Eagle Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings Reviews

Buckle up, because this is going to be a long review. I want to make sure no stones are left unturned, because the only thing more amazing than the venue itself, is the staff that helped make our day possible.

A short abbreviated version of this feedback is at the bottom of all of this.

Where do I even begin!! When Dylan asked me to marry him, I remember feeling super happy and also I felt an overwhelming sense of stress looming over me knowing that we would now be entering the wedding planning phase. My Instagram algorithm must have felt that stress, because Wedgewood became a targeted ad that kept popping up in my feed. So I looked up all the venues that caught my eye and Eagle Ridge was one of them. Wedgewood made the entire planning process so seamless, and I love that each venue partners with local vendors. The team was available and quick to answer any outstanding questions we had, and the planning materials we were given helped guide us through the whole process without feeling overwhelmed. We had JUST enough meetings to where we felt everything was addressed. We never felt overly stressed or not taken care of by the Eagle Ridge Team. Also, having a lot of our expenses included in one place made things SO easy.

We are based in Oakland, so Eagle Ridge was going to be a stretch since it was so far, but I cannot even begin to express how glad we are that we chose this venue. We knew our guest list would be big, so we needed a venue that was close to a variety of hotels and also had accommodating parking! Aside from that, Eagle Ridge had that vintage, warm, romantic feel that we were looking for. It was hard to envision as we were going in for meetings what it would be like on a wedding night, but the photos they gave us provided a really good example of what things COULD look like, and the venue far exceeded our expectations on the day of. The ceremony space was beautiful, and didn’t need too much to spruce it up. The venue itself is filled with many photo op worthy places for photographers and guests alike, and I love that the bar is built in. The way that Eagle Ridge is described on the Wedgewood site is 100% accurate to what it feels like on your wedding day.

Priscilla and Jennifer helped us throughout our planning process. Priscilla gave us the first tour and walked us through, and that very same day, we called and put our deposit down to book the venue. As time went on, both Priscilla and Jennifer were on top of it when it came to answering my millions of tedious questions and sharing photos so I could get a feel of what we wanted. We were planning to DIY a lot so I had to ask for many details of the venue to try and build a vision. Jennifer walked us through our second and third planning meetings and guided us through a very lengthy and complex process with ease. At no time did I feel like I was lost in the planning process with Jennifer and Priscilla available to help whenever I reached out.

We met Casey on the day of the wedding fair at Eagle Ridge who was so kind from the moment we introduced ourselves! She helped answer all the questions we had about food and what Eagle Ridge had to offer and remembered us each time she saw us even though our visits to Eagle Ridge were minimal! She was also a monumental help on the day of the wedding, stepping in to help make drinks behind the bar when the lines were long, making sure everything was operating smoothly as the night went on, and even stopping to check in on us as well as snap a few photos of us with our disposable cameras!

Kelly Jackson was our coordinator for the day. She did a thorough walkthrough with us all during our rehearsal and made sure that we all understood what was needed from each of us. She did a thorough check through the checklist of items that we dropped off as well. I had printed guides for how to set things up, but for the most part, I just gave high level instructions and told her that I trusted her and her team to set things up the way they felt it fit best. I left some extra decoration items as well, and said they were optional to use if they wanted to. The biggest thing I left up to their discretion was our arch. We made the floral sprays for it but didn't know what to do with the draping. Let me just say, I was so unbelievably impressed with how everything turned out. Kelly and the team that set up our wedding absolutely KILLED it!!! Everything was so beautifully set up, the arch was better than I could have done myself, the ceremony space was so beautiful, and all the signage was set up perfectly. As a Type-A personality, it felt hard to relinquish control over the small details, but the Eagle Ridge team made me feel comfortable and I didn’t think twice about it. They most certainly delivered!

I want to also mention that Kelly kept us on time and managed our schedule as best as she could despite us running a little late. She made sure that our grand entrance stayed on time and that we weren’t getting too lost in getting photos taken. She also captured a photo of us on the way out of the ceremony space after the ceremony and printed and framed it for us to take home. That photo is currently on our mantle in our living room and I cannot be thankful enough for how thoughtful of a gift that was. She captured a really beautiful moment between my husband and I.

Our banquet captain, Xochi Camacho-Lopez, was an absolute boss that night! She kept things running smoothly and really made sure we were taken care of. I saw her working so hard the whole night, and I made sure to express my gratitude as much as I could whenever I had the chance. She was ON IT the entire night! She made sure our drinks got to our table, and that drinks got brought back to us as soon as we were ready to sit down. As an LA Native, the best comparison I have is how Phil Jackson was to Kobe Bryant. On the court, Kobe kind of just knew what Phil Jackson needed and vise versa. They didn’t have to talk to each other to know what the next move had to be. That was the same intuition Xochi had. She was around when I needed her, she was quick to act and responsive to any requests I made. At no point in time was I wondering where she was, because she was always close by to help when needed! I think I must have hugged Xochi like one hundred times that night just because of how amazing she was and how thankful I was to her. She packed up our things so neatly at the end of the night and made it super easy to pack our things into our cars.

Our bartenders were amazing that night and were working in overdrive to get our guests their drinks! We had two shotskis going as well as people asking for different mixed drinks, and they made sure to take care of all our guests!

Lastly, the staff that worked the evening, in the kitchen and around the hall, were super kind and very quick and efficient.

The team that we had on our wedding day was an all star team and I cannot thank them enough for making this day perfect for us.

Last mention - the food was soooooo GOOD!!! The cocktail hour food was so amazing I wish I had asked for more, I could have honestly eaten those all night! I’m usually skeptical about wedding food but it was so incredible.

Everything about this day was perfect. We opted out of draping and any arbor draping for the ceremony space because we knew we had chosen a space that was just architecturally beautiful as it is. It’s not often that you can just walk into a venue and be like “yeah, it’s actually so beautiful just the way it is.”

I would recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone who is considering going through Wedgewood for their wedding planning service. I’ll say it again, yes the building and the venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the team that truly makes the experience what it is. If you want to feel taken care of, seen, heard and like you can trust people the moment you go hands off, Eagle Ridge is it. I will be replaying this day over and over and over again in my head for as long as I live, and it’s all thanks to the work that the team that helped us through it all put into it.

I would recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone over and over and over again. They set the bar so freakin’ high for what a planning team, event team and venue should be for weddings.

The staff are incredible. Big shout outs to Priscilla, Jennifer, Casey, Kelly and Xochi. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable and memorable, all because of the staff.

Special thanks to Jennifer, Priscilla and Casey for being so attentive and responsive to us during the planning process. They made everything so easy and manageable for us. On the night of our wedding, Casey even stepped in when the bar got busy and was helping out and making drinks. She is honestly so awesome!

The second we got in, she walked up to us with drinks in hand and said "I figured you'd want these!" and she was right! The night went off without a hitch because of Xochi and her attentiveness!

I’ll say it again, yes the building and the venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the team that truly makes the experience what it is. If you want to feel taken care of, seen, heard and like you can trust people the moment you go hands off, Eagle Ridge is it. I will be replaying this day over and over and over again in my head for as long as I live, and it’s all thanks to the work that the team that helped us through it all put into it.

From start to finish, our wedding experience at this venue was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful throughout the planning process, always responsive and truly invested in making our vision come to life. Our day of coordinator Jennifer was outstanding! She was literally running around to make sure everything went smoothly. Her energy and attention to detail made the day so much less stressful for me I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and they did an amazing job setting up all of my decorations exactly how I imagined. The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We’re so thankful for the entire team who helped make our day unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a dedicated staff!

This review is long overdue, but we look back on our wedding day often and are still so thankful to the Eagle Ridge Wedgewood staff for helping us prepare for and execute a seamless and beautiful wedding. They made the process so easy and were responsive and knowledgeable, answering the oodles of questions we had. The ceremony space was lovely, the food was wonderful, and the uniquely-shaped reception space was perfect for everyone to be able to see and participate in the wedding activities, also offering quieter spaces of the room for those who wanted to sit and chat while the dance floor was open. We used their vendors for the DJ, cake, and flowers, who are all amazing at what they do. We got so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful of a wedding it was, and we certainly agree! I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for the experience that we had at Eagle Ridge by Wedgewood. Starting with our very first visit, touring the venue. I had originally had 3 different venues that I was scheduled to see and when I toured Eagle Ridge, I just knew that this was the place for us. It is absolutely beautiful. Priscilla and Jennifer were so professional and so very kind, making sure to answer all of my questions and assuring me that their mission was to make our experience as smooth as possible with zero stress. Mission accomplished!! Every little detail, phone appointments, payment options and everything in between was convenient. The food was delicious, DJ Brian was perfect and really made the wedding fun. Priscilla made sure that our timeline was smooth and on time and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be, for those that weren't able to make the rehearsal. I had my dream wedding, and it was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. We are still obsessing over pictures and videos and our guests still talking about "the wedding of the year!" We were blessed to have been connected with the Wedgewood team. We found all of the decisions for our wedding to be a bit overwhelming at first, but when we started working with Wedgewood, they made many wonderful recommendations and kept us on track. We used the suggested florist, event decorator, cake decorator and photographer. We looked around to compare and found a great value in service and budget with this team. We were so impressed with the quality of our experience and the guidance we received. Our guests were very impressed as well.

We had our wedding at Eagle Ridge by Wedgewood in July 2023. We decided in January 2023 that we wanted to get married on a very specific day in July. Eagle Ridge was super responsive and helpful throughout the very short 6 months of planning.

This venue is all-inclusive, which was a big bonus for us as parents of a toddler. When we had a family tragedy happen in the middle of planning, the ladies (especially the lovely and extremely helpful Priscilla) ensured us that we would still have time to plan our perfect day and helped us with any questions or concerns we had.

The day of our wedding was 6-11pm, we were able to arrive an hour and a half early before the ceremony. The only thing I regret is not extending our time frame because it truly flew by!

The venue itself is simple, beautiful and elegant. The cake vendor, "I Do " Wedding Cakes - was so delicious, we were able to take the leftover cake home and enjoyed it at home. The flower vendor provided beautiful but small centerpieces (you are able to upgrade for a cost). The food was delicious and something our guests raved about for days.

If you want to get married but do not have time to stress about the planning and details, Eagle Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings is the way to go.

The team at Eagle Ridge is absolutely amazing! We were hit with one of the crazy storms late 2023, and they still helped our wedding vision come together in doors. Super helpful that the indoor areas are naturally beautiful and went with our theme perfectly. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had so much fun at our wedding! The coordinators answered all of our questions and guided us through the entire wedding planning process. We had a mostly stress free experience. We used the venue's preferred cake vendor and DJ. DJ Brian was great! We brought in some of our own decorations for the day-of and trusted the coordinators to set that up in the best way possible; they did not disappoint!

My husband and I had the greatest time. Everyone was professional from the venue of the wedding coordinators to the vendors they have provided for us. They just captured all my envisions of my wedding on point. Everyone loved everything they and has a blast just how we did as well. enomenal in every aspect! Having an all inclusive venue truly made my wedding experience so enjoyable and stress free. I was continually asked throughout the planning process if I was stressed and I could always confidently say “nope!” thanks to the Eagle Ridge Team!

The planning process was incredibly smooth. I worked primarily with Brittany and Kari during my planning and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and enthusiastic during the entire process. They always promptly answered questions through text and email and were incredibly accommodating. I never once worried about the details coming together thanks to them!

The day of was truly a breeze. As a bride I can confidently l say that Kari and M were incredible day-of coordinators. They were personable and kind and kept everyone at ease! They continually checked in and made sure everyone was taken care of! They were incredibly sweet and assured that I had no stress before the ceremony. They were detail oriented and made sure all of my decorations and details were perfect! The banquet manager, Jessica, was incredible and very attentive. She always asked my husband and I what we needed and was very considerate of us! Our funfetti wedding cake by I Do bakery was delicious and was complimented by all the quests. It was a hit!

Wedgewood Eagle Ridge was the perfect location for my wedding. Planning with a little rough with Covid but the team worked hard with me and my husband to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience! They were incredible from the very first email through the event. We would recommend them to everyone and anyone. The price is great as it includes so much, the people are amazing to work with, and the event space is absolutely beautiful!

From the first appointment to the last they are truly amazing!! I loved this place when we first saw it and I knew they would take care of us. Everything is incredibly well done. We had some issues like the flower lady up and moving. But the planner was like don't worry we have a back up and we will figure it out. The DJ did such a great job!! Everyone was dancing and having a fun time. I had alot of people say after the wedding who was that DJ because he did such a great job. I had many unique song requests and he found them with no problem! I had many requests but the whole wedgewood team pulled it together for our special day!! Mailani on the day if the wedding made sure the setup was done and ready for the big day. The cake place they told us to go to was so yummy. The cake was so good and she got what I wanted. It was beautiful. The food was amazing and the service from the people giving the food to drinks was on point. They made sure everyone had a great time. I am so glad we picked them and they really make sure your dreams come true. For the package that wedgewood offered it was really worth it and less stressful for the bride and groom. They really know how throw amazing weddings.

When my husband and I sought out to get married earlier this year, we talked about something big and fun for all our family and friends. Then 2020 decided to have a pandemic and rules changed... thus our plans for what we wanted for our wedding. It came down to literally just finding a place willing to host a small group where we can have a ceremony and a meal or postponing... which we didn't want to do. All expectations of a dream wedding were out the door.

When I came across Wedgewood, not only was I ecstatic that they were still accepting 2020 weddings but they also provided customizable (and affordable) packages for an all-in-one memorable experience. This brought back the excitement of having that dream wedding we had talked about. While we still followed COVID rules, Wedgewood was able to provide an experience far better than what I ever imagined.

Having dedicated vendors was a huge bonus. It allowed me to easily check the box and get it done. For anyone who plans a wedding, the search for various vendors can be grueling, but Wedgewood has the best already selected.

The Flowers - OMG, SO BEAUTIFUL! My theme for the wedding was tropical. Big leafy greens with white and purple flowers. Amy from Linny's Floral Design took my scattered thoughts and brought it all together to create a beautiful setting. The sweetheart table exceeded my expectations and everyone loved the center pieces.

The food was provided by Wedgewood which people are still talking about. From the appetizers to the meal, everything was delicious. Plenty of options to choose from. Kinda wish they had doggy bags... yes, it was that good.

'I Do' Wedding Cakes was DELICIOUS!! For our small group, we had a 2-tier cake. The vendor was able to incorporate our theme into the cake and it looked magnificent sitting on top of big tropical leaves. The cake was moist, flavorful, and just YUMMY

And then there was DJ Brian. He is the best. From the pre-meetings to the event, Brian was on point with music, toasts, speeches, and more. He kept to flow lively and even drummed up some impromptu dancing (we didn't opt for the dance floor with a small group but it still happened!)

For hosting memorable moments from beginning to end, even during pandemic times, Wedgewood handled everything perfectly. Everything was clear and easy to follow. In the short timeframe we had (1 month), everyone was very accommodating... even the vendors. Everyone took my vision and made it happen, and then some!

I highly recommend Wedgewood for anyone looking for that perfect wedding experience without the stress.

My wedding at Wedgewood Eagle Ridge was nothing short of amazing! All the packages are customizable allowing you to add on their preferred vendors or adding your own in the areas you choose! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my day ran seamless! The food was super good and we got so many compliments about how it was the "best wedding food". My day of coordinator and banquet captain made everything run smoothly even with rain on the forecast! I had the perfect day! If you want a venue that guides your planning, and allows you to show up with ease, then this is the venue for you!!

Awesome venue. The whole process was made super easy. Adriana worked with us the entire time and answered any questions we had. During the day of the ceremony and reception went off without a problem. 2 unexpected guests arrived and the venue was very accommodating. Brian the DJ did a great job and made the reception easy. Our two main servers (sorry cant remember names) also did a great job assisting and getting everything done. I've received nothing but compliments on how the whole ceremony turned out. Would definitely recomend!

Christina Rengo was our main point of contact, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Super flexible, very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Venue is gorgeous, and my wife and I were so happy.

We had our wedding this past week at Wedgewood Eagle Ridge. From the time we began planning, the staff was very responsive. When we toured the venue, the staff was very understanding of our budget and weren’t pushy at all about upgrading packages. No matter what your budget is, they will work with it. Their team made my wedding run so smoothly and they were very helpful during the whole planning process. I cannot thank the Wedgewood Team enough! Christina, Adriana, Toni and DJ Brian were all amazing! I would recommend Wedgewood Eagle Ridge for anyone planning an event.

We just had our wedding here yesterday and it went flawlessly! We had Christina and Adriana assisting us and they couldn’t of have been any better! They were patient with us the whole time and any request we had, they were either able to accommodate or made a suggestion that was even better, given their vast experience from helping other couples. We chose Wedgewood weddings from a referral and we will definitely be referring them to any one else who may be looking for a beautiful and extremely helpful venue. Wedgewood made our dreams come true. Thanks to them and especially to Christina, who held our hand from start to finish, our wedding was amazing. If you want a wedding that's pain-free, as long as you've got the finances, then Wedgewood would take care of you. They have the location on check, they have their own professional DJ (thank you for everything Brian, you were awesome!), they have their florist (great flowers!) and their baker (cake had so many compliments!). Christina our coordinator was always cheery, positive and had the longest patience. She was always upbeat and had all the answers. She made my wife Lala and myself feel at ease during the wedding and it made all the difference. I would recommend Wedgewood at Gilroy to everyone! They are professional, patient, flexible, caring and definitely very helpful every step of the way. The staff is wonderful and helped create a magical day. It was such a delight to have a team that was all in on my vision. Their suggestions and expertise made for a perfect day. The package we chose included almost everything we needed so only minimal decisions had to be made. Trust in their hand picked vendors.

We recently had our wedding at eagle ridge. The location is great. The service was great during the entire process and the day of. All of the vendors recommended by them did a wonderful job. Our wedding turned out beautiful. Pretty organized.

I had perfect experience start to finish with Wedgewood!
We had our wedding last month, it was beautifully put together, with so much detail and support.
I have a toddler who takes up most my time, so planning a wedding was daunting. Wedgewood provides all-inclusive packages. Our package (customized) included: venue, catering, wedding planner/ Valservenience, bartending/ alcohol, minister, DJ, cake, florist, Photo Booth, and upgraded linens.
I cannot thank the Wedding Planning/ Valservenience Department enough, specifically Adriana. She is a major asset to how flawless out wedding was and our dream wedding coming to reality. I came into the rehearsal a bit panicked. She took over my last minute wedding prep (favors, organizing picture frames, etc) and just a weight off my shoulders to enjoy our wedding weekend. Adriana came to check on me (multiple times) while waiting to begin the ceremony, even brought a glass of champagne.
Many compliments from guests re: dinner service, as we had A LOT of kids present. Bringing the kid food out first was perfect.
The venue is beautiful and I am so happy we were married at Eagle Ridge!

The team at Eagle Ridge is phenomenal but Sarah Emma and Christine are extraordinary they helped us step-by-step stress-free as much as possible and made our dreams of the perfect wedding come true and they accomplished it Perfectly we will definitely be coming back to Eagle Ridge for future events !!!!!!!!!!

Working with Wedgewood for my wedding was an amazing experience. Everything was made stress-free for me and my husband, thank to the lovely and wonderful sales ladies and coordinator at Eagle Ridge. I love that everything is in one package with Wedgewood, which makes it so much easier to plan. My son just got married here on Sunday, June 24th and I knew everything would be perfect.....and it was! The Wedgewood team is super organized and on top of things from the moment you sign on the dotted line until the wedding is over. The detailed binder they give you when you sign your contract is/was a lifesaver! I carried that thing around like it was my bible!
Everything was just as my son and daughter-in-law had hoped...and even more. They couldn't stop thanking me all night for the beautiful wedding, but honestly, we all know who should get most of the credit...the team at Wedgewood!
I need to give an extra thanks to Christina who was the wedding coordinator for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. The rehearsal went so smoothly so I was confident knowing the wedding party would know exactly what to do for the ceremony the next day. I kept telling all my guests that she was my "wedding angel" who just made magic everywhere she went. Christina just buzzed around everywhere making sure everything was perfect all the time.
Abby, the banquet captain was also fantastic! Abby made everything run so smoothly and kept checking in with me periodically throughout the evening to see if we needed anything and if everything was going well.
Brian, the DJ and Aaron, the photographer were terrific too! My son and his bride were really pleased with how easy Aaron was to work with and they loved his sense of humor (which is so important on a stressful day like a wedding!) Brian kept the evening on track and the music was perfect for each part of the evening.
I honestly don't know why anyone would want to have a wedding anywhere else beside Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge. It is gorgeous, reasonably priced and their staff is a true pleasure to work with. I will miss these lovely ladies and their cheerful and professional attitudes. I will recommend Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge to anyone I know planning a wedding in the future.

Wow! My husband and I were blown away and impressed by every aspect of planning with the eagle ridge venue. We mainly worked with Christina and she was so personable, honest, and helpful. We used all of the vendors recommended and had no complaints. Our guests were in love with the venue, food, flowers, etc. and we received so many compliments throughout the night. I feel like the stress that people tie to wedding planning melted away for my husband and I while working with the eagle ridge staff. The day of the wedding, we felt so relaxed and everything came together so nicely. I have already (and will continue to) recommend this company and this location to friends and family.

The chair covers and sashes made my wedding look classy and romantic. The photographer was also amazing. The prices fit our budget but our expectations were highly exceeded. Danny, the banquet captain on the night of the wedding, was fantastic as well. Over the past 3 months I would tell people "I'm getting married in April" and people follow the same pattern; First: congrats, Second: It's going to be great - but it goes so fast you won't remember it, Third: they list all the things that went wrong with their wedding and to prepare myself for something to go wrong.

Surprise! NOTHING went wrong!! not a single thing. The coordinators there know what they are doing and do it extremely well. Which is great since I didn't know anything about weddings. :)

Everything was beautiful and just the way I pictured it. The food was amazing and I had multiple of my guests tell me it was the best wedding food they have ever had! The venue itself is picture perfect and creates such an amazing setting.

The best of the best. We shopped around for our wedding venues over 4 weeks before we made out mind and go with Eagle Ridge. 5 stars all around. Our guests had a wonderful time at our wedding. Everyone said the best wedding food ever.

I did so much research to find a venue that could meet all of my needs. Originally my husband and I wanted a courthouse wedding, but when I started to stress about planning it he agreed to a consultation appointment with Wedgewood Eagle Ridge. By the end of the consultation he pulled the trigger and wanted to sign the contract to secure our wedding date. Christina and Leah were so helpful throughout the process. From making sure that we booked all of the appointments with the florist and the bakery that were part of our package right down to giving me the contact info for a couple of hair and make up artists when I thought my original artist was going to back out two weeks before the wedding. Wedgewood gives the couple a wedding binder, and if the couple works through it by the deadlines that are given, the wedding planning process goes so smoothly that there is no stress. I wasn't sure if we were going to get to talk to the DJ, but we were surprised when Bryan called to schedule a phone appointment to go over our music sheet. DJ Bryan was very easy going and he really worked to make sure that our sound track was perfect. I requested that he find a semi-obscure song for my brother in law, and sure enough DJ Bryan found it and played it. My brother in law was very happy, too! When i asked DJ Bryan if we could move forward with the cake cutting and first dance so my mom could be a part of those times, he was already ready to go and just needed me and my husband in our places. The banquet team was absolutely amazing, and even now i keep hearing rave reviews about how great the food and wine was. We also thought the food and wine were amazing! The arbor was a perfect background for us, very simple and yet surround by so much of it's own decoration that we chose not to decorate it. With Wedgewood Eagle Ridge my husband and I had the most perfect day to celebrate our marriage on a budget and the way we wanted.

I would 100% recommend this as your venue. From start to finish I couldn't believe how simple and easy they made the whole process. I didn't think I would have time to plan the amazing wedding I'd dreamed of, but it totally happened :)

We are so pleased with our Wedgewood experience...from the first tour we took of Eagle Ridge down to the packing of our items to return home after the event...every interaction we've had with all Wedgewood staff has been excellent. Christina and Leah have shown such professionalism and expertise in their field - providing guidance and suggestions on navigating certain aspects of wedding planning that either we had no idea about, or sticky situations where we weren't sure of the etiquette. Their sense of humor and patience along the way was always greatly appreciated. They also showed such amazing attention to detail when it came to bringing my wedding vision to life - down to double checking with me how I wanted the favors placed at each place setting! Sandra did a great job as banquet captain and guided us through the reception expertly, letting us know what and when everything would occur so that we didn't miss a beat! And Jordan was a fantastic DJ! He incorporated all of our requests, played a great mix of music, and helped me with suggestions for ceremony music that I wasn't sure about.

Overall, we had a joyous wedding and have received nothing but compliments about the venue, food, music, etc. since our wedding day. It's common for there to be some sort of major or minor disaster at weddings - it's almost expected - but we can honestly say that not a single thing went wrong at our wedding. We know that we have Leah, Christina, Sandra, Jordan, and the rest of the Wedgewood staff to thank for that! We won't hesitate to send friends and family to Wedgewood should they ever ask for a suggestion.

Eagle Ridge is an amazing venue! We decided on this location and couldn't have been happier with how our wedding day turned out. With our second child on the way, working with the Wedgewood staff was a true blessing as the planning process is completely stress free. They are flexible with all of their options and you will never feel like you did not get your money's worth. One of the highlights for us was that they have both an outdoor and indoor ceremony option, which was great because it rained on our wedding day. Our event was executed beautifully, the vendors Wedgewood works with are amazing and delivered on every promise they made. This place is amazing. From the very first meeting to the day of our wedding, Wedgewood went far and beyond to make my dream wedding come true. The vendors and officiant were phenomenal. Our guests have not stopped talking about the amazing service and wonderful food. We can't thank them enough.

Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge, was the absolute perfect place for a wedding and reception. From the moment we walked into the sales office, we felt comfortable with the staff and the venue. Roxanne and Christina were a pleasure to work with and made sure to make our day was special as anyone elses. Wedgewood included everything a wedding needs, it was a one stop shop. Which is very convenient now a days. They provided ceremony site, officiant, DJ, catering, bar, cake, flowers, table linens, chair covers, invitations, toasting flutes, guest book.....you name it and they provided it in there customizable packages.

Great place to have your ceremony and reception at! Packages that they offer are great and comes with the vendors included and all you have to do is work with the vendors and let them know what you would like. This made my wedding planning so much easier!

Like most of the other reviewers, I too searched the bay high and low for an affordable venue and Eagle Ridge is definitely the best deal out there. When most people say deal, you assume that you compromise beauty, service, or SOMETHING...but that's SO not the case with ER!

Not having to research a florist, DJ, baker, caterer, linens provider, or even photobooth services, made my life SO much easier!!!! They're basically a one stop shop, making planning that much less hectic. I loved and highly recommend all of their vendors: CJ Wallace our DJ was amazing, Sweet Pea Floral arrangements were gorgeous, I'm still getting compliments on how good our cupcakes were from I Do Wedding Cakes, appetizers & dinner was delish from ER's chefs (downside you don't get get a tasting but I'm totally happy with the results!!!), their entire staff (Roxanne and my day of captain Julie especially) go above and beyond, and you can't go wrong with a photobooth!!! I definitely added personal custom touches to make it my own but considering all you get for the price you pay, no other venue in the bay can beat it!!!!

We did a lot of research before picking our wedding venue. Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge Golf Club is the best bang for your buck! Everything was very pretty, but the price was still very affordable. I really liked how they contracted with serviced to get the best price. It made wedding planning a lot easier because I didn’t have to interview a ton of bakers, florists, djs and caterers. All the vendors were very professional and gave us many options, so we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious! All our guests comment on how nice everything was. Most of our close friends thought we spent a lot more than we did.

My husband and I booked Eagle Ridge in March '09 for a Sunday, April 11, 2010 wedding with the gold package. We used all Eagle Ridge vendors-CJ, I Do Wedding Cakes and Tiffany/Roxanne/Kimberly are WONDERFUL. Think twice about their photographer (my only complaint)

Sunday weddings are the way to go if you are looking to cut some costs. We used the upstairs room by the office because it was Hurricane Katrina on our wedding day (ok maybe a little dramatic but the weather was horrible) as much as I hated using that room, it turned out fantastic.

Buy the chair covers, it makes a huge difference! The food is sooo amazing and everyone seemed to love the wine.

If I had it to do all over again, I would without a doubt pick Eagle Ridge!!!!!!!!!

Wedgewood in Gilroy was a wonderful venue to have our wedding at! If you’re looking for the best deal around, little to no stress, and still have elegance and class, this is the place to go. They have everything down to such a science that my mom and I could actually enjoy my big day! Also, the food is wonderful (don’t worry about not having a tasting) and the chef does wonderfully when working with allergies. GLUTEN FREE BRIDES STOP HERE!! All of their vendors did a spectacular job, however I couldn’t praise the DJ, CJ Wallace enough. He is absolute perfection and even if you don’t pick Wedgewood look him up!! BUT, if you should pick Wedgewood because Betsy is the Banquet Captain and she was awesome! Calm, cool, collected, helpful, and on top of everything during the wedding! I wish I could hire her for my corporate events!

2 Suggestions: 1. Make sure you’ve got all of your wedding details (such as guest count) sorted out flawlessly by the last appointment at Wedgewood. 2. Their suggested vendor for photography was not very helpful to me at all, but they weren’t included in the venue anyways. We used Charles Photography from San Jose and he was superb!

I love Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge in Gilroy CA. I just got married this past Sunday 8/15/10. Everything was perfect! From the first time my husband and I went to Eagle Ridge we knew this was the place for us to celebrate our new lives together with our family. Kimberly and Roxanne are the BEST! They made everything go so smooth along the way. Besides the beautiful scenry there's so much included in your package from the invitations to the dj services. Our flowers and cake were beautiful and exceeded our expectations thanks to Sonya with Sweet Pea Floral and Debbie with "I Do" Wedding Cakes. CJ our DJ had us rocking the night away. All my family and friends couldn't have been more happy with food and service, we have not heard one complaint. Thanks to Eagle Ridge and all the vendors for making our day so extra special!

Seriously, I can't believe how awesome everything was here! We got married at Eagle Ridge on Sunday, July 11, 2010. Every single guest was super impressed by not only the site, but the people who worked at the wedding. I have not heard one complaint about anything from that day. Roxanne, Ashley and Mike were so fantastic in helping us plan our big day. CJ the DJ is one of my new favorite people! Every person involved in making our day so great deserves recognition and they all work at Eagle Ridge!

Eagle Ridge Golf Club was the most fantastic wedding venue I could ever imagine. They were very professional and catered to my every whim. They were eager to please and really handled every aspect of the set up and tear down.
We had the ceremony on the golf course (they moved covered chairs outside and then seamlessly moved them back inside for dinner), took our photographs with the spectacular fall leaves and trees as our backdrops, ate a delicious dinner of both chicken and steak and danced into the wee hours of the morning.
I would/will book the next large event we have at Eagle Ridge and recommend it to anyone who asks!

The team at Wedgewood Weddings Eagle Ridge was incredible! They really hone in on all the fine details so that your day is planned and executed the way you envision it. We came to Eagle Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings sometime in November and ended up having our wedding in January. Surprisingly, the staff was able to pull it off. We had a lot of last minute changes that they were able to accommodate. We also forgot a few things on the day of our wedding and had slight changes as well. However, Brittany and Jennifer were super flexible. We initially thought this wedding would be mediocre due to the rush and how we were super busy with work, but it unexpectedly became the wedding we had always wanted. They are a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

Having our wedding at Eagle Ridge was the best choice we made through the whole wedding planning process. I had my doubts from time to time, mostly on how far out it was from the Bay Area and the weird layout of the room but I was more than impressed on my wedding day. Gilroy has the best weather in October (as well as Santa Cruz). It sunny and over 80 degrees on my wedding day in mid-October while it was sprinkling, a bit chilly, and overcast in Fremont.

We were looking for a venue that had beautiful views and an affordable price tag. Good food and an open bar with in our budget were also top priority. We were also concerned with finding a place with exceptional October weather (Gilroy, Monterey, San Francisco) that offered a back up site we could live with in case of a freak rain storm. We found all that and more at Eagle Ridge.

Staff:
We originally booked the venue because my mother and I fell in love with Katie spell and Wedgewood's unbelievable pricing. Katie was wicked funny and so straightforward. After she moved on to greener pastures we were concerned about the new girl, Roxanne, but she is reliable, motivated, and did an awesome job! Tiffany, the banquet manager, is also amazing. She goes over and beyond to make sure that your wedding runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

I took off a star and a half because of some communication issues such as slow response time or not responding at all unless you call and email a bunch of times over a few days... as well as not being kept up to date on changes such as new options offered by the venue (such as linens and lighting).

Packages & Vendors:
Wedgewood's packages included services by associate vendors such as the floral, wedding cake, and dj services. The vendors they chose to work with are all wonderful - CJ the DJ, Sweet Pea Wedding Services, I Do Wedding Cakes.

Although the package pricing is extremely competitive it's not one of those skimpy "value" packages that make you wish you paid full price. The packages are also adjustable. For instance, we took off the chocolate covered strawberries and invitations and added an extra option to the seated plate (duo plate upgraded to trio plate). Which is not a choice of a meal but all three entrees on one plate... and it's fabulous. We had an open bar for 5 hours and didn't have to pay a huge bar bill at the end because it was included in our package as well.

My flowers and cake were awesome - check the reviews. CJ the DJ works for Wedgewood so there wasn't a separate place to give him a review so I'll do it here. One word: AWESOME! CJ kept my party and me dancing all night long. He played the songs I requested, there were no mistakes, he was a great MC, he didn't interject his own nonsense whenever he felt like it (a lot of DJ's do this)... and he didn't blink an eye at any of our random requests.

Reception Area:
The big windows lining the clubhouse wall facing the golf course and hills and wrought iron chandeliers were a huge selling point for me. I loved the views too. The fireplace, huge wooden bar, and giant doors to the reception room are great. Then there is the weird L-shaped room that throws you off. The room layout...it does work wonderfully even though it's not appealing at first glace. All your guests can see you. You can separate groups in different areas/rooms (which actually came in handy for separating people that might not want to be in the same room but want to be at the same event).

Food:
We had the Petit Filet Mignon, Salmon Bearnaise, and the Apple Almond Chicken. All were very tasty, perfectly cooked, and visually appealing. I would recommend any of them but the chicken was outstanding. It definitely stole the tastebud spotlight.

My major recommendations:
I do recommend going for lighting (which CJ the DJ now offers) and upgrading the linens (they only offer short, ivory linens in the packages)... both those factors transform the room into something more beautiful that imagined. Also, spring for at least a cocktail hour. Cash bars are so annoying for guests.

I'm not even sure where to begin, other than to say our experience with Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge overall was fantastic, our wedding went perfectly and was beautiful (9/25/11). We met with all the ladies (Julie, Roxanne, Tiffany) there a number of times (in person, on the phone, and via email), they were all wonderful, helpful and a great help in creating our magical day. It's a complete package when you go through Wedgewood, they offer just about everything you can think or at least have recommended vendors for you to use. We went with just about all of their recommendations, and they were all above and beyond fantastic jobs.

We picked the venue at Eagle Ridge because of the outdoor gazebo, and setting, and the beautiful wood bar, the fantastic dining room, the big fireplaces and just how great it would be for all of our guests. We went over seating charts, planning, timing, everything you could need to deal with for the wedding without any issues.

There were only two hitches: 1. The mens changing room still had some stuff from the previous wedding when I (the groom) and my guys showed up, the tv didn't work (or was missing the access card) – but we were so busy we hardly noticed, but ya know. 2. Towards the end of the night, I wasn't sure who to ask for some help, and turned to the bartender (who was very helpful) and he directed me to our dinning room director (I think was the title), maybe the night went by too fast, but I don't remember directly being introduced to her, nor did I know I could turn to her (I just thought she was server, sorry!!). My wife believes we were a bit rushed into getting the cake cut due to the main staff needing to leave as well. Other than those things, we thought that things went great. The ceremony was beautiful, they helped us out with a small table for our wine blending ceremony, they were very helpful for my brother-in-law who performed the wedding, and everything else helped us have a completely magical day.

fell in love with the venue after seeing it in early 2019. The green/clean atmosphere was the look I was going for and the reception area was beautiful with lights and a fireplace. It was also on the cheaper end of the other wedgewood venues I had toured. However, due to COVID I had to postpone my event twice. The venue staff worked with me throughout the process. I felt that once it came around to the wedding timeI wish there had been more assistance by the venue in terms of coordination. I had to figure out the logistics myself with all the different vendors. But overall my big day exceeded my expectations and all my visions came to life. The entire event was from 6:00-11:00 PM, which was one of the things I wish could have been different. The day flew by and I wish the reception could have been longer. But overall I would recommend this venue and am so happy with my choice. The food was great for not trying prior to the wedding. My cake was tossed which was unfortunate as I did not have a piece and was more than enough for the amount of guests that showed up. It is an all inclusive venue which made planning so much easier.

It saved us tons of stress and time where they contacted the vendors for us. The great thing about this package is that we don't have to use their vendors at all if we don't want to. Only thing we have to use is their catering service. We decided to customized our package that fits best for us. It included: venue, ceremony, catering, wedding planner/coordinator, bartending/alcohol, DJ, cake, photo-booth, and upgraded to have chair covers. We were surprised how affordable it was for us because of the beautiful venue! We thought it will be out of our budget but it wasn't!

I cannot thank the Wedding Planning/ Valservenience Department enough, specifically Adriana. From our first tour to our wedding day, the whole team especially Adriana was so responsive and made our wedding planning with such much ease. I had tons of questions and changed many times on services where Adriana had a very prompt answers and provided me updated quotes. They took care of everything after we dropped off our wedding stuff during rehearsal. Having the wedding coordinator was the best investment ever! They did amazing job of decorating where I gave them detailed email of how I want our decorations should look like. I was so happy Adriana was our wedding coordinator because she was with us every step of the way so she knows us very well. The other people on team was very amazing too if Adriana wasn't around so I don't have to wait for her. She was on top of things when we got to the venue where she reached out to other wedding party wasn't able to join us at rehearsal so they know what to do during the ceremony. She checked up on me before the wedding to make sure we are ok and on time. I love that they had other free decorations that we can use like wedding cake stand, the tea lights, table stands etc That way we don't have to buy it on our own. They followed on one of the vendor since we had some what a hard time working with and apologized for the lack of responsiveness. Everybody was raved about the food! It was truly amazing. Wish we ate more! :)

Our DJ, Brian, was wonderful as well! He made our night so much fun especially the shoe game! His personality was so friendly, funny and fun! Also he was very accommodating with us when we wanted to do parents dance at the very last minuet. He was able to squeeze it in our busy night schedule. Also he checked up on us to make sure we are on schedule and want to make sure we have time for all of the fun activities especially when we went over our time when we walked around the guest tables. I love that he used majority of our songs selections and gave us great info how typical night should run which was very helpful.

I Do Wedding Cakes was awesome to work with. The cake tasting was fun where we got to sample a few cakes. It is great that they have images that helped us to decide how our cake is like. It is awesome that they provided us free ribbon to add to our cake so we don't have to get it ourselves. They did a beautiful job and designed it the way we want it to be. The cake was very tasty too!

The only thing that could be improve on is letting us use stuff like real candles, sparklers and having colored rose petals in outside ceremony. I understood the reason why but it will be great if they have that so they don't limit us certain things to add to our wedding. The main reason why we chose Eagle Ridge is because of their beautiful outdoor ceremony. We were sad and disappointed we couldn't have our ceremony outdoor because it was raining couple of days before the wedding. I understood they don't ruin their grass but it was pretty dry on the grass so it was fine to have chairs on the grass. I understand if it was really wet where it will destroy the grass completely and it is muddy. However, being not accommodating made it kind of disappointing. Nether a less, the indoor ceremony was still beautiful :) Just wish it was outdoor like we planned. Lastly, having restrictions of where we can take photos on the golf course was slightly disappointing as well. We understood it is on golf course and want us to be safe when people are golfing. It would be great if we could take photos for certain of time instead .Some of the beautiful areas are on the golf course so it prevent us to take amazing pictures there.

Overall, we had a great experience despite a couple of minor disappointments. I would highly recommend to our family, friends and to anyone who are looking for an affordable, have a great supportive team with all inclusive package in a beautiful venue.

If you're going to consider choosing Wedgewood, you better sleep on it for a whole week. Don't decide too quickly, I was impressed with their presentation and friendliness prior to the wedding, but on the day of the wedding and the coordination, the communication and organization was shot. This company needs to have better preparation during rehearsals and therefore anything that the couple provides to the coordinators, would've flowed properly. If the coordinators took care of our vendors, it would'vd satisfied our cost. Supposedly these coordinators "do this everyday." If Wedgewood had better florist vendors, we would've had a prettier wedding. All these "ifs" will definitely happen to other future couples. Sadly I did not have a crystal ball to forsee this disappointment with this company. Had I known this "one stop shop" and "carefully curated" vendors is tried and true, I would've preferred to spend an addl $10K-20K to book a more reputable high end wedding venue and/or wedding planner. If the couples are the only ones to deal with the coordinators of this company, it's a pain in the ass. Unfortunately you cannot do a take two when it comes to weddings, so whatever memory we have experienced, shall remain. Definitely not worth what we paid for, or I guess it is truly what we paid for.
