We were thrilled to have Wendy’s guidance along the way as we planned our wedding. On the day of our wedding, every detail went perfectly (or if it didn’t, we never knew!). Wendy coordinated all our vendors, ensured all our decor was in place, moved the florals around from the ceremony to the reception, and made sure we had no worries and just enjoyed the day!
We also hired her for our morning after brunch and again, we slept well after our wedding knowing Wendy had it all covered to make our post wedding brunch run smoothly. I would highly recommend hiring Wendy for your event. She is thorough, professional, incredibly helpful and very kind! -

I truly cannot recommend Wendy enough for your wedding planning and floral services. She is so thoughtful, kind, pays great attention to detail and your wedding wishes, and entirely capable of making any wedding vision come to life. She is the reason why my wedding vision came true, and I felt from the moment I booked her to the moment we waved goodbye at our wedding exit that we were in good hands (and even during clean up). She has a wonderful personality and is very professional, and you’ll love working with her! I also have worked with Wendy in the industry as I am also a professional wedding photographer of 10+ years. She is so easy to work with, and the number 1 planner/day of coordinator that I’ve ever worked with. Wendy literally saved our wedding!!
We found Wendy after a lot of research and interviews with wedding planners to help with our 2023 wedding. She really knows her stuff!
She was incredibly responsive, kind, and organized. She made planning our wedding so much more relaxing and enjoyable! We felt like we were working with a trusted friend.
We ended up getting Covid the week of our wedding. Wendy to the rescue!! She coordinated with our venue and got us a new date within 24 hours of being notified. With her help, all our vendors found another date they were available and we were able to have our dream wedding.
Wendy was truly our wedding fairy godmother. We cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. We had many out of town guests and about 100 people at our wedding. A lot of guests mentioned how impressed they were with her and the coordination of our wedding weekend. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! -

Wendy was truly the best day-of coordinator we could've asked for. She kept in contact with us throughout the process, made sure we were on track, and was always quick to answer questions. I found out after the wedding there were issues with our cake delivery, and she made sure that I never knew! She knew our venue and our other vendors well and wrangled our large families seamlessly. We can't recommend her enough!! -

I adored working with Wendy as my month of coordinator for my wedding in April at the UGA Botanical Gardens. Wendy runs a tight ship: she made sure everything and everyone was taken care of for the wedding day. This started with detailed calls and emails leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was accounted for. She did an amazing job leading the rehearsal and wedding day. It was a stress free weekend for me, and I'm so thankful I could trust her and relax on the happiest day of my life! She's so sweet and kind too, and very easy to get along with. My vendors, family and friends all spoke highly of Wendy too. If you need a coordinator for your wedding - I HIGHLY recommend her! Thanks again for everything! -

After a phone conversation with Wendy, I knew she would be the best planner for us. She met us with face to face several times to make sure we were on target with picking vendors. She knew the venue we picked very well. She set up a timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure the vendors knew when to arrive. I would recommend Wendy and her team for any event. -

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy's Weddings & Events! From our very first meeting 11 months before our wedding I knew we were in good hands! She thought of everything before I even knew I needed to think about it. She answered all my questions, communicated with our vendors when needed and all I had to do on my wedding day was show up! Wendy definitely goes above and beyond. She told us from day one that her job is to "be our brain" on our wedding day so that we don't have to think about anything and she absolutely followed through on that. She assisted us throughout the planning process, toured the venue with us, and made recommendations for how to make the day run smoothly. When the wedding day arrived, Wendy was at the venue long before anyone else meeting vendors and setting up decor and she remained hard at work right up until the wedding. I am amazed by her energy.
Not only is she very committed to helping her brides' visions come to life, she is also a calming presence on wedding day. Nothing phases or flusters her and that is exactly what you need as a bride when your mind is racing with last minute considerations. She is sure of herself, competent, and on top of everything. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of their wedding planning & wedding day. -

Wendy was our wedding coordinator and I believe she kept me sane while going through all the details of planning and preparing. Her personality, I feel, will click with everyone. We booked our venue in December and after the holidays she contacted me and we had our first meeting. She is very organized with lists, spreadsheets and notes from every meeting. She stays on top of everything she has going on and responds to emails or texts very quickly. She has a lot of recommendations for different things such as wedding favors, limo service and other things of that nature. Wedding rehearsal went smooth and the night before she sends out a spreadsheet of when everyone from caterer to grandparents should arrive and as a list person myself, I greatly appreciated that. Day of she handled the decorating and coordinating everyone to where they should be. The vision of my wedding day and venue came to life because of her. I would highly recommend her for your upcoming wedding. -

Working with Wendy, I cannot begin to express my gratitude. We hired Wendy as our day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to ensure our day went as plan and was totally stress free. I thought I could plan my wedding day myself, but I am glad that I hired Wendy to be my day of coordinator. She is so nice and organized. She asked all the right questions to my other vendors. She definitely took my stress away on my wedding day. She made sure everything was on time and updated you about your day. She helped my cousins clean up decorations and pack my cake. I can't say enough how much it meant to me, as Mother of the Bride, to have Wendy there and in control of every aspect of the wedding. I was able to spend the day with my daughter and bridal party without worrying about what was going on downstairs, this truly meant the world to me! From dealing with vendors to EVERY small detail, Wendy had it all covered! She made sure we all stayed on schedule, she was kind, courteous and firm when needed. If you are skeptical about hiring a wedding planner, I will say to you...HIRE A PLANNER! It is money well spent and you will be so glad you did!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WENDY STEPHENS, she is the best and I will be forever grateful that she made sure everything was just as Courtney & Drew had envisioned! It was a pleasure working with her & I'm so thankful she was part of our very special day!

I didn't think that we needed a wedding coordinator for our wedding and my *now* husband convinced me otherwise. Boy, was he right! Wendy was hands down one of the best investment we made for our wedding. We received quotes from a lot of people but no one stood out the way Wendy did. She took care of everything and was such a calming presence for us. What is really great about her is that if you just explain your vision of how you want the day to go, she just makes it happen. She is truly a "self starter", which is exactly what we were looking for. Our wedding day turned out BEAUTIFULLY thanks to her. Several of our guests complimented what a nice job she was doing during our wedding. Plus she has a great personality to boot! Hire her as your wedding coordinator immediately, you will thank me later. She is worth every penny. -

LOOK NO FURTHER for a wedding planner. I promise Wendy is amazing and a total boss. I contacted her about 2 months before my wedding and hired her for day of wedding help. You don't want your mom or whoever is helping you (or as a bride) to feel stressed out, right?!?! As a bride and anyone who is related to the bride should be able to enjoy the wedding, and by hiring Wendy there was zero stress. I had a small space to work with because it poured during my ceremony and I was beginning to worry that there wouldn't be enough room, but Wendy came in and set up the space, and my wedding felt like a dream. My caterer was late and Wendy took care of it. She was on the ball. Wendy responds quickly to questions, was organized and has ideas you never would have thought of. There was no stress in the process. You will not be disappointed Wendy is awesome! -

Both my husband and I loved wendy as our wedding Cordinator. She took all stress possible off my back. Wendy was very responsive anytime I was stressed about the wedding. I can’t think Wendy enough for everything she did for us. She made sure that my wedding day was exactly what I wanted. She was very organized and on top of everything. She would meet with me and my vendors and help ask questions that I may have forgot to ask. Just like most rehearsals you do not have a lot of time to go through the ceremony. Once everyone arrive she wasted no time in getting everyone in line showing them where they stand and who they would be walking with. On the day of the wedding she met with all the vendors and told them where they would set up and gave them their final payments. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of. We had a mishap with some of the groomsmen’s suspenders and she hand stitched the ones that messed up and they looked better than before. I couldn’t imagine anyone else to help me with my special day. I can honestly say that I was stress free the day of my wedding and was able to enjoy every minute of it. -

Overall Wendy was great! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of planning a wedding. We met with her multiple times throughout the wedding planning process and she had to bunch of helpful tips.
Day of the wedding she kept things moving along and coordinated everything with the other vendors.
