  Review of Josh Volland-Burns - Wedley Weddings, LLC

  My husband and I were so glad that we found Josh through reviews on the knot. He was the perfect officiant for us. He is extremely genuine, easy to work with, and very organized. He took the time to get to know us a few months prior to our wedding to learn how we met and special aspects of our relationship that would be great to highlight during the ceremony. He helped us edit our vows in a timely manner. He went above and beyond and reached out to contacts at our venue to find a time for our ceremony rehearsal. He attended and coordinated our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony would go smoothly the day of the wedding.

  Lisa rocks

  We used Wedley Weddings to Officiate our 6/9/23 wedding. We were paired with Lisa and I cannot say enough great things about her! She took the time to really get to know my husband and I in order to create a ceremony that was perfectly us. Many of our guests were astonished we were not friends with Lisa prior, due to how personalized our ceremony was. She helped make our day so special and I cannot recommend this company enough!

  Memorable Ceremony from Wedley Weddings

  Lisa from Wedley Weddings worked with us on our elopement ceremony and was fantastic! Although our ceremony was brief, she took the time to get to know us and did a wonderful job putting our vows together in a way that was meaningful and special to us. Our friends and family in attendance also commented on how the vows were nicely written. Lisa was also communicative and flexible with us as our ceremony was outdoors and down-to-the-wire on the final location due to the weather. I would definitely recommend Lisa and Wedley Weddings to officiate your wedding ceremony!

  The Perfect Ceremony!

  We hired Lisa from Wedley Weddings to officiate our ceremony, and we are SO GLAD we did! Meeting with her to discuss our wishes for our ceremony went very smoothly. She was very welcoming of our ideas and provided many of her own when we had no clue what we wanted to say for our vows! She took the time to get to know us as a couple so she could write a ceremony that was truly representative of us. The day of the ceremony, she was perfect. She wrote such sweet words about us as a couple, incorporated our children and family into the ceremony at our request, and she spoke so eloquently. We couldn't have asked for a sweeter, smoother ceremony, and all of our guests commented on how amazing Lisa was. I highly recommend her!

  Perfect for us

  We loved working with Wedley weddings! Lisa was incredible and wrote a beautiful ceremony for us. She was so professional and kind and easy to talk to, especially because my husband is pretty shy and hard to get to open up. We wanted a non denominational ceremony and it was perfect.Definitely hire them for your big day!!

  Our wedding planner recommended Wedley Weddings to us. Lisa was our officiant and we loved her! She took such a genuine interest in getting to know us and what was important for our ceremony. In both the initial zoom meeting and the final meeting face to face, Lisa’s laid back and welcoming demeanor was a perfect fit for our personalities. She made it easy to share the personal details of the journey that led to our upcoming marriage. In creating the ceremony script, Lisa made the process for editing seamless. She asked for our input, was open to suggestions and showed that she was invested in getting everything just right for us.   Cannot recommend Wedley Weddings enough! Joshua took the time to meet with us and get to know us as a couple. He helped us brainstorm ideas for our ceremony and incorporated everything we asked for. We appreciated the personal touches and couldn't have been happier!

  Amazing coordination and officiating!

  We used Wedley for their officiant and coordinator services for our April 2022 wedding. Lisa was our officiant/coordinator and we can't say enough wonderful things about her! Our original officiant cancelled on us in February so she was able to put everything together in less than two months! She created the perfect ceremony for us and incorporated everything we envisioned. As far as coordinating goes, we are so thankful we decided to use Wedley as our day of coordinator as well. Lisa managed the day of timeline and coordinated all of the details with our vendors. She kept everything organized and on time. She also was able to take care of ordering and delivering lunch for us and our bridal party. We are truly thankful to have found Wedley for our wedding!

  Amazingly fun officiant for our Hallowedding!

  We found Josh because my husband and I are atheists and we wanted someone to do our ceremony celebrating US and nothing to do with God. He did an amazing job. We talked about what we wanted and he made the whole process easy. We got married on Halloween and he added some really cool effects to our vows (like a creaking sound to our coffin ring box being opened). We 100000% recommend Josh!!!

  HUGE thank you to Joshua and Michael!! From start to finish, they made our wedding officiant process phenomenal! They are both extremely friendly, funny, and kind! We met with Joshua and while he already had a wedding booked on our date, another of his officiants, Michael, was available and we are so incredibly happy for it!! He helped us come up with unique vows that were customized/personalized to our relationship story. It was the perfect mix of sweet, silly, and heartwarming. He talked us through all the official paperwork beforehand, and everything was taken care of timely after the wedding. If you're looking for officiants who care about making the ceremony what you and your partner want, Wedley is the right choice!! Thank you both so much for making this the perfect day!

He did not push one way of religion or type of ceremony on us but gave us all the options and helped us find what fit for us. We started with a zoom call and then an in person meeting a couple times. Joshua is such a fun person and you can see that in his personality at the ceremony and outside of work. He offered wedding advice and was always ready to go out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Joshua put together a great wedding. Thank you so so much for making our wedding beautiful.   Exactly What We Wanted

  Joshua was absolutely fantastic! He met with us beforehand to get to know us and completely tailored our ceremony to US. He made sure that it was true to our story and honored all of our ceremony requests. I highly recommend Wedley Weddings: he is professional, warm, and helpful throughout the entire process!

  Perfectly!!

  My husband and I was looking for someone perfect to make our ceremony. We went through some websites pages but neither one make us feel like the right person. So we meet Joshua and we both knew he was the right person to marry us at the moment we finish our first call. Joshua was amazing with us! Our ceremony was perfect, the way he wrote it, putting some Portuguese on it since is my native language. He described us so perfectly! He is easy to work with, being very flexible when we needed some change. He listened us in every detail possible. His work is amazing. Thank you so much for your help and making our special day incredible! Thalita and Taylor.

  The best of the best!

  Wedley weddings is the only way to go. Joshua helped us plan out our ceremony, asked questions we didn’t think of and customized it perfectly to us and our needs. We mentioned we wanted a more unique ceremony with ribbon tying. He suggested the perfect way to “tie in” my husband’s six siblings - by giving them each a ribbon to add in. It made our ceremony that much more special to have our family involved.
  
  We were so thankful he came to our rehearsal dinner and corralled our big families. Everyone asked a million questions, we rehearsed 2-3 times and it went very well.
  
  His day-of services were amazing - he really took the time to get to know us, and got both our families laughing. He ran interference between arriving guests, the grooms suite and the bridal suite. He even put painters tape on the stage/platform floor because one of my bridesmaids didn’t know where to stand. He cut our ribbons to the perfect length. He printed out our vows on pearlescent paper as keepsakes. He ducked out of our first wedded kiss pictures, and stayed after to help get everyone’s signatures. He took care of all the paperwork afterwards. Joshua is the best of the best, look no further! If you’re still on the fence - schedule a call / meeting with him today.

  Book Wedley before someone else does!!

  Thank you so much for everything you do! We can't recommend Joshua from Wedley Weddings enough! After being engaged all through Covid we found a weekend that close family could get together safety. We made plans with two weeks notice and Joshua agreed to marry us on a weekend he had planned on taking a break before the busy wedding season! We're a blended family and Joshua put together a sweet ceremony that included our kids that was absolute perfection! He was able to stay and visit after the ceremony and it was so nice getting to know him. Joshua is a must have professional, super knowledgable, helpful and a good human!!
