There are not enough words to describe what AN AMAZING job Valerie did as the Officiant at our wedding 2 weeks ago at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside! We initially contacted Ryan (who was a delight) but due to availability, we selected Valerie and it was the BEST DECISION we've made regarding our wedding. Valerie is kind, thoughtful, EXPERIENCED, articulate and created a Wedding Ceremony that was like no other and made it completely customized and our own. She allowed us to incorporate elements from both of our religions, asked us to compile a 4-question questionnaire, with responses unique to us that she could read to our guests, which truly turned out MAGICAL. Valerie made the entire process FUN, EASY and took care of all the filing needs for the Marriage License. We will remember our beautiful wedding day forever and Valerie had everything to do with it. Valerie and Ryan are WORTH EVERY PENNY and could literally charge 2x as much and I would hire them again and again! If you want THE BEST, go with Weddings Royale for your wedding! -

We are so glad to have Valerie as our officiant! She really took the time to get to know us so the ceremony felt very well tailored to our needs. We are beyond grateful to have had Valerie as our officiant—she was everything we hoped for and more! From start to finish, the process was incredibly seamless thanks to her professionalism and organization. She and Ryan hosted Zoom sessions on different topics leading up to the big day, which not only made us feel more prepared but also even more excited about our ceremony.
We asked Valerie to include a custom intro in our ceremony, and she went above and beyond—sending us a thoughtful draft ahead of time and delivering it with such beautiful, heartfelt words. The entire flow of the ceremony was more than we could’ve imagined.
We also loved the concept of the ceremony questionnaire, especially since we chose to do private vows. It helped her tell our story in such a meaningful and personal way. Valerie made us feel completely at ease and brought such a warm, calming presence to the day. She even engaged with our guests, which made the ceremony feel intimate and connected.
Every single thing she did was so intentional—even down to her outfit choice for the ceremony, which perfectly suited the tone and setting of our day. It’s clear she puts so much care into every detail.

My fiance was the one who found Ryan and after the first phone call with him, he told me that he was perfect. He’s so intentional about his words and how he structures the ceremony that it makes the day hard to forget. I will never forget how after I said my vows, I looked at Ryan and he was getting a little emotional as well - he cares so much! He was such a friend to us and helped guide us as much as he could. Valerie was the officiant for our wedding and it went perfectly. From start to finish, she has always been so easy to communicate with. We felt comfortable with her from the start. Months prior, she gave us tips for writing our vows. She maintained communication through text and email. She even asked us what we’d like her to wear so her outfit could coordinate with our theme/venue. Right before the ceremony, she saw that I was busy and even asked if I needed help. Her kindness is genuine and we are so grateful she was part of our special day. We felt at ease during the ceremony because we knew exactly what to expect. We were able to fully focus on each other. After the ceremony, our guests told us they felt so engaged and complimented how beautiful the ceremony was. We are so happy we chose Weddings Royale.

The best ever

We originally had planned on someone who we know personally being our officiant (family member/ friend), but after thinking about it for a couple of months we started to interview experienced professionals who do the job for a living. We reached out to Valerie based on her reviews, and from our first call with her we knew instantly that we wanted a professional to offiate our ceremony and we wanted it to be her. Weddings are expensive, so at the beginning we thought having someone we know perform the ceremony could save us money, but we later realized that the cost of an officiant is very small in the grand scheme of a wedding budget, and the script Valerie walked us through as well as her charisma and confidence left us in no doubt that we wanted her to be the one to marry us. Talk to her and I bet you feel the same way, couldn’t recommend more.
Valerie was also able to perform a Scottish tradition during our ceremony that she was already familiar with. -

Ryan Kingsman was one of the best and easiest people to work with for the entire wedding. He was so professional, easy to talk to, and enthusiastic. He was very responsive to any questions we had, and he was very respectful of the format that we wanted. (We did not want a religious ceremony but we wanted a straight forward ceremony that was touching and personal). On top of making everyone cry because of how well he delivered what we wanted for our wedding, he was very sincere and remembered everything that we wanted when we previously spoke to him. The best part about Ryan was that he was very thorough with our wishes and gave great suggestions when we were uncertain of how to proceed. He asked us if we approved of certain quotations about love, if we had a preference of what he should wear, how he should address us after we said our “I do’s.” Nothing was left unprepared. He rehearsed with us and made sure we were happy with the how the wedding ceremony was laid out. Because we were so busy, one good example of his suggestions was providing a personal questionnaire where we hear each others responses for the first time during the ceremony. Everyone was crying because it was so touching. When we were trying to find a photographer, he was great at giving us many suggestions and references. The last great thing he did for us was give us suggestions on where to file for our marriage certificate and helped us file it after we had our witnesses sign it after the ceremony. I can’t say enough great things about Ryan, he will definitely make your wedding very memorable and magical. Choosing Ryan to be our officiant was the best decision we made throughout the course of the wedding planning process. Thank you for everything, Ryan!! You truly made our wedding ceremony one of the greatest memories we will ever have! -

I hired Ryan after seeing him in action officiating a wedding. He was so swell spoken and articulated the couple's love perfectly! I knew that he was the right choice for my wedding right away. From our first introduction phone call where we customized our ceremony, versus, vows, and timeline of the ceremony, it all felt right. We got so excited to go over the special things that we wanted for our big day. We had a 22 month engagement, so a few months prior to the wedding, we had another phone call to discuss what we decided on and solidify the ceremony order of events. My husband and I were smiling ear to ear and tears were filling our eyes practicing our vows and discussing details with Ryan. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early and double checked some details before we got ceremony started. I didn't have to worry about a thing due to his calm nature and encouragement on the big day. Funny enough, there was a miscommunication between my photographer, wedding party, and me on who had my vow book. I though the photographer brought both the vow books to my husband, but mine was left in the wedding suite. Ryan, without even flinching carried onto the next part of our ceremony while my sister rain back to the wedding suite to grab my vow book. This made my husband say his vows first and me be a blubbering mess trying to read my vows after him. But it all turned out so beautiful and perfect due to Ryan's professionalism and willingness to pivot. We received so many compliments from my guests after the ceremony on what an amazing job he did and how they've never met an officiant who was so connected with the couple. We hit the jackpot with Weddings Royale for our officiant. Right from our first call, Ryan demonstrated a genuine interest in understanding us and facilitated the process of obtaining a marriage license seamlessly. He went the extra mile by suggesting a lunch meetup, just to get to know us better and deepen our connection. When the big day rolled around, Ryan was on fire! Early, decked out in our wedding colors, he breezed through the paperwork in less than 5 minutes, he helped ease my anxiety by going through everything with me one more time before the ceremony so that I would feel comfortable. His preparation, confidence, and punctuality were evident, setting the tone for an outstanding ceremony. What truly set Ryan apart was his ability to tailor the ceremony to us. The way he seamlessly integrated our love story into his speech captivated our guests. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. Ryan's storytelling game was on point – he had everyone laughing, crying, and giving us a standing ovation. His voice, charm, and the way he owned the stage made it seem like he'd been our friend forever and till this day people still ask about him. Beyond the ceremony itself, Ryan paid attention to the little details, like holding the microphone for us and strategically stepping away during key moments for optimal photos. The months leading up to the wedding were stress-free, and we felt confident that we had made the right choice. His meticulous planning and execution made our ceremony perfect. Everything was amazing!!
Where do I begin?!?!? We had the honor of having Val be our officiant for our wedding back on 6/10/23. Val was literally AMAZING! From our very first meeting she was professional and explained the process/every detail thoroughly. We loved how she was able to tell our love story and personalise everything to us. She included our guests in our ceremony and was very engaging & entertaining. All of our guest loved her. She is a great public speaker & was very detail oriented. Val even asked us what we wanted her to wear which we loved because we felt like she always put our best interest first. We asked her a bunch of questions and appreciated her being so nice to answer all of them. She made us feel comfortable and was so funny. She was also very warm and friendly. I was so stressed about my wedding but never felt stressed about the ceremony because we had Val. She had many great ideas and we cannot recommend her enough!! If I could redo my wedding I would choose her again in a heartbeat. The reviews do not lie. Book with them, you won’t regret it!!! -

Beautiful Wedding Experience!
This review is a long time in coming, but I still feel so fortunate to have had Ryan be the officiant at our wedding! He made our ceremony so very special and heart-warming. We are coming up on our two year anniversary, but have watched our wedding video several times and have always come away with renewed appreciation of how wonderful Ryan was as our officiant. All of our guests commented on how Ryan made our ceremony one of the most touching and fun that they have ever attended. His approach makes the vows very personal and many guests assumed Ryan had known us for years even though we had only spoken on the phone before meeting him on our wedding day. Where do we begin with Valerie! As anyone who has planned a wedding may know, weddings and wedding planning in particular can be incredibly stressful and full of unknowns and complexities. Finding the perfect officiant is perhaps one of the most important aspects of planning, and now that we’re officially through it all, we’re so incredibly grateful that we found Valerie!
From the start, Valerie immediately gave us the perfect first impression of professionalism and kindness. On our first meeting, she walked us through the entire ceremony from start to finish and it became very clear to us that she was the one that we wanted to tell our love story. She captured and handled every detail that we needed for the ceremony, and she made us feel infinitely more sure and confident that our ceremony would be perfect. One small but incredibly important example of this was allowing us to choose her outfit for the day to make sure the colors and style would fit in with the vibe for our wedding!
Over the next few weeks, Valerie was invaluable in helping us write our personal vows and took such great care with getting to know us as people and capturing our love story. She always had such positive and energizing feedback and made us feel like our stories were worth hearing and sharing with our loved ones.
Finally, on the day of, everything went so incredibly perfectly that we’re still in awe about how well things went! Valerie’s script for the ceremony was so beautifully written and thoughtful, we could not help but tear up at multiple points as we heard our own love story being read out to us as well as Valerie’s reflections on love and togetherness. Whenever my wife and I felt nervous or overwhelmed on the altar, both of us independently mentioned afterwards that we would look towards Valerie because she was such an incredibly calming and reassuring presence by our side. Our guests and loved ones told us afterwards that this was one of the most emotionally meaningful and well executed ceremonies that they’d ever experienced, and they were wondering just where did we find such an amazing officiant!
Overall, we could not be happier that we had chosen Valerie as the one to officiate our marriage. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything Valerie! -

One of the highlights of our wedding!
What an absolute joy and pleasure it was to have Ryan as our officiant. He worked with us in the weeks leading up to our wedding to ensure our big day went exactly as we wanted it to. We worked to customize our entire ceremony from start to finish and could not have been happier with the results. On the big day, he showed up on time, ready to go dressed very well and handled all the things that we wanted with such grace and poise. One of the things we appreciated the most about Val was her attention to detail. A ceremony we won't forget!
We found Weddings Royale through a family member of mine. My brother had Ryan officiate their wedding & we loved the flow of their ceremony & enjoyed it, so we decided to contact them & book them for ours. We had the honor of having Valerie officiate our wedding! She was so kind & so sweet! All of our friends & family really enjoyed our ceremony, the very first thing most people noticed was her voice & how well spoken she is. Our aim was to make sure our ceremony wasn't dull & boring, Valerie delivered great energy throughout the ceremony. She was also super easy to talk to during the planning process and made sure our ceremony was perfectly crafted for us. Thank you again Valerie for making our wedding ceremony so special. We were fortunate to have Ryan be our officiant for our wedding on 3.3.23 and we cannot express how happy we are to have chosen him.
Throughout the whole process of planning our wedding Ryan was very communicative, informative, and extremely helpful. Always willing to guide us and answer questions.
Our ceremony was perfectly tailored to us as a couple and Ryan’s kindness and warmth really shined through. Our guests were laughing, crying and smiling the entire time. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about our ceremony, and how personal it felt which was exactly what we wanted. Ryan made us feel like we’d known him for many years, and he conveyed that to everyone else as well.
He took care of filing our marriage license after the ceremony which was a huge help and the cherry on top to a wonderful experience. Thank you Weddings Royale for the ceremony of our dreams and for marrying us! -

Amazing experience with Weddings Royale!
Ryan from Weddings Royale was the officiant for our wedding and we cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Leading up to our wedding Ryan was very communicative, and walked us through the entire process for our wedding ceremony. He is well rehearsed, confident, and was able to tailor our ceremony to be special to us. He caters to many ceremony types and denominations. At our wedding, even though we were nervous standing in front of our family and friends, Ryan was engaging, entertaining and kept the ceremony running smooth from start to finish. All of our guests commented after the ceremony on how eloquent and captivating our officiant was. We are so incredibly happy we chose Ryan as our officiant and will always remember the amazing experience he brought to our special day. Ryan is an amazing officiant!
Ryan officiated our special day on 11/11/22 and was phenomenal. From my first introductory call with him, I knew he was the perfect personality to marry us. He is very well-spoken, and the personalized process and structure he has for the ceremony was another deciding factor for me. His customized script really allows you to get to know the couple and their relationship on a deeper level, as well as adds some personal and at times comical sentiments to the ceremony. Ryan officiated our wedding in December 2022 and was absolutely amazing.
Throughout the planning phases, he made sure to take the time to listen to our wishes for our wedding, so that he could incorporate them seamlessly. He was also extremely knowledgable about the wedding license / certificate process, guiding us every step of the way.
The early afternoon before the ceremony, Ryan made sure to greet us with support and kindness—making us feel so loved and at ease. During the ceremony, he impressed everyone with how well spoken he was, and did an incredible job at keeping our guests engaged.
I can't tell you how many compliments we received from our wedding attendees about Ryan! Everyone was so impressed with his ceremony format and all that he shared. I would HIGHLY recommend Weddings Royale to make your ceremony truly one-of-a-kind. -

Best ceremony ever!
We cannot more highly recommend Weddings Royale! Ryan exceeded all of our expectations! We absolutely loved every second of our ceremony. We laughed, we cried, and we walked down the aisle as husband and wife on cloud nine!
Choosing the right officiant for your wedding is a difficult task, but Ryan put us at ease from the moment we first talked to him. His calm, pleasant, professional demeanor, and his obviously-polished public speaking skills gave us confidence that he was the right choice for our day.
Ryan was responsive to all of our questions leading up to the wedding. We loved how flexible Ryan was to personalize and tailor the ceremony script and flow exactly the way we wanted! He even booked an in-person meetup at a nearby coffee shop to walk through the ceremony structure and narrow down some details. Even though he was speaking generally and hadn’t yet finalized the ceremony script, he had us both in tears!
On the day of the wedding, he showed up early, picture-perfect in his suit that perfectly matched our wedding colors, and proceeded to deliver the best ceremony we have ever experienced – no exaggeration. Our ceremony was personalized, heart felt, eloquently spoken, and flowed naturally. He had tailored the entire ceremony around us, weaving in answers to questions that he had asked both beforehand (it was the first time we heard each other’s answers – leading to laughs and loving tears), delivering polished anecdotes, and keeping our audience’s attention with the perfect mix of ‘fun’ and ‘meaningful.’
Our guests can’t stop talking about the uniqueness and personalization of the ceremony, and they absolutely gush over Ryan’s work – and for good reason. Some guests even commented on how deeply touched and inspired they were by Ryan’s words!
Oh, and for those of you who are hoping to have first kiss photos without the officiant standing right behind you — Ryan completely understands the assignment! He quickly moves out of the way so you can have those flawless first kiss photos!
After the ceremony, Ryan was a class act and stopped by the bridal suite to check in with us, thank us, and wish us well. He promptly filed our marriage license and sent us a photo of the official “Received” stamp. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!
It’s not often that a couple can say that the ceremony was their favorite part of the wedding day, but thanks to Ryan and Weddings Royale, we can say that without hesitation. Thank you so much, Ryan! -

If I had to redo my wedding 100 times, I would choose Val to officiate every time. She went above and beyond to make our day special on 12/11/22. We started out with no idea what was needed for the ceremony, and Val was sure to walk us through each and every detail in an easy way. She allowed us to customize it as we please, and she had so many great ideas. I was so relieved to have her every step of the way. Of all the wedding stress I had, I never felt stressed about the ceremony because of Val. She even let me choose what outfit she wore to fit our venue/theme. She was professional, warm, and caring throughout the planning process and during the ceremony. I highly recommend her! -

Ryan was our officiant for our wedding this past weekend on 10.29.22. He came highly recommended from our wedding planner. After our first meeting with him, we hired him right away. He helped guide us through the ceremony process and made it sound so easy. Ryan is very easy to talk to and really helped give us feedback on our vows. Before the wedding, Ryan asked us which ending did we want him to end our ceremony with, a fun way or a more emotional sweet way. Of course, we had to go with the fun way! During the ceremony, he shared stories of our relationship and everyone was cracking up. We had so many guests tell us how great the ceremony was and that they loved how great of a storyteller Ryan is. After the wedding, he helped us by signing our marriage license and also went to file it for us. We had such a great experience with Ryan as our officiant and couldn't have imagined anyone else doing better. We are so grateful for Ryan! -

Ryan was our officiant for October 21, 2022 and we are so glad he was there for us on our wedding day! Ryan helped customize our interfaith ceremony and guided us through the process, so we weren’t overwhelmed with decisions. He sent us a questionnaire to answer, which he used to provide our relationship backstory to our huge family. Through Ryan’s amazing storytelling, our family got to follow our journey of falling in love. These questions also helped us think about what we wanted to say in our vows.
After the wedding ceremony, everyone asked us if Ryan was a longtime friend because the ceremony was incredibly sweet and entertaining. They said it was one of the best weddings they had seen. Planning an out-of-state wedding, we had no clue where to start with finding an officiant that fit our vibe, but after finding Weddings Royale and our first meeting with Ryan, we instantly felt at ease. When we first reached out to Weddings Royale, we had an initial phone call with Ryan. Within a few minutes of the call, David and I knew he was the one. He was truly perfect. He cared, he listened, and he had a great sense of humor.
Our ceremony was truly the most beautiful thing thanks to Ryan's passion, excitement and character. Our guests were engaged the ENTIRE time through their tears and laughter.
Throughout the night, our guests could NOT stop talking about Ryan. If you want an absolutely beautiful and unique wedding ceremony, look no further! My husband and I cannot recommend Ryan enough as a wedding officiant! From our first meeting with him we noticed how much passion and care he has for officiating weddings. He listened intently to what we were looking for in a ceremony and proposed his ceremony vision, which we loved. After booking with Ryan, we scheduled another visit to talk more about the wedding and for Ryan to get to know us more. Throughout wedding planning Ryan was very quick to respond to emails and helped us with any questions we had along the way. The night before the wedding, Ryan texted us wishing us a happy wedding eve, which was extremely thoughtful! Our ceremony was our favorite part of our wedding and we credit that to Ryan. The five questions that Ryan presented took the stress off of us during the ceremony and numerous guests told us how much they loved that part. Such a unique and romantic part of the ceremony, a truly genius addition. Also, Ryan helped out with any wedding license questions we have had and took care of taking the license to the county clerk to get it filed. I read reviews and watched previous wedding ceremonies Ryan was part of, so I knew before speaking with him I wanted him to be our officiant. After speaking with him, it was confirmed! He is very easy to speak to. He has you answer a series of questions separate from your partner and goes over them at the ceremony. ( I have a hard time putting my feelings in writing, he helped me with that) The ceremony was not long, and not short, let me tell you He kept everyone intrigued! Ryan all I can say is my wedding would have not been as amazing as it was if it wasn’t for Ryan . He made the ceremony so special and made me and my fiancé tear up even though it was our own words but the way he spoke was so special. My Husband and I were going back and forth on officiant decisions and finally found Weddings Royale. Ryan was prompt in reaching out and providing any and all information about what the day of would look like and how much we needed to provide.
