Wedding of my dreams!
When we started wedding planning, we knew finding a “one stop shop” sort of venue was going to be our best bet. We toured a couple venues from another well known company and some Wedgewood properties, and ultimately decided that Wedgwood Aliso Viejo best fit our needs. From our first meeting all the way to the day of (16 months later), we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Breanna and Sierra were exceptional planners and their meetings with us leading up to the wedding really made us feel like we didn't have anything to worry about. I’m a very type-A person and I never felt like I was asking for too much. We had all of our questions answered and had pleasant interactions with Kimberlyn as well. On the day of, Sierra, Lily and DJ Rachel were extremely attentive, communicative and overall on top of everything. I appreciate that we were able to call, text and email any questions we had at any time and heard back from the Wedgewood team in a very timely manner. Of all of our wedding week events, we had the least concerns about the wedding day and everything ran smoothly and to our liking. We have been receiving tons of compliments about how the staff were running a tight ship and that we didn't have to worry about anything because it all was taken care of. I am very big on customer service and we have not heard a single negative comment from any of our guests. The only hiccups with our wedding were issues with outside vendors that the Wedgewood team helped us address. The vibes were great, the food was amazing, we even had good compliments about the bartender being very cool and making amazing drinks. We really could not have imagined our special day any better than it turned out and we are so incredibly grateful to all of the Wedgewood Aliso Viejo for making it all happen!

My husband and I got married here in September of 2024. Overall, our experience was wonderful :) And we are very happy we went with Aliso Viejo Wedgewood! We had an amazing wedding day, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the day and their experience as well! There are some outstanding positive things I want to highlight specifically!
The highlights:
1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had our ceremony at the fireside location. We loved the view of the mountains and over the golf course and so did our guests! To any future brides and grooms - just keep in mind that the venue does neighbor a community pool and a country club. They assured us that neither the country club or the pool would be a bother by the time our ceremony started, and we are happy to report that this was the case!
2. The team - The Wedgewood team was so helpful, cheerful, flexible, professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to the wedding day, we felt well cared for. And they were all easy to get a hold of! Our day of coordinator, Breanna, and our Banquet Caption, Brianna, were fantastic and did a great job taking care of us and our day. What stood out especially at our reception, while we were focused on connecting with our guests, they made sure we had our food and drinks. And kept coming to our sweetheart table to see if we needed anything. I can't tell how much that meant to us. They even added personalized touches in our bride and groom suites! Also, also they did a lovely job doing their absolute best to make sure everything went the way we wanted the day to go!
3. The food - the food was amazing! Our guests loved the food. We went with the buffet option, and we are glad we did.
4. The timeline - The timeline was well put together, organized, and thorough. We were able to modify anything if need be. Both the timeline of the wedding day and the overall planning process was well structured.
The only thing that would've made our experience even more amazing has to do with communication. While the team was easy to get a hold of and happy to help, we were often communicating with multiple team members throughout the planning process, and some details got missed in translation. It would've been easier if we were only communicating with one person the entire time!
Overall, we are really happy with our experience and glad we picked Aliso Viejo Wedgewood! We also loved being able to customize our package so we could get what we wanted without paying for the things we didn't! -

This venue, staff, location, and preferred vendors are phenomenal. Sean and I were planning our wedding from out of state which was one of the main reasons why we wanted an all inclusive vendor. We did go with the Elite Package, and would not change a single thing.
I'm not a party planner, and I have never been married before so to say that I was completely lost, would be an understatement. The staff at this location was so communicative and answered my emails/questions in such a timely manner.
Also, please consider using all of their preferred vendors. We did, and couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out.
I strongly suggest booking with Wedgewood and specifically this location as it is absolutely beautiful and they will do all that they can to make your day perfect and bring your vision to life. -

All of the staff and vendors at Wedgewood Aliso Viejo were amazing! They made our day stress free by making sure everything stayed on track and that every event flowed seamlessly into the next. We had a Harry Potter themed wedding and everyone was super excited with the theme; some of the servers even dressed up and wore their house robes and brought their own wands! 10/10 would recommend this beautiful location -

We can't thank the Wedgewood Aliso Viejo team enough for making our wedding planning experience and wedding day so smooth and seamless. I had a lot on my plate personally leading up to the wedding, and I felt 100% comfortable placing my trust in the team at Wedgewood AV. They alleviated so much of what could have been added stress for me and my partner during an already stressful year we were having due to some personal circumstances. The venue is beautiful and spacious, the pricing was reasonable, and we got countless compliments from our guests about the quality of service and the food on the wedding day. From our day-of coordinator, Ariana to our banquet captain, Chelsea to our DJ, Kevin and the numerous banquet staff (including Colleen & Skylar), every person we interacted with throughout the planning and day-of process was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Wedgewood Aliso Viejo to anyone who is looking to have a relatively affordable and stress-free wedding!

The coordinators made our wedding stress-free and delightful. Plus, we only needed to find one outside vendor. The venue was beautiful, and the pricing was reasonable. We cannot recommend it enough for couples looking to save money and time but still have a memorable experience! -

If you are thinking of having your wedding at Aliso Viejo Wedgewood, you 100% should! From the moment we booked to the time we walked out the door as a married couple, the entire team was incredible! Half of our guests were from the east coast and they could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue and event were. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team at Aliso Viejo Wedgewood took SO much of the stress away. We booked the venue in February 2021 and planned the most beautiful wedding in 6 months which would not have been possible without such an incredible team. They kept us on track with planning and are wedding experts. Some people are hesitant to book at venues that do a lot of weddings out of fear the event will not be prioritized or feel unique, but that couldn't be farther from the truth when it comes to the team at Aliso Viejo. Brooke was so sweet and it felt like she was genuinely excited for our wedding every time we met or had a call. The service is unmatched! They are quick to respond to every call/message and even have a great text messaging option. Their vendors are also incredible. My favorite part was never having to worry that I wouldn't be able to find a good vendor or that they would already be booked. Instead of spending all of our time booking vendors, we were able to focus on the details that made our day feel extra special. You are also able to bring in additional outside vendors which was important to us. We had a churro cart on the patio and an In-N-Out truck as a late night snack. Both were a huge hit and made our wedding even more memorable. The day of Coleen was our coordinator and did a FANTASTIC job! We had some things out of our control happen on the day of the wedding (at the hotel where we were staying, not the venue) and Coleen was so kind and supportive. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to in order to make sure our day was still perfect and by the time the wedding started we had completely forgotten about the chaos we experienced at the hotel that morning. There is not a single thing we would complain about. We are SO thankful we decided to get married here. Thank you Aliso Viejo Wedgewood for sharing the best day of our lives with us! -

The moment we toured this venue with Ariana and Brooke, we loved it and knew we wanted to have our reception here. It is an absolutely stunning location that my family (all from the east coast) raved about, especially the mountains in the background. From the very start, Ariana was personable, fun, professional, and helpful. Whether it was her or Brooke, they were always very responsive in answering our 100s of questions along the way. We loved going back to the venue for our in person meetings just to laugh and get to know them better! On the day of our event, it was our first time meeting Colleen and she was excellent in making us feel comfortable an so ensuring that everything was running smoothly. We had quite a lot of set up for them...trusted them with everything, and they did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful everything turned out considering our budget. We were also able to work with them and make it our very own uniquely fun tropical-tiki themed wedding! We highly recommend Wedgewood for many reasons, including how surprisingly affordable it is, but mostly because of Ariana and the amazing staff! -

My husband and I did wedgewood weddings aliso Viejo! And they were great! Everything was so organized and I just had to pick and choose. They did a great job or a timeline to my decisions so I did not get overwhelmed. They took care of everything on the day of as well. They made sure we got our food and took some home. Highly recommend them. -

We held a brunch wedding (one of the first for this venue) and they knocked it out of the park. Everything from the planning to the day of was amazing, smooth sailing and most importantly stress free with no “hidden financial surprises”. My now husband and I were kept up to date with everything every step of the way and Lyzmari and Kim were awesome to work with. Since it was their first brunch wedding there were some tweaks that needed to be made to their traditional food choices and we were not disappointed. All of our guests tell us how amazing the wedding was and how much fun they had. The preferred vendors also were great to work with and it’s amazing how much if already included in the overall price of the wedding which makes the entire process that much easier and stress free. -

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This venue has great prices and great packages. Everything is all inclusive. You don't have to stress out about little things as they will take care of it. The wedding coordinators (Kimberly, Aaron, & Tara) were very attentive and accommodating. Let them know what you want/envision and they will make it happen. The bartender (Nicole) and banquet captain (Anthony) were great during cocktail hour and dinner service. We got so many compliments how great the food was and the service. I did not feel stressed out on my wedding day. I was able to have fun and enjoy the moment. Very impressed with this place and would RECOMMEND them to family and friends that want to get married! -

Upon our first tour at Wedgewood Aliso Viejo, I knew it was the perfect venue! After speaking with Lyzmari & Kimberly about the services and packages offered, my (now) husband & I felt so relieved because mostly everything was already taken care of! We booked the elite package and are absolutely so pleased with everything that it includes; every single one of their vendors was so easy to work with. The communication between our coordinators through meetings and emails were always prompt and consistent, and they never left a detail out. They provided excellent coordinating help throughout the months of planning, right up to the day of the wedding which I truly appreciate since there was no need for another coordinator to be involved. After our wedding, our friends and family raved to us about how great the service was throughout dinner, how smoothly the ceremony & reception went, and even how amazing the bartenders/security guards were! I can't say I hear of or have experienced that same type of service anywhere else, which is why I am absolutely a fan of Wedgewood Aliso Viejo! -

Emily Sent on 11/27/2017The Wedgewood is an absolute amazing venue! My Fiancé and I took one look at the golf course view facing the canyon and we were sold! Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly always reminding us that it was our day and whatever we wanted they would do their best to accommodate those needs. Needless to say Wedgewood far exceeded our expectations! We knew our Wedding would be beautiful but we know they put their little touches on certain things to give that little extra "Wow factor"! Everything from start to finish was phenomenal! Beautiful ceremony, gorgeous ballroom, great photographer, awesome dj, and the food... The food was cooked to perfection. My husband and I have eaten at prestige steakhouses and this was probably the best filet mignon we have ever had! All of our guests kept complementing us on how beautiful everything was and still raved about it weeks after. Wedgewood is amazing and all of their staff deserve a huge applause for their hard work and dedication to each and every single couple that has done business with them. Big shout out to Elle, Bree, and Brea!!! These are the ladies you want helping you with your Wedding! Thank you again to all the Wedgewood staff! Everything was perfect and there isn't a single thing we would change!

Jackie Sent on 04/30/2014I recently got married at the AV Conference Center. I will say without a doubt everything went perfect... Kelli and Ashley.. .and the entire team were so amazing guiding us through everything. We didn't even have time to do a rehearsal because our bridal party couldn't get the night off work but they still ran us through it the day of and it was flawless. I love everything about this venue.. its rustic, elegant, and so much fun. I cannot wait to get my photos and I will definitely post some once they come in.
I will say the three things that sold me on this venue was 1) The service/coordination/customer satisfaction part... everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. 2) The food OMG!!! Delish!!! By a 5 star chef 3) The beauty of the venue... we got married in front of the fireplace outside and man it was breathtaking.
I highly recommend all brides to stop in and check this place out prior to going to other venues. Also, they have amazing deals during off season. To everyone ... Kelli, Ashley... thank you so much. You made my wedding a dream come true. XOXO. -

Tiffany Sent on 01/14/2013After visiting 10 venues, Aliso Viejo Conference Center is the number one choice for our reception! It was the first place we visit and I have no idea why we kept exploring! The venue has it all. AVCC is beautiful, amazing food, great staff, and the perfect place to have your wedding reception.
From the very beginning Kelli and Ashley were amazing! The ladies were always there to answer my emails, calls, and even humored my mother and I when we would stop by to walk around to get last minute ideas and ask a million more questions! These laides were on top of it! The day before my wedding the Kelli and Ashley helped us put together the escort card table (and much much more), kept me calm, and made sure everything would be perfect for our big day!
On the big day our reception was picture perfect! The venue was even more amazing then I could remember! During cocktail hour the entire guest raved about the sliders, flatbread, and was the perfect place for our folk band to play! It was the perfect out door area with the seamless amount of twinkle lights. When we first walked into the reception room we were blown away.
In addition, timing was right on and the night transition with grace. The guest raved about the food and all the servers! We were never left with an empty glass! I wish I had names of the servers because they made sure to ask about boxing my meal, and making sure I was happy all night! I even had red wine split down my amazing wedding dress and I was surrounded with three servers with three club sodas, and towels! They got the red wine off my dress and back to the dance floor I go!
I could honestly keep raving about how great AVCC is! But you need to see for yourself! You will love Ashley and Kelli, and there amazing team!

Easy and stress free!
We had overall an amazing and easy process with Wedgewood. My ONLY complaint was there were a lot of people who were walking around disrupting the ceremony from the golf course. But the food, atmosphere and service was incredible. Would recommend to friends! -

Everything went far above my expectations and I'm so happy we got married here. They have the best packages and are quick to answer any questions you have. Elle and Bree are amazing. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. And our Dj, Fernando, was so amazing as well! I highly recommend Wedgewood Aliso Viejo.

We booked Wedgewood Weddings at Aliso Viejo for our wedding reception and our wedding day turned out wonderful. What was great was the all inclusive package they were offering, the beautiful spaces including the ceremony site and also the groom and bridal rooms that were available to us the whole night.
We did forgo some options that were included in the package such as the DJ, and some of the decor and brought other vendors that saved us money and also would bring more energy to our party. We had a friend that attended a wedgewood wedding that influenced us to make such a decision and it worked out better.
We took a tour of the venue with Ashley who was very welcoming. The patio and ballroom areas were large and nice for a party of about 100-200 guests. The patio had an amazing view of the golf course and the inside was really nice and clean to our liking.
The planning process with the WW team was pretty smooth but there were some small bumps along the way. Nothing too stressful just timing with other vendors would come up at the wrong WW scheduled times which wedding planning is never perfect no matter how ready anyone is.
Our day of coordinator Alyssa who was also our planning leader was very nice and easy to work with. I will say she did give a different vibe than Ashley when we took the tour but she made the wedding venue very beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it during our planning process. She along with the banquet crew were very enthusiastic to work with.
Overall we would choose Wedgewood Weddings at Aliso Viejo again since everything came together so well.
