We hosted our wedding at the Wellshire Event Center this fall, and it went perfectly! From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner and dancing, we were very pleased and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the space. It was so helpful to have Kacey as our event coordinator through every step of the process, especially working with all of our other vendors on the day of. We especially loved that we were able to bring our own decorations- pictures, etc. and have Kacey and her team set them up for us. The food and beverage selection was also very good and we appreciated that we were able to customize the menu choices. We would highly recommend this venue!

Wonderful experience
Like many couples in 2020, my daughter and fiance had to reschedule their special day. Chris and Kacey were very supportive and worked with us to get everything changed and were very encouraging as we managed this stressful time. We had our wedding in February and couldn't have been happier.

Wonderful Wedding Venue
When my husband and I had our initial appointment at The Wellshire to see the venue Chris shared with us that they would be able to do everything for us except write our vows and provide a wedding cake. They didn't lie! The Wellshire was truly the best venue for us as a busy couple who didn't have a lot of time to micro-manage all the aspects of wedding planning. We were taken care of by Sarah (our lovely Coordinator) and The Wellshire staff and we couldn't be more happy with the way our wedding turned out.

Wonderful wedding!
My husband and I fell in love with the Wellshire! We knew this was our venue. We worked with Sarah and she is the absolute best! We couldn't have done this without her! She made the planning process so easy and fun! She was very quick to get back to us with our questions. She is so nice and I honestly want to be her friend! This venue has a lot of ways for you to save money. During our tour, Chris was all about ways to help us save money and were about that. They did not try and sell us on anything and they were not pushy at all. The food there is incredible and the portions are insane! Our guests were so happy! The staff there is very nice and helpful too! I miss wedding planning with Sarah and the Wellshire so much! We also chose this venue because the bridal suit is very big and you can get ready there! Choose this venue! You won't regret it!

Convenient, spacious, and scenic venue
The Wellshire was an incredibly convenient wedding venue in that they provided everything from day-of coordination to event setup to food and drink. The pricing was transparent and seemed like a good value for all the services we received. We also loved that we had the whole venue to ourselves to get ready, take photos, and spend time with our guests in. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day knowing that everything was taken care of!

Dreams come true
The Wellshire was everything we dreamt of. From the old time architecture, to the beautiful stain glass to them handling all major parts to our wedding. It was so stress free and the staff was so amazing and helpful. Our wedding coordinator, Sarah always responded to us in a timely manner and was so delightful to work with! Would recommend 100000%

Had a wonderful wedding at the Wellshire Event Center
My husband and I had a wonderful experience holding our wedding at Wellshire Event Center and working with the team along the way. Sarah was an exceptional wedding coordinator who ensured everything ran smoothly - we were so lucky to have her! She's quick to respond, detail-oriented, and a lovely person overall.
Also, the venue is gorgeous, everyone raved about the food, and the fact that set-up and tear-down was included was amazing. You get a LOT for your money (something I never thought I'd say about anything wedding-related). We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome wedding venue!

Easy and Stress Free
Sarah made our wedding day one to remember. She made sure our wedding cake matched what I wanted right down to the marbling on the fondant. She made sure the guests who were vegan were taken care of and fed the appropriate meals. Sarah also took into account that my grandfather was walking me down the aisle. She had a chair set up for him while we were waiting to walk and had water sitting next to the chair, just in case. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and coordinator. She was an expert coordinator when it came to keeping everyone on schedule and pictures flowing between both bride (bridesmaids) and groom (groomsmen). Lastly, we had asked to have 15 minutes to ourselves so we could take everything in before the reception started. Not only did she make sure this happened she also brought us hors d'oeuvres in the groom suite since we would miss part of the cocktail hour. I can't thank Sarah and her team enough for making this process easy, stress free, and magical.

Our dream wedding!
My husband and I toured the Wellshire about a year before our wedding day and we instantly fell in love with it. It's charm drew us in, and speaking with the owner Chris really drove it home that we wanted to be married here! From there, Sarah led us throughout the whole process and she was fantastic. She was easily accessible for any questions we had and was so flexible while working with us. The actual day of the wedding we felt very prepared and eased going into it because of all of the in-house services available. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day and there is truly not a single thing I regret! It was a dream come true and even 3 months later- I have guests tell me on a weekly basis how it was the perfect wedding and they were so impressed! I would hands down recommend the Wellshire to any couple getting married (or to anyone looking to host a large event!).

Timeless, Classic & oh so romantic!
The Wellshire is hands down a spectacular venue choice! When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, we knew we wanted something unique and full of character. From the moment we stepped foot into the front door, we both knew this was it! The historic value of the venue really shines when its full of the people you care the most about. It truly was gorgeous. Sarah Ringler, the venue coordinator, is a literal angel. She was amazing to us and was right by our side leading up to the wedding and the day itself. The entire Wellshire Staff is so thoughtful, caring and flexible! Our guests were blown away by the venue, the service and the food! We are so happy to have worked with The Wellshire for our wedding & would recommend it to any couple who is looking for a timeless & romantic venue full of character!

I could not recommend this venue more. From start to finish it was perfect. Sarah went above and beyond to help us, especially since we planned our wedding from GA. She was always there to help before the event, during the event and after. She was truly what made our experience the best it could be. As for the venue the food is great and hot. The area was perfect and all the staff was professional, nice and caring. Our guest had the best time and so did we. I wouldn’t change a thing.

So Perfect
Honestly I cannot put into words how amazing the team at the Wellshire is Sarah (our planner) made sure that everything went perfectly and even when there was a small issue that came up with a guest that wasn't even the venues fault they went so out of their way to make it right. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, and the venue is beautiful. Cannot recommend the Wellshire enough!!!!

Such a gem
My husband and I got married last year. We didn't want to have a long engagement and got married within 4 months of being engaged. We loved everything about Wellshire. Our day was so beautiful. Sarah, our event & wedding coordinator was so organized and made our wedding day stress-free! Wellshire will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Such a wonderful experience
My husband and I got married at the Wellshire in late October, 2021. We had originally planned on the previous October, but moved it with Covid. The Wellshire staff was extremely gracious with us moving our date, and made the process easy! We were first paired with Kacey as our coordinator, but with her maternity leave we were switched to Sarah. Both coordinators were absolutely wonderful and made the handoff easy. Sarah did so much to help us with set-up and welcoming our vendors, and even made it possible for us to bring in a puppy adoption event during our cocktail hour! All of the staff were nothing but helpful and kind, from the waitstaff to the bartenders to the facilities staff. We would 100% recommend the Wellshire!

Beautiful Venue with Great Food!
The Wellshire is a gorgeous, conveniently located venue here in Denver, and we would highly recommend having your wedding there! The space is lovely- it has lots of historic charm, but it has also been very well updated and maintained. We looked at 8 different venues in the Denver area before booking, and this one was by far our favorite. We met with Chris, the owner, and he did a great job explaining everything, answering all of our questions, and talking up the food.
Throughout the wedding planning process (including postponing a year due to COVID uncertainties), Kacey was a huge help. As our day-of coordinator, she made sure the planning and our day ran very smoothly. The Wellshire’s recommended vendor list was also a huge help. You can use whoever you would like for your vendors, but we chose all of our’s from their list (although we did research a lot of other vendors too), and we were so pleased with every single one! The food did not disappoint either- we loved it, and it got lots of compliments from our guests. The Wellshire was the only venue that we looked at that makes their food on-site, and it really showed! We could not have asked for a better venue or wedding!

Best venue ever!
I can not say enough great words about my experience at the Wellshire. From the moment we met with the manager, we knew that our wedding would be spectacular. The staff is beyond helpful and professional. The venue has a lot of the little details covered, like catering and linens, so my husband and I did not have to think about the little details. The food was delicious and people keep raving about weeks later. I recommend the mashed potatoes, they were my favorite!!! We got married in the glass room and the pictures are gorgeous, I can not wait to frame them! Everything, and I mean everything about our wedding was amazing thanks to the Wellshire. They think of everything you may need and want and create an unforgettable experience. I would recommend this venue to every single engaged couple. Thank you Wellshire for the most amazing wedding!!!

Chris and Kacey are amazing!!!!! The Wellshire was the best choice we made in the wedding planning process. Throughout the whole pandemic they were so kind and compassionate, very willing to work with us so we could have the wedding we wanted. The food is phenomenal and the staff were great. The venue is stunning but it's the people that really set this place apart from the rest. I would choose them again in a heart beat.

You won't be disappointed
You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding at the Wellshire! They have it together! We first met with Chris, who by far did the best job of explaining all the Wellshire has to offer and how they operate, and provided a complete, custom quote with various options within one hour of our meeting. Then we worked with Kacey - absolutely the best! Great ideas, great communication (despite COVID), and she and her staff worked hard to make our day perfect! She truly understood what we wanted our day to be, and they brought that vision to life! All of our guests had a great time, and they all said the food was great! We highly recommend that you check them out!

The Wellshire was the perfect venue for our daughters wedding. She fell in love with the venue at first site. I live in Florida so I did not immediately see the venue, contract process was easy. I am in the hospitality industry more specifically Dirctor of Catering and Events so to say I'm harder to please then the average is true. The Wellshire did that and more, Kacey Shapiro was our event manager and she is fantastic, delightful to work with and a pro at coordinating everything there. Food was fantastic and the whole event was absolutely perfect. We are still getting rave reviews!! I highly recommend the Wellshire!
