  We rented silver ballroom chairs from here. They chairs were delivered in a timely manner, they were easy and professional to work with, and the ballroom chairs really added to the decor of the reception.

  Westside Party and Tent rental provided beautiful glasses and fabulous gold Chiavari chairs for our wedding.
  The chairs were perfect- they looked like they had never been used before. The glasses were sparkling.
  
  They helped make the ballroom magical.
  
  Every person at Westside was wonderful to work with and went out of their way to find the exact glasses we needed and the exact chairs. A great recommendation for them!!

  My experience with Westside was really great. The website was easy to use and helped me to pick out all of my rentals. The staff that came to deliver we're so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

  We rented a heated tent from them, which was put up the day before the wedding. They were very personable and easy to work with.

  Westside delivered on time on a Sunday Morning, and returned on time for the pick-up Sunday night. The chiavari chairs were in good condition, and the cushions were clean. Prices are good.

  Overall I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of our rental. For our wedding, we had all flatware, barware, plates, linens and ghost chairs from Westside and the communication leading up to the event was professional and fast, as was the delivery and pickup. I would definitely use them again.

  These people were on time sandr got everything to my party took them back the day they said they were going to pick it up... I also felt that the prices were pretty reasonable. I would book another party with them!

  Westside party was fantastic to work with and would use again. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. Took the time to answer any questions. For my cocktail area I used a special prop, their boxwood hedge, in a unique way. They loved the idea and worked with me so it would be set up perfectly.
  Their ballroom chairs in great condition and perfect value.
  All around great vendor!

  These guys were booked by my caterer, but we paid them directly. I found their products okay (not stellar), however, they are quite gruff on the phone, with very little customer service. Their estimates are all hand-written, which makes it difficult to change orders, and I had to go over my invoice several times because some prices differed from their website prices. (they corrected it when I showed them the errors). After the event, they said many things were missing, which our caterers don't believe. It's hard to say who's telling the truth, though. they also forgot to bring 6 serving platters, so that was inconvenient for the caterers (we didn't know until afterward, I guess they made it work!). All in all, they have better bang for your buck price-wise, but their customer service is pretty rough. It took me a while to get my deposit back from them too. I called at least 4 times. Party Rental, Ltd. seems to be the higher-class option, if you can afford the prices.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They were incredibly rude on the day of my wedding. They did not deliver the tent at the time they said they would and then charged my credit card. When I spoke to Marty, from the company, he was outright rude and offensive, even though it was their mistake. You don't have to pay good money for this kind of service. There are plenty of tent rental places in New York that will be professional and courteous. I would never do business with them again. I strongly advise you stay away.
