I cannot praise the Wellshire enough for our incredible wedding! After visiting many venues with outrageous pricing and lackluster ambiance. My husband suggested the Wellshire and I was hesitant but I was WOWED when we met with Chris and got to see the full building. Everything is absolutely stunning, Chris, Sarah and their staff were so incredible, we can’t thank them enough. This venue is different from the rest in that there is history, warmth and love. The other venues were cold, empty and simply a transaction. Chris and Sarah made us feel like family and helped us every step of the way. Correspondence was great, Sarah is an amazing coordinator and was so incredibly helpful; our venue looked exactly as we hoped and she made it happen. We love the Wellshire, you will not be disappointed! -

Simply Amazing!
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than The Wellshire. From the moment we stepped into the building, we knew this was where we wanted to get married—it’s warm, charming, and incredibly welcoming.
Sarah, Chris, Gabriel, Tiffany, and the entire team were simply amazing. From day one, they helped us plan a memorable celebration that fit our vision and our budget. They provided expert guidance, creative ideas, and even offered games to keep the kids entertained. The vendors they recommended were equally fantastic—reliable, talented, and a joy to work with.
On the big day, the Wellshire team handled everything—food, tables, setup, and coordination—so we could focus on celebrating with our loved ones. Thanks to them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

The Wellshire Event Center is simply the dream wedding venue. It has a beautiful and unique aesthetic, unmatched customer service, and a level of experience and professionalism that is rare to find. Walking out of the tour and detailed consultation with Chris, the Wellshire owner, my then-fiance and I instantly knew we had found THE place. We were honestly shocked that it was even in our price range; it was both a higher quality and lower price than any of our other options. Chris is also super transparent about pricing and does a great, BS-free orientation into everything you need to know for making the important venue decision.
From there, we were given an in-house wedding planner, Sarah, included with the package. Sarah embodies everything that makes the Wellshire such a well-oiled machine. She is the consummate professional who has an answer for every question and, critically, the foresight to help us anticipate and plan for every variable. The wedding planning process with Sarah was structured, efficient, and stress-free.
When we got to the big day, there wasn’t even a fork out of place. Every last detail was accounted for and coordinated without any involvement of the Bride and Groom. This is so important to allow you to focus on the happiness of the day. We’ve also gotten more compliments than we can count on both the food and bar service.
When we think about the best day of our lives, we’ll always think of the Wellshire. We’d highly recommend the Wellshire to anyone planning a wedding.

I dont even know where to begin. It was a seamless day! Sarah our Day of Wedding planner was amazing. During the whole press she was our "yes" girl even though some of the thing we requested were not typically what they would do she said yes. The day was pure magic. Each step was well communicated and in a calm way!!! Sarah was very professional and sincere. She and her team got it done and made my daughter and I feel confident that the day would go smoothly and it did.
Each venue within the venue is unique and each has its own charm and that what we loved.
The food was amazing, hot , fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive. The bar ran smoothly and got all guests cocktails at a more then reasonable time. We also felt the venue cost was just right! Beautiful, dreamy, seamless. Go For IT -

We were recently married at Wellshire and we have nothing but positive things to say about it! From the very beginning, Sarah walked us step by step through everything and having her there as our wedding planner/coordinator was invaluable to our experience. It made everything so much easier/better!
The entire wait staff/bartenders were so polite and their service was excellent! They truly were on top everything the entire night!
We would choose this location again with zero hesitation. Food, drinks and dessert table were as good as advertised. Sarah did an amazing job setting everything up ahead of time (made it stress free). We received so many compliments from family and friends on how enjoyable of an evening it was and it's all do to the entire staff at Wellshire.
Highly recommend this venue and can't thank them enough for making our wedding celebration so incredible! We’ll never forget this day – it was so memorable. -

Best day of our lives!

Everything about our wedding at the Wellshire was perfect! Our coordinator, Sarah, was amazing — she was always available to help and guided us every step of the way. The staff on our wedding day were fantastic, and everything went off without a hitch. I had brought a lot of different decor that I made myself, and they set it up even better than I had envisioned. Being Chinese, we had a blend of Asian-American traditions, and the venue made sure everything was absolutely perfect. The space is stunning and allows for so much creativity. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and flexible space for their big day! -

Wedding of my Dreams (so much included for price)
I cannot recommend the Wellshire enough. The location is reason enough to book (beautiful, unique, spacious, and centrally located in Denver) but when you consider how much is included in the price of the venue it’s an easy pick. We were super happy to find a centrally located venue that was big enough to host our large party but were so happy to know their staff does all food and beverage in house. Additionally they have an on site wedding coordinator (Sarah) who was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and made sure the day of was flawless. The venue has so much to offer inside and outside no matter what time or year you select for your wedding. Their extensive menu made it hard to narrow down our dinner options and the venue itself has been talked about by our guests for months after for being so unique.
Easy to get to from all areas of the city and plenty of parking for guests. All very professional and experienced staff made for an easy and fun night! -

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Wellshire. They're consummate professionals! We're a pretty laid-back couple, so their help was invaluable to us as many times we didn't think we had anything in order, but Wellshire was their every step of the way. Sarah and team are one in a million and we couldn't recommend them enough. Our guest had an absolute ball, we received so many compliments on the venue (unique and cozy were popular adjectives used), the bar and more importantly the food (we couldn't stop getting compliments on the food!) It was amazing to hear all the great stories we heard throughout our day and following; Wellshire took such great care of our guest. They truly added to our day in every way possible! The Wellshire was the absolute best choice for our wedding! First, you have a meeting with the owner, Chris. He gives you all the info you need ans takes you for a tour. He doesn't upsell you. He tells it like it is. My husband and I greatly appreciated his honesty in that first meeting. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself.
Along with a gorgeous venue, you have a wedding coordinator. Ours was Sarah. She was on top of everything from the moment we signed our contract. Any question we had a long the way, she answered thoroughly and quickly. She coordinated our day perfectly. We cannot recommend the Wellshire enough. They truly know what they are doing, and if we had to do it over, I'd choose the Wellshire 100 times. -

Our wedding day was almost picture perfect, minus the weather; which the Wellshire cannot control. I really loved every aspect of our wedding. The ceremony went very smoothly, the timing of all the points in the event were impeccable, and the food was fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Sarah helped with all the details I did not want to bother with. People were commenting on how great our wedding was even 6 months later. There were only 2 true issues with our wedding: first was our giant Jenga set was never set up for people to play, and second our photographer did not take good quality photos. Overall, I do sill give the Wellshire 5/5 stars for the impeccable timing, coordination and quality of service they provide. They are a great venue rain or shine, and our wedding proved that. Thank you to all the staff for making our special day memorable and so fun. -

We had our wedding on June 10, 2023 at the Wellshire. It was an absolutely incredible experience. We initially choose the Wellshire because it included food, beverages, and a day of coordinator in the package. We were really impressed by how organized everything seemed. This all made planning on our side much easier. When we did our tasting 6 months before the wedding, we really knew we picked the right place for us. My husband and I have quiet a few food allergies, and Sarah and her staff went above and beyond to create special food for us. Their pastry chef even created delicious gluten free and vegan desserts just for us! It was amazing!! One the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch! All of our decor was setup just how we wanted it, the entire staff was friendly, and there was enough food to feed even our most hungry quests. A lot of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and a lot of it is thanks to the Wellshire. I would recommend the Wellshire and Sarah to anyone hosting a wedding in Denver. -

The Wellshire was absolutely amazing to work with and they made our wedding go so smoothly.
We planned our wedding from London, UK and we were able to lean on Sarah throughout the planning process and she's very organized in google drive. Her recommended vendor list was a really nice jumping off point and her other documents were super helpful.
The rehearsal the day before went really well and was great to have a walk through of exactly what to do. My mom (who organised all table decorations) was worried about having enough time to set up the day of and was very stressed about getting it done. Sarah and her team did a lot of the heavy lifting based on my mom's reference photos and my mom was able to spend most of her time in the bridal suite with me and was able to enjoy her morning stress free (can't thank you enough for that Sarah!).
On the day of, Sarah and her team helped everything stay on track by setting up décor, informing our guests of where to be, helping with the photographer, and answering soo many questions. Our wedding day was perfect. Nothing went wrong, everything was on track, and everything was very well done. The food was great (we had steak, salmon, and half chicken) and the passed hors d’oeuvres were great for keeping our hungry guests satisfied.
I can’t tell you how many compliments we received about the Venue. It was beautiful in October, had so much character, and so many different rooms! -

We had our wedding here and everything went great. Multiple guests complimented both the venue and the food. Food was advertised by Chris - it is not the best meal you are going to eat in your life, but it is hot and it is good. The Wellshire had staff turnover between our booking and event so we switched in house wedding coordinators at some point, which was seamless. Sarah Ringler was great with communication and extremely helpful as our date approached, details needed finalizing, last minute guest list changes occurred after the cut off, etc. Even handled a last minute wine sourcing request.
Day of everything was stress free on our side with respect to setup. I'm not aware of any issues that arose needing addressing which means that either Sarah made sure there were no issues or she handled them without needing to burden us and without us noticing.
The indoor/indoor setting for ceremony/reception was also a blessing as we got the first snow of the year on our wedding day. -

Amazing venue and amazing staff!
Sarah and everyone at Wellshire did such an amazing job with our wedding! They made it so easy but taking control of everything and making sure everything ran smoothly! Beyond amazing
Sarah and the staff at the Wellshire were SO amazing. From the first tour with Chris, the owner, to the very end of our wedding, the whole process was smooth and made for a stress free wedding. They really made sure our day was smooth and enjoyable. And the food, 10/10!!! When you think of wedding food, people normally aren’t excited because wedding food isn’t the best, but with the Wellshire, all our guests commented on how delicious their meal was! We deff already talked about doing a bow renewed at some point and doing it at the Wellshire because the experience was that good. Thank you Sarah for being patient with the millions of questions we had and accommodating to all the special requests we had. More then once I remember saying "this is my dream wedding!" during our evening celebration.
Sarah was our coordinator and she is so kind, calm and welcoming!! I never got the feeling I was bothering her with all my little requests.
My guests loved the food and the beautiful venue. All the staff were fun and accommodating to me, my husband and our guests!!
A few things that made us choose the Wellshire over the other venues we looked at was the fact we got an experienced professional coordinator through the whole experience not just a day of coordinator. Also the bridal suite is big and beautiful!! I love it was a 1 stop shop too, so nice not having to juggle between a lot of different vendors!! Chris the owner was great to talk to in the beginning too. He is straight forward and honest, as he said from the beginning we had no surprise charges or fees, everything was as agreed.
Pick this venue!!
You will not be disappointed!!!

I feel like this place was made for us-we looked at lots of venues and nothing seemed to fit except The Wellshire. For the price we got SO MUCH. The entire space for the whole day, the bride and groom suites, and our amazing wedding planner Sarah R! We didn’t have to worry about hiring a zillion vendors-almost everything was included. We just had to find a photographer and a DJ and they of course had recommendations for both! It’s a beautiful building and I’m so happy we decided to have our big day there. Can’t say enough good things and the owner and Sarah R are both awesome!! -

Best day ever!
Our wedding was a little over a month ago and it was everything we could have asked for. Sarah and the whole Wellshire team were so incredible to work with and made all of my visions come to life in the most perfect way. Our guests loved the venue and how unique and beautiful it was. Nothing Less Than Perfect
With other venues we looked at, we only got a simple tour until we met with Chris. He gave is the ins and outs of Wellshire, and from there, we didn't have to keep looking. We knew this would be the place we get married. Sarah then reached out to us as wedding coordinator and helping us get the ball rolling. She was very responsive, which I loved! She also not only helped me achieve my dream wedding, but exceeded it. Not sure how that's possible, but Sarah did it. I haven't gotten to thank her yet, and I hope she sees this but you're truly appreciated Sarah! Thank you for the experience, all the smiles, and happy tears. I wish I can relive the day! I'll always remember 03/31/2023 and everything that came with it and made it that much more of a perfect day!

Sarah made our wedding day one to remember. She made sure our wedding cake matched what I wanted right down to the marbling on the fondant. She made sure the guests who were vegan were taken care of and fed the appropriate meals. Sarah also took into account that my grandfather was walking me down the aisle. She had a chair set up for him while we were waiting to walk and had water sitting next to the chair, just in case. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and coordinator. She was an expert coordinator when it came to keeping everyone on schedule and pictures flowing between both bride (bridesmaids) and groom (groomsmen). Lastly, we had asked to have 15 minutes to ourselves so we could take everything in before the reception started. Not only did she make sure this happened she also brought us hors d'oeuvres in the groom suite since we would miss part of the cocktail hour. I can't thank Sarah and her team enough for making this process easy, stress free, and magical. -

My husband and I had a wonderful experience holding our wedding at Wellshire Event Center and working with the team along the way. Sarah was an exceptional wedding coordinator who ensured everything ran smoothly - we were so lucky to have her! She's quick to respond, detail-oriented, and a lovely person overall.
Also, the venue is gorgeous, everyone raved about the food, and the fact that set-up and tear-down was included was amazing. You get a LOT for your money (something I never thought I'd say about anything wedding-related). We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome wedding venue! -

My husband and I fell in love with the Wellshire! We knew this was our venue. We worked with Sarah and she is the absolute best! We couldn't have done this without her! She made the planning process so easy and fun! She was very quick to get back to us with our questions. She is so nice and I honestly want to be her friend! This venue has a lot of ways for you to save money. During our tour, Chris was all about ways to help us save money and were about that. They did not try and sell us on anything and they were not pushy at all. The food there is incredible and the portions are insane! Our guests were so happy! The staff there is very nice and helpful too! I miss wedding planning with Sarah and the Wellshire so much! We also chose this venue because the bridal suit is very big and you can get ready there! Choose this venue! You won't regret it! -

Dream come true
I could not recommend this venue more. From start to finish it was perfect. Sarah went above and beyond to help us, especially since we planned our wedding from GA. She was always there to help before the event, during the event and after. She was truly what made our experience the best it could be. As for the venue the food is great and hot. The area was perfect and all the staff was professional, nice and caring. Our guest had the best time and so did we. I wouldn’t change a thing. -

The Wellshire is hands down a spectacular venue choice! When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, we knew we wanted something unique and full of character. From the moment we stepped foot into the front door, we both knew this was it! The historic value of the venue really shines when its full of the people you care the most about. It truly was gorgeous. Sarah Ringler, the venue coordinator, is a literal angel. She was amazing to us and was right by our side leading up to the wedding and the day itself. The entire Wellshire Staff is so thoughtful, caring and flexible! Our guests were blown away by the venue, the service and the food! The Wellshire is a gorgeous, conveniently located venue here in Denver, and we would highly recommend having your wedding there! The space is lovely- it has lots of historic charm, but it has also been very well updated and maintained. We looked at 8 different venues in the Denver area before booking, and this one was by far our favorite. We met with Chris, the owner, and he did a great job explaining everything, answering all of our questions, and talking up the food.
Throughout the wedding planning process (including postponing a year due to COVID uncertainties), Kacey was a huge help. As our day-of coordinator, she made sure the planning and our day ran very smoothly. The Wellshire’s recommended vendor list was also a huge help. You can use whoever you would like for your vendors, but we chose all of our’s from their list (although we did research a lot of other vendors too), and we were so pleased with every single one! The food did not disappoint either- we loved it, and it got lots of compliments from our guests. The Wellshire was the only venue that we looked at that makes their food on-site, and it really showed! We could not have asked for a better venue or wedding! -

My husband and I got married at the Wellshire in late October, 2021. We had originally planned on the previous October, but moved it with Covid. The Wellshire staff was extremely gracious with us moving our date, and made the process easy! We were first paired with Kacey as our coordinator, but with her maternity leave we were switched to Sarah. Both coordinators were absolutely wonderful and made the handoff easy. Sarah did so much to help us with set-up and welcoming our vendors, and even made it possible for us to bring in a puppy adoption event during our cocktail hour! All of the staff were nothing but helpful and kind, from the waitstaff to the bartenders to the facilities staff. We would 100% recommend the Wellshire! -

You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding at the Wellshire! They have it together! We first met with Chris, who by far did the best job of explaining all the Wellshire has to offer and how they operate, and provided a complete, custom quote with various options within one hour of our meeting. Then we worked with Kacey - absolutely the best! Great ideas, great communication (despite COVID), and she and her staff worked hard to make our day perfect! She truly understood what we wanted our day to be, and they brought that vision to life! All of our guests had a great time, and they all said the food was great! Great for Photos (Even in Bad Weather)
I've photographed a number of weddings at the Wellshire over several years. It's a beautiful venue and has a light and airy indoor ceremony space that's one of my favorites. Even in winter and poor weather, we can always use that space for bright and classy ceremony shots and portraits! Highly recommend! -

I can not say enough great words about my experience at the Wellshire. From the moment we met with the manager, we knew that our wedding would be spectacular. The staff is beyond helpful and professional. The venue has a lot of the little details covered, like catering and linens, so my husband and I did not have to think about the little details. The food was delicious and people keep raving about weeks later. I recommend the mashed potatoes, they were my favorite!!! We got married in the glass room and the pictures are gorgeous, I can not wait to frame them! Everything, and I mean everything about our wedding was amazing thanks to the Wellshire. They think of everything you may need and want and create an unforgettable experience. I would recommend this venue to every single engaged couple. Thank you Wellshire for the most amazing wedding!!! -

Abolutely the BEST!
We used Wellshire for our wedding venue - what a fabulous choice! From the beginning, Kacey helped us coordinate the details and get everything set up. The team was professional, responsive and completely flexible to make our day a special one. We needed a "one-stop-shop" type of venue and with our theme, this was the perfect spot! Kacey worked to make sure all the "small details" were included and the transition seemed effortless. We were so happy with our decision and would highly recommend this venue for your wedding (or any type of event). If you want a team that will make your special day stand out, they're absolutely the BEST! -

The Wellshire was the perfect venue for our daughters wedding. She fell in love with the venue at first site. I live in Florida so I did not immediately see the venue, contract process was easy. I am in the hospitality industry more specifically Dirctor of Catering and Events so to say I'm harder to please then the average is true. The Wellshire did that and more, Kacey Shapiro was our event manager and she is fantastic, delightful to work with and a pro at coordinating everything there. Food was fantastic and the whole event was absolutely perfect. We are still getting rave reviews!! I highly recommend the Wellshire! -

Perfect venue, perfect venue coordinator
The Wellshire is a beautiful venue and had a great flow from room to room throughout the day for both guests and for myself and the groom. Kacey was a joy to work with. I'm a very demanding, detail-oriented person and she went above and beyond to include details and take care of items for us so that our day was perfect. She did a great job with our parents and other vendors as well. -

The Wellshire made our wedding perfect!
The Wellshire Event Center was amazing and truly made our wedding day perfect in every way. The venue itself is beautiful and the most affordable that we found. Even better, the team was great to work with, especially since I was out of state while planning my wedding. Kacey, the wedding coordinator, was super responsive, easy to work with, and made sure that everything went smoothly leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They even gave us a wedding gift which was super thoughtful! The Wellshire is highly recommended if you are looking for a beautiful venue, amazing food, and a great team to work with :) -

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wellshire in June 2018. We were absolutely blown away by the attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness of all of the staff that we interacted with. From the first moment of being shown the venue by Chris (who was honest, thoughtful, and professional) to the day after picking up our decor, we received the kindest and most detailed care. Of particular mention is Kendra, who served as our wedding coordinator. Kendra was thoughtful and kind and provided us with everything we needed during the planning process as well as the day of the wedding. We LOVED working with her and we simply cannot express how pleased we were with her. We enjoyed every aspect of the venue and the staff, and absolutely nothing went wrong! The service staff during dinner was extremely efficient and professional as well.
Additionally, our guests were simply raving about the quality and taste of all the food items. Thank you to the chef, your skills did not go unnoticed. We received countless compliments from our guests on the food, service, and many other details that were truly the work of Wellshire and their team.
If you are looking kind and professional staff, exceptional food, a charming and beautiful environment, Wellshire is a great option. -

Amazing venue with no hidden fee and charges! The process was so easy and honest with Chris to book the venue. Kendra, the coordinator, was so helpful and kept me on track with the timeline building up to the day. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day while Kendra managed the vendors and setup. The staff was kind and very helpful throughout the night, and the food was great! -

Carrie Sent on 04/29/2018*The Wellshire is AMAZING!!! Everything and everyone involved was the absolute best. *Having our wedding on a Sunday was the best. From 2p on we had the entire place to ourselves. And the bridal suites at noon.
*Every single one of my guest told me how amazing and beautiful it is and I agree 100%. We loved it the second we saw it. I love the history and vibe it gives. We love old, pub type places and this was it. We had our ceremony in the Mountain View pavilion, and even with it being a tent it still felt elegant and light and airy with the white drapes and chandelier. Then cocktail hour in the Onyx room and the reception in the Cambridge room. We had a kids room in the Windsor room and I hired a babysitter. They used the projector and watched Disney movies and I provided coloring stuff and the parents said it was the best idea ever. They loved being able to enjoy themselves during the reception while their kiddos played. So that extra space was perfect.
*We had Kendra as our coordinator and she was awesome. She put up with my endless questions and was responsive and professional and excited about it all too. She even surprised me with some projections on the TV in the onyx room. That little touch says it all. I thought I’d end up decorating the ceremony and reception space but I showed her my 7 totes of decorations and she took over and made it the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen. I’m not even biased. This is what I heard from my guests. I had a picture in my head and it was more than even I imagined, and I have a big imagination.
*THE FOOD!!! I cannot say enough about the food. The one sad part is you can’t have a to go box at the end for the bride and groom. And I missed out on the appetizers. I still dream about those chips. And the rumor was there was only 2 guys cooking everything!!! With my 110+ guests that’s Amazing!!! That brings me to the STAFF! Best staff ever. They were all so nice and helpful and happy the entire time. They made it better! -

Being married on a Sunday we had use of the entire venue and were able to transition from our ceremony in the Pavilion, social in the Lounge to reception in the Cambridge room. It was a wonderful setting with a rich character that very much fits us as a couple. Bridal suites were great for preparation and relaxing before the ceremony.
Our coordinator was Kendra. She was great to work with through the planning stages. All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
The food was great! The chef worked to accommodate my gluten allergy and made everything delicious! -

The building is beyond beautiful and they have several options for different budget sizes. The food was exceptional and the desserts were plentiful. The Wellshire took care of everything on the big day, from set up to keeping the wedding party on schedule. Everything went smooth and the staff was accommodating. All of my guests had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the Wellshire Event center to any bride that wants a beautiful, fun, and stress free wedding day.
