank them enough for everything did and will remember them forever!

The personnel were great. The atmosphere was perfect and so was the food and servers. I received so many compliments about the food, drinks and setting. The prices are not cheap; but, definitely worth it.

I was a little nervous when several of my contacts at Wetherington moved on to different positions. But, Ashley, the new woman brought on board was great! The weeks leading up to the wedding, she was in constant contact with my mom and I, making sure that everything was squared away. On the day of our wedding, the staff was very helpful in setting up. The meals were top notch (prepared by an award winning chef) and we received countless compliments.

Wethering Golf and Country Club provided a beautiful background for our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception on 4-07-12. Everyone commented on the beauty of the grounds and clubhouse, as well as the decor of the interior of the clubhouse. The site manager was outstanding in service and follow through; he implemented everything that I asked of him. In addition, the food was of high qualify for the reception. The prime rib, the chicken marsala, and the salmon with dill sauce were all delicious. The prime rib seemed to have been the crowd's favorite.

I LOVED Wetherington. I received such amazing service from them. The only negative thing I have to say is that it took them a while to return emails, but I understand that the manager has a lot on his plate. Our reception was beautiful and made for some amazing pictures. They also took care of everything for us so we didn't have to stress about getting anything decorated. I HIGHLY recommend Wetherington!

The bride!
The Wetherington was recommended to us by a friend who was getting married the same year, but when me, and my now husband, saw how beautiful the venue was in person, we knew we had to book for our 2020 wedding. Although we had to reschedule due to Covid, for September of 2021, we knew we'd have the wedding we both dreamed of. The gorgeous staircase leading to lovely greenery out back, made for a breathtaking outdoor ceremony! Not to mention, the inside for the reception looked amazing, and Ashley was very helpful in answering all of our questions and the rest of the staff on the big night were very accommodating as well. The only thing I would say, with the cost of having such an amazing wedding at this venue, it would have been nice if they would have provided us a bottle of champagne and not had my bridesmaids buy it for us before the ceremony, just saying. But would recommend for sure.
