Holly and her team did an absolutely phenomenal job providing day of coordination and florist services at my wedding! She and her team made our wedding day completely effortless and it was easy to sit back and enjoy the day knowing all was in good hands. Everything went unbelievably smoothly (and if it didn't, I wasn't made aware as she handled EVERYTHING for us)! We rented decor through Holly and provided some of our own as well - everything was set up beautifully and made my husband and I's vision come to life for the day!
Not only was Holly wonderful on the day of the wedding, but she was also so responsive, caring, and intentional leading up to our wedding. She was so helpful in providing a timeline guideline, giving input on florals and decor, attending the walk through, and giving practical insight where was fit. We appreciated her expertise so much and it truly made the process much easier knowing I had her to help us through.
On a personal note, Holly has such a warm and caring presence that helped to ease my nerves and calm any anxiety about the many things that go into planning a wedding. She was always there when we needed her and I felt so trusting in her through the whole process. Holly was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she understood my vision completely and somehow brought every single idea to life even better than I imagined. I wanted a romantic, elegant, flower-filled wedding with a modern Bridgerton feel, and when I walked into our venue, I honestly could not believe it was ours. It felt like a dream. Every arrangement, every detail, every color choice was absolutely perfect. What impressed us most was how much she was able to do while still respecting our budget. Flowers were one of the biggest priorities for me, and she made it possible for us to have such an elevated, luxurious look without ever making us feel pressured or uncomfortable financially. She truly cares about her couples and works so hard to make things beautiful no matter the budget, and that meant so much to us. Not only was the work itself incredible, but she was also such a calming, kind presence throughout the process. By the end of everything, she honestly felt more like a friend than just another vendor. Her entire team worked so effortlessly on the wedding day, and everything came together flawlessly. You could tell how much care and passion went into every single detail. We had countless guests coming up to us all night talking about the flowers and how stunning everything looked. Even after the wedding, when we brought arrangements to a nursing home, everyone there was raving about how beautiful they were. I genuinely wished I could keep them forever. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want someone talented, creative, reliable, kind, and truly passionate about what they do, she is the florist you want. She exceeded every expectation we had and created something I’ll never forget. -

Words cannot express how incredibly grateful we were to have Holly as both our florist and our day of coordinator. We hired her as a florist long before the wedding and booked her immediately. When I met with her I appreciated that she was flexible and valued the fact and I don't know much about flowers. I gave her a picture for inspiration and truly she outdid herself my bouquet was better than I could've ever imagined. On top of that, she makes shadow boxes with your bouquet so you don't have to worry about it after using it for the ceremony. She simply took it with her when she left to begin creating the box. As the wedding got closer, I was stressed about getting a day of coordinator in our budget. Holly offered when I expressed my stresses to be our day of coordinator and she was well within our budget. She was attentive, kind, organized, and made the day go exactly how we dreamed. We still talk about how much we loved having her. -

Exceptional, Reliable and Helpful

AMAZING. I knew Holly was good based on pictures I’d seen of her previous weddings but she is a PHENOMENAL florist! The day of our wedding I was so blown away by her floral arrangements. She took my vision and made it into a reality. Holly was so nice, personable and might I say a wedding professional. She took my ideas and told me how I could make them even better but with florals and decorations. We rented vases and votive candles from her and she did all the set up! It look gorgeous. I highly recommends Holly for your wedding! -

Holly was an absolute joy to work with. When I first met her over zoom, I knew she was the right wedding coordinator for me and could tell her whole heart was invested. She never felt like a coordinator in the traditional sense. She felt like an extension of our family. My wedding day couldn't be more perfect and she made me feel so at ease with any decorations, setting up and take down. She did it all! Flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly like the inspo pics I sent her. I would absolutely recommend her. We chose Holly’s Floral and Day-Of Coordination for our wedding and could not have been more pleased. The floral arrangements were stunning, thoughtfully designed, and very reasonably priced—and they lasted for days after the wedding. Holly is so truly talented at her work, and it showed in every detail.
Holly and her team went above and beyond in every aspect. She is the calm, cool, and collected “mom” you need at any event—steady, reassuring, and always looking out for your best interests. She consistently handled unexpected challenges with grace and confidence, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the day.
We never once felt pressured or taken advantage of; instead, we felt completely supported. Every Zoom meeting and in-person meetup felt like we had known Holly our entire lives. She is genuinely the sweetest woman inside and out. Our guests are still commenting on how beautifully everything came together and how flawlessly Holly and her team delivered. I cannot recommend Weddings Your Way Florals and Events enough! From start to finish, Holly was thoughtful, creative, and truly went above and beyond to make my day perfect. The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning—more beautiful than I could have imagined—and she really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel so personal and meaningful.
On top of being an incredibly talented florist, she was also such a calming presence as my day-of coordinator. She thought of all the small details that I never would have considered, which made everything flow so smoothly and let me actually enjoy the day stress-free. One of the most special moments was when she surprised me with the most gorgeous peonies (my favorite!). She went out of her way to make sure I had them, and it meant the world to me.
Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference. She wasn’t just a vendor, she was a huge part of what made the day so special. If you’re looking for someone who will pour their heart into making your wedding beautiful and stress-free, Holly is the one!

So Impressed with Weddings Your Way!
Holly and her team at Weddings Your Way were amazing to work with for our wedding in July! They truly brought our vision to life and were there every step of the way to answer questions and provide feedback! We were impressed with their organization and timeliness, making sure everything was smooth, and even ran early, on our wedding day. Having a day-of coordinator who also did our floral was the best decision we made! The flowers were beautiful, and Holly and her team set up everything, from ceremony arrangements to table centerpieces, and helped tear down at the end of the night, so we, along with our families and friends, could fully enjoy the day! Would definitely recommend! -

Holly Ulland and her team at Wedding Your Way Floral and Events were absolutely phenomenal and outstanding. My partner Patty and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Holly to realize the vision of the floral design and the wedding over all. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had wanted. Multiple people came up to me at the wedding and remarked on how absolutely beautiful the flowers were and what a lovely job Holly had done. My bouquet was absolutely perfect. In terms of wedding coordination, we chose to get the full-day package. This was a little more expensive (though still totally reasonable and below other quotes we were given), but worth every penny to make sure the day ran smoothly. Especially considering our ceremony and reception were in two different locations, we felt this was necessary. (If we had had the budget, I would have hired her for more extensive wedding planning throughout the process.) Holly goes so above and beyond for her clients. She helped us source some of the vendors including the hotel block, mobile bar and photo booth...all of which worked out phenomenally well. She just makes you feel so cared for, kind of like having a mom there on the day who can also talk to the caterer and remember to check on drinks and has tissues at the ready, make sure grandma is sitting in the right chair and will herd everyone to the right location for the speeches, etc. Weddings Your Way has different pricing options that could work with your budget and comfort level. I also have to say that communication with Holly was very easy. She responds via email or text in a very prompt and professional fashion, which I really appreciated. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Holly and Weddings Your Way. She made the day a total dream for us and I'm so grateful. I wish there was more I could do to repay her. I could not recommend her more highly for your wedding coordination and floral needs. -

Holly was incredible to work with and so helpful leading up to our wedding day and the day of! The day went perfectly with no hiccups because of her. Look no further for your wedding day floral and/or Day of Coordination! On the coordination side, Holly was the glue that held my perfect wedding day together. She was truly the best money I spent on the entire wedding. I was completely stress free and present all day because Holly took care of everything that I’d never even think of and put out fires that I did not even know were happening! Her expertise truly makes her the perfect bridal side kick, and I wish every bride I know could use her. On the floral side, Holly’s team was by far the greatest value and quality of any other floral team I looked at. She took my vision and executed it EXACTLY as I imagined it, and her prices were phenomenal. Please do yourself a favor and hire Holly! You’ll be happy you did! -

Holly was such a kind and helpful person when it came to ordering flowers for my wedding. She understood my budget and was so flexible and willing to help a bride that just didn’t know what to do/was tired of making decisions! I told Holly my colors/theme of the wedding and gave a few inspo pics and she truly knocked it out of the park. I was obsessed with all floral arrangements she created and couldn’t have asked for better. Wedding day Holly came out with a small team and set up all flowers how I had visioned and that was so nice to have done while I got ready and didn’t need to worry about. Weddings Your Way Florals Brought our wedding vision to life!
Holly was wonderful to work with on our wedding day (July 2024)! She was recommended to us by another Bride, and we are so thankful we found her. She was able to bring our wedding floral vision to life, and was so knowledgeable, asking us questions to ensure our florals would pop with all our décor and even ensuring my bouquet would compliment my dress. We went with a pastel and bright yellow color pallet and received so many compliments throughout the night. Holly was prompt with communications and was able to accommodate any changes or requests as our wedding day approached. Beautiful florals!
Holly was absolutely wonderful to work! I had met with several florists before finding her and was so thankful to finally find a florist who could capture my vision, but also at affordable costs. I gave her my color scheme and she was able to create beautiful bouquets and florals for the wedding day! I truly had no idea how gorgeous they would be and received several compliments on the florals. The flowers smelled amazing and lasted for almost 3 weeks after the wedding! Most amazing florist!
Holly was amazing to work with. She called when needed and went over everything, she was very helpful! My bouquet was over the top amazing!! It was so beautiful. Holly was wonderful to work with! As a bride, it was awesome to give her freedom to work within our color scheme and design, and she took care of the rest. I was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the flowers turned out and I received compliments all day on how amazing the bouquets were :). Not only were our flowers beautiful, but she also helped us out when the groom noticed we forgot a boutonniere (a miscount on my end) by delivering it to our church. She handled it so quickly that I hadn’t even noticed we were missing it until she had delivered it. It was above and beyond what we could have expected and because of how swiftly she handled things, I didn’t even have time to worry. -

Weddings Your Way is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Holly provided exactly what I wanted for the bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, and center pieces. On my wedding day, I received so many compliments on how stunning the flowers were. I had flowers in my home for WEEKS after the wedding. I also did Day of Coordination through Weddings Your Way. Hands down the very best decision I made. Holly and her husband made our wedding day stress-free, fun, and memorable. Before I could think of something that needed doing, Holly had it done. The most BEAUTIFUL flowers!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Holly. She set up a meeting to figure out what I was thinking about for my flowers, and although I was open, she helped me narrow down my thoughts and decide what I wanted. I struggle with big decisions, so I was so grateful for her gentle guidance! We were doing minimal flowers--just bouquets for the girls and boutonnieres for the men, and she didn't try to pressure me to do any more than I wanted! When she arrived with the flowers on the big day, I was absolutely blown away--they exceeded every expectation I had and were ABSOLUTELY stunning! Holly was a 10/10
Holly and her husband paired up as our day of coordinators and everything was flawless. She was flexible to come up the day before for the rehearsal with an additional small fee to help that go smoothly! Her and her husband joined for the rehearsal dinner as well - as she really became a great friend through planning! We met 3-4 times prior to just make sure all our ducks were in a row which reassured me through the process! On the day of where do I start… she helped stay on time which was the biggest help of all! Having her as my flowers and day of coordinator was amazing as she knew exactly what was going on! She helped moved guest from each area and even removed sidings from the tent as it became much warmer then we originally planned! Holly is amazing - you would be lucky to have her on your big day! An Absolute Dream
Working with Weddings Your Way Floral & Events was the easiest decision I had to make during my wedding process. We just had our wedding at Almquist Farms in Hastings this past July and was a awesome place to have a wedding . Holly knows that venue so well it worked out so perfect!! Holly was so great since the first meetings and phone calls we had with her. She is very helpful every step of the way from beginning to end! She took care of our wedding day and made it so perfect just the way we wanted it. We are so thankful we had her and it took so much weight and stress off our shoulders. Holly always made sure we understood everything, answered all our questions, helped us with what ever we needed to get our wedding day together.Holly also did our flowers which were absolutely beautiful and we loved them as well. The day of she always checked in on us, asked us how we’re doing, set up just perfectly, restocked things, informed us of what’s happening next throughout the night, and took everything down at the end of the night. I was contemplating ordering fake flowers for my wedding until I found Holly. She was so amazing to work with that I have actually recommended her to many friends and family! My brother also used her for his florals and they turned out absolutely beautiful as always!
As a Covid bride, I had to reschedule my wedding two different times and Holly was extremely flexible and went above and beyond to make sure that I was guided through the process each time to make a bouquet that matched the different seasons my wedding my scheduled in. I was very lost after planning for so long but Holly had so many great ideas and ended up creating my dream bouquet! She was also my day-of-coordinator and brought up things that I would have never thought about. She was truly amazing and made sure that not only my husband and I were taken care of that day but our parents as well. If you're looking for a florist and/or a day-of-coordinator, hire her!!! It will be one of the best decisions you make! -

Everything we could ask for and more.
Holly made the flower experience a breeze for us and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I was very open about putting my trust in her and letting her take the wheel with them as I am not much of a flower person to begin with, and she blew my expectations out of the water. She was delightful to work with and very fair pricing. She also dealt with me making last minute changes without complaining once. I could not recommend her more. -

Amazing Communication and Even Better Florals!
Holly and their team are amazing! She knows the ins and outs of florals and was wonderful at knowing if things were going to be in season or not and knew perfect alternatives to flowers and plants that were not going to be blooming and beautiful for the big day! She takes the time to talk with you about what you are looking for and for me, as someone who doesn't know anything about flowers, it made my life a lot easier! I cannot recommend Holly enough for the beautiful work she did. My flowers were everything I had imagined and more. She listened to exactly want I wanted and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
For the day of coordinating she was so easy to work with and helped us with whatever we needed. Unfortunately, the coordinator at our wedding venue was not the easiest to work with, but Holly handled this so gracefully. I commend her for navigating the situation so well and still trying to make sure we had the best day. -

Absolutely Amazing
I can’t say enough good things about Holly and her floral and day of coordinating services! She communicated wonderfully through the whole process and was extremely helpful! I really had no idea what my flowers would look like and they were even better than I could have ever imagined! She asked great questions and used a lot of the pictures I sent her for reference.
I’m regards to the day of coordinating she was fantastic, our reception hall turned out beautiful. She was there for anything we needed and was so easy to work with. Unfortunately, the coordinator of our wedding venue wasn’t the easiest person to work with, but Holly handled this so gracefully and for that I commend her.
I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for florals and day of coordinating! She is also much more affordable than other vendors I looked at and does an even better job. -

Weddings your way was awesome at creating the visuals that I wanted. I just described to Holly what I was thinking but did not have any specifics. She was able to take what I was describing and make it happen and then some. Her crew came in and put up all the decor and meeting with her was simple. She was able to meet with me via FaceTime as I live out of state and communication was so easy. 10/10 recommend Holly! -

Don't think twice about using Weddings Your Way!
I cannot express how thankful I am for Holly! First our flowers were GORGEOUS - not that I had any concerns after our first meeting and hearing Holly's process and how knowledgeable she was. Two of my bridesmaids loved the flowers so much they reached out to her as well for their weddings. My main review though is for the Day of Coordination. I booked the all day package and wow did Holly amaze me. Even after the wedding, my husband and I kept going back to all that she did and how calm, professional and on top of things she was. I asked her many questions right in the middle of her always doing things (busy day as everyone says!) and she was always willing to help and stay on top of things. This was hands down thee best thing I booked for my wedding and the best thing money can buy for a bride who wants someone who takes care of all the details. I can honestly say my wedding day was stress free thanks to Holly! THANK YOU HOLLY!!! -

I am so thrilled with my experience with Weddings Your Way! I met with Holly three times before the wedding day where I showed her inspirational photos and we talked through quantities. She had a lot of great tips that extended beyond just flowers. We decided to pay extra to have her set up all of our decorations (in addition to setting out the flowers) and we are so glad we did! Day of, Holly was severely sick so she brought in some help and everything was still executed exactly as I hoped! The best part was the price - super reasonable and still professional quality arrangements. I will definitely recommend her to my friends getting married next fall. Thanks Holly! :)

My fiancé and I hired Holly as the florist for our wedding 11/2/19. She was easy and fun to work with, very knowledgeable and brought our vision to life! She also had very helpful insight into other parts of our wedding that had nothing to do with floral, since she also does day of coordinating. At our initial meeting and our final meeting she traveled to us (met at caribou) which was about 35 miles each way for her. This helped keep planning stress free which was amazing! I know very little about flowers and greenery but after showing a couple of photos from Pinterest, I felt as though Holly knew exactly what we wanted and on our wedding day, that was proven to be true. The boquets, boutonnières and corsages were gorgeous and withstood the long, busy day. I am looking forward to preserving some of them as keepsakes. Thank you, thank you, thank you Holly! Beyond Beautiful!
All around 5 stars! Holly was amazing to work with! My fiancé and I were planning our wedding from out of state, and Holly was flexible and understanding. She was incredibly organized and stayed within our budget! She is incredibly talented and my bridal bouquet turned out better than any photos I had seen on Pinterest! She made our wedding day even more beautiful, and everyone from our photographer to our guests were extremely complimentary of her work. Hands down, hiring her as our florist was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding! -
