My fiancée and I signed with the Westwood before they even broke ground. What had the potential to be a stressful situation, was the most magical experience ever. Every single person on the Westwood team, from the planners, to the linens, to the owners themselves, were so incredibly intentional along every step of the way. When you look at pictures and tour the Westwood you see the most beautiful wedding venue, but when you have your wedding at the Westwood, you feel the love, intentionality, and timelessness every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend this venue more, thank you forever Westwood for our perfect day🤍 -

Westwood was amazing from start to finish of our wedding process. The team was communicative and professional. The design of Westwood is very intentional and flows perfectly throughout the wedding day. We had 235 guests and the space was perfect to accommodate our guest count. Drinks were amazing as well. Our wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was without Westwood! -

Me and my husband got married here, June 11 through the entire process. They were very communicative, kind easy to work with. The space allowed for so much freedom and creativity to really create your own vision. The biggest advice I would give would be to do bar pricing per person and not on consumption, also be sure you review and understand bar pricing during your planning stages. Another token of advice would be to review what time tear down begins (or when it is ok for the team to start tearing down). The planning process went great we had multiple walk through meetings and emails throughout so that things went smoothly the day of! This venue is incredibly photographer friendly with so many spots of perfection! One of my most received compliments from my bridesmaids was the get ready space, I had 8 bridesmaids plus my mother and me in the room with three vendors the room still had extra room to spare it was amazing! This venue is truly the home run of venues!
For references we had 115 guests, Thursday wedding, June 11th, we didn’t do early access or late access and it was perfect! -

Westwood is hands down one of the best wedding venues I’ve had the pleasure of DJing at. The location is stunning, with a beautiful mix of wooded spaces, a western lake, and architecture that feels both elegant and inviting. The ceremony space has a clean, conservatory-style design, the reception hall is perfect for a big celebration, and the cocktail courtyard at golden hour is next-level. As a DJ whose been at venues across the Midwest, I can confidently say the acoustics are excellent—music sounds great no matter where you are. But what really makes Westwood stand out is the staff. Everyone, from the coordinators to the bartenders, are super friendly, professional, and always on top of things. You can tell they genuinely care about making each wedding special. With space for up to 350 guests, it’s the perfect spot for couples looking to throw an amazing party. -

we signed our contract in late 2024 for our June 2026 wedding- probably just as they were breaking ground! all things considered (living out of state, looking at mockups as building progressed, etc.) it was as smooth as you could ask for it to be! the day of- it started raining, changing our plans for outdoor cocktail hour. The team didn’t miss a beat, moved everything indoors, and I didn’t even know the difference.
the space itself is exactly what we were promised when they broke ground- spacious, classic, elegant and truly showstopping. You could have hardly any decor at all and it would still be one of the most beautiful venues you’ve ever seen🫶🏼
This space is exactly what central Indiana needed and I’m so glad we took a chance based off the renderings almost 2 years ago!! -

**If accessibility matters to your wedding party, Westwood is not the place.** They installed the same sound system as the Palladium but skipped the elevator to the bridal suite. Your options: rent Henry's (not equipped for bridal parties — no hair, makeup, or staging space) or squeeze into limited space downstairs. At our wedding, our groomsmen had to physically carry my Aunt up the stairs so she could get ready with me. If anyone in your party — or any guest — has mobility issues, think hard about this.
**The overcharging isn't subtle, and it's documented on their own social media.** At their "Grand Opening," booked couples were charged $25 to park in a baseball field and get shuttled in — a detail they didn't disclose until the day of. For $75, you could get VIP parking up front, conveniently reserved for friends and family of the owners. Paying customers in the cheap seats, insiders up front — make of that what you will. And once again: if you had accessibility needs, you found out about the parking situation four hours before your event, with no plan in place.
**The owner also changed outfits no less than three times at the Grand Opening alone** — who knows how many wardrobe changes happen at the other promotional parties she throws so often. Multiple costume changes for an event isn't cheap, and it's hard not to wonder how much of what we paid went toward funding that kind of spectacle instead of, say, an elevator.
**The "booked out for years" claim doesn't square with the constant promotional parties.** If you're really booked solid, why the ongoing push for exposure?
**Add-on costs pile up fast:** $300 for outside DJs to plug into their sound system, $125/hour for coat check attendants.
**The venue and grounds are genuinely beautiful** — but you're decorating roughly 18,000 sq ft, and that does not come cheap. Speaking as a bride who got married there in June 2026: don't expect any breaks on cost.
**Bottom line:** they're new, but "new" doesn't excuse repeated bad calls that vendors are already talking about. I wouldn't recommend Westwood. Had we known about the missing elevator upfront (we booked while still under early construction), we wouldn't have booked. A venue that prioritizes sound quality over basic accessibility for grandparents, parents, kids, and even the bride herself tells you everything you need to know about where their priorities sit.Westwood's reply:

The Terrace Suite was intentionally designed as a second-floor getting ready space and was never represented as having elevator access during previews or the booking process. For couples seeking a fully accessible preparation area, the Library Suite on the main level is included as a private getting ready option, complete with vanities, lounge seating, hanging space, and staging areas. We recognize that every couple's priorities are different, and we encourage anyone with accessibility requirements to discuss those needs with our team so we can recommend the space best suited to them.
Several other points in your review are also inaccurate. Parking logistics for our Grand Opening were communicated to attendees in advance through email and social media, and accessible parking adjacent to the venue remained reserved for guests who required it. Additionally, the seasonal coat check pricing listed is incorrect, and because your wedding featured a live band rather than a DJ, the A/V connection fee referenced was not part of your event.
Our seasonal events are hosted to provide booked couples with additional opportunities to experience the venue, meet preferred partners, enjoy complimentary tastings, and continue planning for their celebration. Our Grand Opening also served as a fundraiser, generating $20,000 for the Westfield Education Foundation. Likewise, the attire worn by our ownership team during that event was made possible through longstanding partnerships with local bridal boutiques and has no connection to our wedding pricing.
Westwood is intentionally designed for couples whose priorities align with what our venue offers, and we understand that no venue is the right fit for everyone. We remain committed to being transparent about our spaces, pricing, and amenities so couples can make the decision that best serves their celebration.
