Robert was an excellent choice for our photography and videography. He was very flexible; we also did engagement pictures with him, and those sessions (which we wanted to be outdoors) were rained out twice. He worked with us to keep rescheduling until we got a day with good weather. Anytime I'd email him to ask him a question or schedule a meeting, he'd almost always respond within an hour. Robert worked with us for the wedding as well, being sure to get all of the pictures that we wanted to have. For the most part, we asked him to just take the pictures he wanted, as we figured he knew better than we did. We are very pleased with his work and with the final product. The pictures were great; he captured a lot of very memorable moments. Everyone with whom we've shared the pictures has been very impressed with Robert's work.

Robert captured our wedding day beautifully. He was on time and flexible with our timeline schedule. We received all our photos about two weeks after the wedding day. In advance of our event, he was always prompt in returning emails or phone calls. Overall, Robert was a pleasure to work with and his pictures will be cherished by our families for years to come.

I had Robert take our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures and I could not be happier! He always responded to my emails within a few hours, answered all my question not matter how small and had the edited pictures back to me within two weeks. My wedding photos turned out amazing. Also his prices are very reasonable for his quality. I am beyond pleased. I would absolutely recommend him to any bride.

Robert Welch did an amazing job photographing our wedding and reception! He was very quick to communicate and was professional before, during & after the wedding. The pictures are absolutely stunning! I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I were very pleased with Robert's attentiveness and promptness for our special evening.

Robert was my photographer for my wedding in May 2013. He did such an amazing job with capurting some of my husbands and I's most intimate moments of our wedding day without even knowing he was there. He was able to capture our true relationship on camera. He is also very easy to work with, extremely professional and very responsive. I had an awesome experience! Thanks Robert!

Welch photography was the best photographer I could have chosen for my wedding. Driving to Mandeville to meet was definitely worth it too as I got exactly what I wanted.

Robert Welch and team provided superb service and excellent quality for our wedding. In addition, we shot engagement photos with Robert. Needless to say, Robert was willing to work with our schedules to provide the best availability for us. Robert and his team were always timely and professional. Customer service was fantastic.

The Welch gang is awesome to be around and proves to be our photographer of choice.

Robert and his wife Lisa were fabulous photographers at our wedding. They are very professional and easy to work with. Robert is always quick to answer any questions or concerns. Our album came in sooner than expected and looks great.

Welch and his team did a great job corralling our friends and family in a laid back and formidable way. Our formal shots were all perfect. Our candid shots were very well timed and natural. All of our pictures looked professional and really captured the spirit of our wedding to a T. Our video came out better than I could have imagined and our wedding book looks ideal. We couldn't have asked for better documentation of the most important day of our lives.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience working with Welch Photography. My husband and I were both impressed with Robert and we highly recommend him. Our wedding day went by so fast so having great photos was really important us. He also did our video and did an amazing job with editing the mess ups that happened during ceremony. I thought Robert was very easy to work with and is very creative.

Welch Photography and Videography was wonderful. As an bride planning her wedding in her hometown from a different state, I was pleased with how easily I was able to make arrangements and have everything done exactly as I liked it. I was so happy with the photographs, video, and album.

I searched basically every vendor reviewing website to look for my vendors, especially for photography. Communicating though e-mail was my primary way of contacting vendors and was please with the quick responsiveness of Welch. We initially were on the fence about video as we didn't want to see everyone sitting around for hours during our low-key event. Robert was so nice and flexible allowing us to customize his packages to our needs so we would have the video of our ceremony for years to come. The pictures turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier.

We loved Welch Photography & Video - great husband/wife duo that provided affordable photography and videography for our wedding! My husband and I were living in Orlando, so we really appreciated Robert's flexibility working with us out of state. The pictures were provided very quickly - less than 2 weeks after our wedding - and they came out amazing. My only complaint is that we did not take one large group photo of the entire wedding party together. Due to space constraints in the pre-ceremony photo location, we took bridesmaid and groomsmen photos separately; extended family pictures at the venue and after the ceremony. I wish we would have also taken a few large wedding party pictures at the venue after the ceremony, too. Other than that, I have no complaints! I highly recommend Welch Photography & Video! Easy to work with and very affordable. Thank you!

We used the Welch family for photography and video. Everything seemed to be fine through the preparation and booking. Pre-bridal portraits came out great! However, once they arrived for pre ceremony shoots things turned from relaxed and fun to rushed and stressed. The team was hurrying myself and bridal party and creating an unwanted atmosphere. After that everyone seemed to be running smoothly until the cutting of the cake/toast etc. The photographer argued with me about the order of events in front of the wedding party, and other guests. He didn't want to back down and his wife began to argue also. Eventually my husband had to raise his voice to explain what we wanted. The next problem came at the end of the evening when I was told to hurry and get the guests out for our departure or he wouldn't take photos of it.
When we received the email to look at our pictures online and received the cd in the mail, we were slightly disappointed with the quality of the pictures. Some looked like they were taken with a professional lens and others looked like they were taken with amateur camera from my mom. In a lot of our pictures we had video equipment and the photographer/videographer's daughter present and visible when they should not have been. I was also very upset to see that he had missed our first kiss.
It took 6 months to receive our video and album. The content of the video was satisfactory however the quality was not at all what we expected.
