  Well Wed Montana - Best Decision Ever!

  Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with, offering valuable insight, design ideas, advice, and assistance whenever needed. He was responsive, meticulous, and incredibly organized, with unmatched experience in wedding planning. His expertise truly brought our vision to life, far exceeding our expectations and making our wedding day both beautiful and special.   Can’t recommend enough

  Joe is such a gem!! I quite literally can’t imagine my wedding in Paradise Valley without him. I’m a pretty Type A person, and being a bride planning a wedding in Montana from across the country is no joke. Joe made me feel completely at ease, and is SO FUN to work with. He went above and beyond for every little detail and made my vision come alive in the most magical way. Working with him throughout this process is something I’ll always cherish. He and his team are incredible, and I can’t recommend them enough!

  Joe was very professional during the whole process as well as being a great communicator and helping us get in contact with our vendors when we were having trouble. Would certainly recommend to other due to his ability and experience with weddings in general

  Thank You Well Wed Montana!

  Joe made our dream wedding come true. We wanted to ski on the big day (insane), with a group of more than 120 people (maybe more insane). It was a lot of logistics to think and worry about—until we hired Joe and Well Wed Montana.
  
  Over our year of working with Joe, we saw how he filled so many important roles throughout our wedding: a designer, connector, money saver, and living excel sheet. He was a composed, calming presence when needed and he politely asserted himself when it came time to vouch for our needs, and clarify roles and responsibilities for vendors.
  
  Joe consistently provided us with a menu of options to choose from and helped us refine our vision. He built out a beautiful outdoor ceremony, with the perfect floral touches on our arch, and design details that led to some pretty incredible pictures. After we skied, we returned to a beautiful table arrangement for dinner that included eucalyptus, candles, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  
  Did we mention he also handled the major logistics? Joe tapped into his impressive network and connected us with an exceptional caterer. He sought out, interviewed, and hired our transportation. Our florals. Our cake. Our rentals. He liaised with the ski area, our wedding venue, and the hotel. By the time we got to the big day, we were able to focus on each other and the fun.
  
  He handled all aspects of our wedding with such deft authority, we actually started to see his calls and email updates as a reset, and a form of stress relief. He reminded us again and again that he would make sure we had the best day of our lives.
  
  And we did! Thank you Joe and Well Wed Montana. We couldn’t have done it without you.

  Take the stress off of yourself!

  When my fiance (husband) and I decided to get married in less than six months, a lot of planners and coordinators wouldn’t give me the time of day, others were concerned about being able to pull it off, but not Joe. He was honest, responsive, and organized throughout the planning process. We hired him for month-of coordination, and I’m so grateful that we did.
  
  As his first Bozeman clients I know we got lucky and he was more hands-on in our process, and it was refreshing to work with someone who was as invested in our day as we were. He met us at our venue a few months prior, had suggestions for vendors and timelines, and didn’t get frustrated with us when a family emergency almost postponed the wedding entirely. I’m neurotic and detail-oriented, but I’ve never planned a wedding before, so Joe was an incredible resource to bounce ideas off of and to ensure I didn’t forget the little things. By the time we were a couple of weeks out, I was totally over the last minute back and forth between vendors to finalize all the minutiae, and Joe stepped in confidently and seamlessly. I had no doubt that he’d be able to pull off the events - both wedding and welcome party.
  
  And he did! We didn’t stress about meeting the vendors for delivery or setup, or think about the place settings, or worry about cleanup. We got to be part of our wedding weekend instead of just hosts, and that’s such a gift.

  We love Joe & WWM!

  We truly wish we had met Joe sooner.. he saved our wedding! From the moment he stepped in, everything changed for the better. Joe is hands down the BEST: so kind, incredibly caring, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect.
  On our wedding day, it rained right up until 30 minutes before our ceremony. We were stressed, but Joe handled everything so flawlessly that we barely even noticed. He made it all happen seamlessly, with grace and calm, and the day turned out absolutely beautiful. That’s the kind of magic he brings, he just gets it done, no matter what.
  What sets Joe apart is his honesty and his unmatched professionalism. He’s never afraid to tell it like it is (which we appreciated so much!), and he always has a backup plan ready. Nothing slipped through the cracks.. he’s detail-oriented, organized, and somehow calm even in chaos.

  Joe Just 'Gets It'

  Working with Joe was an incredibly easy process. From the time I met him I felt that he just 'got it', and knew exactly what needed to be done for us during our wedding weekend. Joe was super responsive, provided us with solutions whenever we needed them, and our day went by without any issues.
