User959529 Sent on 10/04/2012We used Amy as our officiant when we got married in early August at Brookside Gardens in Berthoud. From the minute I met Amy at a bridal show I was drawn to her. She was exactly what we were looking for in an officiant. She had a unique style about her which made us feel very comfortable with her. She wasn't like all the other "stuffy" officiants we were researching. To sum it up she was simply herself. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Once you decide to hire Amy it is such a simple process from there. Our cermony was a non traditional outdoor ceremony. We personally did not want to include any religious aspects and she respected that. She helped us write the entire ceremony exactly how we envisioned it. She was great at keeping in contact with us during the whole process and this showed that she truly cares about her clients. We ran into a slight hiccup a few weeks before the wedding and she was accomodating to the change. I would recommend forking out a little extra to have her attend the rehearsal. Having her there calmed my nervous and allowed all of us to know exactly how the wedding day would transpire. The ceremony went exactly how we wanted and we're so glad we found Amy to be our officiant. -
User850852 Sent on 07/03/2012I could not have asked for a better officiant. Finding a wedding officiant was something I was very stressed about. I wanted a personal ceremony versus the typical boiler plate "till death do you part" language. However, I am very shy when I first met new people (some more than others) and I was worried about my officiant truly getting an idea of who I was to be able to write a personal ceremony. However, all those fears instantly melted away when we met Amy, I never felt shy and was able to completely open up around her. She came up with a beautiful ceremony and worked in stories and poems that I gave her wonderfully. She always responded to emails immediately and was so helpful on the wedding day. I did not have a wedding planner did most everything myself with the help of my husband, mother in law and my mom and Amy was so great about helping in any way she could. I got married at Chautauqua Park in Boulder, and we had some big issues with the fires going on and had to change our ceremony site initially, before being let back into Chautauqua on the day of the wedding. I had been so upset with the fact that the place I had been dreaming of getting married at for over a year had been taken over by firefighters and was mentally and physically exhausted by the time the rehearsal came around, but Amy took charge and led the evening. Amy will truly have a special place in my heart for the rest of my life. The majority of my guests were in tears the ceremony was so beautiful and I have no doubt that Amy is the one to thank for that! If you want a ceremony that is close to your heart that will make you smile (or cry) hire Amy! -

Carrie Sent on 09/26/2012Amy was AMAZING! She worked with us to get a ceremony that fit us perfectly. She cared enough to get to know us, to know how we were together (were some will charge extra for a more custom ceremony). She was so great and the day of the wedding was calm and extremely helpful!! Even helping with some set up where she didn't have to. We loved her and will always cherish the wonderful words she wrote for us that we will have forever!
