  Outstanding!

  Kim was extremely helpful in ensuring that our wedding day was perfect. She stayed calm and collected when we had to execute plan B due to thunderstorms. Kim and her assistant got right to work when they arrived to make sure our vision turned out and we stayed on schedule. I highly recommend working with Weot weddings if you are looking for a wedding coordinator. Thank you ladies!!

  Very Easy to work with

  This is my first time working with Ms. Kim, and she was awesome. I led the catering portion of the reception, and Kim made everything flow like everyone had done this dozens of times before. Very thorough in her communication, and you can tell that she has been part of many wedding days. Definitely would be glad to recommend to any of my clients!

  Life saver!

  Kim was literally the glue that held my wedding together. She worked extremely fast and did everything above and beyond expectations. Answered all questions in a timely manner, handled every bump along the way with grace. I couldn’t recommend her more. She is the kindest hard working human being and I would hire her 100 times over.

  Kim is an absolute dream!

  I booked Kim a little later than I should have (procrastinator here!), but she immediately jumped in head first to learn every detail about my wedding day! We had many phone calls and email exchanges, and she was always so quick to reply and gave my mom and I both (and my now husband too) SUCH peace of mind that our day would go perfectly. And it absolutely did! She handled everything behind the scenes and my husband and I were able to enjoy the day with zero stress. She even made sure we had water and stayed hydrated, and got us plates of food so we would make sure and eat. I love, love, loved working with Kim and absolutely recommend hiring her! She also traveled quite a distance for our special day, and I was beyond happy to have here there.

  Weot Weddings makes wedding planning easy!

  Kim was such a wonderful addition to our special day. She made she everything I wanted to happen went over smoothly and always made sure we were happy during our wedding day. She was so helpful leading up to the wedding with suggestions, working with vendors, etc. We even had a missing bouquet crisis and she gathered what she could find for makeshift bouquets at the last minute! You will love Kim!
