5 Stars all the way! Our wedding at Westfield River Brewing Company was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sergio and Renee. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Renee, in particular, is a legit fairy godmother – she took care of every detail and kept everything running smoothly. She was also incredibly kind and thoughtful with our elderly grandparents, making sure they were comfortable and happy throughout the day. The venue itself was stunning, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have their dream wedding! -

Our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception was held at the Westfield River Brewing Company two weeks ago. Everything was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or people to work with. Sergio couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive to our many questions and was readily accessible through Zoom, email and in person. His suggestions and calm demeanor were just what we needed when planning. Reneé was invaluable during our rehearsal and made sure we had anything we needed for all aspects of the day. Brooke and Nick got the wedding that they wanted and nothing could have made us happier. An apple cider and rum signature drink they created for us was perfect for an autumn evening, and also beautiful with a cinnamon and sugar rim and apple slice. We highly recommend this unique location and the staff. -

WRBC fit perfectly into the "backyard BBQ" vibe for our wedding reception. We loved the interior of the barn (we sat all our friends on the 'third floor,' which was so fun!) and the outside space on the patio (we rented a fire pit, which was a huge hit). Haley, our coordinator, was a big part of the reason we choose WRBC! She was professional, flexible, and kind. Haley was easy to communicate with via email in the planning process and she made us feel supported and special on our day! We were able to get everything set up the day before and pick up our decorations the morning after. The bartenders were excellent and the drinks were delicious! We heard great things from our guests about how unique and charming the venue was! Thank you, Haley and WRBC, for making our wedding such a fun and wonderful experience! -

We visited half a dozen other venues but as soon as we walked in, we said "this is it". WRBC has the perfect mix of rustic charm and natural beauty, the kind of place that is somehow both unique and familiar at the same time. The lofted levels in the barn are beautiful and make for a really different and engaging floorplan. We knew wanted to do our ceremony outdoors, and they provided a stunning meadow surrounded by forest for just that. They were also the only venue we visited that had a reasonable and thorough contingency plan for bad weather and were dog friendly (which was super important to us!)
Moira and her staff were experienced, accommodating, and all around a delight to work with. Moira coordinated directly with our other vendors (caterers, decor, DJ, etc.) so we didn't need to worry about a thing the day of. We knew we wanted to have food trucks cater the wedding and they were super flexible with that (as opposed to other venues that require you use a certain list of vendors). The bartenders kept the drinks flowing all night, and even worked with us to make signature cocktails and mocktails with fresh fruit and herbs that got rave reviews.
Moira and her team were also great at giving us plenty of time to drop off supplies/decor the day before and then pick up the morning after, and were AMAZING at bringing our vision to life with very little direction. I basically left a jumble of books, flowers, and candles for them to set up the night before, and they made the venue look exactly how we dreamt it would, inside and out.
Literally, everything about our wedding at WRBC was better than we could ever have hoped for. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and the execution of the day. Thank you Moira and WRBC!

Flawless Wedding
Moira made the whole coordination process so seamless that I did not have to stress about any logistics leading up to my wedding and during my wedding! The venue was so beautiful and unique. I would definitely recommend for any event!! Cannot wait to go back as a patron! -

10•09•2021 Fall Wedding
I couldn’t thank this venue and Moira enough! As soon as we went for a tour I knew it was the perfect venue. From start to finish Moira was amazing to work with, I could never bother her enough and she was always fast to respond with any advice or tips. The day of she set everything up just as I had imagined and made sure to keep everyone on track. Nothing I wanted or needed was too far out of reach. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue, coordinator or wedding. It truly was everything I dreamed of and more! -

I had heard about WRBC from my now mother in law. When she mentioned this location, I immediately looked it up and said This is it!! While visiting family in Southwick, Moira was able to accommodate our schedule for a tour. We barely got finished touring and my husband and I decided this was the venue for us. We secured our date right then and there. Moira made planning a wedding from out of state beyond easy. Any and every question I had, she had an answer. Any concern I had, she was on it. She kept telling me this is your day, don’t worry about anything. That is my job! I had a certain way that I wanted items setup and Moira asked for any and all pictures so she could make it happen. She delivered. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting and set up. What I envisioned in my head while planning she brought to life!!!
I have read another review where someone mentioned having Moira was like having a fairy god mother with the swish of her wand, she made it happen. I have to say, this is the absolute best way to describe Moira and the whole team at WRBC! -

Perfect fall wedding venue
My husband Ben and I dreamed of finding our perfect wedding venue, a brewery with a rustic feel. We are both avoid craft beer lovers and looked a few different options, but nothing had quite the laid back, rustic feel we were hoping for, until we met Moira at Westfield River Brewing Company. As soon as took a step inside the beautiful barn at the brewery, we knew it was what we had been looking for. Moira made us feel at home and we knew our dream day was in excellent hands. Moira was helpful, responsive and went above and beyond every single step of the day leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding, I arrived to the venue and thought I walked into a dream. Moira did an unbelievable job setting up all the stuff I had left for her, which was a lot she is a true hero, I couldn’t believe my eyes. We were unsure about the rain that and if our ceremony had to pushed to inside, but Moira eased my mind and fears and assured me We’d have the perfect day regardless. Well the rain held out and we got to have our ceremony and photos outside just as planned. It was absolutely beautiful! The field and arbor outside are perfect for any dream fall wedding. There are endless spots for beautiful photos with the old silos and open fields surrounded by all the fall foliage. The outdoor patio and barn are perfect for cocktail hour. The barn for the reception is a rustic dream. Everything about this venue was perfect. Moira was nothing sort of an absolute blessing. She helped in every possible way imaginable. She even helped the groom and groomsmen put on their boutonnières! I cannot thank her and Westfield River Brewing Company enough for making mine and Ben’s wedding day an absolute dream. Our guests will not stop talking about our amazing day and how truly stunning the venue was! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, the Skivers. -

Moira and the rest of the WRBC team gave us the stress free wedding of our dreams! The planning process was a breeze and Moira was always available to answer all our questions. Moira set up all our decorations from the ceremony site on the hill to the reception and it was everything I had hoped for and more. The ceremony was up on the hill overlooking the barn, the cocktail hour was on the outdoor patio and dinner and reception was inside the barn. This location is a gorgeous rustic dream and the staff is even more incredible! Moira waved her magic wand and made all our wedding dreams come true. The entire staff feels like family now and I cannot thank them enough For giving us the wedding of a lifetime! ❤️
I would recommend this location for events other than a wedding as well! We had brunch in the barn where our reception was the next day for our wedding guests that stayed overnight and Moira made that perfect for us as well! ❤️❤️ -

Fantastic experience
Moira, the coordinator, was definitely one of those people who is always ontop of everything. She made any request sound like it wasn't a problem and any problems that did pop up were handled swiftly and with skill and professionalism.
The venue was beautiful and all our vendors knew exactly where to go and how to set up for our event. Our event was held completely indoors due to rain but that didn't stop the party. Bar tenders kept the drinks flowing and all our guests happy. -

The WRBC’s customer service made my wedding planning with them a breeze. Moira & Sergio answered every question and request I had with YES! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a romantic & authentic aesthetic. The foliage and sunset on their farm fields are pure magic. Once in the barn, the layout was tricky BUT the night of my wedding SO many of my guests complimented the space and enjoyed all of the organic & charming nooks and crannies it has to offer. And the Red Sangria by their own distillery, Tobacco Road was EVERYTHING. -

Wish it could be no stars. Had our wedding here after a snow storm occurred a week before and barely any of the snow was cleaned up on the back patio. I had to basically force them to clear more space for our wedding party to utilize the outside space for pictures as snow for wedding photos in the winter is a must. What was cleared clearly looked like someone used the restroom outside where the photos would have taken place. Inside the venue there was a window located behind where our ceremony was taking place, our officiant said it would be a problem because of back lighting the day before during rehearsal and our photographer, and videographer both brought it to his attention again day of. One of our guests offered to help put it up because they were throwing a fit about having to put it up. Our wedding arch was broken by their staff during breakdown and our dessert display was thrown away without anyone asking if we were keeping it. We were also told the downstairs taproom would be closed during the duration of our event verbally so we would have use of the entire building but they opened the taproom to the public not even halfway through our event. Our complimentary event coordinator left partway through our event and did not return. We were told by her she would take care of “extra” things not provided by the venue with no problem when we had guests and members of our wedding party willing to step up if needed. The owner does not take responsibility for his wrongdoings and will try to throw contradictory details from the contract in your face to say they could charge you more money for them “going above and beyond” but they chose not to do so when we were told by the event coordinator personally there would be no issues. The owner added stress to our day that was supposed to be special for us. If you do book with this venue get every detail in writing or you will be screwed over after your event has ended and they already have your money.
