Westborn (Berkley) - Stunning Wedding Flowers, Reasonable Price

Westborn exceeded my expectations when it came to my wedding flowers! My fiancé and I considered flowers and an important part of our wedding day and overall aesthetic, but we were not willing to pay an outrageous amount for them. We both already loved the everyday arrangements Westborn created for their market, so Westborn seemed like the perfect choice for beautiful, but reasonably priced arrangements. I had a loose vision for what I wanted, and Elizabeth was SO helpful in taking that and making it something better than I could have ever imagined. The flowers were absolutely stunning and arranged beautifully. We got so many compliments from both guests and staff. And for what we paid we were shocked at how big the arrangements were. These arrangements were dense and sturdy! Every bouquet, boutonniere, centerpiece, and special feature looked fresh and picture perfect all day and night. We donated many of the arrangements but kept a couple and they lasted for a very long time. I can't recommend Westborn enough for you wedding flowers!!! This is your mid-price range spot!!!

We worked with Jeanie Mundy at the Berkley location for our wedding flowers and could not be happier with our experience. Jeanie is an amazing consultant, incredibly responsive and professional, not to mention extremely talented! She understood our vision to a T and brought it to life. The arrangements were so unique and dynamic and best part... within our budget. Jeanie was extremely thoughtful with her selections to ensure the flowers were not only beautiful but affordable.

I did not want to spend a fortune on flowers for my wedding, but I still wanted beautiful bouquets, and Westborn delivered big time! Jeanie met with me once to go over my vision for the flower choices, and then we corresponded several times after to narrow down choices, and she assisted with cutting some costs from the bridesmaids' bouquets as well. We received so many compliments from guests and the bridal party about their flowers, as the roses were so gorgeous as well as all of the added greenery.
I will definitely be using Westborn again for floral arrangements, and sending the husband :)

Richard at the Livonia location is a dream to work with. We ordered simple flowers (Baby's Breath and Greenery) but he still carved out a time to meet with us and go over every detail of our wedding and the flowers we wanted. We also order corsages for the mothers and boutonnieres for the groomsmen, groom, and fathers. Everything was just as planned. Richard called with any questions or misunderstandings he might have had on his end. I would recommend his services to any bride looking for a great, talented, professional, and personable florist.

Richard did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. He took the time to talk to you and hand create arrangements instead of just showing you a book. I highly recommend.

We used the Westborn Market in Livonia and were very happy with the flowers. They ended up even prettier than we imagined, and really popped. The staff paid meticulous attention to the details and made us feel better about the whole process. It was also a good value, they were not out to up-charge us on anything we didn't feel we needed.

I worked with Nicole and she was a true pro! We were very demanding customers at times, and Westborn rose to the task. Their arrangements turned out to be simple yet elegant, and bouquets were phenomenal. This was one of the first and best choices we made when planning our wedding. I don;t think you could do much better for the price with regards to expertise and quality of service. I will be using them for all future functions and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Richard at Westborn Market in Livonia saved the day!!! I had originally booked a different florist for our wedding. Two weeks before our wedding I was forced to find a different florist. I called Richard at Westborn from a recommendation of a friend of mine who had her flowers done there a month prior for her wedding. I told Richard that I was in a bind and didn't know if he could help on such short notice. Richard asked me what I needed and I told him and he said what type of flowers and I said I could email him a picture. He said ok this is the email address and I will call you first thing in the morning and let you know if we can help you out. I sent the picture of what I wanted with a list of what I needed them for. He called me 10 minutes after the store opened the next morning and we went over my quote and said that they could do the job for me. He gave me 3 different price points without knowing my budget and he came right in where the other florist did, with better flowers. I chose the most expensive choice because he was so reasonable. I was more confident in talking to Richard over the phone then I ever was after meeting my previous florist in person. The flowers on my wedding day were absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for better quality service. I will use Westborn for any of my flower needs from now on. So happy that I ended up using Richard.

Westborn hosted my bridal shower (in the green house at the Livonia location) and did all of my floral arrangements for my shower and wedding. Needless to say they are the best florist around in my opinion. I worked specifically with Nicole Magewick out of the Berkely store and she is my new favorite person. She was very professional and helped me a lot with taking my thoughts of what I wanted and making it a reality (looks and price). She can work with any budget and make it look absolutely wonderful. The day of my wedding everything was PERFECT. I highly recommend Westborn!

For someone that didn't care about flowers on her wedding day, I will fully admit that they became one of my favorite details. After speaking with Richard a year before my wedding, I knew instantly I wanted him to create my bouquets. I didn't have any real vision or particular flowers that I wanted. I left it completely up to Richard to decide what would look good and what wouldn't. After I put down my deposit, he created me sample bouquets (free of charge) and allowed me to take pictures and discuss my thoughts. Seeing my bouquets on my wedding day left me speechless. They were so gorgeous and provided that "pop" that you always hope a bouquet will. Simply amazing. Thank you Richard and your staff for everything. It was truly appreciated and made me really appreciate allowing a florist to do what he does best and create something incredible.

My flowers were sooo beautiful at the wedding! They turned out amazing! I had Westborn Market of Livonia and Richard did my flowers. He is so nice and has such great ideas. He has so much knowledge of flowers too. The prices are very reasonable. Richard really knows how to make beautiful and hardy arrangements, they lasted for a long time after the wedding. He has you come to see samples of the flowers to ensure you like how they go together so he makes it an exciting process. You wont go wrong if you choose to go with them, they really exceeded my expectations!

Richard at Westborn Flower Market-Livonia is a true professional and choosing him for our wedding was the best decision we made. He knowledge and experience is endless and he puts so much thought and care into all he does--from our initial meetings to the final product. Richard's final products from the bouquets to centerpieces were breathtaking! I would HIGHLY recommend Richard for any floral work. Additionally, Pam assisted in setting up our church flowers, assisted with passing out boutonnieres, delivering bouquets to the correct girls, setting up our church flowers and arranging our centerpieces at our venue. They are an amazing team.

Kelly at the Deaborn location did the flowers for my October wedding. They exceeded my expectations and were even more beautiful than I could have imagined! The price was very reasonable.

We ordered our wedding bouquets from Westborn and they were fabulous! Richard did a great job! He is very friendly and offers wonderful advice. We were on a tight budget and Westborn let us have exactly what we wanted at the right price! We were very happy with their service. They were on time and just beautiful.

Our flowers were beautiful! Richard and the team at Westborn in Livonia did an amazing job. When I met with Richard and explained my color scheme, he came up with several flowers, etc that would work well together and fit with my vision. Richard made me a sample certerpiece and bouquet, so that I had an idea of what the flowers would look like before booking. The flowers surpassed my expectations and we received so many compliments. The Westborn Floral Department will work with any budget and will make sure that the floral arrangements meet your expectations. I have already recommended Westborn-Livonia to future brides! Great experience!!

The centerpieces, tall and short, took my breathe away. They were sooo much more than what I expected! The talent in Victor is beyond measure!
They delivered and set up early and saved me money in the delivery process (it's not often someone getting paid has your back).
Victor and Westborn delivered EXACTLY what I wanted, and did it for just over HALF of what three other florists had quoted me. Not only did he beat them in substantially in cost, but he did something they didn't do; LISTENED to what I wanted, and didn't insist on "hiding" memorial additions to my bouquet or creating larger centerpieces because they didn't fit their "image". Westborn delivered MY IMAGE.

Oh my gosh! My flowers were awesome! Victor and Richard (and the team at Livonia and Dearborn), did a gret job on my flowers. We got nearly twice what we expected and they were gorgeous. After my original vendor just didn't get it and basically wanted me to put the flowers in the vase for her, I had to find another florist three weeks before the wedding. How lucky I was that Westborn was available and so happy and willing to help. The design was beautiful and they spend hours helping us set up. Highly recommend Wesborn for their design, value, talent and overall attention to the client! Thanks Westborn! I loved my flowers.

I'm not a big flower person but I wanted flowers for my wedding that were beautiful. I didn't have much of an idea that what I wanted. The florist took her time explaining the different flowers and how certain colors blended better with others. The final product was beautiful...they did such an amazing job!!! I would recommend Westborn Market (in Dearborn) to anyone who wants beautiful arrangements for their wedding.

A fantastic job of translating my dreams to reality. They listened to my wants, understood my budget and the results were more than I could hope for. I've worked for a variety of florists and I would choose Westborn over a traditional florist. Think outside the box and meet with one of their designers (Victor was my contact) and I think that you will be pleasantly suprised.

Im going by what my wife tells me on this one cuz she handled everything. I have to say the venue we used was beautiful after they were done. My wife had someone working with her and she did everything my wife asked. For the service and quality of the flowers, they were very well priced.

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! Nicole was such a pleasure to work with. She paid such close attention to our wants and needs. She helped with our vision and even worked with us to cut cost. We provided vases that apparently were going to be a challenge with the types of flowers we wanted and Nicole gave us other options. I was heartbroken but I bought the vases with out consulting with her first, my bad. Imagine my surprise when I walked into our reception and saw the flowers we wanted in the vases we provided Nicole made it work! It looked beautiful! She did such a wonderful job! I highly recommend Westborn Market and Nicole! Thank you for the beautiful job and rising to the challenge!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had a pleasure of working with Nicole from Westborn Market on my wedding decorations and flowers. First of all, the girl is a magician - she made everything look exactly like I wanted it to look even though my pictures of the flowers and decor were far from perfect!
She was open to every single idea and proposition that I have had and only made them even better by using her experience and knowledge to reach the point of perfection in every detail and every element of decoration.
Nicole also made some great referrals to me for other vendors that I needed which then have turned out to be the best choices Ive made for the wedding.
So, if you are a bride, here is a piece of advice put together all your ideas and pictures that you have found in regards to décor and flowers for the wedding, call up Westborn Market and arrange a meeting with Nicole she will make everything seam so easy and you will be very very happy with her work. I guarantee it!

All I can say is WOW. My mom and I met with Victor after meeting with some other florists. Some florists were very helpful and very pricey, and others were less expensive and less helpful. Victor brought me flowers to see in person and offered much advice to finalize our flowers and it was so easy! We didn't use all of his ideas, but when all was said and done, I felt very confident that when the flowers arrived, they would be PERFECT. I made some last minute changes and he had no trouble making the adjustments. When the flowers arrived day of, the delivery guy certainly knew his stuff. I think his name was Paul. He set up the vases for the bridesmaids and the boxes of corsages and boutonierres. The rose petals he circled around the cake was the most perfect circle. I only wish they were silks so I could keep them beautiful forever!

Westborn did an amazing job on my flowers, and Nicole, their wedding coordinator is so great to work with. I had all peonies for my ceremony and when they arrived at the church they were not only fresh and in great condition, but they took my breath away. Nicole managed to find teh exact color peony to match my blush wedding dress. Th ereception flowers were gorgeous as well- exactly wheat I imagined. Westborn truly helped make my day perfect.

If I could give higher ratings for Westborn Market's floral department, I would. Nicole is honestly like an angel -- so easy to work with and remarkably helpful. I went in with a very general idea of what I wanted, and she guided me through all of my questions and concerns. After a number of discussions, I decided on something I never thought I'd pick, but she showed me so many new things that I hadn't thought of before, so it was really exciting. On the day of the wedding, everything showed up on time and exactly how it was supposed to be. All of the flowers were STUNNING (we received an incredible number of compliments from our guests and even people who weren't there but have seen our album comment how lovely they were), and lasted for weeks after the ceremony. Again, I would give them 100 stars if I could. Amazingly reasonable in terms of price and their selection rivals any florist I visited prior to them. Definitely recommended by this former bride :)

I worked with Nicole at westborn and she was great! She did the bridal party flowers only and two arrangements for the cerememony. She included vases with all bouqets and we got to keep them! Everything came out amazing and I thought my bouquet was fabulous! She really listened to my ideas and added perfect touches to everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The price was the cheapest I found and the service was great!

This review is for the floral department. I got all my wedding flowers here - 200 white tulips for under $200. They also did my bouquet - a beautiful and simple bouquet of white tulips tied with black ribbon - for $40.

They were pleasant to deal with and the flowers were perfect, and cheap. I would definately reccommend using them for wedding flowers, especially if you plan to make your own arrangements.

This company was incredibly easy to work with. They had everything I wanted for my already-designed-in-my-head centerpieces. Our personal flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. They delivered, set-up and picked-up in a very timely manner. Their prices were by far the best.

Nicole was such a big help!! I changed my mind so many times and she was very flexible. I was very happy with all of the flowers and centerpieces. It was very elegant and done very nicely. They are very welcoming when you go to the store. You feel comfortable and happy you chose this place.

My flowers were beautiful. I got what I wanted and was able to make tweeks along the way, Nicole also worked within my budget. The 1 issue we had was the personel flower were to be left at the hotel with the reception flowers, which they weren't, the delivery guy just took them back to the market with him. Instead of having photos taken with the flowers, we were trying to locate them, an hour before the ceremony. They did quickly fix the problem once we altered them to it though.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful on out special day. They were so nice after the party the people took all the flowers so they wouldnt die. I cant believe the price of them too. You should buy from here.

Richard and his staff were amazing! The flowers were all beautiful! They took care of all of the reception set up for us. Everytime we spoke with him, you just got this sense that he knew what he was talking about and that he loved what he does!
