Amazing guy!!
We are from Iowa, he knows the area well, was super patient and knew what he was doing in all aspects. We had a camera for recording and it did not record so he did it again! Incredibly patient and kind! I would highly recommend!! -

Joe is the best!
Joe was a phenomenal officiant. He was patient, flexible, and understanding. He not only delivered a beautiful ceremony, but he also connected me with my photographer who I couldn't have been happier with.

Wedding in the Park
Joe and Helen made our wedding experience phenomenal. We wanted a small, quaint, and private wedding in the park, and they helped make that happen. Joe was very informative and kept in touch with us throughout the process. His delivery of the ceremony was both professional and beautiful.

Joe and Helen were absolutely fantastic. Helen did my ceremony and she was just a joy she had us laughing, Which helped ease my nervousness. The ceremony was quick and easy and beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Helen Was so patient and flexible with us as we got our pictures done so we could sign our marriage license. She explained the whole process of what happens next and it was just so easy and literally perfect. I’m so happy I decided to go with them. -

Hire this couple!
I had the wonderful honor of working with Joe as are officiant. From the first meeting he made us feel so comfortable with sharing an entire folder of possibilities with how the wedding ceremony can go. He is so experienced and has done so many different weddings from the most extravagant, all the way to the most modest. He is truly so kind and professional. We had a great rehearsal and 2 meetings. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, who is also an officiant. They are both absolutely wonderful people ❤️ His knowledge and options are unmatched. Thank you, Joe for making it a great wedding for us!

Joe was the best vendor we worked with
Joe went above and beyond. He made the day of seamless, but he was also very helpful during the planning process. His communication was very thorough and prompt. He was extremely helpful and flexible. Our actual coordinator was a mess and Joe picked up the slack. I could not have asked for a better experience working with him, and he also had by far the most reasonable price.
Hopefully I never need to get married again but if I did I would definitely use Joe! -

I booked Joe at least 9 months before our wedding. He was on time to the rehearsal and the day of. I though the content of his officiating was important. It allowed for flexibility, which was important to us. He is professional and courteous, and highly experienced! Thank you Joe!

Joe was amazing!
We had just moved to AZ and still decided to plan our wedding. We were looking at doing a very small, quick, and simple wedding since a lot of our friends and family were back in our home state and wasn't going to be there. Talking with Joe was super easy! He asked lots of questions, answered all questions we had, and even had some great stories about weddings he did before. He sent me some samples of quick and simple ceremonies and we were able to pick and choose pieces from each sample to make the perfect one for us. -

The Greatest Quarantine Wedding
Although our wedding was during a tough time in the United States we had such ana amazing time. We chose our outdoor wedding just blocks away from our home. They provided equipment to play a song for me to walk to my husband. Very professional and respectful of our wants and wishes. It was overall the most amazing experience ever!-

Easy and efficient!
Joe was recommended to me by a co-worker who had him officiate her wedding. My ex-husband and I reunited five years ago and we had getting remarried on our to-do list for awhile but weren't in a particular rush. Then, some employment changes happened and we wanted to make sure we both were able to have health insurance through an employer rather than pay a princely sum for COBRA coverage every month. We really just wanted to get it done legally, no big ceremony, no family, no pomp and circumstance due to Covid, family living out of town, and time being an issue. I e-mailed Joe and he was quick to respond to my request. We scheduled a time quickly and he even had his daughter and wife be our witnesses. We got married in the driveway while painting our new house, lol. Not elegant, but functional and just what we were looking for. Joe made everything very timely and easy. I highly recommend him for your ceremony needs whether they are simple or traditional. -

Your wedding will truly be a Wedding to Remember
I couldn’t be happier with using Weddings to Remember for our wedding day! I honestly had no idea how customizable a wedding ceremony could be and Joe gave us so many possibilities!
Even coming from another city, he made time to meet with me and my groom before the wedding and you can feel his passion for what he does! It made us even more excited for the wedding.
He truly loves marrying people and we received so many compliments on our wedding ceremony. I compiled a mess of pieces of different wedding ceremonies that he sent me, and he and his wife put together a cohesive, beautiful ceremony for us! Even with my crazy family dynamics, he made suggestions that made our ceremony flow perfectly.

Best Decision!
When we got engaged, our process for selecting vendors was to research, select our top options, and interview each prospect. Joe was the first officiant we interviewed, and right away we knew we did not have to look any further. Joe was very friendly, sweet, informative, and he genuinely cared about our story and the sort of ceremony we wanted to have! He and his wife officiate weddings because they truly enjoy it, and it absolutely shows! I was a CoronaBride- our original wedding date of March 21st 2020 was canceled 5 days prior, and it was very upsetting to say the least. Joe kept in touch and checked in with us, worked with us to reschedule not once, but TWICE, and once our third wedding day came on September 26th 2020, our ceremony went perfectly! All of our guests loved him and his style, and we are so thankful that he made our ceremony so special! -

Wonderful ceremony
Joe was an amazing wedding officiant! He has such a welcoming, friendly, and calming personality. He did such a great job the day of the wedding, even though my husband and I were very nervous standing in front of a crowd of people.....and he definitely walked us through the whole process, even though we stumbled on our words a bit. He also has a great sense of humor!
He was super responsive and quick to get back to us regarding questions, was very professional, and took care of everything regarding filling the marriage license afterwards. I always felt like we were in very trustworthy hands!
He pretty much allowed us to write the ceremony that we wanted, as well as vows that reflected us and our relationship. You really can't go wrong with Joe! He was wonderful! -

January Wedding
We really liked Joe officiating our ceremony. We didn't feel comfortable asking any of our friends or family officiating, and he was the next best thing! He did our ceremony exactly like we wanted it. I would recommend to anyone. -

A wedding to remember!!
Joe was the officiant at our wedding in October in Phoenix. When we met with Joe, we knew he'd be perfect for what we were looking for. He brought several copies of scripts with him and allowed us to basically work up our own script. He even provided me with a quote his wife uses in her scripts that I absolutely loved. Joe was very responsive throughout the planning process and he attended our rehearsal and wedding without any hiccups. The ceremony was beautiful and I am still hearing about how great a job he did from our guests. They really enjoyed the ceremony and the words that were spoken. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an officiant for their wedding. He really loves what he does and it really shows in the quality of work he provides. We were very impressed Joe's performance at the wedding and his helpfulness when it came to selecting the ceremony that best reflected us as a couple. He took time to show us examples of previous weddings he had performed, and different unity and ring ceremonies that he thought we might like. Joe and Helen are amazing! They officiated and DJ'd for us and were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. To start, my husband and I are from Wisconsin. Planning an out of state wedding isn't always easy, but having Joe and Helen made it a breeze! When I came to Phoenix for ONE day to work on wedding planning, I really didn't know where to start. This one day also happened to fall over Valentines Day week, so you can imagine how busy most of the vendors I was trying to meet with were. Joe and Helen took an end of day meeting with me the day that I inquired and happily spent 2 hours talking wedding details with me. To find out that they lived in WI for quite some time was icing on the cake! Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, they both answered every odd end question I could think of (even things unrelated to officiating and DJing). When we arrived on our wedding week they checked in frequently to make sure we were taken care of. They even brought me down from a total bride melt down one of the days leading up to rehearsal. To say the wedding day went perfectly is an understatement. They arrived early, helped set up the ceremony space, and kept everyone on time. They went above and beyond for us and I know they will do the same for all future couples! The best partof it all - they are Green Bay Packers fans just like my husband and me!

We had Joe officiate our small wedding in February of this year and I can say that without him, I would have been a wreck! He walked both my husband to be and I through every step of the way with so much passion and knowledge. He helped us to touch up the vows we wanted and made them flow perfectly to fit us as a couple.
He was there day and night with help on any questions or concerns we had, as well as offered outside advice. He treated us like we were family through the whole process.

We reached out to Joe as he was on the preferred vendors list for our venue. Right off the bat we were blown away! Joe responded to my email within 24 hours and we were able to schedule a meeting that same week. The meeting was very comfortable and relaxed. Joe was very patient with the thousands of changes we requested be made to our ceremony, offered suggestions when we were stuck, and was quick to send us drafts of the revisions. He even sent us little reminders to pick up our marriage license! During the ceremony Joe read flawlessly without any “uhhhs” and “ummms”. Our ceremony was sweet, heartfelt, and didn’t drag on and on forever! I’ll consider that a big win for everybody. Would definitely recommend! -

Joe was absolutely amazing! He makes you feel so comfortable right away. He instantly made us giggly and we knew right away that we wanted him to be the one to do our wedding. He showed up early for rehearsal, made sure he sent over the rough draft of the vows, came early on the wedding day and even hand delivered our marriage license because he knew i wanted To change my name right away. He is so absolutely amazing. He even stepped to the side during our first kiss for our photos. If you need anyone to take away any stress. He’s your man! -

We had Joe officiate and not only did he do a great job and helped us through the whole thing, he was willing to be there for the rehearsal and even threw in some extra's like using his tripod and offered his laptop for skype-ing the wedding! I wasn't going use a professional officiant but my husband insisted. So I read several reviews and selected Joe. He was very responsive even late at night with my random questions about the process through text or email. He did great with my husbands fear of public speaking. He was fun and relaxed but you can tell he's had so much experience and lives what he does. I now have to admit my husband was right about something but I'm very happy that Joe officiated our wedding. -

I happened to stumble upon Joe Cooperrider on thumbtack/wedding wire when initially beginning to plan our wedding. He responded very promptly and during our first conversation he was incredibly helpful; that actually may be an understatement, Joe was simply amazing! He was available every time I wanted to touch base and followed up when I became too busy to remember anything. The week of our rehearsal there was miscommunication on my part regarding the date and when I had received his email the day of rehearsal he was so incredibly flexible and made changes to accommodate my misinformation. Our wedding ceremony was very simple as we had requested despite all the wonderful ideas he had thrown our way and went perfectly. We were very pleased with Joe and Helen Cooperider. We had a destination wedding and they both made our wedding plans for our ceremony and d. j. music very easy, fun and professional! I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe and Weddings to Remember. My now husband and I met with Joe off the reviews on wedding wire and it turned out Joe was the only person we needed to meet with. Meeting Joe was like meeting with a friend you haven't seen in a while. The conversation went easy, Joe was very receptive to our unusual ideas (wearing a Go Pro), and gave us new ideas to make our wedding perfect! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and romantic, with just a touch of tasteful humor. Weddings to Remember should be who you reach out to first for your wedding. Many others out there are incredibly expensive. Joe and his wife are amazing!!! My husband and I requested that Joe do our wedding after he officiated my friends wedding 3 years ago. He met with us several times at a place and time of our choosing to make sure we had the exact ceremony we wanted. Then, When we had to move our wedding up 2 months, Joe was able to make arrangements so that he could still officiate our wedding. He is a fun guy, always happy and smiling, and very professional. After my wedding he took our marriage license to the courthouse immediately, knowing that I was a teacher and off for a week and needed to change my name asap. I found Joe on line and from the very second I reached out to him he responded to me. I could tell with just one phone call he was the officiant for us. Joe lives about an hour away from me and still made the time to meet up with us to go over everything we wanted. Him and his wife shared moments of laugher and joy with us as we sat at the table to plan out our dream ceremony. I felt like I had know Joe my entire life his personality is kind and gentle and extremely caring. Joe had so many wonderful ideas things I never even thought of and I appreciate him so much for that. As my husband and I left our first meeting with him we where overjoyed with how much we loved him. Joe made sure to take the trip down to attened my wedding rehearsal and calmed me down and had a perfect plan for everything. He constructed the entire thing in such a easy going manner and made me feel so much better. So we found Joe here on Wedding Wire. We absolutely loved reading the reviews. Setting up a meeting with him was easy, and he made it very casual and comfortable. We had no idea what we were looking for in a ceremony, and just on the first meeting before we decided to do business with Joe, he had tons of ceremony ideas laid out for us. He was very nice, funny, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He seemed that he was able to gauge our personality from our first meeting. We talked for quite a bit and decided to go with him immediately after our meeting.
Joe was very good about future meetings and answering emails very promptly about any questions or concerns we had. We even met for coffee with him and his wife at one point.
The day of the wedding I (groom) was a wreck. Not only did Joe make the rehearsal easy with tons of family talking about, but it made the day of the wedding that much easier. He was able to calm me down and keep my head in a calm place before and during the ceremony. His pace, amplitude, and demeanor of the ceremony is exactly what we had wanted and appreciated all of his words of encouragement. We even invited him and his wife to stay for the reception and they were great with our entire family! Not only is Joe an amazing officiant, but him and his wife practice what they preach because they are a great example of what a successful marriage looks like.
I highly recommend Joe and if any of my personal friends need an officiant, he would be the first person that came to mind. -

Joe was amazing. We chose him after our plans with a priest fell through. Joe was very quick to respond to emails and questions. He gave us a bunch of sample ceremonies and we were able to create our own. A few days before the rehearsal, he emailed me asking how I was doing. I told him I was extremely nervous. He assured me that everything would be great and he would get me through the ceremony. Sure enough, he walked me through the ceremony without problems. We understood why, so she could enjoy the wedding without stressing about that, but we thought that took away the special touch we wanted and we were very against just having someone "random" officiate our big day. As the wedding got closer we finally decided to start looking and we are so glad we came across Helen & Joe. They were the first officiants we met and we didn't need to meet any others after that. They worked with us to create the most perfectly fitting, unique, custom ceremony for us, offering ideas and guiding us on what we could include on areas where we didn't have a clue. We didn't want anything too serious, but sweet and fun. They created the most perfect ceremony script for us and kept in touch with us until the day of the wedding and even beyond! Sent us emails to remind us of little details we may have forgotten without their help and made the rehearsal go along seamlessly. They are funny and down to earth and you'll have made a great friend after all is said and done. I like to think that we did meet our first goal of having someone special officiate our wedding, we just didn't know that we had picked out that special team until we finally did! If you get Helen or Joe, doesn't matter, these two are a hoot and you'll be happy either way. Helen officiated ours and we asked Joe to join us at the reception, such a wonderful couple. On top of how happy I am with their services, after comparing prices and looking around, you can't beat what they charge and what you get for the price. You won't regret a thing, book them now! -

The minute we met Joe Cooperrider we knew that he was going to be our officiate. He was so easy to get along with and so casual. We met a few times before the wedding and each time it was like meeting an old friend. He answered all of our questions and responded in less than 24 hours every time we contacted him. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt like he was a guest at our wedding. I would recommend Joe to anyone who is getting married!! -

We were referred to Rev. Joe Cooperrider by a mutual friend and we could not have been more pleased with him both professionally and personally. My husband and I live in Chicago and had our wedding in Scottsdale, which made it difficult to meet our vendors before the wedding. Joe, being the thoughtful guy that he is, offered to meet Brian and me over Thanksgiving weekend during a trip he had planned to visit his family in Wisconsin. During that first meeting, my husband and I felt like we had known he and his wife for years. We talked about the various wedding ceremonies he's done in the past and LAUGHED a LOT! Who knew one could be so creative with a wedding ceremony. Ask him about his "Princess Bride Ceremony." :) After leaving the meeting, my husband and I were confident that we were in good hands. During the months leading up to the wedding, Joe was proactive and ensured we were all squared away with everything we needed prior to the wedding - which was a good thing seeing as we were trying to manage a million other things at the same time. The ceremony was absolutely perfect and we owe much of this to Joe. (I already have a girlfriend asking for the same ceremony at her upcoming nuptials). With Joe you get a great officiant, an exceptional professional and a new friend! -

My husband and I couldn't have been more please with both Joe and Helen (Joe performed our ceremony and Helen did the music for both the ceremony and reception). Our meeting with them was very enjoyable and they really listened to what we wanted and didn't want. Their follow up was courtesous and friendly. They responded to all of our inquiries and concerns. The day of the wedding they were great support because they are both so calm and encouraging. Even when I was getting nervous about the ceremony, they always stayed 100 percent calm. There was a little glitch with one of the songs for the ceremony but they handled it smoothly to where none of my guests knew the difference and it actually gave me the opportunity to laugh at myself and not take things so seriously. Thank you Joe and Helen.

Joe and his wife Helen were absolutely AMAZING!! When we met with Joe for the first time to hire him as our officiant he made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Provided us with several options for the ceremony and gave us great ideas. His wife assisted with the music, and was on the dot with all the music requested(over 90 songs requested of my personal list) They both met up with us the day before for a brief rehearsal, and even added an arch for us to borrow. They were professional, fun, and just great! On our wedding day, we didn't stress about anything that had to do with the ceremony or the music, they had it under control, and even played for us a bit after our contract time. I would recommend Joe to anyone, and if we had to do it again, they would definitely be on the top of our list. =)

Joe was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. I wanted to hire him mid way through our phone conversation. He insisted that we meet each other first. He wanted to be sure that we liked him in person as well.
We wanted a quick ceremony, we didn't want our guests to sit in the heat for too long. It was perfect! It was quick yet didn't take away from the elegance.

I could not have had anyone better. My husband and i were panicked about who would marry us. I found Joe online and I am so happy he was there. He helped to calm our nerves and answered all of our questions right up to the minute i walked down the isle. I invited Joe and his Wife helen (who is also an officiant) to stay and join my family and friends for the wedding as they are both the kindest people you will ever meet. Joe helped to write the vows and even though i changed it a billion times he was always so accomadating and gave several ideas of how and what to do. My best friend recently decided to elope, i called Joe and Helen and they were able to make it happen not even a day later. They are both amazing. JOE AND HELEN are the way to go to say your I Do's!!! -
