San Clemente Shores by Wedgewood Weddings exceeded our expectations. The reason why we booked our wedding venue through them is because of their package deals. We love how it relieves the stress having to book multiple vendors. The WW staff were so accommodating, friendly, professional, and had great attention to detail.

The wedding coordinators are exceptional, going above and beyond to make our wedding day spectacular. Our guests were impressed with their professionalism, accommodating to our guests. We appreciate that their services did not stop with us, but to our guests.

The staff who manned our ceremony and reception were absolutely amazing. Showed great kindness and respect to everyone. Our bartender Taylor was amazing making sure we kept hydrated. I love how she provided me a different cocktail every time. She’s a genius behind the bar.

Our officiant, Pastor Stan Doll, was so personable and ran our ceremony smoothly. I love how he made everything flow seamlessly and had great timing in throwing humor in to lighten the mood.

Our DJ, Rachel K, is the most amazing person who uplifted the mood and was accommodating to our guests’ requests throughout the night. I love the way she transitioned each song, so that they blend well together. She really is a master in her craft.

I can’t say enough great things about Wedgewood Weddings. They made our wedding a surreal experience not only for us, but our guests.

The “Ladies of Wedgewood” (as I lovingly refer to them)—Sierra H., Noelle, Taylor, Sierra D., and Kristine—truly went above and beyond to make our entire wedding experience unforgettable. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Always quick to respond, they took time to ensure every one of our needs was met, no matter how big or small. They patiently answered our trillion questions and guided us with helpful suggestions and reassuring support that made wedding planning feel so much easier.

A special shoutout to Taylor, who even went out on the day of our wedding to get us a guest book when ours didn’t arrive in time—talk about dedication!

All of Wedgewood’s recommended vendors were excellent, too. We worked with True Photography, Oceanic Flowers, It’s All About the Cake, and DJ Maestro—and they were all fantastic. Huge thanks to our DJ/MC Rachel for absolutely crushing it! She was so fun, energetic, and professional. She worked closely with us before the big day to perfect our playlist and even coordinated seamlessly with our string quartet to make the ceremony magical.

The day-of staff was just as amazing!
• Taylor (bartender) was the sweetest—she made sure my husband and I always had a drink in hand and even crafted a custom specialty drink based on my tastes. She was a total rockstar behind the bar.
• Jonah (banquet captain) made sure all our items were packed up and got home with us safely. And made sure we were well taken care of all night.
• And our servers— Bri, Luke, Caitlyn, and Adrianna—were all so attentive and kind to our guests.

Words truly can’t express how pleased and grateful we are for our entire experience. Wedgewood San Clemente made our dream wedding a reality, and we’ll never forget it. I’d recommend them 1,000 times over!

1000/10 recommend this venue! It’s gorgeous, greatly located and the staff made this process a breeze. I never stressed about anything that they were in charge of handling, whether it was the florals or the cleanup. Throughout the process, every cent you will spend is well-documented and broken down. You can definitely have a budget wedding here, or a lavish wedding--I believe they can work with any budget and still make it look gorgeous! The food was also incredible. The DJ Connor was awesome, Sierra the coordinator, Jonah the banquet captain and everyone else working with them. Truly the event went off without a hitch, which I was surprised by as someone who was told “things will go wrong on your wedding day”. The only thing that went “wrong” is that the cake took a while (30-45 mins) to come out after cutting and guests were asking us when it would come. I know my husband mentioned getting asked a cake related question when I wasn’t there, so maybe it was on him lol😂 I would also recommend having a bit more food at cocktail hour, I was told everything cleared out pretty quick.Thank you team for the best day of my life!❤️

My husband and I were married on March 29, 2025 at San Clemente Shore and we are thrilled to have chosen this venue. As a busy bride who did not have time to fuss over the details of planning a wedding, this was an incredible experience from beginning to end. While we worked primarily with the wonderful Brianna and Taylor, all of the coordinators are fantastic, friendly, organized and responsive. The WW preferred vendors (cake, DJ, officiant, bartender, banquet service, and photographer) are top-notch and we received so many compliments from our guests (especially with regards to the officiant (Michael Jones) and DJ (Rachel)! If you are a bride who wants a beautiful and professionally coordinated wedding without a lot of time, hassle, and stress, I highly recommend a Wedgewood Wedding.

Where can I even start? My husband and I are beyond elated that we selected San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood Weddings for our wedding celebration. From "Day 1", the staff was SO responsive and professional during the planning process, and we became increasingly confident that we selected the right location to help us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams. Including ourselves, on October 5, 2024, we hosted 200 wedding guests at this location, and along with our guests, we "run in the same circles" and attend quite a few high-quality events throughout the year, so it was extremely important to us that everything went well for this event. Well ... everything was just perfect - the timeliness of the event, the ambiance, the AMAZING food, the service, the delicious cake, the coordination with our entertainment vendors ... I seriously could go on and on. We are still receiving text messages, phone calls, and tags on social media where our guests are just raving about our wedding celebration. Brianna and Noelle "checked every box!" Thank you, Team San Clemente Shore, for giving us the wedding of our wildest dreams!

The whole Wedgewood experience is phenomenal, I always recommend them to all my clients who are getting married. It’s a great way to go about planning a wedding, they make it so easy! The service was incredible and our wedding turned out amazing! We loved them! The price was very fair and economical as well.

We would love to thank San Clemente Shore for executing one of the best weddings ever! It's a month later and folks are still telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding. They worked well with getting our vision out, and were accommodating with some of our requests. We did a 1920s themed wedding on 2/15/24, and brought a lot of our own decor. They were great at putting it all out the way we wanted, and helped us along every step of the way. I would love to give a shout out to all of the staff at Wedgewood for helping us along the way. Sierra was amazing! Summer (I believe) was great as well. I loved our banquet coordinator, and the bartenders who were fabulous and made sure we had a drink in our hands all night. Last, but not least, a great shout out to the chefs and serving staff!

We had our wedding in Feb 2024 at Wedgewood San Clemente. If my husband and I could give the entire experience more than 5 stars, we would! Our guests raved about the beautiful venue and awesome staff/vendors. Special shoutout to Tito (our HERO on the wedding day/rehearsal), Sierra, DJ Sean, and of course the countless behind-the-scenes staff members that made the day possible.

Planning process: Everyone we interacted with was extremely personable, understanding, and made you feel at ease. The people we worked with (mostly Sierra and Tito) were detail-oriented; they helped us remember the little details leading up to the day. Pricing was transparent. Wedgewood allowed us to customize as much or as little as we wanted; we never felt pressured or judged to remove/add customizations through the last meeting. The recommended vendors were also professional and great to work with.

Day of the wedding: As mentioned above, Tito was the man (Wedgewood should give him a raise)! He helped with the rehearsal, setup, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure things went smoothly. The venue staff made sure my husband and I ate well, had drinks in our hands, etc and overall were having a good time. Our DJ that Wedgewood recommended (Sean) was extremely amazing to work with – he truly listened to our vision, from the planning process to the day-of, and kept the party going; our guests had a blast and loved Sean. I’d recommend requesting Sean if that’s an option. The food was great as well, our guests especially loved the salmon.

If you are considering this venue for your wedding, definitely go for it. My husband and I had such a great experience, and are so incredibly grateful. Thank you!

Wedgewood Weddings was everything I could have asked for! The ladies were so wonderful to work with. It was truly the greatest day of our lives and several of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to. That was so amazing to hear. The setting was beautiful, the food was actually great, and everyone had a blast. I was looking for flexibility, affordability, and a lot of assistance through the planning process and I got everything I asked for and more. I had no complaints about any of their vendors. Everyone put a lot of effort into our big day and seemed happy to be doing so. I’m so grateful.

No words can do justice to explain how amazing our wedding day was! The entire Wedgewood staff is so amazing. If you are getting married, Wedgewood (San Clemente) is the only way to go!! Everything was so flawless and exceptional. Grace was our coordinator and she is the best of the best. On our wedding day we had to absolutely nothing but sit back and relax, and she checked in on me (bride) and made sure I was always feeling great! All of the vendors are amazing, including florist, DJ, event decor, baker for the cake, and the officiant as well. The most amazing staff, from the coordinator to the banquet caption and bartender. My vision came to life and it was a perfect day!

As an indecisive person, wedding planning was not something I was looking forward to, especially since I was planning from out of state. The Wedgewood staff in San Clemente made everything so easy, AND FUN! The wedding binder they sent with check lists and photos of all the customizable options from menu to decor allowed me and my now husband to sit an day dream without the hassle of Googling all various vendors. You have access to Wedgewood’s decor, it’s their great catering (you just pick and taste the menu), they DJs are awesome, and they communicate with and for you when picking flowers, cake, photography, and more! The level of details they helped with was incredible!

And that’s just planning. The actual day, WOW! Our Wedding coordinator at Wedgewood (Grace) was so great, she took our vision and ran with it! All I can say is pictures are work 1000 words, so please look at them! From rehearsal, to ceremony, to celebration! It was a dream!

Bonus: no set up or take down, you show up, get married, and ride off into the sunset with your sweetheart!

The team at Wedgewood are absolutely fantastic and I could not have made a better decision than to have our wedding here with them. They managed EVERYTHING and are truly experts in their field. I’ve never planned a wedding before or even attended one, really, so I came in blind and much of what I need to do was what I found on Instagram. They gave me a super detailed planning binder that walked me through the planning process from start to finish and told me about things I never even thought of. I never felt like they were overselling me or encouraging me to do things I didn’t want. They listened very well and followed up with me regularly to make sure I was on track. I’m very type-A and wanted to be involved in all planning and having them be just as on top of everything made me feel really secure that they had my best interests at heart and would pull off an absolutely incredible day. AND THEY DID! Our wedding was so beautiful and amazing and very uniquely us. It was a very smooth experience and everything went according to plan (weird, right?!). I would absolutely recommend the Wedgewood team to anyone and if I could do it all over again, I would. Thank you all so much for the wedding of my dreams! And arguably more important, my plate and cocktail glass were always full, never empty. They were always one step ahead of us and I didn’t even have to ask for anything because they already had everything I needed at all times. You are all amazing and wonderful humans.

Wedgewood is literally the best! They help out so much with the small details most brides have stresses over! They are very responsive and always there to help! The day of the wedding was an absolute dream and they tended to my husband and I like royalty!! It was the most amazing experience! 10000000% recommend!!!

I cannot thank Wedgewood enough for giving us the perfect wedding! Everything turned out absolutely incredible! Even with rescheduling due to COVID, they were very easy to work with. I wanted to share a few highlights and shout outs! (1) The outdoor reception area AND the indoor reception area are both so so beautiful!!! And there are views of the ocean, which is a huge plus! (2) They are so helpful during the wedding planning process - They provide a wedding planning book and you have several wedding planning meetings. Those resources and meetings immensely helped us prepare and plan for the wedding; Wedgewood made it so easy to make decisions and create a plan. (3) They provide vendors for you, which really takes a lot of the hard work and searching out of the equation for you. We loved all of the included vendors (Ever Love Photography, Forever Tomorrow Events), as well as the recommended vendors (Elizabeth Hickman, Hair & Makeup). (4) Our day-off wedding coordinator (Corina) was AMAZING. She made everything go off without a hitch and ensured that every wedding detail we planned turned out just how we imagined! She was organized, prepared, and so so kind. (5) Shout out to the bartenders - they are amazing and always made sure our drinks were never empty! (6) Lastly, I just want to say a big thank you to the entire Wedgewood team for making our day more perfect than we ever imagined. Thank you for working so hard to make sure everything went perfectly, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing day of. Let me just say - HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!! I was so stressed going into this experience thinking about meeting with vendors, finding a DJ, finding a caterer... and then BOOM - I found Wedgewood San Clemente.

The process and experience leading up to the big day was absolutely fantastic. Wedgewood gives you everything you need to be organized - a binder and check list, reminder emails, calls leading up, in person appointments, and they also host really fun Wedding Fairs during Spring and Summer time. I recommend going to these - I was able to score free stuff, and try most of the food out ahead of time!

As for the big day, I couldn't have asked for a better venue or team. They made us feel like a million bucks - the food was phenomenal, the DJ (DJ Gavin) EXCEEDED our expectations, our flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous, the cake was everything I could have asked for and more, and our decor was set up perfectly by the Wedgewood team. There is not a single bad thing I could possibly say.

If you are lucky enough to score Keena as your coordinator - you will LOVE her! The whole team in general is phenomenal, and every time I spoke with someone, emailed, or met with the team I received phenomenal service and overall advice. All of the ladies are down to earth, and there just to HELP you. Going through Wedgewood made wedding planning so easy and I am beyond excited we got married here. Could not recommend this enough!

We got married a couple of weeks ago and our overall experience was amazing! The staff made our day stress free, dj was amazing, cake was to die for and our bartender was on top of it. The attention to detail that they paid attention to helped this rigid bride. My only negative was that we had three different coordinators in our year of planning. The last one changed 10 days before the wedding. On the plus, it didn’t impact the day one bit. They took such great notes they picked up right where the last left off. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience!!

We booked Wedgewood San Clemente for our wedding and I have never looked back. The all inclusive nature, how willing to work with us the staff and planners are, and the beauty of the venue itself cannot be beat. I feel so at peace with my decision to pick WSC and 6 weeks out I am essentially ready for the day. They have been instrumental in that! Worth the price for the quality, experience, packages, and ease of use. Highly recommend this location for any and all types of weddings and planners, but especially those brides who are overwhelmed by the planning process like I was!

Wedgewood Weddings is the way to go to get your wedding right. They did an amazing job! We live in North Carolina and both serve in the military. With their help we were able to pull this wedding off perfectly. They helped us with everything from ensuring our plan was solid to the day-of coordination.

They really shined on the day of the wedding. Our coordinator kept us on time, was firm without being pushy, and managed the guests and bridal party expertly. More importantly, Debi treated my bride with respect and professionalism. It was -her- day and the staff made sure she felt that way. Overall, I recommend them fully. It's hassle free, the wedding will look amazing, and it's worth every penny.

We had a destination wedding at Wedgewood San Clemente. The planning team did an amazing job even though our telephone-conference participation from afar had to be challenging. All of our questions we answered in a timely manner and we never felt overwhelmed. Our event was perfect and our guests had a great time. The food was fabulous and everything came together as planned! We would sincerely recommend this venue to anyone!

Debi was such a joy to work with so far. She helped show us around and gave some great ideas for our special day. The patio is covered with wind barriers, and one of the selling points were the heaters outside! Great for any event at any time of year!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We got married in April and planned our wedding from a different state. All of the coordinators we worked with made the whole wedding process so easy for us. They were always available to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions. They made me feel so comfortable during the rehearsal and on the day of our wedding. Everything went flawlessly on our wedding day thanks to them. The ceremony site and reception space looked beautiful. All of the vendors they recommended were fantastic. We were nervous about our food since we had to select our choices without tasting first, but it was all delicious! I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I were so thrilled with how everything turned out the day of. Our coordinator had everything covered, she made us feel so special and loved. She orchestrated our timeline and ensured things ran smoothly. We stayed in our budget and had an amazing experience. Our guests told us the food was excellent as was the variety! We talk about our experience to everyone, as a bride I had very little stress. It was pretty smooth considering all the things that go into one day.

5 stars all the way! :) You won’t be disappointed when you book Wedgewood San Clemente! To me one of the hardest parts of wedding planning was looking for a place to get married. When I found Wedgewood on the knot I fell in love with the scenery through their pictures. When I went to look at the venue I thought it was even more beautiful in person. I had viewed other venues online but had only made one appointment at that point. Turns out that was the only appointment I needed! It had the most perfect views in all directions, a little bit of comedy from the golfers in golf carts that had a little too much to drink(haha), amazing food, open bar, the nicest vendors, a quiet ceremony site with the cutest little waterfall, an awesome reception area and the greatest staff and wedding planners you could ask for! The best part is they give you approved vendors that are including in the package you choose! You can remove anything you don’t want and replace it with something you do. They work with you every step of the way and are always available if you have questions! We would definitely have another event at Wedgewood in the future! I could not have asked for a better wedding day! :)

Let me start by saying this is only my second Yelp review ever, but this place truly deserves a 5-star review.

Going into the wedding process I was super nervous. I’m a young bride and don’t have many friends or family that have been married recently. When I found Wedgwood San Clemente online I immediately was drawn to the positive reviews and beautiful ceremony site in the pictures. I did a lot of research online and decided I wanted to visit this location. Upon arrival at my meeting, I felt pretty instantaneously that this was the place I wanted to get married but it was the only venue I visited so naturally - I was skeptical. They had a date available in the time frame I was looking for and I went for it and let me tell you it was the best decision I made in my planning process. Not only did they answer all of my questions within a few hours (more often then not within an hour), but they were so accommodating throughout every detail I needed changed or was unsure about. Their packages are completely customizable to fit your budget, and you can make as many changes as you want up until 10 days before your wedding when the final payment is due. Working with a tighter budget, I was worried I would feel pressured to upgrade but this was never the case in my experience with Wedgewood. Wedding planning can be so stressful, but the coordinators here will really help you make sure that you have everything taken care of.

On the day of the wedding I was also worried that our decor and flowers wouldn’t be set up correctly, as I wasn’t there myself to ensure the process was running smoothly and I have a Type-A personality. Debi, our coordinator, made sure that no details were missed and executed our day perfectly. I was astonished by how beautiful the reception area pulled together (in our original tour the space looked very dark and dull). Don’t fret if you feel this was as well, as the space completely transforms with the help of white linens and colorful flowers :)

We got married at Wedgewood San Clemente this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with them. Through all of our meetings, the ladies made sure everything was handled. Everything was put together beautifully on the day of - they made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thank you for an incredible night - we truly appreciate all of your hard work through this process!

Absolutely amazing. My wedding could not have been more perfect. The staff was so professional and were so quick to answer all our emails. They bustled my dress so quickly and set up my reception the night before. Everything was beautiful and the price was amazing. Love this company.

Wedgewood was very convenient and was extremely affordable for how much you get and the quality of pretty much everything! We had our wedding this past December. Our package included flowers, cake, and the DJ. They have an overall minimum - not just a food and beverage minimum, so the fees for the lights and other miscellaneous items counted towards the minimum. For the price point, we were able to upgrade to premium open bar. The venue is lovely. The ceremony area is surrounded by trees, with an arbor, lots of flowers, and a water feature. The reception area is warm and beautiful. We had tables set up on one side of the hall, and the other half was set up as a lounge area for mingling and games. The food was phenomenal! We chose the buffet. It came with a lot more options for salads - 8 different salads! We had gone to a bridal fair that Wedgewood held a few months before our wedding and we were able to taste some of the food. We went for the mahi-mahi instead of the salmon, and the prime rib was so delicious! The buffet also allowed guests to go back for seconds. The open bar flowed pretty well - not much of a wait according to our guests. We only had one bartender for our guest size (60) so there was sometimes a couple minutes wait but nothing we were overly concerned about.

The girls were wonderful to work with - from our first appointment to the day of the wedding. They responded to emails and phone calls so quickly - less than 24 hours, and sometimes within minutes! They took my instructions regarding the decorations I wanted placed around the cocktail and reception areas and executed all of it wonderfully. They were very accommodating with any changes we wanted. We brought our own karaoke system which the coordinator Debi and DJ Garrin set up seamlessly for us. I honestly cannot be more satisfied with this venue and all the people working here.

Where do I start! The staff and venue really exceeded my expectations! I am very 'type A' and during the entire planning process whenever I had a question or concern the staff was very prompt in their responses and informative. They made the entire planning process very easy by scheduling meetings several months prior to my wedding as well giving me a binder with all of the information and timeline I needed to stay on track! I will say at times I was a little skeptical that if on the day of if everything will come out the way I envisioned it and I will say it far exceeded my expectations! The packages they offer and the vendors they use are also all amazing, my guests are still talking about the DJ and all of the flowers came out beautifully, the florist really accomplished the look I wanted! This venue is the overall package! If you are looking for a venue with beauty, great food, amazing service, vendors, and coordinators that helps you through the planning process this is the one for you!

Wedgewood San Clemente was absolutely the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process! Their process and packages were so simple, it made planning my wedding a breeze. Everyone keeps telling me how good the food was and how beautiful the grounds were. On a scale from 1-10 our wedding was an 11 thanks to the staff at Wedgewood San Clemente! I can’t say enough good things.

PS Fernando our wedding dj was incredible. Everything went smoothly and he knew exactly what to play to appease everyone in attendance.

WORTH EVERY PENNY. All inclusive cite (flowers, DJ, cake, food, linens, hotel, etc.) which was super helpful because they get deals on everything. The coordinators here are TOP NOTCH. Holds up to 220 in the reception hall BUT the patio DOES NOT. Beautiful!! AC for the summer. Don't worry, the golfers stop golfing in the evening ??. The ceremony cite is beautiful, but it gets super hot in the summer so we got married down the street at the SC Presbyterian. We lived every moment of our Reception here. Thank you Jenny!!!

We had our wedding here in June and worked with just about everyone on the Wedgewood Team throughout our planning process. Even though our coordinators changed, the transitions were seamless! We always felt confident that we were in good hands and that things would go smoothly, and they did! We picked Wedgewood because we wanted an all inclusive venue so that we didn't have to shop around/coordinate with a bunch of vendors. I feel that we got a great value for the package and options we picked! We used all of Wedgewood's vendors except we used our own photographer. All of the vendors were very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. On the day of our wedding the whole team went above and beyond our expectations. We were taken care of by everyone at Wedgewood and all of our guests felt comfortable too. We had a few day of "hiccups" but the team was so wonderful that the rest of our guests had no idea and these surprises were handled with professionalism and ease.

Wedgewood San Clemente was everything we had hoped it would be for a wedding venue.
Everything was top notch and the staff was super friendly.

I just had my wedding at Wedgewood and it was amazing! I started my planning while living in Ventura knowing I would be moving out of state about 5-6 months before my wedding. I loved that they had an all-inclusive set up so that I could pick and choose and change anything I wanted. I was able to add and take things away up to 10 days before the wedding. I ended up not using most of their vendors, but the add-ons and upgrades and just having a day of coordinator and someone to walk me through it all was worth it. We met Jenny on our first tour and she was by my side for the whole process. Let me tell you, she is amazing. All of the girls are. Every email was returned quickly, they were patient with all of my million questions, adding and taking away add-ons as I changed my mind, and they were flexible in moving around all of my consultation appointments and our rehearsal the day before the wedding. It was supposed to rain the day of and Jenny and Sari were in constant contact with me and my photographer. We had to improvise our rehearsal inside since it was rainy and cold, which meant we had a few crazy kids running around inside! They didn’t even blink and were patient and even helped keep them occupied with coloring.
I can’t even tell you how amazing they made the reception look! I brought in a ton of décor for the reception room and the patio, plus the centerpieces, and they just did an amazing job of taking all of it and turning it into something magical. The whole reception went off perfectly. The bar and the food was amazing and our banquet captain kept us fed and watered and we were able to relax and enjoy the night. It was amazing and I wouldn’t change a thing! I couldn’t have done it without Jenny and the girls.
My only con is the lack of picture spaces inside the venue. It was supposed to rain the day of the wedding and I was so worried that there was nowhere good to take family or bridal party pictures. Lucky me the rain never came!

The staff at Wedgewood San Clemente love what they do, and that passion clearly shows. The San Clemente location offers a beautiful and cozy ceremony site, and the reception space feels less corporate than other banquet halls. There's lots of room to personalize the space, and the Wedgewood method of planning keeps the fun in the process without having to haggle with so many vendors. Working with Rachel, Deirdre, and Jenny made wedding planning a breeze - whenever we had a question or an idea, we got answers and feedback quickly and enthusiastically. We felt totally taken care of, and like the staff really wanted to help us make our wedding unique - no cookie-cutter weddings here!

This is a beautiful venue that is perfect for anyone looking for an all-inclusive style venue. The package I chose with them includes floral centerpieces and ceremony floral, DJ, food, cake, open bar for entire event, invitations, night-of reservations for myself and my fiance, and getting ready spaces for the day-of. The girls here are awesome and very quick to respond to emails.

Wedgewood San Clemente was amazing. It was so nice having an all inclusive venue. They definitely can cater everything to any budget! Everything came out so beautiful and all of our guests had a great time. The team is really on top of things and made everything go very smooth! Dierdra was always a great help and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you!

The Wedgewood San Clemente team was such a pleasure to work with. The were organized, courteous, very responsive. friendly and professional. I worked the most with Deirdre and I can't say enough good things about her. She was fantastic - really I think she went above and beyond our expectations. She answered all our emails very timely, is so warm and considerate, and had an answer to almost every question we asked. For those questions, she didn't have an answer to, she didn't hesitate to find one. Seems almost silly to say this, but she really did make wedding planning easy, which I don't think many people can do. I know she's in the wedding planning business, but I would love to work with her again on any other big-event-planning, because she truly was a delight to work with.

This was our first venue we visited. It was also our last. My fiance and I got a great tour and great service. They were very patient with all of our questions. We decided on this venue right away!

Wedgewood was the perfect place for our wedding! We had originally met Chiara and visited this location in December of 2012. We postponed our wedding a bit but ran right back over for another tour in July of 2014. The entire staff was so accommodating and very responsive to my excessive emails of figuring out the perfect date! Throughout the next year, we worked with Chiara to create the best day ever!

The vendors that are included with Wedgwood's package are amazing. From the cake to the dj and flowers, I was extremely impressed. Every appointment that I had went so smoothly and I was able to customize everything. The wedding binder helped keep me on track with what I needed to get done throughout the year. The girls were so great in responding to emails as well. I could email in the middle of the night and have a response the next morning :).

The only issue I had was with the look of the ceremony site leading up to the wedding in July (2015). With the drought and the watering being regulated by the city, I was worried it wouldn't look the same as when we booked the venue. I brought my concerns up to Dierdre and Robyn, the general manager. They were able put me at ease, had new plants placed at the site and had the ceremony site beautiful for our wedding. The amount of customer service was wonderful.

On the day of the wedding Chiara and Carolyn made everything perfect! The ceremony was beyond expectations and after Chiara had two glasses of champagne and appetizers ready for Scott and I, such an amazing touch. During our reception, we had Kara as a banquet captain and she made sure Scott and I always had what we needed. We were able to eat (shocking!) and never had to find someone to ask for anything! We got so many compliments on the food and service. Garrin Romero, the DJ, was amazing and kept our guests dancing all night! We absolutely made the right choice with Wedgewood!

This was the second venue my fiance and I visited and it was love at first sight. After the tour of the venue, we knew right away that this was where we wanted to get married so we called them after we left and made our down payment. Also the amazing people that work here were so helpful and just really nice people who made us feel welcome. After my fiance and I went here, the parents of course wanted to see the venue so the ladies in the office made time for them so they could do the tour and go over any questions. People always say that planning weddings is fun but extremely stressful. I have found that to not be the case at all with the help of Wedgewood. (the stressful part of course) If you are looking to get married, I would definitely recommend this beautiful venue.

They let me do all kinds of things like have the reception and the ceremony indoors. I did California style (people sit at their dinner tables during the ceremony). They did all they could to accommodate my demands, like letting me put root beer on the tables as party favors.

Wedgewood is perfect if you're looking for an all inclusive wedding. It was definitely a hassle-free planning process since it includes the venue, cake, flowers and invitations. They're also great with working within your budget and offering different options.

Everyone at Wedgewood is friendly and easy to work with. We had a great time planning our wedding with Chiara and working with Banquet Captain Kara for the day-of.

Everyone told us wedding planning would be stressful. That was not our experience at all. Wedgewood was the second venue we looked at and the minute we left after our tour, we agreed we were done looking. Chiara made the planning not just easy but fun. Everything was laid out for us and the vendors they use were great. Our whole experience from planning to the day of was 100% positive. Chiara was able to wrangle out big family and wedding party through a rehearsal and was a flower girl whisperer the day of the wedding. She was there every time we needed anything. Kara, our banquet captain took great care of us during the reception. She made sure that we took time to eat...and I'm so glad because the food was so good!! Every detail was taken care of and I'm so grateful that they helped make our day so wonderful!

Wedding planning with wedgewood was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked into the sales office we were generously taken care of by an amazing staff! From planning, to the big day, the team was there to answer any and all of our questions and kept our day flowing. They took all the stress out of the big day which allowed us to just enjoy the moment! I highly recommend wedgewood San Clemente for your wedding venue! From the beautiful ceremony site to the reception hall it is a wonderful venue that makes wedding planning, and your big day unforgettable!

Wedgewood San Clemente was the ideal location for my husband and I to get married. We first saw the venue back in December 2012 and immediately loved the staff, the packages, the affordability, the venue.
We worked with Chiara and Kara and absolutely loved them both. They are very personable and easy to talk to, answers emails promptly and makes wedding planning fun! They each deserve their own 5-star review!

On the day of the wedding, the venue looked better than I had imagined! From the ceremony site, the table displays and up-lighting, everything looked great! It was PERFECT!! We paid additional for the wedding coordinator, and it was worth every penny! The WW staff went above and beyond and made the day go incredibly smooth. Many of our guests commented to Dave and I as well as our parents about how flawless the day was. =)

The food was phenomenal! The one weird thing about WW is that the catering menu is not offered from the kitchen, and therefore we were unable to taste test the menu items and had to choose blindly. Lucky for us, all of our menu choices were big hits with everyone, even some of the pickiest eaters. We had the buffet which provided ample options for all of our guests!!

With the Gold Package, the cake, centerpieces, and DJ were included. We used the cake vendor, It’s All About the Cake. This is hands down the BEST cake we've ever tasted! We had a groom’s cake and a pretty white cake, all tiers were a different flavor, and all of them were mouthwatering! The centerpieces were provided by Flower Company of San Clemente. Dian is very sweet and accommodating. Our centerpieces were perfect; simple elegance. The DJ Garrin, knows his stuff! He was a crowd pleaser and didn’t play one bad song!

All in all, Wedgewood San Clemente makes wedding planning very easy, fun and affordable. You can’t beat the venue, the vendors, the quality of food and service, and the price point!

Our wedding was perfect. Everyone we worked with at Wedgewood, from Liz, Chiara and Kara, to the florist/bakery/DJ was friendly, polite, and eager to please. I had complete confidence from day one that your team would do everything in their power to make our day special, and I was not disappointed. On the day of, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and special, and so did my family. I would and will recommend Wedgewood to anyone, and especially my family and friends.

I cannot say enough about this place! The question is not whether or not you should have your wedding there, the question is why wouldn't you!!! One perfect example- on the way to my ceremony, the club manager who had only been on the job a few days, ran in to grab a pair of pliers to fix my bracelet that had just broken moments before I was to walk down the aisle. That's how they operate here. Chiara was amazing, kind, patient and answered all of my questions. Everyone who works here is so attentive and make you feel as if you are the only bride getting married there.

Amazing service! Everything was perfect thanks to Wedgewood. I recommend booking with them for sure! Only suggestion I have is to explore all vendors, not just the ones they recommend. For instance we got our cake for a fraction of the price when we found our own cake through Albertsons.
If you want a great wedding book wedgewood! They will make your night run more smoothly than any other place. They truly work to serve you and make your day the best day ever.. Also the Garden Cottage Inn nearby is lovely and a wonderful place for you and your maids to get ready at!

All I can say is "Spectacular"! If you are looking for a beautiful venue that has it all, this is your place. I got engaged in December and got married in August, and the entire process leading up to the wedding was perfect. The staff is completely accommodating, professional, and they just go above and beyond the call of duty. I think this is a day that a girl dreams about her entire life, so its important to work with people that can keep you relaxed and focused on just enjoying the experience and letting the venue handle the rest, and that's what the Wedgwood, San Clement did. Look no further, the best thing too, is they are super reasonable with there price, a couple on a budget can have an amazing wedding without breaking the bank... I give them a 10 because they really do deserve it! The best day of my life! Thanks Wedgewood, for making it perfect!

I can't begin to explain how incredibly pleased we are to have had our wedding here. There is not one complaint we can give from the planning process to the day of our wedding. Lindsey and Chiara were both great during the planning process and responded quickly to all of my questions or concerns. They made sure everything would turn out beautiful and displayed such great customer service skills. You could definitely tell they enjoy working with their brides and grooms.

Our coordinator for the rehearsal, ceremony, and beginning of reception was awesome to work with as well. She wasn't pushy at all with telling us things had to be a certain way like I've heard some coordinators do. She gave us the right amount of direction and suggestions and told us to just tell her whatever it is we want and she will do it. She made things so easy and everything ran so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

The day of the wedding was beyond incredible. I wish I could go back! Everything was just the way we envisioned and more. We had quite a bit of instructions for the team and they set up everything just the way we wanted. I am sort of a perfectionist and I for sure assumed that I would have to fix some things around before my guests went in, but to my surprise I didn't have to lift one finger. That gave me the opportunity to relax before the ceremony while drinking some wine. The bartender, Shane, our wait capt., Julie, and the rest of the wait staff catered to us all night and made us feel so important. We keep getting great feedback on the food (buffet style with PLENTY of food for 170 guests), the fast service of the bartenders and staff, the location, the atmosphere, everything.

We also used their preferred vendors, "It's all about the cake" (our cake was oh so beautiful and delicious), their DJ, Garrin, who was awesome and so friendly, "Flower Company of Orange County", "The Hampton Inn & Suites", and the B&B for the night of the wedding.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience to work with the ladies at Wedgewood San Ramon. They are all so professional, kind, and hard-working, and each of them contributed a great deal to making our day go seamlessly. Sandy, Lauren, and Allison were always so helpful and on top of everything. Whenever I sent an email, one of them always responded very quickly to any questions or changes to our plans, and I am so grateful for that! It made planning so much easier to know that answers to my questions were just a quick email away!

I recommend Wedgewood San Ramon without hesitation to anyone looking for an amazing venue at an unbelievable value. The staff blew my expectations out of the water, and I am so grateful for the incredible day they were able to create for my husband and me. Sandy, Lauren, & Allison will always hold a special place in my heart, as they kept one of the most exciting times of my life virtually stress-free and so fun!

Cannot be more pleased with how everything came out. Everyone at Wedgewood was beyond helpful & allowed us to bring a lot of our own items & they set it up for us with no additional charge! They were on time, always waiting on us and allowing us to take our time and make our night. They were flexible and always responsive to my million emails a day leading up to the wedding. Food was excellent! It was great that the DJ, cake, and flowers were all already included! They referred me a fantastic minister & a photographer (although I went with Wendy Kathleen Photography instead) so it was extremely helpful to have a one stop shop, so to speak. I would highly recommend you check them out & I would do it all over again (& not change a thing) if I had a chance.

Wedgewood provides so many services for such great prices i was so amazed! They have packages that I was able to customized to fit my budget! The whole staff were all very helpful and professional! I am so glad that Wedgewood was the venue I decided to go with!!!! They are awesome!

My wedding day at Wedgewood was amazing. They took care of every little thing, even went back the the bed and breakfast to get my flats when I forgot them. Beautiful setting, wonderfully helpful and caring staff, and really yummy food. I couldn't have hoped for anything more.

I cannot say enough good things about Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center. My husband and I got married at the venue just over a week ago. Everything and everyone was beyond perfect. Wedgewood is the best because they have all inclusive wedding packages that you can pick and choose from depending on your needs. We used Wedgewood's vendors for our cake, speciality lighting, flowers, and the DJ. The staff is the best. They meet with you several times before the big day to go over all the details and make sure everything is exactly what you want. Chiara was super helpful when it came to helping us plan the wedding at our various meetings. Deirdre was the coordinator at our wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day. She made everything completely stress-free and perfect. Even the banquet staff constantly made sure that we were taken care of during the entire reception. DJ Lucas really listened to our music likes and dislikes and made sure everyone had a great time until the very end. I can't imagine a better place to get married! If you want a beautiful, stress-free, and budget-friendly wedding, Wedgewood is absolutely the place to go!!

Very prompt and professional from the moment I submitted my information inquiry. The venue is beautiful and very affordable for the area. I would suggest getting the buffet, it went over very well with our guests. The entire process of planning was made so much easier because of the way Wedgewood works with their clients. The wedding and reception were so organized and the DJ was great!

Wedgewood is a great value (flexible packages - really cannot beat the price for everything included) and this is a fantastic and welcoming location. We had a Halloween wedding with a Halloween/harvest theme and welcomed the staff to wear costumes (which they did). Everything was great! The food was excellent! Everyone had a great time!

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Wedgewood San Clemente. There were 80 guests for cocktails, buffet dinner and dancing. From the first "look around" to the end of the evening the sales coordinators and staff were friendly, professional, flexible. The food was very tasty and ample...suggest you include the salmon! It was a wonderful evening and the staff really worked to make it a success. We highly recommend Wedgewood.

Beautiful location- I had my dream wedding on a very grounded budget. We especially loved having our wedding in San Clemente so all our out of town guests could enjoy a beautiful place that week. The food was delicious! It's all about the cake made our cake and it was amazing!!! We especially loved the flexibility of their packages. Our wedding was perfect big thanks to Wedgewood San Clemente. The entire team was very prompt (a few communication issues occurred during the last month before the wedding day, but all ended well regardless!). As a busy graduate student living out of state, I knew planning a wedding would be challenging. Choosing Wedgewood was the best choice because their packages helped to eliminate time spent searching for most items and some vendors. They also provided a planning binder and scheduled calls that helped keep us on track. The vendors that they work with are amazing. The ceremony and reception space was everything we dreamt of. All of my guests loved the place. The majority of the food they served for cocktail hour and dinner was great (except for the prime rib, which was a bit dry), but everyone was happy regardless! Our coordinator was Kayleen and she did a tremendous job helping us. I had a small vision for wedding decorations, and they achieved it. I highly recommend this place!!!

Wedgewood was a great venue and we were pleased with how easy our wedding day was. There were some bumps in the planning process that were managed like the Service Charge that (we found out after booking) grows with the wedding cost, but the GM and Corina were so accommodating and found a way to help us with the issue. Corina was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! She communicated so well and kept everything organized so the decor drop off and Day Of went so smoothly. Her warm and friendly personality relived any stress we felt during our meetings. Our wedding was over budget but us and our guests had an incredible time and the Day Of went perfectly! The food was delicious and the serving staff surpassed any 5-star restaurant. My glass was never empty! Would certainly love to come back to a wedding here in the future.

Wedgewood exceeded my expectations. I’m not great at shopping around and bringing ideas together. So the fact that practically everything is included at this venue really relievers lot of stress for me right from the beginning. I love that ceremony space is its own separate location and not just folding chairs on a golf green. They respond quickly to any questions I have and any adjustments I have to make. I know my wedding will be amazing and I won’t have to worry about anything the day of.

We were very pleased with Wedgewood and all of their staff. We were on a specific budget and also had very chaotic jobs for planning a wedding, and the packages that Wedgewood offered made it really easy to stay within our budget and to make the planning process easy. The Sales staff were wonderful and supportive all through the planning process. They really helped the wedding go off without a hitch. All the guests commented on what a great place it was for a wedding and everything turned out amazing from the venue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on flexibility is that you can't taste the food before the wedding and this would have been helpful. However, all the food was very good.

It was raining the morning of our wedding and the coordinators were all ready with a back up plan, which fortunately we didn't have to use. I would highly recommend this venue, particularly for couples that want a really easy to work with venue that helps guide the planning process. They were great and helped make our wedding day wonderful.

We picked this venue July 2013 and had our wedding June 2014. This venue is a dream come true. They have their own vendors who make wedding planning that much more easy. The day of the wedding when I seen our reception room set up I cried. Absolutely breathtaking. The dj they provide Garin is amazing !!! I am so sad my wedding is over but so happy I had it there.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great flexibility when we encountered last minute rain on our special day. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood San Clemente. From the start, we were very impressed with the General Manager Reggie and after our initial meeting with him we knew we had found the venue for our special day. The catering sales directors, Chiara and Lyndsey, are both very knowledgeable and were great to work with through all the stages of our planning. Our ceremony and reception went smoothly and everything was beautiful. The new outdoor ceremony site is absolutely gorgeous and provides a perfect backdrop for pictures. It is so pretty you really don't need to decorate that much at the outdoor site. Our ceremony coordinator, Kara, was very organized and kept everything running perfectly. The banquet room and patio area provided an elegant environment for our reception and is only a two minute walk from the ceremony site. We could not have been happier with the floral and cake vendors Wedgewood recommended and received countless compliments on our flowers and cake. We decided on a buffet with three types of meat, potatoes, veggies and 8 types of salad. The food was very tasty and we really appreciated that the banquet captain and general manager ensured that we had time to actually sit down and eat at the reception! We opted to add the photo booth to our package and our guests loved it! Having a photo booth leaves you with such fun pictures of your guests and gives those guests who don't dance another option for entertainment. Because of the excellent customer service, the beautiful outdoor ceremony site and the fabulous time we had at the reception, our day was everything we had hoped for and dreamed about. Wedgewood San Clemente is a perfect place to get married and we highly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding at this venue last year. It is a beautiful venue overlooking the golf course with some ocean view. The staff was very professional and quickly responded to all my calls and emails. The day of the wedding they were very attentive and accommodating to some of our last minute requests. I recommend this venue.

Our wedding turned out wonderfully. Overall, we were impressed with the Wedgewood and staff. In comparison to every other place near the beach, the Wedgewood is by far the best value for what you get. The food was delicious, the open bar's price in unbeatable, the location works really well for out of town guests, and all of the wedding coordinators we worked with were kind, helpful, and enthusiastic. We were a little uncomfortable, however, that the staff changed so frequently. We booked our wedding 11 months prior, and by our wedding day none of the coordinators we had original worked with were still there. Having said that, everyone did a great job, it was just a little hard to predict who would be in charge on our wedding day. There was a small communication issue day of, but everything else went smoothly and was wonderful in the end. The vendors the venue works with were all easy to work with as well and provided great quality. The DJ led a great party, the cake was excellent, and the flowers were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this Wedgewood location if you're looking for a laid back and fun day for you and your guests.

Thank you Wedgewood weddings San Clemente! They made our day beautiful and special. We had juts our reception at the venue but everything went so perfectly I have no complaints! I felt like a guest at my own wedding, that’s saying a lot! The only thing I would say they could improve on is responsiveness and communication. Trying to get ahold of somebody to answer some questions just weeks before our big day took a lot of effort and left me a bit stressed honestly. But at the end of the day I did get my questions answered eventually and they pulled it off without a hitch! Also, they were the best priced venue we found and in such a beautiful location! Thanks to all the wonderful staff who made our day so special!

The location was absolutely perfect. It was gorgeous. The wedding planners were wonderful and very responsive. I enjoyed working with them. The food however, what is my worst nightmare. It was so bland. An awful. I didn’t even know what meat i was eating. Also, they only allow you to use one DJ they keep at house and he was extremely rude and difficult to work with as well as I had a playlist that my guests had selected on their wedding RSVPs. I went through all the work to compile the list, and the DJ did not follow it at all.

Lovely venue and setting for a wedding. On our wedding day, Tito was absolutely amazing.

However, the company fell short in several respects. During the planning process, getting a reply back was quite difficult. I never was able to get a hold of them by phone. The staffing was always different so often no one knew the communications that occurred.

At the end of the night of our wedding, we had personalized items that we were hoping to get back. Unfortunately, the wedding venue threw them out and didn’t ask us if we’d like them to be discarded.

I want to preface this entire review by saying that Tito and Summer, on the day of our wedding, truly saved this review from being a total dumpfire. They came through and made our day absolutely perfect. Based on our experience with the, and the actual perfection of our wedding, I would actually recommend this Wedgewood location. That said, I encourage any engaged couple considering this venue to read my review thoroughly.

Let’s start with what went right:

TITO: Tito literally should get all of the proceeds for our wedding because he WORKED for us. He was so kind the entire time. He, in comparison to other staff members we encountered, was far and above their customer service, knowledge, and warmth. He did everything we needed without even being asked. I hope he enjoys working in the wedding industry because he has a natural knack for it. Wedgewood should do anything and everything to keep him happy. We also worked with Summer on our day, who potentially may have been in training, and she was immensely sweet. She will have a bright future at Wedgewood as well. I do also want to mention we had a very positive meeting with Sierra as well (any negative remarks about the staff at Wedgewood do NOT pertain to these three employees: Tito, Summer, Sierra. They were lovely).
Affordability: This was the only wedding venue that helped us successfully be able to budget our wedding here in southern California. Their packages are extremely customizable. We found it best to get the elite package and then remove the options we did not want.
Open Bar / Bartender / MICHAEL: Michael kept everyone’s glasses full. He was the only bartender working for a wedding of 96 guests, and you would have never known. He worked immensely hard, and he always seemed to know when our glasses were empty. Michael was literally the highlight of everyone’s night as he kept the party going.
DJ Kyon: Kyon also kept the party going all night. He took requests but also made sure everyone was dancing. He was extremely communicative during the entire process, and he made the whole day (from ceremony to our last dance) run smoothly. He even managed to get a video of our last dance which was such a welcome surprise as we will likely wait for months until we get our official videographer’s product.
The Food: We went to the tasting (which PLEASE read on for more intel on the tasting experience), and we were left extremely disappointed in the food. It was lackluster. That said, on our wedding day, the food was freaking delicious. It was all the same food, but for some reason, it tasted 10x better on our wedding day. People raved about the food. My husband and I were shocked, but we also thought it was delicious on our actual wedding day.


What went wrong:
Wedgewood Staff: Overall, we were wholly disappointed with how staff treated us. We felt like a nuisance. I’d like to think we didn’t ask for much, but every time we sent an email, we felt like we were bothering the staff. For a company who is getting over $20,000 from us, a little bedside manner is appropriate. This was our only wedding we were ever going to throw, and we would have appreciated a little more understanding from Wedgewood that couples need to be educated on what to do. That was largely the reason why we chose an all-inclusive venue in the first place.
Communication: This ties in with the staff, but I felt it needed its own paragraph. It is virtually impossible to get on the phone with a staff member and not a corporate customer service rep. Unless there is a dedicated phone appointment, you simply cannot get a hold of anyone at the actual venue. So this left us resorting to email communication. However, Wedgewood’s email communication is simply horrible. I will say, it definitely got better toward the end of our wedding planning (January/February 2024), but from August- November of 2023, my husband and I were ready to call it quits and lose our deposit because we were so frustrated. If we asked a question in an email thread, whoever responded would not take the time to read a previous email. So everytime a question was asked, we basically had to start the back and forth all over again. Again, we chose an all-inclusive venue for a reason; we both work full time jobs and didn’t want to have to do the heavy lifting. But we ultimately had to do so with all of the back and forth time we lost as a result of this. During our frustration, we sent them a formal email asking for there to be a better line of communication. At our lowest request, we simply asked for the individual staff member who responded to our email to sign their name. We just wanted to know who we were talking to. Very rarely after this request did they follow this. Email communication continued to be very poor. Even up to discussing our final payment, we had so many back and forth emails where we had to correct the person on the other side because they never saw our follow up emails where we clarified our final guest count. Additionally, when we sent our cashier’s check in as final payment, we asked them to email and confirm when they received it. They never did. We had to reach out two days before our wedding to make sure everything was still good to go.
The Tasting Event: Wedgewood, every quarter, puts on a tasting event for all the engaged couples for that season. At our first planning meeting, Kayleen told us we would attend the tasting event on September 11th. This is a Monday night. We are from out of town, so we both had to request that Monday and Tuesday off. We did so as soon as she told us about the event. A week before the event, we hadn’t heard anything from Wedgewood, so I sent an email (read above for how great their email communication is). Haley, a different staff member, let us know that we were not on the invite list for the September 11th tasting event. We were scheduled to attend one in December and that it would cost $20 per person to attend. There are several things wrong with this. 1) We were already told we would be attending the September 11th event. We had taken, collectively, four days off for this event. 2) How were we supposed to attend the event in December when our details meeting (where we decide what food we want at the wedding) is taking place in October? That didn’t line up at all. 3) Perhaps this is me being petty, but why on earth are we paying $40 when we are giving your venue over $20k? When I brought up these points to them, they did rectify this situation and allowed us to come to the September 11th event, but I hated having to make a stink about it. Again, it left me feeling like a bridezilla. By no means did I ever want to come off that way, but these issues were just leaving us so frustrated and defeated. We wanted our wedding planning to be a joyous time, but Wedgewood continued to drop the ball over and over again.
Deceit over Weekend Meetings: When we had our initial meeting with Kayleen to tour the venue, we brought up that we live in Santa Barbara. This is over a 3 hour drive. We would only be able to do in-person meetings on weekend. Kayleen made it clear that this would be no problem and they would accommodate us. However, as soon as we put down our deposit, the staff changed their tune. They said they couldn’t do weekend meetings because they host weddings on weekends. Of course, that makes sense - but why tell us you could? This again left us feeling like we were deceived.
Lack of consistency: Over the course of wedding planning through Wedgewood, you have four official meetings. We had items and details picked out from the very first meeting. However, at every subsequent meeting, those details were never written down. As with the email communication, we had to start all over each time. This made us feel like we had no confidence in the venue whatsoever. Thankfully, Tito pulled through and made sure all of this happened, but I do fear that if it had been another staff member, these details would have been forgotten.

Ultimately, my husband and I have zero regrets about our wedding. It was an absolutely stunning day, and I’ll do my best to come back and post the pictures of the venue when I receive them. I just urge any brides and grooms out there who are considering this Wedgewood location to be clear from the get go about your expectations for communication. Also, make sure your tasting event lines up in such a way that you can try the food before you are required to make a decision on what to serve at your wedding.

This was the absolute worst and most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. They apparently think that they have the power to ignore the state lockdown/closures and continue to host events. They won't refund us back our deposit even though we were absolutely unable to reschedule our wedding to a later date considering my husband is deploying this month!!!! I am appalled and completely disappointed that they are stealing money from people. They rendered no services in which they deserve our deposit. STAY AWAY FROM WEDGEWOOD AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

My husband and I got married here earlier this year & while, we are happily married which is all that really matters, I must review this venue to warn as my experience was literally THE WORST.
Wedgewood San Clemente seemed so great until the week of the wedding. After paying THOUSANDS of dollars for this venue/catering/DJ with an ASSURANCE that they had a rain plan in case of rain, it was realized the week of our wedding that it was going to rain & that Wedgewood San Clemente DID NOT HAVE A RAIN PLAN. I even can quote the DJ saying to my husband and I, "it hasn't ever rained for a wedding here so I'm anxious to see what they actually will do"

The rehearsal was beyond terrible. Corporate workers and all new faces.... NO ONE who I had worked with for months planning my wedding we're present that day. The corporate guy in charge was the rudest man I have ever met, and seeing him at my wedding reception was icing to all of the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from staff and lack of a rain plan. After hours of arguing my father and friends and I CAME UP WITH A RAIN PLAN FOR THEM... That they are still using today, so YOU'RE WELCOME WEDGEWOOD.

To top it off... The day of my weddig they had a rehearsal rehearse until guests from my wedding had to ask them to leave because I was about to walk down the aisle. They said they had a "bridal room/suite" for the bride to hide it.... THEY LIED. I have a photo of me, THE BRIDE, getting ready and hiding in the handicap stall of the PUBLIC BATHROOM on site!!!!! UNREAL! I couldn't believe it! And then the staff had a meeting with themselves in their office which could be seen while my reception was happening!!! UNREAL again.

For the cost of this place, the service and venue is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. And believe me, they will nickel and dime you for every single detail, and they will not follow through if it rains! Promise, and I have photos to prove this! Very disappointed.
