Wedibox truly made it so easy for friends and family to share photos. They print your QR codes on a card to share and the design options are so cute. They ship them fast so you don't have to worry, they will make it to your event in time. The upload and download process is easy for everyone! -

To help save money, we used Wedibox for our wedding.
The site and the QR code was easy to use. Our guest were able to load both photos, videos and even leave us a message. Highly recommended. -

Really Amazing
I had an amazing experience with this company. I was able to upload all of my photos from my wedding. My guests were able to participate as well.I like that I was able to add certain settings and certain features in advance. There's either a way to extend the online platform ,so you can continue to use the site. I highly recommend using wedibox for any event. Thanks again wedibox for making my day so special. I can forever look back and enjoy the memories -

Wedibox was a great last-minute addition for our wedding! It was super easy to set up and personalize. Our guests loved using it - we created a little photo bingo for folks to encourage them to upload photos! It was easy and quick to download photos and we loved seeing the wedding weekend through our guests' eyes! We also ordered table signs which came quickly and turned out great! -

Seamless experience that made our wedding so much less stressful. The site is so user-friendly that it took just minutes to set it up, and it was very easy to understand their capabilities. Although I didn't use their customer service, I received emails with a lot of resources to help us on our journey. 100% recommended! I first used Wedibox for my Nephew's wedding in 2024. It was the perfect solution for the bride who wanted a GuestBook with photos. It is very user friendly, from the initial setup to providing guests with a URL or QR Code. We had a modest budget, and the price point fit perfectly for our needs. Also enabling guests to share their photos and videos helped supplement the professional photographer's images. We were so happy with the product we used them again when my daughter got married in October of 2025. I really can't recommend them enough. -

The value for the money was beyond my expectations! As someone who had a more budget-friendly wedding with not a large number of guests, this is something I knew I wanted to use because we had family who weren't going to make it and we wanted to make sure they experienced it from a guest's point of view. I love that we had time to upload and download our photos before they expired. We were able to look at the photos and videos before our professional ones came back and they made me almost as emotional as the professional ones. We had a great experience using Wedibox from customer service to ease of use and I would highly recommend to all brides and grooms! -

Best around
I chose wedibox due to its pricing and more importantly the easy of using the live gallery as this is something we wanted to stream during the evening. Guest found it incredibly easy to upload and all my questions were answered quickly by the team when I inquired about features. Definitely recommend wedibox over any of the services out there! Exactly what we needed
Wedibox was cheap, user friendly (even for the technology challenged guests), and exactly what we needed. No app download or registration needed for guests. We had the qr code printed on signs and also texted the link to people. It allowed an easy way for guests to upload pictures and videos that we could see real time. Downloading everything was easy too. I would definitely recommend Wedibox. -

I was looking for a way to gather guests pictures and avoid paying for a photographer during the reception, when guests are mostly just sitting around a table. Wedibox was the perfect solution. I created folders to organize the photos and the best part, guests that couldn't attend could view the pictures at their convenience. -

Wedibox was very easy to set up and you can add the QR code to your wedding materials. All of our attendees thought it was very simple to use and uploaded all of their photos and videos. This was great for us because we could look through them the day after our wedding whilst we wait for the professional wedding photos. Definitely would recommend! -

I paid for the QR code and photo storage, they say you’ll have room for thousands of photos and hundreds of videos but my guests posted 55 times and the code said the memory was full. I’m so disappointed and frankly was embarrassed as my guests kept coming to ask me why the code wasn’t working. It was a complete waste of time and money and there are so many other companies that provide this service I wish desperately that I’d chosen something else. -
