  Best team ever

  This group of girls was so fun to work with and they made everyone in our party look AMAZING. We were a big group of people and had a million dogs running around and they worked through the chaos with ease. All of my wedding party was obsessed with their hair and make-up. I highly recommend if you want a fun day and an awesome squad!

  Personable, Professional, and Stunning

  Would highly recommend hiring these experienced ladies for your big day! They showed up on time on a rainy Annapolis day with smiling faces and made everyone's vision come to life. Told Angela what I had in mind for makeup as someone who doesn't wear it often and she created the perfect natural look that made me feel beautiful. I showed Heather a photo of what I wanted for hair and she made it come to life in a way I never could have even pictured and got multiple compliments on it throughout the day. They stayed on timeline for 8 people and were so fun to be around as well :) Thanks y'all!!

  Gorgeous, natural, flexible

  I loved working with Heather and her team! She was so easy to get in contact with, and she quickly felt like a friend who I just loved chatting with! She came bright and early with two co-stylists to our wedding party AirBnB and knocked out hair and make up for 10 people effortlessly! Folks had all different styles of hair and all different goals in mind, and everyone felt satisfied and looked gorgeous! They finished in plenty of time, and created a fun, positive, low-key atmosphere. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

  Incredible hair and makeup!

  Heather and her team were amazing to work with! They are fun, thoughtful, and considerate about what you want your look to be. Heather nailed my hair perfectly and Angela was fantastic on my makeup! She even pivoted when she saw my dress and it was perfect. All my bridesmaids looked amazing, not too overdone, just perfect. HIGHLY recommend!

  My bridal party and I worked with Heather and Alicia, and they did an absolutely amazing job on everyone's hair and makeup. They tailored each look perfectly for each person, and everyone looked perfect! Working with Heather and Alicia was such a fun and easy process from my trial to the wedding day. I highly recommend working with them!

  We worked with Heather and Alicia for my our wedding on September 5 at Hemlock Farm in Edgewater, MD. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. First, my bridesmaids all have very different hair types, from frizzy to sleek, to short to long. All my bridesmaids wanted very different hair styles too, and Heather really demonstrated her breadth of skill across all styles, from chic bun, to classy ponytail, to braided bun, to hair down. Second, I changed up my hairstyle completely from the trial, and Heather was able to make me look amazing. Third, both Heather and Alicia had great instincts about how to make us all look good, but then also listened to our thoughts and were able to adapt. Fourth, they were both on time, and kept everyone on schedule throughout the day. Fifth, they were both a lot of fun to have with us getting ready. And finally and most importantly, everyone looked amazing. :)

  Amazing experience!

  I am so thrilled with Heather (hair) and Jennifer (makeup) from Weddings by Sage! I live out of state and didn't have a chance to have a hair/ make up trial. I knew I'd be in good hands after communicating with Heather and sending her a few videos of the style I liked. The makeup turned out very natural as well. Both hair and makeup stayed intact for hours and looked great in photos!!! Such a wonderful experience! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

  I LOVED my hair and makeup!!

  Heather was recommended to me by a friend, and I was thrilled with my trial and my actual wedding day hair (and my maid of honor's too!) Alicia was our make up artist, and when we didn't quite get the look I was hoping for in my trial, she came out to my house and did a second trial free, to make sure I was happy and ready for my big day, and she nailed it! All our guests raved about our hair and makeup looking natural, beautiful, just what we wanted!

  I am so glad I hired this company to do our hair and makeup for my wedding! I was thrilled with my bridal makeup and hair. My bridesmaids, my mom, and my flower girl also got their hair and makeup done and everyone was thrilled with how it looked. I loved that they came to the house where we were getting ready; it made it very relaxing and convenient. Alicia and Antonia were so sweet and professional- very easy to feel comfortable with! I did my makeup trial for my bridal shower which turned out great and was a great way to get feedback and look at tons of pictures to decide on any changes for the big day. This company was no more expensive than others I looked at and came recommended from a friend, so I chose them, and I am very glad! Highly recommend to other brides or for any special occasion!

  I choose this vendor due to their good prices and they were one of the only local companies that came to you day of and that did both hair and make-up! The trial day was super easy out in an hour, only issue my hair wasn't done yet and the next customer was coming in and then it was a little rushed! But day of we had no issues they were efficient and did a great job! They did hair and makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids, and my mother! All looked great!

  I was so very nervous before the wedding but Heather calmed me down simply just by doing my hair and makeup and made me feel like I am beautiful all around! The makeup artists and Heather was amazing to work with and I am very satisfied with everything. It even slightly rained at the ceremony and my makeup stayed on perfectly! We first had a trial where we got to know Heather and Jamie really well and I absolutely fell in love with their beautiful spirits, style, and the way they made me feel; they were able to take my vision and make it into a beautiful reality. They brought that same wonderful energy to the morning of the wedding and it definitely set the tone for the rest of the day. I was so nervous (It was my big day how could I not be), and they made me feel so calm and beautiful. I didn't have much of a clue how I wanted my hair so I let her work her magic and WOW, I couldn't have imagined a better style! I'm also obsessed with my tape-in extensions, thanks to her! Comfortable, affordable, and matches my hair color perfectly! I'm so thankful I found her and am now a loyal customer!

Heather not only calmed my worries, but she did a fantastic job of getting myself and my bridesmaids ready in ample time. I felt beautiful on the day of my wedding... even with it being a torrential downpour. Heather and Natasha did an amazing job and I would highly recommended them to anyone for the day of their wedding or special event!

  Heather and Autumn were fantastic start to finish on my wedding day! They were great at listening to what I wanted for my hair and makeup. I had never had my makeup professionally done before and they helped me figure out what I wanted. They really listened to what I wanted so that I felt beautiful on my wedding day. I could not recommend them enough!

  Heather and her team at Sage are AMAZING! I found this gem on Thumbtack after dealing with several snobby hair stylists/make-up artists that wanted to charge an arm and a leg. The Sage team was not only professional but they were also super fun to work with. Heather, was great during the planning process, she listened to all my concerns and addressed them properly! I would definitely recommend hiring Sage for your big day. They nailed the look I was aiming for and made me feel gorgeous!

  When I went to my trial I didn't know what to expect. I have never liked my hair or makeup when I've had a professional do it, so I was a bit nervous. Heather was so nice\ and cool that I immediately felt more at ease and I loved how Christine and Julia styled my hair and makeup, so I instantly felt a huge sense of relief and excitement.
  The morning of my wedding, the stylists arrived on time and set up. They were easy to work with and fit right in to our group. We had fun getting ready and even though we were a little rushed toward the end they kept their cool. When I saw my Sister In Law's makeup I began to tear up because she looked so pretty. It was a magical day and the fact that I felt so beautiful and that my brides maids and mother felt beautiful too really helped make it even more special. Thank you so much!

  Heather did the hair for me and my wedding party, and her make up artist Julia did all of our make up. We felt like they both really listened to what look we wanted to achieve and were all 100% happy with our hair and make up. My hair and make up turned out even better on my wedding day then I could have dreamed. Heather and Julia were so pleasant and easy to work with and were a joy to have around on my wedding day! I also found their prices to be very reasonable and competitive compared to other onsite hair and make up teams. I would recommend them to anyone!
