  Highly recommend

  My husband and I started working with Kevin about 2 years ago when we created my custom engagement ring. We were so happy with his service that when it was time to shop for wedding bands, we didn't hesitate to come back. All of our appointments with Kevin have been really enjoyable and he is always super helpful. I feel so much more comfortable going into his store instead of one of the big box places. If you live near Catonsville (or even if you don't) I would highly recommend Welsh International.

  Stunning Jewelry

  Kevin has been helping my family with our jewelry needs for some time now. He made a custom ring for me when i graduated high school, re-did my moms entire wedding setting and now has made my engagement ring, wedding ring and my husbands. My husband also surprised me with diamond earrings from Kevin on the day of our wedding. He is our go-to guy and there's a reason why. Our jewelry is stunning.
